Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device, an information processing system and an information providing method for informing each seller of merchandise information whose transaction has performed by a customer group having the same attributes as those of customers to whom each seller is responsible. <P>SOLUTION: This selling supporting system is constituted of a selling store 100 equipped with a terminal unit 10 and an in-store host computer 20 and a communication network 200 and a server computer 300. The terminal unit 10 supplies customer identification information for specifying the customer who has performed transaction and merchandise information showing the merchandise whose transaction has been performed by the customer through the in-store host computer 20 and the communication network 200 to the server computer 300. The server computer 300 specifies the customer having the same attributes as those of the customer who has performed transaction based on the supplied customer identification information, and supplies the merchandise information supplied to the in-store host computer 20 of the selling store 100 where a person in charge of the specified customer is registered in order to inform the person in charge of the merchandise information whose transaction has been performed by the customer having the same attributes as those of the customer to which the person is responsible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

本発明は、サーバ装置、情報処理システム及び情報提供方法に関し、特に、販売員が担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客群が取引をした商品情報を該販売員に通知するサーバ装置、情報処理システム及び情報提供方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、商品取引においては、各販売員が個別に、担当する顧客との間に信頼関係を構築し、個別訪問などを通じて顧客の商品利用状況やニーズを把握し、各顧客に合わせた商品提案をするという方法が採られていた（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような方法では、各顧客の商品利用状況やニーズを把握するのにある程度時間を要する。このため、販売員が新たに担当することとなった顧客の商品利用状況やニーズを的確に把握し、適切な商品提案をすることは困難であった。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、販売員が担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客群が取引をした商品情報を該販売員に通知するサーバ装置、情報処理システム及び情報提供方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の第１の観点に係るサーバ装置は、
各事業所に設置された情報処理装置とネットワークを介して接続され、顧客を特定する顧客識別情報と該顧客の担当者を特定する担当者識別情報と該顧客の属性を示す属性情報とが互いに対応付けられて登録されているサーバ装置であって、
前記情報処理装置から送信された顧客の顧客識別情報と該顧客と取引をした商品情報とを受信する情報受信手段と、
前記情報受信手段により受信した顧客識別情報に対応する属性情報を検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客の属性を特定する属性特定手段と、
前記属性特定手段により検出された属性情報に対応する顧客識別情報と担当者識別情報とを検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客と該顧客の担当者とを特定する顧客担当者特定手段と、
前記顧客担当者特定手段により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置に前記属性特定手段により検出された属性情報と前記情報受信手段により受信した商品情報とを送信することにより、該担当者に担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客が取引をした商品情報を通知する取引商品通知手段と、
を備える。

また、上記構成において、前記顧客担当者特定手段により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置は、前記情報送信手段により送信された属性情報と商品情報とを受信し、該受信した属性情報と商品情報とを出力することにより、該担当者に担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客が取引をした商品情報を通知してもよい。

さらに、上記構成において、前記情報処理装置は、該事業所に在籍する各担当者に割り当てられた複数の端末機を備え、
前記サーバ装置は、前記顧客担当者特定手段により検出された担当者識別情報を、該顧客担当者特定手段により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置にさらに供給し、
前記情報処理装置は、前記サーバ装置より供給された担当者識別情報に基づいて担当者を特定し、該特定された担当者に割り当てられた端末機に、前記属性特定手段により検出された属性情報と前記入力情報受信手段により受信した商品情報とを供給し、
前記端末機は、前記情報処理装置より供給された属性情報と商品情報とを出力することにより、該担当者に担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客が取引をした商品情報を通知してもよい。

前記入力情報受信手段により受信した顧客識別情報に対応する属性情報を前記顧客データベースから検出し、
前記顧客データベースにおいて検出された属性情報に対応する顧客テーブルを前記属性データベースから検出し、
前記属性データベースにおいて検出された顧客テーブルに記憶された顧客識別情報に対応する担当者識別情報と在籍事業所情報とを担当者データベースから検出し、
前記担当者データベースにおいて検出された在籍事業所情報により特定された事業所の情報処理装置に、前記入力情報受信手段により受信した商品情報と、前記顧客データベースにおいて検出された属性情報と、該担当者データベースにおいて検出された担当者識別情報と、を送信してもよい。

