Description

【0001】

Dismantling method and dismantling apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a fire extinguisher installed in a house or a factory is disassembled for disposal and recycling. This disassembly is performed by removing a valve cap 5 screwed into a male screw 6 of a base 3 of the container body 2 as shown in FIG. Removal is performed from the container body 2, then the valve 4 is withdrawn from the container body 2, and then the fire extinguishing agent is removed from the container body 2. At this time, the valve cap 5 is removed by rotating the valve cap 5 in a loosening direction using a special jig.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there is a problem in that the removal operation such as rotating the valve cap 5 in the loosening direction using a special jig requires a great deal of trouble. The base 3 of the container body 2 is made of iron, while the valve cap 5 is almost made of aluminum. However, in many cases, the valve cap 5 is fixed to the base 3 of the container body 2 by corrosion and is difficult to separate. However, it takes a lot of time and labor to remove the valve cap 5 manually using a dedicated jig. Further, in such a case, the valve cap 5 may be blown by gas, but this also requires much time and labor.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fire extinguisher that can easily disassemble a valve cap from a container body and improve the efficiency of dismantling of a fire extinguisher. An object of the present invention is to provide a dismantling method and a dismantling device.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the method for dismantling a fire extinguisher according to the present invention, when disassembling a fire extinguisher in which a valve cap is screwed into a male screw of a mouthpiece of a main body container, the cutting is performed by fixing the main body container and being provided on an outer periphery of the valve cap. It is characterized in that the valve cap is split by a blade.
[0006]
According to this disassembly method, the valve cap can be removed safely and with less time and effort than using a special jig to rotate and remove the valve cap in the loosening direction or disassemble the valve cap by fusing with gas. The cap can be disassembled from the container body.
[0007]
The fire extinguisher dismantling device of the present invention is a dismantling device for disassembling a fire extinguisher in which a valve cap is screwed into a male screw of a base portion of a main body container, and a fire extinguisher fixing portion for fixing the main body container with a clamp. A cap cutting portion provided on an outer periphery of the valve cap and having a cutting blade pushed or driven into the valve cap so as to break the valve cap. In this case, the cutting blade can be made of die steel.
[0008]
According to this dismantling device, the fire extinguisher can be stably and reliably fixed to the fire extinguisher fixing portion by a clamp, and the valve cap can be easily and safely split by the cutting blade under the fixed state of the fire extinguisher, so that the container body Can be easily disassembled.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a fire extinguisher dismantling apparatus showing one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view taken in the direction of arrow B in FIG. FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a head portion of the fire extinguisher, and FIG. 6 is a front view of a valve cap of the fire extinguisher of FIG.
[0010]
The fire extinguisher 1 to be dismantled according to the present invention is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a valve cap having an annular valve cap 4 on a base 3 of a main body container 2 formed of a metal such as iron. 5 has a well-known structure that is fixed by tightening the male screw 6 into the male screw 6 of the base 3. The valve 4 includes a valve stem 8 having a valve body 7 at a lower end, and fixed / movable levers 9 and 10 for pushing down the valve stem 8 to open the valve. The valve cap 5 is made of an aluminum die-cast product or the like, and its outer peripheral surface is formed with irregularities 11 and 12 on which a dedicated jig is hung.
[0011]
In the method for dismantling a fire extinguisher according to the present invention, when disassembling the fire extinguisher 1, the main container 2 is fixed, and one or more cutting blades provided on the outer periphery of the valve cap 5 in this fixed state. Is to break the valve cap 5.
[0012]
The disassembly method can be suitably implemented by the disassembly apparatus shown in FIGS. This disassembly apparatus comprises a fire extinguisher fixing portion 14 for fixing the main body container 2 with a clamp 13 and a pair of die steel (SKD11) provided on the outer periphery of the valve cap 5, in the illustrated example, on the axis of symmetry S of the valve cap 5. The cutting blades 15, 16 and the fire extinguisher 1 are relatively moved to push or drive the cutting edges of the cutting blades 15, 16 into the valve cap 5 to break the valve cap 5. And
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fire extinguisher fixing portion 14 includes a clamp 13 including a receiving clamp 18 and a holding clamp 19 which are provided to face each other. The distal ends of the receiving clamp 18 and the holding clamp 19 are formed to have V-shaped cutouts 18a and 19a for receiving a part of the circumference of the main body container 2.
