Description

【0001】

[0017]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples.
<Example 1>
As the plastic film (11), a linear low density polyethylene film having a thickness of 40 μm was prepared.
Further, the paper as (12), at a basis weight of 30 g / m 2, 100% of the paper pulp with more than twice the holding capacity of its own weight and more than four times the water uptake capacity of its own weight (Kuo Paper Co., Ltd.; DP) Prepared.
Further, a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 15 μm was prepared as the intermediate layer (13).
[0018]
Next, a linear low density polyethylene film (11) and a polyethylene terephthalate film (13) were bonded together by a dry laminating method through a two-component reactive polyurethane resin-based adhesive to obtain a composite film (the amount of adhesive applied was 3 g / m 2 (solid content)).
Paper (12) was bonded to the polyethylene terephthalate film surface of this composite film by extrusion lamination with molten polyethylene interposed (the thickness of the polyethylene was 15 μm), and the dew condensation-proof packaging material of Example 1 was obtained.
[0019]
<Comparative example 1>
The anti-condensation packaging material of Comparative Example 1 was prepared using the same materials and methods as in Example 1 except that 100% rayon paper having no water absorption and water retention was used as the paper (12).
[0020]
A three-side sealed bag of length: 100 mm, width: 50 mm is generally used from the anti-condensation packaging materials of one type of Example and one type of Comparative Example produced in this way, with a linear low density polyethylene film inside. Was produced using a known bag making machine to obtain a dew condensation-proof packaging bag.
These two types of anti-condensation packaging bags were filled with 40 ml of a cryogen (gel) and the opening was hermetically sealed.
[0021]
Two types of anti-condensation packaging bags filled with the contents were left to stand in a freezer at −18 ° C. for 8 hours to freeze. Then, when returned to the room at 20 ° C., the condensation prevention packaging bag of Comparative Example 1 showed water droplets on the surface of the packaging bag in about 15 minutes, whereas the condensation prevention of Example 1 In the packaging bag, water drops were not observed on the surface of the packaging bag even after 2 hours.
[0022]
As seen in Example 1, it can be seen that the anti-condensation packaging bag made of paper made of 100% pulp having water absorption capacity and water retention capacity as a dew condensation prevention packaging material has a sufficient anti-condensation effect.
