The fixation structure 1 includes a hook-shaped claw part 53 having, at a tip 53b, a projecting part 53a penetrating an opening 15 arranged at an edge 11 of the housing 10 and hooked to the backside 12 of the edge 11 for fixing the cover 50 to the housing 10, and having elastic force. The claw part 53 is a portion of an edge 51 of the cover 50 processed by bending the portion of the edge 51 toward the housing 10 to form a step 55 by the bending. The claw part 53 fixes the cover 50 to the housing 10 in the state where the edge 11 is tightly fitted to the edge 51 by: hooking the projecting part 53a to the backside 12 by pressing the projecting part 53a against the backside 12 by the elastic force; and sandwiching the edge 11 between the tip 53b and the edge 51.

Description

The present invention relates to a fixing structure for freely fixing a cover to a housing.

For example, a radio base station in a digital mobile communication system is provided with a casing used for various purposes. Such a casing is, for example, a power supply unit that drives a radio base station.

In general, such a housing includes a mounting board (not shown) housed in the housing, a front panel fixed to the front so as to cover the front of the housing, and an upper surface so as to cover the upper surface of the housing. A fixed cover is provided.

A power supply component is mounted on the mounting board.

In the housing, the entire front surface of the housing and the entire top surface of the housing are open, and are fixed so that the front panel covers the front as described above, and are fixed so that the cover covers the top surface as described above. ing.

The edge of the cover is flat. In order to fix the cover to the housing, a claw portion is provided on the edge of the cover so as to pass through an opening, which will be described later, disposed on the edge of the housing and to be hooked on the back surface of the housing edge. .

An opening through which the claw portion is hooked on the back surface of the edge of the housing is disposed at the edge of the housing facing the edge of the cover. The edge of the housing is a leaf spring having an elastic force that pushes up the edge of the cover so that the claw portion can be inserted through the opening and firmly hooked to the back surface of the edge of the housing. The edge of the housing, which is a leaf spring, rises toward the cover and is not flat.

The claw part is inserted through the opening and hooked on the back surface of the edge of the housing, and the edge of the housing pushes up the edge of the cover by elastic force, so that the claw portion is more firmly hooked on the back surface of the edge of the housing. Thereby, the cover is fixed so as to cover the upper surface of the housing.

Thus, the claw portion and the edge of the casing, which is a leaf spring, are a general fixing structure that fixes the cover to the casing.

The front panel is screwed to the front of the housing.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an electronic device that facilitates fixing of a dielectric cover and an insulating sheet and insulates a mounting substrate on which an electronic component is mounted from the dielectric cover.

In the general fixing structure described above, the edge of the casing rises toward the cover and is not flat. Therefore, when the cover is fixed to the casing, a gap is generated between the edge of the cover and the edge of the casing, and the cover and the casing (the edge of the cover and the edge of the casing) do not adhere to each other. Shaking occurs. Thereby, for example, the function of the housing as the power supply unit may be deteriorated.

Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a fixing structure capable of firmly fixing a cover to the casing by bringing the casing and the cover into close contact with each other.

In order to achieve the object, the present invention is a fixing structure for freely fixing a cover to a casing, and an opening disposed at an edge of the casing is inserted to fix the cover to the casing. And a hook-like claw portion having an elastic force at the tip, which is hooked on the rear surface of the edge of the housing, and the claw portion has a part of the edge of the cover facing the housing. And the claw portion presses the projection portion toward the back surface by the elastic force, thereby forming the projection. The cover is hooked on the back surface of the edge of the casing, the edge of the casing is sandwiched between the tip and the edge of the cover, and the edge of the casing and the edge of the cover are in close contact with each other. A fixing structure is provided, wherein the fixing structure is fixed to the housing .

In order to achieve the object, the present invention provides the fixing structure as described above, wherein the claw portion also serves as a ground.

