【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、広告宣伝媒体に関し、さらに詳しくは、外包装容器の外面を利用して、商品を購入した人に、広告宣伝したい商品を確実に知らせ、その関心を引きつけることができる広告宣伝媒体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、広告宣伝媒体としては、種々のものが開発され、提案されている。例えば、新聞、雑誌等に広告欄を設け、ここに広告宣伝したい商品の商品名、商標名、製造者、販売者、商品説明事項等、商品表示にかかる文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示を形成し、その商品の広告宣伝を行っている。あるいは、商品に関するチラシ、カタログ等を作製し、これを不特定多数の人に配布し、そこに掲載されている商品を広く知らせて、人々の関心を引いて広告宣伝を行う場合もある。さらに、例えば、街頭のネオンサイン等を利用し、主に、視覚を通して商品を広告宣伝する場合、さらには、ラジオ、街頭放送等を利用し、主に、音声を通して商品を広告宣伝する場合、あるいは、テレビ等を利用し、主に、音声と映像等を通して商品を広告宣伝する場合等もある。

しかし、上記のような従来の広告宣伝媒体による広告宣伝は、不特定多数の人に向かって商品を広告宣伝するものであり、通常、一人一人が、それを視覚を通して見たり、また、聴覚をとおして聴いたりしても、広告宣伝する商品について、それ程関心を引くものとなっていない。ましてや、人々は、近年、広告宣伝の氾濫による喧騒等に嫌悪感を持つようになっており、それほどに関心のない商品の宣伝広告は、見たり、聴いたりすることを避け、チラシ、カタロク等に至っては、見ないで、そのまま捨ててしまい、その商品の広告宣伝に振り向かないのが実状である。

そこで、商品を収納した個包装容器を１個あるいは複数個まとめて包装する外包装容器の外面を利用して、広告宣伝したい商品等について、一人一人が手に持って、外包装容器の外面に形成した印刷画像表示媒体を通して、必然的に、確実に見せることできる広告宣伝媒体が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

しかしながら、上記の特開平１０−２６８８１８号公報「広告宣伝媒体」は、個包装容器の表面に広告宣伝したい商品等の印刷画像表示部を形成したことを特徴とする広告宣伝媒体であり、個包装容器を包装する外包装容器を利用して広告宣伝したい商品等の印刷画像表示部を形成した広告宣伝媒体とはなっていない。

そこで本発明は、商品を収納した個包装容器を１個あるいは複数個まとめて包装する外包装容器の外面を利用して、広告宣伝したい商品等について、一人一人が手に持って、外包装容器の外面に形成した印刷画像表示媒体を通して、必然的に、確実に見せることできる広告宣伝媒体を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような課題を解決すべく本発明は、商品を収納した包装容器（以下個包装容器と称す）の１個あるいは複数個をまとめて包装する外包装容器の外面に、前記個包装容器内に収納された前記商品と全く無関係な他の商品を広告宣伝する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部を形成したことを特徴とする広告宣伝媒体である。また、前記外包装容器が、プラスチックフィルム製軟包装袋、紙箱、プラスチック成形容器、紙製包装袋、金属製容器からなることを特徴とする広告宣伝媒体である。

本発明によれば、個包装容器に収納されている商品を購入しようとする、あるいは、購入した一人一人は、その外包装容器を手に持って、個包装容器に施されている収納されている商品に関する印刷画像表示部に目を落とす同時に、必然的に、確実に、その外包装容器の外面に施されている他の商品に関する印刷画像表示部を見ることになり、これによって、極めてその商品の広告宣伝機能の高い広告宣伝媒体を得ることができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図面を参照にしながら、本発明の広告宣伝媒体の実施の形態についてさらに詳しく説明する。なお、説明を簡単にするために、各図において対応する部位には、同じ符号を付している。

まず、本発明の広告宣伝媒体の第一の実施の形態について実施例をあげて説明する。図１は、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体の第一の実施の形態の一実施例を示す斜視図である。本発明の広告宣伝媒体Ａは、図１−ａ、ｂに示すように、中に商品１を収納した個包装容器２の１個あるいは複数個をまとめて包装している外包装容器３であり、商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４および他の商品１と無関係な他の商品５の広告宣伝をする文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部６を形成したプラスチックフィルム製軟包装袋３Ａからなっている。

