Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transport packaging apparatus that can hold stored items in an independent state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a plurality of stored items are transported in a storage container. For example, in a factory or a transportation center, a plurality of items to be packed in a storage container are put into the storage container one by one from the upper opening, and the upper storage item is stored on top of the lower storage item. ing. In addition, the empty storage container from which the stored items are taken out is used again for storage and is used again and again.
[0003]
In the conventional example as described above, when the stored items are put into the storage container in the factory or the transport center, the stored items are stored in the storage container so that the stored items do not come into direct contact with each other to be damaged. In addition, each stored item is individually packed by cardboard and stored in a storage container.
[0004]
However, after removing the stored items, the corrugated cardboard that individually packed the stored items is no longer needed and is discarded as waste. These discarded cardboards are used for garbage collection, environmental protection, and resource protection. In the factory or distribution center, it is necessary to pack the items individually in cardboard boxes, and it is necessary to unpack each item in the cardboard box at the destination. There is a problem that it takes time and costs.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and when bundling a plurality of items to be stored, the items to be stored cannot be directly overlapped with each other, and the items to be stored are not directly overlapped with each other. In this case, it is an object of the present invention to provide a transport packaging apparatus that can easily perform a storing operation and a taking-out operation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the transport packaging apparatus according to the present invention has a side frame 2 erected along at least a pair of sides of the bottom frame 1, and a plurality of receiving members 3 can be rotated on the vertical frame 11. The pair of side frames 2 is attached so that the vertical frame 11 is detachably attached to the pair of side frames 2 so that the pivotable receiving member 3 can be selected between a horizontal posture and a substantially vertical posture along the side frame 2. And a horizontal posture holding means 4 for holding the receiving member 3 in a horizontal posture. With such a configuration, when the receiving member 3 becomes an obstacle when storing the storage item 7, the receiving member 3 is placed in a substantially vertical posture along the side frame 2 to store the storage item 7. When the stored item 7 is placed on the member 3 and stored, the received member 3 is placed on the receiving member 3 in a state where the receiving member 3 is placed in a horizontal posture and the horizontal posture holding means 4 holds the horizontal posture. Thus, the stored items 7 stored below the receiving member 3 and the stored items 7 placed on the receiving member 3 can be stored so that they do not directly contact each other. However, it is not necessary to pack the stored items 7 by corrugated cardboard, such as those directly overlapping in the vertical direction. In taking out the stored item 7, after taking out the stored item 7 placed on the receiving member 3, the receiving member 3 is set to a substantially vertical posture, and thereafter, the lower stored item 7 is taken out, so that There is no such thing as taking out the upper storage item 7 while rubbing on the storage item 7. Further, since the plurality of receiving members 3 are attached to the vertical frame 11 and the vertical frame 11 is detachable from the side frame 2, the vertical frame 11 can be easily attached to the transport packaging apparatus A without the receiving member 3. In this case, it is possible to provide a transport packaging apparatus A with the receiving member 3, and when the receiving member 3 is not required, the vertical frame 11 is removed from the side frame 2, so that the receiving member 3 is not provided. It can be used as a transporting packing device A, and by selecting the vertical frame 11 provided with the optimum receiving member 3 according to the type, size, etc. of the stored item 7 and attaching it to the side frame 2a, Optimum storage according to the type and size of the storage 7 can be performed.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
The transport packaging apparatus A is configured by a side frame 2 standing up along at least a pair of sides of the bottom frame 1. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, the side frame 2 is erected on the four sides of a bottom frame 1 having a rectangular shape in plan view to constitute the main body of the transport packaging apparatus A.
[0018]
Of the two pairs of side frames 2, the pair of side frames 2 a are attached to the bottom frame 1 so as to be tiltable, and the other pair of side frames 2 b are detached from the bottom frame 1 or the pair of side frames 2 a. It is free.
[0019]
Each of the pair of side frames 2a forms an upper frame 13 and a lower horizontal frame 14 between the upper and lower portions of the support columns 12 on both sides, and a net 15 is stretched around the framed portion. A shaft insertion hole is provided in the opposite side surface portion of the lower end portion of the support column 12 on both sides, and an engagement protrusion 17 is provided at a position slightly above the shaft insertion hole in the opposite side surface portion. In addition, a pin fitting hole 18 is provided in the other opposing side surface portion of the upper end portion of the support column 12, and the upper and lower sides of one of the other opposing side surface portions of the support column 12 are vertically Two projecting pieces 19 are juxtaposed in a horizontal direction with a gap in the substantially middle part of the direction, and these two projecting pieces 19 are further displaced vertically.
