Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temperature measuring device for measuring a temperature, such as a temperature controller or a digital panel meter, and a temperature correcting method thereof, and more particularly, to a thermocouple input temperature measuring device and a temperature correcting method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In temperature measurement using a thermocouple as an input, the temperature of an input terminal serving as a reference junction (cold junction) to which the thermocouple is connected is detected by a temperature-sensitive element arranged near the input terminal, and the reference junction is always set to zero. It is electrically compensated by a cold-junction compensation circuit to reach ℃.
[0003]
In such cold junction compensation, since the reference junction is an important element that determines the accuracy of temperature measurement by the thermocouple, it is necessary to detect the temperature of the input terminal serving as the reference junction with high accuracy. In other words, it is desired that the temperature of the input terminal matches the temperature detected by the temperature-sensitive element.
[0004]
For example, in a multipoint temperature measuring device in which a plurality of thermocouples are connected to a terminal terminal, a difference occurs in the temperature due to a difference in the terminal position of the terminal, and therefore, the temperature is set in advance according to the terminal position. There is also a device that corrects a temperature detected by a temperature-sensitive element (a cold junction compensation thermometer) with a corrected value to improve an error (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
Generally, in temperature measuring devices such as temperature controllers, the temperature-sensitive element is housed in the case of the device, so the effects of heat generated by power elements and relays mounted on the board also housed in the case Will receive.
[0006]
For this reason, calibration of the correction value to correct the temperature difference between the temperature of the input terminal to which the thermocouple is connected and the temperature detected by the temperature-sensitive element is performed in the completed specification in which all the boards are stored in the case. Has been done.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, conventionally, the correction value can be calibrated only with the completed specification of the temperature measuring device. For example, when an optional board is added to the case by the user, or when the applicant of the present application As proposed in “Electronic Equipment and Usage of Electronic Equipment” filed on May 20 as Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-14490, various types of substrates for input, output, power, and communication are proposed. In the equipment that configures the required model by selecting the required board and mounting it in the common case, the user can change or add the board stored in the case according to the desired specification In such a case, it becomes difficult for the manufacturer to calibrate the correction value in the completed specification.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a temperature measuring device capable of calibrating a temperature correction value for cold junction compensation even if it is not a completed specification, and a temperature correction method therefor. The purpose is to do.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has the following configuration to achieve the above object.
[0011]
That is, the temperature measuring device of the present invention is a temperature measuring device that includes a connection portion to which a thermocouple is connected, and a temperature-sensitive element that detects the temperature of the connection portion, and the substrate is housed in a case. A storage unit in which a plurality of correction values according to the storage state of the substrate are stored in advance, a determination unit that determines the storage state of the substrate of the temperature measuring device, and a storage unit that reads from the storage unit according to the determined storage state. A cold-junction compensator for compensating for the cold-junction by correcting the temperature detected by the temperature-sensing element according to the output correction value.
[0012]
Here, the storage state of the substrate refers to, for example, the number of substrates stored in the case, the type of the substrate, or the state of the storage position of the substrate in the case.
[0013]
According to the present invention, a plurality of correction values according to the assumed storage state of the substrate are stored in advance, the storage state of the substrate of the temperature measuring device in use is determined, and the correction according to the determined storage state is performed. Reads the value and corrects the temperature detected by the temperature sensing element to perform cold junction compensation, so if the user changes or adds a board to be stored in the case according to the desired specification However, if the manufacturer prepares a plurality of correction values in advance, the cold junction compensation can be performed by correcting the detected temperature of the temperature-sensitive element with a correction value according to the specification of the user.
[0014]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a base board having a plurality of connectors, and a plurality of mounting boards detachably mounted on the connectors, wherein the storage state is such that the mounting board for the plurality of connectors is provided. And the plurality of correction values individually correspond to the plurality of connectors.
[0015]
According to the present invention, it is determined whether or not a plurality of mounting boards are mounted on a plurality of connectors of a base board as a board storage state, and the determined storage state, that is, a mounting board for a plurality of connectors is determined. Depending on the presence or absence of the mounting, the detected temperature of the temperature-sensitive element can be corrected using a plurality of correction values individually corresponding to each connector, for example, when a mounting board is mounted on a certain connector. When it is, it becomes possible to correct the detected temperature of the temperature sensing element using the correction value corresponding to the certain connector.
[0016]
In one embodiment of the present invention, the base board has a bus wiring connected to a plurality of the connectors, and the mounting board has a dedicated circuit corresponding to a function and is mounted on the connector. The dedicated circuit is thereby connected to the bus wiring, and the determining unit is mounted on either the base substrate or the mounting substrate and connected to the bus wiring, and the determining unit is And determining whether the mounting board is mounted on the connector connected to the bus wiring.
[0017]
Here, the functions include, for example, not only functions such as input, output, power supply, and communication, but also functions such as analog input, digital input, and output formats such as relay output and transistor output, and the number of input / output points. The dedicated circuit refers to a dedicated circuit corresponding to such a function, for example, a circuit such as an input circuit, an output circuit, and a power supply circuit.
