この発明は、ICカードやインターネットを用いた電子薬局の方法に関する。
【従来の技術】
従来、患者は診察から投薬までを以下の手順に従っていた。
すなわち、患者は、病院へ行き、窓口で受付を済ませ、医師による診察を受け、医師はカルテの記載を行う。その後、会計と処方箋の発行がなされる。患者は処方箋を持って、薬局へ行き、文章または口頭による薬服指導を受け、調剤された薬剤を受け取り、会計を済ませる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の薬局による手順では、以下のような課題があった。すなわち、
(1)処方箋は、各病院で作成され薬局で使われ患者の手元に残ることは無く、残ったにしても、過去の膨大な処方箋の書面を整理して保存することは大変である。また処方箋の内容は、病院にはカルテの一部として残るものの、転院すると、転進先の病院には転院前の処方箋の内容は存在しない。この不具合は、処方箋の内容が病院ごとに多元的に管理されるためである。これらのため、薬歴や治療経過を認識しにくく治療、処置、および病気予防などに役立てにくい。

(2)患者は、病気の体をおして薬局まで行かなくてはならず、薬局における待ち時間を耐え、心身の負担は重かった。
(3)病院や薬局は事務処理に際して、処方箋の内容に含まれる事項を改めてキーボードなどにより入力しなければならず、同じ入力作業を繰り返し、迅速な事務処理ができなかった。
この発明は、以上の課題を解決するためになされたもので、薬歴や治療経過を認識しやすく、薬局まで行かなくて薬剤が得られ、迅速な事務処理ができる電子薬局の方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するために、第一の発明は、病院で、作成した処方箋の内容を専用リーダーライター装置を用いて、ICカードを利用した電子診察券に現在の処方箋として追加して書き込むステップと、患者が病院から受け取った電子診察券を薬局へ渡すステップと、薬局で、前記専用リーダーライター装置を用いて電子診察券の中の現在の処方箋の内容をもとに、薬剤を調剤し患者に、投薬の完了を書き込んだ電子診察券とともに渡すステップと、を有してなることを特徴とする電子薬局の方法である。
第二の発明は、病院での処方箋の内容を、暗号データの作成及び解読ができる専用ソフトで、暗号データとして作成し現在の処方箋として追加し保存するステップと、患者が薬局の指定を病院で行うステップと、 病院から指定薬局へ、前記暗号データとして作成した処方箋を電子メールで送るステップと、 薬局で前記専用ソフトを用いて前記電子メールを解読して知り得た現在の処方箋内容により、薬剤を調剤し、郵便または宅配便で患者へ請求書とともに発送し、さらに、病院へ、現在までの処方箋の内容と投薬の完了の事実を電子メールで送るステップと、患者が郵便または宅配便で薬剤を受け取り、一緒に梱包された請求書により、銀行または郵便局へ料金を振り込むステップと、を有してなることを特徴とする電子薬局の方法である。
第三の発明は、さらに、前記病院または薬局が、前記処方箋の内容を健康保険機関へ、処方箋の内容と投薬の完了の事実を暗号データとして電子メールにより送信するステップを有することを特徴とする電子薬局の方法である。

次に、これら電子診察券1や専用リーダーライター装置5を用いて行う、この実施形態の手順を説明する。
