[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The renovation of the area around the entrance, particularly the frame, is usually performed by replacing a wooden veneer veneer, a decorative sheet, or the like attached to the surface of the core material. For example, when a decorative sheet is used, a V-shaped groove is cut into the back surface of the decorative sheet so that the decorative sheet can be immediately mounted on an existing frame at the site, and the decorative sheet is bent at substantially a right angle to form a substantially L-shaped reform in a side view. A frame has already been commercialized.
[0005]
However, the form in which the decorative sheet is formed in a substantially L-shape when viewed from the side has a problem that it is not efficient in terms of distribution, such as packing and transportation, because it is bulky. Further, there is a problem that the edge portion of the substantially L-shaped portion is damaged during distribution. Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides a method of mounting a front door frame using a decorative sheet that can be easily installed on site, while improving efficiency in distribution, such as packing and transportation. That is the subject.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been conceived in order to solve the above problems, and employs the following technical means. That is, according to the present invention, there is provided a method of attaching a decorative film and a base material, and using a decorative sheet in which a back surface of the base material has been subjected to a V-shaped groove processing in advance to cover a front door frame. A protective tape is removably extended along a position corresponding to the V-shaped groove portion, and the V-shaped groove is bent at a substantially right angle to adhere to the entrance frame, and after the bonding is completed, the protective tape is removed. A method for mounting a front door frame is provided. By doing so, it is possible to improve the efficiency of distribution, such as packing and transportation, and to easily attach the decorative sheet to the existing entrance frame with an excellent finish.
[0007]
Preferably, the protective tape is an adhesive tape. An adhesive tape is detachably extended on the upper surface of the decorative film constituting the valley portion of the V-shaped groove, and for reinforcement, prevents the V-shaped groove from splitting when folded, preventing whitening, and after the bonding is completed. Can be easily removed.
[0008]
It is preferable that the thickness of the decorative sheet is 1.5 to 15 mm. This makes it possible to remodel the existing frame at an appropriate thickness in accordance with the specifications of the existing entrance frame at the site.
[0009]
It is preferable that the decorative film has a wood grain pattern. By doing so, it is possible to reform the entrance frame having a natural appearance of a natural wood.
[0010]
It is preferable that the base material is composed of a wood powder composite resin plate. For example, by using a wood flour composite resin plate containing wood flour, polyolefin resin, or the like as a base material, V-groove processing can be facilitated, and an appropriate cushioning property can be given to the entrance frame after reforming, and comfortable. It can provide a feeling of use.
[0011]