[0018]
According to the present invention, by mounting a mounting board having a dedicated circuit corresponding to a function to a connector of a base board having a bus wiring, the dedicated circuit and the bus wiring are bus-connected, and the base board or the mounting board is mounted. The discriminating unit mounted on any one of them can determine, via the bus wiring, whether or not the mounting board is mounted on the plurality of connectors of the base board, that is, the stored state of the board.
[0019]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a control circuit mounted on either the base substrate or the mounting substrate and connected to the bus wiring is provided, and the control circuit is connected to the connector of the base substrate. The mounted mounting board is identified and controlled to operate as a required model among a plurality of models.
[0020]
Here, the model refers to the type of device, for example, not only includes the type of temperature measurement device itself such as a temperature controller or a digital panel meter, but also includes the same type of temperature measurement device, for example, a temperature controller. It includes the types of functions such as upper models and lower models, and further includes, for example, types such as the number of input / output points and output formats, and other types.
[0021]
According to the present invention, by mounting a mounting board having a dedicated circuit corresponding to a function to a connector of a base board having a bus wiring, the dedicated circuit and the bus wiring are bus-connected, and the base board or the mounting board is mounted. The control circuit mounted on either of the above identifies the mounting board via the bus wiring and operates as a required model, so a mounting board having a function according to the required model is selected and mounted on the base board. By doing so, a required model can be configured. Therefore, between models having the same function, for example, between models having the same relay output function, a mounting board corresponding to the function, for example, a mounting board for relay output can be shared.
[0022]
In one embodiment of the present invention, the dedicated circuit includes an input circuit, a power supply circuit, and an output circuit. Is mounted on the mounting substrate.
[0023]
According to the present invention, by selecting a mounting board for input, power supply and output having a function corresponding to each specification of input, power supply and output of the required model, and mounting it on the base board, Temperature measuring device can be configured.
[0024]
In another embodiment of the present invention, the thermocouple includes a plurality of input terminals as the connection unit and a plurality of the temperature-sensitive elements, and the plurality of input terminals are spaced apart in the vertical direction of the case. On the other hand, the plurality of temperature-sensitive elements are mounted on the input mounting board so as to be separated from each other in the up-down direction, and upward based on a temperature difference detected by the plurality of temperature-sensitive elements. This is to correct the detected temperature detected by the disposed temperature sensing element.
[0025]
According to the present invention, in a multi-channel temperature measuring device having a plurality of thermocouples and temperature-sensitive elements, a temperature-sensitive element above a substrate, which is disposed in a case so that the substrate surface extends along the up-down direction, Therefore, the upper temperature-sensitive element can be accurately corrected by using the temperature difference between the detected temperatures of the two temperature-sensitive elements.
[0026]
The temperature correction method of the present invention is a temperature correction method for a temperature measuring device in which a substrate is housed in a case, while detecting a temperature of a connection portion to which a thermocouple is connected with a temperature sensing element to perform cold junction compensation. A plurality of correction values corresponding to the storage state of the substrate are prepared in advance, the storage state of the substrate of the temperature measuring device is determined, and the temperature detected by the temperature-sensitive element with the correction value corresponding to the determined storage state. To compensate for the cold junction.
[0027]
[0028]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a base board having a plurality of connectors and a plurality of mounting boards detachably mounted on the connectors are housed in the case, and the housing state is the plurality of mounting boards. And the plurality of correction values individually correspond to the plurality of connectors.
[0029]
According to the present invention, it is determined whether or not a plurality of mounting boards are mounted on a plurality of connectors of a base board as a board storage state, and the determined storage state, that is, a mounting board for a plurality of connectors is determined. In accordance with the presence or absence of the mounting, the detected temperature of the thermosensitive element can be corrected using a plurality of correction values individually corresponding to each connector.

(Other embodiments)
In the above-described embodiment, the detected temperature of the temperature-sensitive element is corrected according to whether or not the module board is attached to the connector of the base board. However, as another embodiment of the present invention, for example, the module is housed in a case. The correction may be performed according to the number of substrates, or may be performed according to the type or function of the substrate stored in the case, or may be performed by appropriately combining them. You may do so.
[0109]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of correction values corresponding to the assumed storage state of the substrate are stored in advance, the storage state of the substrate of the temperature measuring device during use is determined, and the determined storage state is determined. Since the correction value according to the state is read and the temperature detected by the temperature sensing element is corrected to perform the cold junction compensation, the user can change or add a board to be stored in the case according to the desired specification. In such a case, by preparing a plurality of correction values in advance on the manufacturer side, the cold junction compensation can be performed by correcting the detection temperature of the thermosensitive element with the correction value according to the user's specification. In other words, highly accurate temperature measurement can be performed.
[0110]
Further, according to the present invention, since the control circuit mounted on either the base substrate or the mounting substrate identifies the mounting substrate and operates as a required model, the control circuit for mounting a function corresponding to the required model is provided. By selecting a board and mounting it on the base board, a required model can be configured. Therefore, models having the same function can share a mounting board according to the function. By sharing a substrate among a plurality of models, it is possible to reduce costs in designing, manufacturing, and managing.
