従来、この種の加熱調理器のロースター部としては、図9に示す構成となっていた。図において、31は従来の加熱調理器本体で、その内部にロースター部32が配置されている。ロースター部32の調理室33内には上下にシーズヒータやミラクロンヒータよりなる上下加熱手段34、35が設けられており、調理物36を載置する焼き網37が上下加熱手段34、35の間に位置している。また、前記焼き網37の下部には、調理物36から落ちる油を受けるための受け皿38が設けられている。39は、上面で調理をおこなうIHクッキングヒータの加熱コイルである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の構成では、魚などを焼いた後の調理室33内に付着した汚れは、受け皿38と焼き網37については着脱ができ洗えるが、調理室33内の壁面に飛び散った油や汁などの汚れは調理室33内に直接手を入れ布きんなどでふき取る必要がある。しかし、上下加熱手段34,35に用いられているシーズヒータやミラクロンヒータは調理室内に固定されているため邪魔となり清掃が非常に困難であるという課題がある。かつては着脱できるヒータも存在していたが、電気接点を持つ部分の着脱だけに難しく、安全性の観点からなくなっている。