[0020]
The other pair of side frames 2b is formed by connecting the upper frame body 2b1 and the lower frame body 2b2 so as to be foldable by the pivotal support portion 20, and as shown in FIG. 9, upper end portions on both sides of the upper frame body 2b1. The lock pin 21 is attached so as to protrude laterally.
[0021]
Side frame support portions 22 having a U-shaped horizontal cross section are erected at the four corners of the upper surface portion of the bottom frame 1, and as shown in FIG. 22b is provided, and an engagement recess 22c is provided at the upper edge of the two side pieces 22a. Further, a side frame support piece 22d extends from the outer side piece 22a of the both side pieces 22a of the side frame support portion 22 having a U-shaped horizontal section. On the upper surface of the bottom frame 1, a lower protrusion 23 protrudes from the U-shaped inlet so as to face the center piece 22 e of the side frame support portion 22 having a U-shaped horizontal section. As shown in FIG. 9, a side frame fitting gap 24 is formed between the side frame support piece 22d and the side frame support piece 22d. Further, the bottom frame 1 is provided with a fork insertion hole 37 through which a fork of a forklift can be inserted. In addition, you may attach a caster to the bottom frame 1 as needed.
[0022]
One pair of side frames 2a are fitted into the side frame support portion 22 having a U-shaped horizontal section at the lower ends of the support columns 12 on both sides, and the shaft 25 supports the vertically long hole 22b and the shaft insertion hole. Thus, the support column 12 can be moved up and down along the vertically long hole 22b. When the support column 12 is erected, the shaft 25 is positioned at the lower end of the vertically long hole 22b, and the side frame support having a U-shaped horizontal section is supported. The lower end of the side surface of the column 12 fitted in the portion 22 hits the lower projection 23, and the engagement projection 17 is engaged with the engagement recess 22, so that the column 12 is held so as not to fall down. In this state, the support column 12 is lifted upward, and when the shaft 25 is positioned at the upper end portion of the vertically long hole 22b, the lower end of the side surface of the support column 12 is positioned above the lower projection 23, and the engagement protrusion 17 is engaged with the engagement recess. Since the column 12 is positioned above the position 22, the support column 12 can be pivoted about the shaft 25 and tilted (that is, the side frame 2 a is tilted) to be stacked on the bottom frame 1.
[0023]
In the other pair of side frames 2b, both end portions of the lower frame body 2b2 are fitted between the two projecting pieces 19, and the lower end portion is fitted into the side frame fitting gap 24 as shown in FIG. 9A. Further, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the upper frame body 2 b 1 is raised, the lock pin 21 protrudes and is fitted into the pin fitting hole 18, so that the other side frame 2 a and the bottom frame 1 are fitted to the other side frame 2 a. The pair of side frames 2a are detachably attached.
[0024]
A receiving member 3 is attached to the opposing surfaces of the pair of side frames 2a that are attached to the bottom frame 1 so as to be able to rise and fall. Here, in the present invention, the receiving member 3 is rotatably attached to the vertical frame 11 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the vertical frame 11 to which the receiving member 3 is attached is attached to and detached from the side frame 2a. It is installed freely .
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 3, the vertical frame 11 has a rectangular shape, and a plurality of receiving members 3 are rotatably attached in the vertical direction. An upper fitting portion 26 having a U-shaped cross-section opening downward is provided on the rear surface side of the upper portion of the vertical frame 11, and a lower fitting portion having a U-shaped cross-section opening downward is provided on the lower rear surface side of the vertical frame 11. 27 is provided, and a set screw 35 is screwed to the upper fitting portion 26 to the lower fitting portion 27.
