Abstract
【解決手段】 アンテナ・ループが電気的にトランスポンダに結合されている。アンテナとトランスポンダは、ユニット構成で持ち運びできるように環状組立体に形成するために、少なくとも部分的に非導電性の担体ストリップ中に埋め込まれている。環状組立体は、タイヤ製造後の取付け工程において、歪みと金属性のホイール・リムからの電磁干渉に曝されることを最小にする位置で、タイヤに取り付けられる。組立体は、絶縁被覆で覆われたアンテナ線を形成し、アンテナ線を適切な長さに切断してその両端部をむき出し、トランスポンダを貫通してアンテナ線の一方の端部を差し込み、アンテナ線の両端部を接合し、トランスポンダ・タグと接合されたアンテナ端部の周囲に絶縁構造を注入することによって組立てられる。

Claims (3)
- a. 絶縁されたアンテナを作成するために、第1の絶縁材料の中に、導体の少なくとも一部分を埋め込む段階と、
b. 前記絶縁されたアンテナを、アンテナの第1の端部と第2の端部の間で延びる長さが所定の長さになるように切断する段階と、
c. 前記アンテナの第1の端部および第2の端部からある距離だけ、前記絶縁材料を取り除く段階と、
d. 前記アンテナの導体の前記第1の端部を、トランスポンダの筐体を通って突き出す段階と、
e. 前記アンテナの前記第1の端部および第2の端部を継ぎ合わせる段階と、
を有する、環状アンテナ及びトランスポンダ装置の組立て方法。 - 前記アンテナの第1の端部および第2の端部を継ぎ合わせる前に、前記アンテナを環状形状に形成する段階をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の絶縁材料が前記アンテナの第2の端部から取り除かれる距離よりも大きな距離だけ、前記アンテナの第1の端部から前記第1の絶縁材料を取り除かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
