Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between a flammable or combustible fluid such as hydrogen, methanol, or LPG and a fluid having a relatively low risk such as water, steam, or air.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example, various heat exchangers used in a fuel cell system pass a flammable or flammable gas or liquid.
As a heat exchanger for handling such a fluid, a stacked type in which a large number of plates are stacked or a type in which a large number of tubes are provided in a casing are used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A heat exchanger of a fuel cell system mounted on a vehicle is required to have high safety in consideration of impact resistance and the like.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger capable of preventing a dangerous fluid from leaking to the outside even if a crack occurs on the outer periphery of the heat exchanger due to an external force or the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

(1) In the heat exchanger in which the first fluid (4) and the second fluid (5) flow alternately in the stacking direction of (1),
At least the first fluid (4) circulating in the outermost plate (1) is a non-flammable, non-flammable, relatively low risk material;
The second fluid (5) flowing in the plate next to the outermost plate (1) is a heat exchanger configured to be relatively dangerous, such as flammable or flammable.
[0005]
The present invention described in claim 2 is based on claim 1,
Each plate (1) is formed in a planar rectangular shape, and plates are laminated via a pair of bar members (6) between two parallel edges of each plate (1).