すなわち、本発明の広告宣伝媒体Ａでは、図１−ｃに示すように、商品１を包装した個包装容器２を複数個（本実施例では５個）まとめて一つのプラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａで包装した外包装容器３の表側Ｐの外面に、図１−ａに示すように、その商品１を表示する事項、例えば、商品１の商標名ａ、商品１を表す絵柄ｂ、商品１の品名、中身、製造者、および販売者等を表す欄ｃ、その他、商品１の使用法、保存法等の所定の表示事項（図示してない）等、商品１を表す文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４を形成し、さらに、その印刷画像表示部４以外の領域、例えば、プラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａの裏側Ｑの外面に、図１−ｂに示すように、個包装容器２内に収納されている商品１と全く無関係である、他の商品５を広告宣伝する他の商品５の商標名ｘ、その他の商品５を表す絵柄ｙ、その他の商品５の性能、製造者等を表示する欄ｚ等、他の商品５を表す文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部６を形成して、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体Ａを構成するものである。なお、外包装容器３において、商品１の印刷画像表示部４および商品５の印刷画像表示部６を設ける位置は、特に限定されるものではないが、購入者が見やすい位置とすることが好ましい。

本実施例では、外包装容器３の外面に商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４と、他の商品１と無関係な他の商品５の広告宣伝をする文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部６との両表示部を形成しているが、外包装容器３が透明なプラスチック製軟包装袋の場合には、外包装容器３を通して外から個包装容器２に形成した商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部を視認することができることから、必ずしも、商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４を形成する必要はなく、他の商品５の広告宣伝をする文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部６を個包装容器２の商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部を遮らない位置に設ければよい。

つぎに、本発明の広告宣伝媒体の第二の実施の形態について実施例をあげて説明する。図２は、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体の第二の実施の形態の一実施例を示す斜視図である。本発明の広告宣伝媒体Ｂは、図２−ａ、ｂに示すように、中に商品１を収納した個包装容器２の１個あるいは複数個をまとめて包装している外包装容器３であり、商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４を形成した紙箱３Ｂからなっている。図１−ｃに示すように、この商品１を収納した個包装容器２を複数個（本実施例では６個）まとめて一つの紙箱３Ｂで包装した外包装容器３の表側Ｐの外面に、図１−ａに示すように、その商品１を表示する事項、例えば、商品１の商標名ａ、商品１を表す絵柄ｂ、商品１の品名、中身、内容量、製造者、および販売者等を表す欄ｃ、商品１の使用法、保存法等の所定の表示事項（図示してない）等、商品１を表す文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４を形成し、さらに、その印刷画像表示部４以外の領域、例えば、紙箱３Ｂの裏側Ｑの外面に、図２−ｂに示すように、個包装容器２内に収納されている商品１と全く無関係である他の商品５を広告宣伝する事項、例えば、他の商品５の商品名ｘ、他の商品５を表す絵柄ｙ、他の商品５の性能、製造者、販売者等の他の商品５を表示する欄ｚ、他の商品５の使用法、修理法等の所定の事項（図示してない）等、他の商品５を表す文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部６を形成して、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体Ｂを構成するものである。

なお、第二の実施の形態においても、外包装容器３の紙箱３Ｂの形状が、スリーブ状であれば、外から個包装容器２に形成した商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部を視認することができることから、必ずしも、商品１を表示をする文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４を形成する必要はない。

上記の例示は、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体についてその二例を例示したものであり、これによって本発明は限定されるものではない。本発明においては、図示しないが、外包装容器３の形態としては、上記のようなプラスチック製軟包装袋、紙箱の他に、例えば、紙製包装袋、プラスチック成形容器、金属製容器、ガラス製容器、紙とプラスチックとからなる複合容器等のものでもよく、また、その形態は、個包装容器２の形態により、種々の形態のものを取り得るものである。

本発明においては、上記のような広告宣伝媒体Ａ、Ｂとすることによって、その個包装容器２に収納された商品１を購入しようとする、あるいは、購入した一人一人は、その外包装容器３を手に持って、個包装容器２に施されている収納されている商品１に関する印刷画像表示部に目を落とす同時に、必然的に、確実に、その外包装容器３の外面に施されている他の商品５に関する印刷画像表示部６を見ることになり、これによって、極めて高い商品の広告宣伝機能を発揮することができるものである。

