本発明は上記課題を解決するため、板バネの中央にロック穴を設けると共に バネ支点を両端に設けることによりガタツキをなくすようにする。更に、ケース内側両端に板バネの抜け止め爪を設けることにより、ケース完成後でも後から板バネを装着可能とすると共に、外ケース側にスライドノブの爪をスナップフィット固定するロック穴を有する弾性片を設けることにより、スライドノブもケース完成後にワンタッチで着脱可能となるようにする。その結果、装着時のガタツキがなく、著しく生産性及び保守性の良い電池パックを提供することができる。

本発明によれば、板バネの両端が固定されているため、ロック穴部に無線機前後方向のガタツキが生じることがなく、電池パック装着のガタツキをなくすことができ、端子の接触不良の心配もなくすることができる。更には、スライドノブ及び板バネもケース完成後にワンタッチで着脱可能となるため、著しく生産性及び保守性の良い電池パックを提供することができる。
