上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明のブラケットのインサート成形用型は、ブラケットをセットする一方の成形型とこれと対向する他方の成形型とからなり、一方の成形型にブラケットをセットして型締めした後合成樹脂原料を注入してブラケットを合成樹脂成形品と一体に固定するブラケットのインサート成形に使用するブラケットのインサート成形用型であって、インサート成形する対象のブラケットは基板部とその一方の面のクリップ装着部及び他方の面の埋め込み部とから構成したものとし、一方の成形型にブラケットのクリップ装着部を収容するブラケット収容部を設けるとともに該ブラケット収容部を囲む一方の成形型の型面に弾性体を設け、ブラケットの基板部を弾性体により支承させて合成樹脂原料の注入圧力または注入圧力と発泡圧力による基板部の弾性体への押し付け力により基板部と弾性体との接触面から合成樹脂原料が漏れることを防止することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に図面を参照しつつ、本発明の実施形態を説明する。
図1は本発明のブラケットのインサート成形用型の例を示すもので、ブラケットを装着する一方の成形型1と対向する他方の成形型2からなるものである。一方の成形型1の成形面にはブラケットのクリップ装着部を収容するブラケット収容部3が設けてあり、該ブラケット収容部3を囲む一方の成形型1の型面には弾性体4が取り付けてある。弾性体4は一方の成形型1に設けた弾性体固定溝5に固定するとともに入れ子6で押さえることにより一方の成形型1に取り付けてある。図中7、7は入れ子6を一方の成形型1に固定する連結棒であり、弾性体4は温度等の成形時の条件に耐え得るシリコン樹脂等により構成することが好ましい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記説明から明らかなように、一方の成形型に弾性体を設けて該弾性体にブラケットの基板部を支承させ、注入された合成樹脂原料の注入圧力または注入圧力と発泡圧力によりブラケットの基板部を弾性体に押し付けるようにしたので、ブラケットの基板部表面への合成樹脂材料の漏出を確実に防止することができるものである。従って、本発明は従来のこの種のブラケットのインサート成形用型の問題点を解決したものとして業界に寄与するところ極めて大である。なお、前記実施の形態では、治具及び係合孔は各1個のみを示しているが、ブラケットの所要数に応じて複数設けることは言うまでもない。