つぎに、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体について、それを構成する材料、製造法等を説明する。
【００１９】
まず、本発明の広告宣伝媒体Ａのように、外包装容器３がプラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａの場合には、それらを構成する基材フィルムとしては、通常、物理的にも化学的にも過酷な条件におかれることから、外包装容器３を構成する包装材料には、厳しい包装適性が要求され、変形防止強度、落下衝撃強度、耐ピンホール性、耐熱性、密封性、品質保全性、作業性、衛生性等の種々の条件が要求されることから、本発明においては、上記のような諸条件を充足する材料を任意に選択して使用することができ、具体的には、例えば、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、アイオノマー樹脂、エチレン−アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸共重合体、メチルペンテンポリマー、ポリブテン系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリ酢酸ビニル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂、塩化ビニル−塩化ビニリデン共重合体、ポリ（メタ）アクリル系樹脂、ポリアクリルニトリル系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、アクリロニトリル−スチレン共重合体（ＡＳ系樹脂）、アクリロニトリル−ブタジェン−スチレン共重合体（ＡＢＳ系樹脂）、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール系樹脂、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体のケン化物、フッ素系樹脂、ジエン系樹脂、ポリアセタール系樹脂、ポリウレタン系樹脂、ニトロセルロース等の公知の樹脂のフィルムないしシートから任意に選択して使用することができる。その他、例えば、セロハン等のフィルム、合成紙等も使用することができる。本発明において、上記のフィルムないしシートは、未延伸、一軸ないし二軸方向に延伸されたもの等のいずれのものでも使用することができる。また、その厚さは、任意であるが、数μｍから３００μｍ位の範囲から選択して使用することができる。さらに、本発明においては、フィルムないしシートとしては、押し出し成膜、インフレーション成膜、コーティング膜等のいずれの性状の膜でもよい。

本発明においては、上記のような基材フィルムの表面に、原反の状態において、予め、例えば、文字、図形、記号、絵柄、模様等の所望の印刷絵柄を通常の印刷法、例えば、オフセット印刷、グラビア印刷、凸版印刷、シルクスクリーン印刷、転写印刷等によって表刷り印刷、あるいは裏刷り印刷等を行うことにより、個包装容器２内に収納した商品１を表示する商品名、商標名、製造者、販売者、商品説明事項等、商品１を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部４を形成すると共に、その印刷画像表示部４以外の領域に、個包装容器２内に収納された商品と全く無関係な他の商品５を広告宣伝する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部６を形成することができるものである。なお、本発明においては、上記のような印刷画像表示部６を形成するに際しては、印刷画像表示部６を構成する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等を、通常の印刷インキを使用して形成する代わりに、例えば、蛍光性インキ、示温性インキ等を使用して印刷画像表示部６を形成することもでき、さらには、その印刷画像表示部６の構造を凹凸画像等にすることもでき、さらにまた、ホログラフィー等を使用して印刷画像表示部６を形成してもよく、また、印刷インキの色数を増やして印刷画像表示部６を形成することもできる。そして、上記のような印刷画像表示部６を形成することにより、その機能性、広告宣伝効果等をさらに高めることが可能となるものである。

ところで、本発明において、上記のようなプラスチック製軟包装袋を構成する場合、上記のような基材フィルムに、さらに、製袋する際に、ヒートシール性フィルムを使用するものである。本発明において、上記のヒートシール性フィルムとしては、熱によって溶融し相互に融着し得る樹脂のフィルムないしシートを使用することができ、具体的には、例えば、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状（線状）低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、アイオノマー樹脂、エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸エチル共重合体、エチレン−メタクリル酸共重合体、エチレン−メタクリル酸メチル共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、メチルペンテンポリマー、ポリブテンポリマー、ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン系樹脂をアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、フマール酸、イタコン酸等の不飽和カルボン酸で変性した酸変性ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリ酢酸ビニル系樹脂、ポリ（メタ）アクリル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂等の樹脂のフィルムないしシートを使用することができる。而して、上記のフィルムないしシートは、その樹脂を含む組成物によるコーティング膜の状態で使用することができる。その膜もしくはフィルムないしシートの厚さとしては、５μｍないし３００μｍ位が好ましくは、さらには、１０μｍないし１００μｍ位が望ましい。

