本考案は石けんの洗浄力に加えてガンマ・レノリン酸の掻痒抑制効果と貝殻焼成微粉末の抗菌効果を有する石けんに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
石けんの洗浄効果に加えて皮膚掻痒の緩和を目的とした物質を配合した石けんは市販されていない。しかし従来より合成化学的に得られたイクタモールや塩酸クロルヘキシジン等の抗菌物質を配合し抗菌性を付与したいわゆる薬用石けんは製造販売されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
掻痒緩和を目的とする安全な物質を石けん使用により皮膚組織に到達させる必要がある。いっぽう黄色ブドウ球菌や真菌等の繁殖を抑制する抗菌剤にはイクタモールや塩酸クロルヘキシジン等が使用されているが合成化学物質であるが故に、抗菌目的を達したのちの環境負荷が大きく自然分解に難点があり、河川や湖沼等における生態系への影響が懸念されている。これを天然の抗菌物質に置き換えることにより、環境負荷を少なくするという有意義性が獲得できる。

【課題を解決する手段】
ガンマ・レノリン酸は体内でも産生され、それは体内に備わった生理物質であるD6D(デルタ6デスアスターゼ)という不飽和化酵素により摂取食物より産生されるが、アトピー性皮膚炎患者ではこのD6Dの活性低下が確認されている。いっぽうガンマ・レノリン酸は掻痒を惹起する炎症反応に関与するサイトカイン中のインターロイキン1およびインターロイキン2あるいは腫瘍壊死因子の合成を阻害する働きのあることが確認されている。このガンマ・レノリン酸が有する阻害効果によって炎症抑制と掻痒抑制の効果が示唆されている。そこで炎症抑制と掻痒抑制の効果が期待できるガンマ・レノリン酸を外部から補う方法として、ガンマ・レノリン酸の含有量が多い月見草油あるいはボラージ油を配合した石けん使用を通じて経皮吸収により真皮層に到達させ、さらに洗浄後の石けん滓として皮膚面に残置させる方法を採用した。
さらにまた抗菌効果を得るため石けん中にホタテ貝、牡蠣、ホッキ貝等の貝殻焼成微粉末を適量配合を行なえば合成化学物質による抗菌剤に匹敵する効果を得ることは可能である。

【発明の効果】
皮膚疾患の掻痒緩和を目的としてガンマ・レノリン酸を経口摂取する方法は従来、一部の医師の指導のもとに行なわれていた。また皮膚に直接塗布する方法も行なわれてきたが、いずれも経済的な負担に対しての効果が不明であり、また皮膚面への抗菌作用が欠如していた。
本考案の石けんは経済的負担を軽減するとともにアトピー性皮膚炎患者の日常生活に欠かせない毎日の入浴時に、定期的に定量的にガンマ・レノリン酸を経皮吸収させて掻痒抑制効果を付与し、併せて皮膚面に繁殖する黄色ブドウ球菌や真菌類の繁殖を抑制する抗菌効果も付与するもので、アトピー性皮膚炎をはじめとした皮膚諸疾患の治療を補助し、症状の改善および軽快に寄与できるものと位置付け、本考案の有意義性を広めたい。[0001]