[0014]
The receiving clamp table 20 supporting the receiving clamp 18 is mounted on a bed 21 by a first pneumatic operation cylinder 22 so as to be able to move forward and backward in the left-right direction. The holding clamp base 23 supporting the holding clamp 19 is mounted on the receiving clamp base 20 so as to be able to move forward and backward in the left-right direction by the second operation cylinder 24. A temporary placing table 27 provided with the V-block portion 25 and the receiving portion 26 at the front and rear ends in an upright state is positioned forward and backward between the receiving clamp 18 and the holding clamp 19 for receiving the V-block portion 25 and the receiving portion 26. , Between the bed 21 and the receiving clamp table 20 so as to be freely movable in the left-right direction.
[0015]
The cap cutting portion 17 is disposed in front of the fire extinguisher fixing portion 14 and, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, is opposed to each other on the outer periphery of the valve cap 5, in the illustrated example, on the symmetry axis S of the valve cap 5. The cutting blades 15 and 16 are provided. A cutting blade holder 30 supporting one cutting blade 15 is fixedly mounted on a cutting blade base 31 fixed on the bed 21, and a cutting blade holder 32 supporting the other cutting blade 16 is hydraulically mounted on the cutting blade base 31. The third operation cylinder 33 of the type is installed to be able to move forward and backward in the left-right direction.
[0016]
In the dismantling apparatus having the above configuration, the fire extinguisher 1 is placed on the V block 25 and the receiving portion 26 before and after the temporary placing stand 27 in the fire extinguisher fixing portion 14, and the receiving clamp 18 is moved by the first operation cylinder 22. It is advanced so as to be close to the fire extinguisher 1, and a part of the circumference of the main body container 2 is received in the notch 18 a at the tip of the receiving clamp 18. The main body container 2 of the fire extinguisher 1 is placed in a horizontal position between the receiving clamp 18 and the holding clamp 19 by receiving the other circumferential portion of the main body container 2 into the notch 19a at the tip of the holding clamp 19 and further moving the main body container 2 forward. It is clamped and fixed. When the fire extinguisher 1 is fixed, the valve cap 5 is located between the cutting blades 15 and 16 of the cap cutting portion 17.
[0017]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 4, the movable cutting blade 16 is advanced by the third operating cylinder 33 in the cap cutting section 17 so that the cutting edge of the cutting blade 16 is moved from a part of the circumference of the valve cap 5 to the valve cap 5. The fire extinguisher 1 is moved in the direction of the fixed cutting blade 15 while being pushed toward the center of 5, and the cutting edge of the fixed cutting blade 15 is pushed into the other part of the circumference of the valve cap 5. As a result, the valve cap 5 is split into two. Most of the valve caps 5 on the market are made of aluminum die-cast products, which are relatively low in compression elasticity and brittle, so that they can be easily cut and broken by pushing the cutting blades 15 and 16. At this time, if the fire extinguisher 1 is fixed to the fire extinguisher fixing portion 14 so that the concave portions 11 of the irregularities 11 and 12 on the outer peripheral surface of the valve cap 5 are cut by the cutting blades 15 and 16, cutting is performed. Cutting can be easily performed with a small pushing force of the blades 15 and 16. The valve cap 5 thus split can be easily disassembled from the base 3 of the container body 2. The movement of the entire fire extinguisher 1 in the direction of the fixed-side cutting blade 15 is performed by moving the receiving clamp base 20 and the clamp base 23 together with the first operation cylinder 22.
[0018]
After the disassembly of the valve cap 5 is completed, the clamp 13 is opened by retreating the receiving clamp 18 and the holding clamp 19 in the fire extinguisher fixing part 14, and the cutting blade 16 is retreated in the cap cutting part 17, so that the next fire extinguishing is performed. Prepared for disassembly of the valve cap of the vessel.
[0019]
The present invention is also applicable to the valve cap 5 in which, instead of slowly pushing the cutting edges of the cutting blades 15 and 16 into the valve cap 5 in the cap cutting section 17, a striking force for instantaneously driving the cutting blades 15 and 16 is applied. You can divide 5. Further, the cutting blades 15 and 16 are not limited to being provided at two places on the outer periphery of the valve cap 5, and one of the cutting blades 15 (or 16) may be provided at one place on the outer periphery of the valve cap 5. Alternatively, it is optional to dispose it at three or more locations on the outer periphery of the valve cap 5.
In addition, the valve cap 5 may be one that cuts only one portion of the valve cap 5 or crushes it into three or more small pieces in addition to being split into two.
[0020]