さらに、本発明において、上記のようなプラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａを構成する場合、必要ならば、例えば、遮光性、水蒸気、ガス等のバリアー性を有するアルミニウム箔、あるいはアルミニウムの蒸着膜を有する樹脂のフィルム、水蒸気、ガス等のバアリー性を有する酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム等の無機酸化物の蒸着膜を有する樹脂のフィルム、水蒸気、水等のバリア性を有する低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体等の樹脂のフィルムないしシート、あるいは、ガス、水蒸気等に対するバリア性を有するポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリビニルアルコール、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体ケン化物等の樹脂のフィルムないしシート、樹脂に顔料等の着色剤を、その他、所望の添加剤を加えて混練してフィルム化してなる遮光性を有する各種の着色樹脂のフィルムないしシート等を使用することができる。これらの材料は、一種ないしそれ以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。

つぎに、上記の本発明において、上記のような材料を使用し、例えば、ウエットラミネーション法、ドライラミネーション法、無溶剤型ドライラミネーション法、押し出しラミネーション法、共押し出しラミネーション法、インフレーション法等の通常の積層法等を利用して、所望の積層材を製造し、この積層材を使用して製袋して、プラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａの外包装容器３を製造することができる。本発明において、上記の積層を行う際に、必要ならば、コロナ処理、オゾン処理等の前処理をフィルムに施すことができ、また、イソシアネート系（ウレタン系）、ポリエチレンイミン系、ポリブタジェン系、有機チタン系等のアンカーコーティング剤、あるいはポリウレタン系、ポリアクリル系、ポリエステル系、エポキシ系、ポリ酢酸ビニル系、セルロース系等のラミネート用接着剤等の公知の前処理、アンカーコート剤、接着剤等を使用することができる。

つぎに、本発明において、上記のような積層材を使用して外包装容器３のプラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａを製袋する方法について説明する。例えば、この積層材の内層のヒートシール性樹脂層の面を対向させて、それを折り重ねるか、あるいは、その二枚を重ね合わせ、さらにその周辺端部をヒートシールしてシール部を設けてプラスチック製軟包装袋３Ａを構成することができる。その製袋方法としては、商品１を収納した個包装容器２をまとめて包装できるような形状とするが（本実施例では５個）、上記の積層材を、その内層の面を対向させて折り曲げるか、あるいはその二枚を重ね合わせ、さらにその外周の周辺端部を、例えば、側面シール型、二方シール型、三方シール型、四方シール型、封筒貼りシール型、合掌貼りシール型（ピローシール型）、ひだ付シール型、平底シール型、角底シール型等のヒートシール形態によりヒートシールして、本発明にかかる種々の形態のプラスチック製軟包装袋を製造することができる。上記において、ヒートシールの方法としては、例えば、バーシール、回転ロールシール、ベルトシール、インパルスシール、高周波シール、超音波シール等の公知の方法で行うことができる。

つぎに、本発明の広告宣伝媒体Ｂのように、外包装容器３が紙箱３Ｂの場合には、板紙を主に使用し、この板紙を材料として所望の紙箱３Ｂを製造するブランク板を作製し、製函して、折り畳まれた状態の紙箱を製造する。この折り畳まれた紙箱３Ｂを起こして組み立てて、中に１個あるいは複数個の個包装容器２を収納して密封して外包装容器３である紙箱３Ｂを製造することができる。また、その形状は、本実施例ではオートボトム型としているが、特に限定されるものではなく、シールカートン、サック式カートン、他のボトム式カートン、キャリーカートン、マルチパックカートン、スリーブ、ホールダー等とすることができる。

この紙箱に使用する板紙は、賦型性、耐屈曲性、剛性等を持たせるものであり、白板紙、マニラボール、高級板紙、段ボール等を使用することができる。上記において、板紙としては、坪量約８０〜１０００ｇ／ｍ２の範囲のもの、好ましくは、坪量約２５０〜６００ｇ／ｍ２の範囲のものを使用することが望ましい。勿論、板紙を基材層として、上記に挙げた各種の樹脂のフィルムないしシート等を貼り合わせた積層体として使用することができる。

