Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to utensils such as soup bowls, bowls, trays, and confectionery dishes that can be used in restaurants, general households, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there is a technique of using wood material obtained by mixing a mixture of wood flour and a resin with a mold to form a container.
In general, a mixture of wood flour and petrochemical phenolic resin or urea resin is molded into a wood base, and the surface thereof is painted with artificial lacquer or natural lacquer.
[0003]
In addition, for resin, a technique of mixing wood powder with a biodegradable resin and molding has been developed, and there is a technique in which poly-3-hydroxybutyric acid is indicated as the biodegradable resin (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2000-129143
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to such a conventional technique, wood flour is used as a raw material of wood, but a resin mixed therewith is mainly composed of various petrochemical resins. There is a problem that harmful substances may be generated, and there is a problem that only incineration is required for disposal, and harmful substances are generated at the time of incineration.
[0006]
In addition, a technique of mixing wood flour with a resin using a biodegradable resin uses poly-3-hydroxybutyric acid as a biodegradable resin. Extraction with a container solvent, and further processing of a large amount of organic waste, are very expensive compared to polylactic acid, and there is a problem that commercial productivity of the resin is extremely difficult.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention is characterized in that in a vessel, the surface of a wooden base molded by mixing wood flour and a polylactic acid-based resin is subjected to a surface treatment with natural lacquer, and all of the products are made of vegetable materials. .
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The present invention is a mixture of wood flour and polylactic acid resin as biomass (for example, Leicia registered trademark of Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.).
The polylactic acid-based resin is a biodegradable resin obtained by polymerizing lactic acid formed by fermenting starch, and is a material that can be produced from various agricultural products such as corn, sweet potato, sugar cane, sugar beet or rice. The characteristic of this polylactic acid-based resin is that when it is dumped in compost or soil, microorganisms decompose and return to nature. The resin is not limited to the above-mentioned polylactic acid resin, and any resin may be used as long as it is a polylactic acid-based resin.
[0009]
Therefore, as described above, the present invention is to mix the polylactic acid-based resin and wood flour, form a wooden base, and process the surface of the base with natural lacquer to form a vessel.
This molding method may be any molding method, and includes, for example, compression molding and injection molding.
In compression molding, {circle around (1)} the amount of the material is measured according to the size of the molded product. (2) Preheating (about 80 ° C). {Circle around (3)} The material is filled in the mold, and the material is further melted at the temperature of the mold (about 150 to 200 ° C.). {Circle around (4)} Remove moisture and gas generated during solidification during molding. {Circle around (5)} In order to prevent deformation after molding, pressurize in the mold to sufficiently solidify. (6) Finish such as sharpening.
[0010]
In injection molding, (1) the amount of the material is measured according to the size of the molded product. (2) Put the materials into the molding machine. {Circle around (3)} The material is heated (about 150 to 200 ° C.) in a molding machine to have a viscosity suitable for injection. (4) Molding is performed by adjusting the injection amount, time, and pressure according to the size of the product. (5) Finish such as sharpening.
The wood base molded in this way may have a wood flour content of less than half in weight%, but it can contain wood flour in more than half. The texture is close to that of, and it is excellent in adhesion of paint, especially natural lacquer Therefore, considering the weight and texture of the product, the amount of wood flour is desirably 30 to 70% by weight, and the amount is determined in consideration of the weight of each product, workability, and the like.
[0011]
Therefore, the surface is finished by applying natural lacquer (including lacquer work) to the surface of the molded wooden base.
Products made in this way are made of natural organic materials, all of which are plant materials, and can be used to obtain the same texture and texture as wooden ones, and become waste. When put into compost or soil as it is, it will return to nature. In addition, even when burned, the calorie burn is low, and almost no pollution is generated like wood and paper. If additives such as a pigment, a release agent and an antistatic agent are used as needed during the production, the amount is small and does not affect the overall properties.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described in detail above, by mixing wood flour and polylactic acid-based resin and applying a surface treatment with natural lacquer to a surface of a wooden base molded and made into a vessel, it is equivalent to a wooden one in use. It has the effect of having a texture and texture.
Furthermore, when the waste is put into compost or soil as it is, microorganisms are decomposed and return to nature.
[0013]
In addition, even when burned, the calorie is low in calorie, and has the effect of causing almost no pollution like wood and paper.
In addition, it is more excellent in formability than wooden wood, and has the effect of being able to be processed into any shape and to form a pattern.