を備える情報処理システムであって、
前記情報処理装置は、顧客の顧客識別情報と該顧客と取引をした商品情報とを入力し、該入力した顧客識別情報と商品情報とをネットワークを介して前記サーバ装置に送信する入力情報送信手段を備え、
前記サーバ装置は、
前記入力情報送信手段により送信された顧客識別情報と商品情報とを受信する入力情報受信手段と、
前記入力情報受信手段により受信した顧客識別情報に対応する属性情報を検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客の属性を特定する属性特定手段と、
前記属性特定手段により検出された属性情報に対応する顧客識別情報と担当者識別情報とを検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客と該顧客の担当者とを特定する顧客担当者特定手段と、
前記顧客担当者特定手段により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置に前記属性特定手段により検出された属性情報と前記入力情報受信手段により受信した商品情報とを送信する情報送信手段と、
を備え、
前記顧客担当者特定手段により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置は、前記情報送信手段により送信された属性情報と商品情報とを受信し、該受信した属性情報と商品情報とを出力することにより、該担当者に担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客が取引をした商品情報を通知する取引商品通知手段を備える。

各事業所に設置された情報処理装置とネットワークを介して接続され、顧客を特定する顧客識別情報と該顧客の担当者を特定する担当者識別情報と該顧客の属性を示す属性情報とが互いに対応付けられて登録されているサーバ装置の情報提供方法であって、
前記情報処理装置から送信された顧客の顧客識別情報と該顧客と取引をした商品情報とを受信する情報受信工程と、
前記情報受信工程により受信した顧客識別情報に対応する属性情報を検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客の属性を特定する属性特定工程と、
前記属性特定工程により検出された属性情報に対応する顧客識別情報と担当者識別情報とを検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客と該顧客の担当者とを特定する顧客担当者特定工程と、
前記顧客担当者特定工程により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置に前記属性特定工程により検出された属性情報と前記情報受信工程により受信した商品情報とを送信することにより、該担当者に担当する顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客が取引をした商品情報を通知する取引商品通知工程と、

各事業所に設置された情報処理装置と、前記情報処理装置とネットワークを介して接続され、顧客を特定する顧客識別情報と該顧客の担当者を特定する担当者識別情報と該顧客の属性を示す属性情報とが互いに対応付けられて登録されているサーバ装置と、を備える情報処理システムにおける情報提供方法であって、
顧客の顧客識別情報と該顧客と取引をした商品情報とが入力されると、該入力された顧客識別情報と商品情報とを受信し、該受信した顧客識別情報と商品情報とをネットワークを介して前記サーバ装置に送信する入力情報送信工程と、
前記入力情報送信工程により送信された顧客識別情報と商品情報とを受信する入力情報受信工程と、
前記入力情報受信工程により受信した顧客識別情報に対応する属性情報を検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客の属性を特定する属性特定工程と、
前記属性特定工程により検出された属性情報に対応する顧客識別情報と担当者識別情報とを検出することにより、前記取引をした顧客と同じ属性を備える顧客と該顧客の担当者とを特定する顧客担当者特定工程と、
前記顧客担当者特定工程により特定された担当者が在籍する事業所の情報処理装置に前記属性特定工程により検出された属性情報と前記入力情報受信工程により受信した商品情報とを送信する情報送信工程と、

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態に係る販売支援システムについて、以下図面を参照して説明する。

販売支援システムは、図１に示すように、販売店１００（１００１、１００２、…、１００ｍ（ｍ：整数））と、通信ネットワーク２００と、サーバコンピュータ３００と、から構成されている。

各販売店１００は、端末機１０（１０１、１０２、…、１０ｎ（ｎ：整数））と、店舗内ホストコンピュータ２０と、を備え、通信ネットワーク２００を介してサーバコンピュータ３００と接続されている。

販売支援システムは、販売店１００が備える端末機１０の入力部１１において顧客識別情報と商品情報とが入力されると、図６のフローチャートに示す情報提供動作を開始する。この情報提供動作は、担当者に担当する顧客と同じ属性を有する顧客群が取引をした商品情報を通知する動作である。この入力部１１において入力された顧客識別情報と商品情報とは、端末機１０の制御部１５に供給される。