In order to achieve the object, the present invention provides the fixing structure described above, wherein the claw portion including the protrusion and the tip is a leaf spring having the elastic force.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the step has substantially the same thickness as an edge of the casing, and the cover is displaced with respect to the casing when the cover is fixed to the casing. The fixing structure as described above is characterized in that it is prevented.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the fixing structure which can make a housing | casing and a cover closely_contact | adhere and can be firmly fixed to a housing | casing can be provided.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a fixing structure in the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the fixing structure. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the upper surface cover and the housing are in close contact with each other by being caught on the back surface of the edge of the claw portion and the housing.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fixing structure 1 freely fixes a cover 50 to the housing 10.

As shown in FIG. 1, the housing 10 includes a mounting board (not shown) housed in the housing 10, a front panel 30 fixed to the front surface 10 a so as to cover the front surface 10 a of the housing 10, and the housing 10. A cover 50 fixed to the upper surface 10b is disposed so as to cover the upper surface 10b of the other.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, in the housing 10, the entire front surface 10 a of the housing 10 and the entire upper surface 10 b of the housing 10 are open, and the front panel 30 covers the front surface 10 a as described above. As described above, the cover 50 is fixed so as to cover the upper surface 10b.

Such a casing 10 is used for various purposes, for example, in a radio base station in a digital mobile communication system. The housing 10 constitutes a power supply unit that drives the radio base station by accommodating a mounting substrate, for example.

A power supply component (not shown) is mounted on the mounting board.

An insulating sheet (not shown) is provided on the inner surface of the front panel 30 and the inner surface of the cover 50 to insulate the front panel 30 and the cover 50 from the mounting board. The insulating sheet is also disposed inside the housing 10. Such an insulating sheet prevents an electric leakage from the mounting board on which the power supply component is mounted to another mounting board or the like, and the operator touches the housing 10 (mounting board) at the time of maintenance so as to receive an electric shock. In order to prevent this, the mounting substrate is covered.

The front panel 30 is screwed to the front surface 10a with screws 31.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the edge 51 of the cover 50 is, for example, a plane. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in order to fix the cover 50 to the housing 10, the edge 51 is inserted into an edge 15, which will be described later, disposed on the edge 11 of the housing 10. A protrusion 53a that catches on the back surface 12 of the lip is provided at the tip 53b, and a hook-shaped claw 53 having elasticity is disposed. The claw portion 53 also serves as a ground.

The claw portion 53 is a part of the edge 51 that is processed so that a part of the edge 51 is bent toward the casing 10 and a step 55 having substantially the same thickness as the edge 11 is formed by bending. That is, the claw portion 53 is integral with the cover 50. The claw portion 53 is a bent claw that is bent toward the housing 10. Further, the claw portion 53 forms a step 55 having substantially the same thickness as the edge 11. When the cover 50 is slid with respect to the housing 10 in order to insert the claw portion 53 into the opening 15 and fix the cover 50 to the housing 10, the edge 15 a of the opening 15 is provided in the step 55. Abut. As described above, the step 55 functions as a stopper that prevents the cover 50 from being displaced with respect to the housing 10 when the cover 50 is fixed to the housing 10.

As described above, the claw portion 53 has the protruding portion 53 a that is caught on the back surface 12 when the cover 50 is fixed to the housing 10 on the end surface 53 c of the tip 53 b of the claw portion 53. The end surface 53c is, for example, a flat surface, and the tip 53d of the end surface 53c has, for example, a substantially semicircular shape.

The protruding portion 53a is a part of the end surface 53c formed by, for example, extruding the end surface 53c from the back surface 53e side to the front surface 53f side. The protrusion 53a has, for example, a substantially hemispherical shape, and the tip of the protrusion 53a is sharp, for example. That is, the protruding portion 53 a protrudes from the end surface 53 c so as to face the back surface 12 when the cover 50 is fixed to the housing 10.

The claw portion 53 including the protrusion 53a and the tip 53b is, for example, a leaf spring having elasticity. The claw 53 presses the protrusion 53a toward the back surface 12 by this elastic force, so that the protrusion 53a is hooked on the back surface 12 of the edge 11 of the housing 10, and the end surface 53c of the tip 53b and the edge 51 of the cover 50 Thus, the cover 50 is fixed to the housing 10 in a state where the edge 11 of the housing 10 is sandwiched and the edge 11 of the housing 10 and the edge 51 of the cover 50 are in close contact with each other without a gap.

