Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refrigeration cycle control device in which a brushless motor for driving a compressor is driven at a variable speed by an output of an inverter device that is PWM controlled (pulse width modulation control).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, either an induction motor or a brushless motor is used as a motor for driving a compressor of a refrigeration cycle control device such as an air conditioner, but a brushless motor is often used when emphasis is placed on operating efficiency and vibration reduction. Can be
[0003]
This is because it is difficult to perform torque control during one revolution in the case of an induction motor, whereas in the case of a brushless motor, the magnetic pole position is detected and the energization mode is switched. Can be changed, and the torque control during one rotation can be easily performed.
[0004]
Then, in order to cope with load torque fluctuations caused by the suction stroke and the compression stroke of the compressor, the conventional torque control pattern includes an output of the inverter device in the specific section when the rotation speed of the brushless motor drops below a predetermined level. A pattern in which the duty of the PWM signal is changed so that the voltage is higher than the output voltage in another section by an average voltage value during one rotation of the brushless motor or a value obtained by multiplying the output voltage value in the other section by a predetermined coefficient. It had a torque control pattern output circuit for outputting a signal. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

Japanese Patent No. 3278491 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this conventional torque control, although the effect of suppressing vibration due to torque fluctuation was large by multiplication operation processing of a predetermined coefficient, since a large amount of operation processing was performed by a microcomputer (hereinafter referred to as a microcomputer), a high-grade microcomputer was used. This has been an obstacle to cost reduction in response to the recent price reduction of air conditioners.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention pays attention to this point, and solves the above-mentioned drawbacks. When the brushless motor for driving the compressor is driven at a variable speed by the output from the inverter device, the PWM control for the inverter device is performed based on the detection of the magnetic pole position of the brushless motor. Then, the rotation angle when the brushless motor makes one rotation is divided into a plurality of sections, and a PWM cycle timer for setting a PWM cycle and a PWM duty timer for setting a PWM duty so as to increase or decrease the motor driving torque in the specific section. In a refrigeration cycle control device that can control the output voltage of the inverter device by changing the PWM duty by changing the set value to the PWM duty timer and controlling the speed of the brushless motor, PWM duty during one rotation of the brushless motor An average PWM duty timer setting unit for setting an average value of a timer; and storage means for storing a plurality of predetermined values corresponding to the average PWM duty timer set value in the specific section, wherein the number of rotations of the brushless motor is set to a predetermined value. When the number falls below the predetermined value, by adding or subtracting a predetermined value stored in the storage means to the average PWM duty timer set value in accordance with the average duty timer set value, the PWM duty in the specific section and other than the specific section is reduced. It is provided with a torque control output circuit that outputs at different duties.
[0008]
As a result, torque control can be realized by arithmetic processing of only addition or subtraction, and the amount of arithmetic processing by the microcomputer can be significantly reduced, and cost can be reduced by changing to an inexpensive microcomputer.