つぎに、本発明の広告宣伝媒体において、外包装容器が、プラスチック製成形容器の場合には、例えば、ポリエチレン系樹脂、ポリプロピレン系樹脂、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリアクリルニトリル系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、アクリロニトリル−スチレン共重合体（ＡＳ系樹脂）、アクリロニトリル−ブタジェン−スチレン共重合体（ＡＢＳ系樹脂）、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂等の公知の成形用樹脂を使用し、例えば、射出成形法、押し出し成形法、真空圧空成形等の熱成形法、ブロー成形法等の公知の成形法を利用して、種々のプラスチック製成形容器を製造することができる。

また、本発明の広告宣伝媒体において、外包装容器としては、金属缶等の金属製容器、ガラス瓶等のガラス製容器等も使用することができる。

また、本発明の広告宣伝媒体において、個包装容器内に収納された商品と全く無関係な他の商品を広告宣伝する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部は、上記のように、通常は、外包装容器の外面に設けるものであるが、しかし、例えば、外包装容器の外面に貼り合わせるラベル等にも設けることもでき、これによって、ラベル等も、本発明にかかる広告宣伝媒体とすることができるものである。

なお、本発明において、個包装容器内に収納する商品としては、例えば、食品、菓子、ガム、果汁・酒・油・調味料等の飲料、洗剤・歯磨き粉等の日用品、雑貨品、文房具、医薬品、オーディオテープ等の記録媒体等種々の商品を対象とすることができ、これと全く関係のない他の商品としては、例えば、食品、菓子、果汁・酒・油・調味料等の各種の飲食品、洗剤・歯磨き粉等の日用品、雑貨品、テレビ・冷蔵庫・洗濯機・掃除機等の電気製品、パソコン、ゲーム機、通信機器、オーディオ製品、医薬品、ノート・各種ペン・消しゴム・各種テープ・コピー用紙等の文房具、ゴルフ道具・サーカー道具・野球道具等の各種の運動用具等の種々の商品を対象とすることができ、これらの商品を任意に組み合わせて適用することができる。

【実施例】
つぎに、上記の本発明について以下に具体例を挙げてさらに詳しく本発明を説明する。

＜実施例１＞
まず、個包装容器を、即席ラーメンを収納したプラスチック製軟包装袋として、厚さ２０μｍの２軸延伸ポリポリプロピレンフィルムの裏面に、即席ラーメンという商品名、絵柄、原材料名、内容量、賞味期限、製造者、あるいは販売者等のを表示する印刷画像表示部をグラビア印刷方式で裏刷り印刷し、そして、上記の印刷面に、ポリウレタン系２液硬化型接着剤を塗工し、その塗工面に、厚さ２０μｍの無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムを貼り合わせて個包装容器用の積層材を作製した。この積層体をを使用して、その無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム面を対向させて重ね合わせ、しかる後、通常のプラスチック製軟包装袋を製袋し、商品を包装する充填包装機により、胴部、上部および下部をヒートシールしてピロー型のプラスチック製軟包装袋に即席ラーメンを収納した個包装容器を製造した。

つぎに、この個包装容器を５個まとめて包装する外包装容器として、厚さ３０μｍの２軸延伸ポリポリプロピレンフィルムの裏面に、個包装容器の商品であるラーメンとは関係のない商品であるゴルフクラブという商品名、絵柄、製造者等の広告宣伝する印刷画像表示部をグラビア印刷方式で裏刷り印刷し、そして、上記の印刷面に、ポリウレタン系２液硬化型接着剤を塗工し、その塗工面に、厚さ３０μｍの無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムを貼り合わせて外包装容器用の積層材を製造した。この積層材を使用して、その無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム面を対向させて重ね合わせ、しかる後、通常のプラスチック製軟包装袋を製袋して商品を包装する充填包装機により、胴部、上部および下部をヒートシールしてガゼット型のプラスチック製軟包装袋に５個の即席ラーメンを収納した個包装容器を収納した外包装容器を製造した。図３に示すように、この外包装容器は、外面にゴルフクラブが広告宣伝されている広告宣伝媒体となった。

なお、外包装容器を通して外から個包装容器に形成した商品を表示する文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部を視認することができるような位置に、ゴルフクラブの広告宣伝をする文字、図形、記号、絵柄等からなる印刷画像表示部を設けた。

＜実施例２＞
