Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a bearing diagnosis device for a rotating machine, a bearing diagnosis system for a rotating machine, or a mobile terminal used for the system, and the bearing diagnosis device or The present invention relates to a function expansion card used for the portable terminal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, with respect to a rotating device such as an electric motor, vibration or noise is measured and analyzed to diagnose whether a mechanical abnormality has occurred in the device. Preventive maintenance is very important in order to improve productivity in a production facility configured using a motor or the like. In particular, if mechanical damage occurs to a bearing that constitutes an electric motor or the like, the equipment will be seriously damaged, and the equipment operation rate may be significantly reduced. Therefore, it is preferable that the above-mentioned diagnosis is periodically performed on the bearing.
[0003]
In the above diagnosis, for example, vibration generated in a device is converted into an acoustic electric signal by using a vibration pickup or a sound collecting microphone, amplified, then A / D-converted and taken into a computer, and the signal waveform is obtained. This is done by analyzing.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described device configuration, portability is very poor, and it is extremely troublesome to install them near the
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to use a bearing diagnosis device for a rotating machine, a bearing diagnosis system for a rotating machine, or a system thereof that enables vibration measurement to be performed more easily. And a function expansion card used for the mobile terminal.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0011]
Further, as described in
[0012]
However, when the step-up chopper power supply circuit performs a switching operation, there is a possibility that switching noise generated accordingly will be applied to the vibration signal. Next, an effective value is calculated for all the sample values (step U2), and an overall value is calculated by multiplying the sum of the absolute values of all the sample values by π / 2 (step U3). Further, when the standard deviation is calculated for all the sample values (step U4), the crest factor (CF: Crest Factor) is obtained by dividing the peak value detected at step U1 by the effective value calculated at step U2. An operation is performed (step U5).

Then, in the next step U8, an abnormality determination is performed. The abnormality determination is performed by determining the evaluation values (referred to as sign parameters) obtained in steps U1 to U5 and U7 based on respective criteria. For example, the peak value of the calibrated vibration signal detected in step U1 is compared with the gravitational acceleration for abnormality determination input in step T3 of FIG. 7, and when the former is larger than the latter, the

First, the calibrated vibration signal (high-pass filtered) is subjected to band-pass filter processing in a band of 3 kHz to 8 kHz (step V0), and in subsequent step V1, fast Fourier transform (FFT) processing of the calibrated vibration signal is performed. Done. The fast Fourier transform processing is performed based on data of a plurality of continuous points of the calibrated vibration signal. In the frequency component of the calibrated vibration signal, a plurality of portions where the amplitude of the gravitational acceleration is large in a specific frequency region appear. Hereinafter, these frequency regions are referred to as local maximum regions. These local maxima are the actual rotational speed of the

In step W5, the operator sets a frequency band for performing the band cut filter processing of the calibrated vibration signal. In step W6, based on the set frequency band, a band rejection filter process of the calibrated vibration signal subjected to the fast Fourier transform process is performed. The filtering process is performed to reduce the level of the vibration sound generated based on the operation of the

【The invention's effect】
According to the bearing diagnosis device for a rotating machine according to the first aspect, a vibration sensor for detecting vibration of the bearing of the rotating machine can be connected to the function expansion card, and the vibration sensor is based on a power supply supplied from the mobile terminal. A power supply circuit for generating a power supply for driving the digital camera is configured to convert a vibration signal detected by the vibration sensor into digital data and transfer the digital data to the portable terminal side. It is configured to diagnose the abnormality of the bearing based on the obtained data. Therefore, an operator can easily measure the vibration generated in the bearing of the rotating machine by carrying a very small portable terminal as compared with the conventional configuration, and can even perform a diagnosis.
[0099]
According to the bearing diagnosis system for a rotating machine according to the ninth aspect, the portable terminal can be connected to a vibration sensor that detects the vibration of the bearing of the rotating machine in the same manner as in the first aspect, from the function expansion card side. The transferred diagnostic measurement data is transmitted to the outside, and the external diagnostic device diagnoses a bearing abnormality based on the transmitted data. Therefore, the worker having the portable terminal can concentrate on the measurement of the vibration, and can improve the work efficiency by dispersing the processing.
[0100]
According to the function expansion card of the nineteenth aspect, since the PC card is configured as a PC card conforming to the PCMCIA standard, a PC card used as a very general standard can be used, and a portable terminal can be manufactured at low cost. Can be configured.
