本発明は、収納物を内部に収納して搬送するための搬送用組立てボックスに関するものである。

従来から組立て式の搬送用組立てボックスとして矩形状をしたスキッドの4辺に沿って一対のサイドフレームと一対のフロントフレームを立設して上方が開口した運搬容器を構成し、サイドフレームをスキッドに回動自在に取付けてスキッドに対して起倒自在とし、フロントフレームを上記スキッド及びサイドフレームに対して取り外し自在としたものが知られている。(例えば、特許文献1参照)この特許文献1に示された従来例にあっては、スキッドの4辺に沿ってサイドフレーム、フロントフレームを立設して上方が開口した容器形状をした状態で、内部に収納物を入れて搬送することで、収納物を保護しながら搬送でき、また、収納物を容器形状をした搬送用組立てボックスに入れたり、あるいは内部から取り出したりする際は、一対のフロントフレームのうちいずれか一方又は両方を取り外すことで収納物の出し入れを行うようにしており、また、使用しないときは該フロントフレームをスキッドの上に重ねると共にスキッドに起倒自在に軸支しているサイドフレームを重ねて、全体としてコンパクトとなるようにしている。

ところが、収納物を入れる作業を行う場所や収納物を取り出す作業を行う場所の条件によっては、フロントフレームから収納物を入れる作業や取り出す作業ができない場合がある。しかしながら、上記特許文献1に示された従来例にあっては、サイドフレーム部分からは収納物の出し入れができないので、このような場合には容器形状をした搬送用組立てボックスの上開口から出し入れしなければならず、出し入れ作業がし難くなるという問題があり、特に、サイドフレームの上下高さが高い(つまり容器の深さが深い)ものの場合には底に入れる収納物の出し入れが極めてしにくいものである。

本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で4つの側面構成部材のいずれの側からも収納物の出し入れが容易に行える搬送用組立てボックスを提供することを課題とするものである。

上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る搬送用組立てボックスは、矩形状をした底板1の左右辺に沿って左右の側板2を起倒自在に軸支し、この左右の側板2を、底板1に対して回動自在に軸支して起倒自在となった側枠体5と、該側枠体5に対して取り外し自在となった側枠体5の開口を遮蔽自在とする着脱側面材6とで構成し、側枠体5を起立させた状態で側枠体5の起立状態を保持する起立状態保持手段4を備え、矩形状をした底板1の前後辺に沿って前後の側板3を取り外し自在に起立させると共に、取り外し自在な前後の側板3を底板1の前後の端辺に沿って起立させた状態で該前後の側板3を左右の側板2の側枠体5に着脱自在に連結するための連結手段7を設けて成ることを特徴とするものである。