The claw portion 53 is in contact with the side surface 13 of the housing 10 and is disposed on each of the one edge 51 a and the other edge 51 b facing each other in the cover 50. Three claw portions 53 are arranged on the edges 51a and 51b, for example, at equal intervals. Further, the claw portion 53 is arranged, for example, on the same straight line in a linear direction connecting the edges 51a and 51b (more specifically, a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the edges 51a and 51b).

Note that two claw portions 53 are also arranged at equal intervals, for example, on the edge 51c facing the back surface 14 of the housing 10.

An opening 15 through which the claw portion 53 (projection portion 53a) is hooked to the back surface 12 is disposed on the edge 11 facing the edge 51. The opening 15 is a notch. The edge 11 is not raised toward the cover 50, and is a flat surface, for example. The opening 15 has a size that allows the claw 53 to be inserted therethrough. The length of the opening 15 is substantially the same as the length of the claw 53, more specifically, the end surface 53c inserted through the opening, or longer than the length of the end surface 53c. It is preferable from the viewpoint of inserting and projecting the protrusion 53a on the back surface 12.

Next, the operation method of this embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, the cover 50 is installed in the housing 10 so that the claw portion 53 including the end surface 53 c passes through the opening 15.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cover 50 slides with respect to the housing 10. Thereby, the protrusion 53a faces the back surface 12. Further, the claw 53, which is a leaf spring, presses the protrusion 53a toward the back surface 12 by its own elastic force, and the end surface 53c and the edge 51 sandwich the edge 11. As a result, the protrusion 53 a is caught on the back surface 12, the edge 11 is sandwiched between the end face 53 c and the edge 51, and the cover 50 is firmly fixed to the housing 10.

Thus, when the protrusion 53a is hooked on the back surface 12 and the cover 50 is fixed to the housing 10, the edge 11 and the edge 51 which are flat surfaces closely contact each other without a gap. Therefore, rattling between the cover 50 and the housing 10 is prevented. Further, the protrusion 53a is prevented from being separated from the back surface 12 by the elastic force, and the function as the ground in the claw 53 is prevented from being lowered.

When the cover 50 is slid, the edge 15 a contacts the step 55, so that the cover 50 prevents the cover 50 from sliding too much (displaces too much) with respect to the housing 10.

The screws 31 fasten the front panel 30 to the front surface 10a.

As described above, in this embodiment, the protrusion 53a is pressed toward the back surface 12 by the elastic force, the protrusion 53a is hooked on the back surface 12, and the edge 11 is sandwiched between the end surface 53c and the edge 51, whereby the cover 50 is attached to the housing. 10 can be firmly fixed.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the edge 11 and the edge 51 are flat, for example, the edge 11 and the edge 51 can be brought into close contact with each other by the claw part 53, and the cover 50 and the housing are formed by the elastic force and the protruding part 53a. Shaking with the body 10 can be prevented.

Thereby, in this embodiment, the fall of the function of the housing | casing as a power supply unit can be prevented, for example.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since it can prevent that the projection part 53a leaves | separates from the back surface 12 with an elastic force, the fall as a function in the nail | claw part 53 can be prevented.

Further, in the present embodiment, when the cover 50 slides, the claw portion 53 (step 55) can be brought into contact with the edge 15a, and therefore the cover 50 slides too much (too much) with respect to the housing 10. Can be prevented.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the nail | claw part 53, the projection part 53a, and the cover 50 are united, the number of parts can be reduced and it can be made cheap.

In the present embodiment, the protrusion 53a may be separate from the end surface 53c.

Moreover, in this embodiment, if the projection part 53a can be caught by the back surface 12, the shape of the projection part 53a will not be specifically limited.

In the present embodiment, if the edge 11 and the edge 51 are closely adhered to each other by the claw part 53 and the claw part 53 can function as a ground, the edge 11 and the edge 51 do not need to be limited to a plane. For example, it may be a curved surface.
