Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting packaging bag easy to manufacture at low cost, and designed so that the upper part of a body is hardly bent in a self-supported state. SOLUTION: This self-supporting packaging bag comprises a bag-shaped body 2 and a pouring port 3 provided at the upper portion of the body. The body is formed in such a manner that side wall forming sheets are opposingly disposed so that their thermally adhesive resin layers face the inside of the body, while a bottom wall forming sheet 6 is folded so that its thermally adhesive resin layer faces the outside of a bottom and the folded portion is disposed between the side wall forming sheets so that its folded portion faces the inside of the body, thus effecting the thermal adhesion of these opposed circumferential portions. The pouring port is formed by superposing pouring port forming pieces formed to the side wall forming sheets on each other and effecting the thermal adhesion of these circumferential portions. In this self-supporting packaging bag thus formed, the side wall forming sheets have a shape retention ability and, when the pouring port forming pieces are axially crest-folded, the pouring port is formed into a three-dimentional shape, so that a fluid object in the body is designed so as to be pourable.

When the packaging bag 1 constructed as described above is displayed at a store, the bottom wall forming sheet 6 is made flat, and the side wall forming sheet 5 is piled up along the creases 8 and 9. Fold it up and display it on a display shelf in a state of being independent. When the user who has purchased the packaging bag 1 pours out the liquid detergent L inside, the tip of the spout 3 is cut with scissors or the like to open the spout 3, and the spout forming piece 5 a is cut along the crease 7. Make a mountain fold. Since the spout forming piece 5a has a shape-retaining property, the spout 3 is maintained in a bent state, and as shown in FIG. 7, the spout 3 has a three-dimensional shape with a triangular cross section. Then, holding the body 2 with one hand, the tip of the spout 3 is inserted into the inlet of the bottle, and the body 2 is pressed with one hand to push out the liquid detergent L contained therein into the bottle.

As described above, in the self-standing packaging bag of the present invention, one of the side wall forming sheets has a shape retaining property,
When the spout forming pieces of the side wall forming sheet are mountain-folded along the axial direction, the spouts become three-dimensional so that the fluid can be poured out, so that a separate shape retaining between the spout forming pieces is performed. Since there is no need to sandwich the member, the production is not troublesome. In addition, it can be manufactured with a general stand-pack manufacturing device without the need for a special device, and does not require a mold for molding a shape-retaining member, thereby reducing equipment costs and mold costs. And can be manufactured at low cost. Furthermore, since one of the side wall forming sheets has a shape retaining property, the upper part of the body portion is not easily bent in a self-standing state, and the product name is not easily seen or the appearance is not deteriorated.

In the case of the self-supporting packaging bag according to the fourth aspect, the side wall forming sheet having a shape retaining property is provided with a crease extending in the vertical direction, so that the side wall forming sheet can be easily bent in the vertical direction. This makes it easier to hold the packaging bag and makes it less slippery when pouring,
Handleability is improved.