[0026]
The receiving member 3 is as shown in FIG. 3, and with the receiving member 3 in a horizontal position, bearing pieces 29 are projected upward at both ends of the rear portion of the receiving plate portion 28. The rear portion of the piece 29 protrudes rearward from the rear end of the receiving plate portion 28. A long hole 30 is provided in the bearing piece 29 in the front-rear direction, the rear portion of the long hole 30 is located behind the rear end portion of the receiving plate portion 28, and the front portion of the long hole 30 is the receiving plate portion. 28 is located on the front side of the rear end portion. At both ends of the receiving plate portion 28, width direction deviation preventing pieces 31 protrude further upward, and further at the rear side of the intermediate portion in the width direction of the receiving plate portion 28, longitudinal direction deviation preventing pieces. 32 is protrudingly provided, and the longitudinal-direction deviation preventing piece 32 is inclined so as to be rearward toward the upper end side. And the position where the said width direction deviation | shift prevention piece 31 and the longitudinal direction deviation | shift prevention piece 32 prevent the deviation | shift of the stored item 7 and hold | maintain a position, when the stored item 7 is mounted on the receiving plate part 28 of the receiving member 3. The holding part 8 is configured. A cushioning material 9 such as rubber is attached to the receiving plate portion 28, the width direction deviation preventing piece 31, and the longitudinal direction deviation preventing piece 32, respectively, at locations where the stored item 7 hits. The width direction deviation preventing piece 31 is provided with a band insertion hole 33. A contact portion 34 is suspended from the rear end portion of the receiving plate portion 28 toward the side opposite to the bearing piece 29 (that is, downward). The contact portion 34 is located below a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 30. The contact portion 34 is provided with a reinforcing portion 34a. As shown in FIG. 5, a single band 10 made of rubber is passed through both the band insertion holes 33, and both ends of the band 10 are connected to each other by a connecting means such as a planar fastener to make a double layer. It is.
[0027]
A shaft fixing portion is provided on the outer surface side of both sides of the vertical frame 11, and the inner surfaces of the bearing pieces 29 at both ends of the rear end portion of the receiving member 3 are respectively applied to the shaft fixing portion. The receiving member 3 is attached to the frame 11 so as to be rotatable about the screw tool 36 serving as a shaft by inserting the screw tool 36 and fixing the screw member 36 to the shaft fixing portion. In this way, the receiving member 3 is rotatably attached to the frame 11 in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction.
[0028]
In a state where the receiving member 3 is tilted to the horizontal position, the rear end of the elongated hole 30 is positioned on the screw 36 portion serving as the shaft, and the contact portion 34 abuts against the side surface of the vertical frame 11 to receive the receiving member 3. Is held in a horizontal position. Accordingly, in the present embodiment, the horizontal posture holding means 4 for holding the receiving member 3 in a horizontal posture is constituted by the screw tool 36, the long hole 30, the contact portion 34, the vertical frame 11 and the like.
[0029]
In order to change the receiving member 3 from the horizontal position as described above to a substantially vertical position, the receiving member 3 is lifted upward while the rear end of the elongated hole 30 is positioned on the screw 36 serving as the shaft, and approximately 90. Rotate to a substantially vertical posture, and then lower the receiving member 3 in the vertical posture to move the long hole 30 downward along the screw tool 36, so that the front end of the long hole 30 contacts the screw tool 36. Make contact. In this state, the rear end of the receiving plate portion 28 that is the protruding base portion of the contact portion 34 contacts the side surface of the vertical frame 11 below the position of the screw tool 36, and the receiving member 3 is prevented from rotating in this substantially vertical posture. Thus, a substantially vertical posture is maintained. Therefore, in this embodiment, the substantially vertical posture holding means 5 is constituted by the long hole 30, the screw 36, the contact portion 34, the vertical frame 11, and the like.
[0030]
The vertical frame 11 to which the receiving member 3 having the above-described configuration is attached has the upper fitting portion 26 and the lower fitting portion 27 fitted into the upper horizontal frame 13 and the lower horizontal frame 14 of the side frame 2a from above, and a set screw 35 is provided. The vertical frame 11 is attached to the upper horizontal frame 13 or the lower horizontal frame 14 so that the vertical frame 11 does not fall upward by being screwed and projecting directly below the lower surface of the upper horizontal frame 13 or the lower horizontal frame 14. In this way, by attaching the plural rows of vertical frames 11 in the width direction to the inner surface side (opposite surface side) of the pair of side frames 2 facing each other, the pair of side frames 2 facing each other are arranged in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction. The receiving member 3 is attached so as to face a plurality of rows in the width direction.
[0031]
Thus, storing and transporting the stored items in the transport packaging apparatus A having the above-described configuration is performed as follows.
[0032]
The pair of side frames 2a to which the receiving member 3 is attached are raised with respect to the bottom frame 1 as described above, and the other pair of side frames 2b are both removed, or one side frame 2b is described above. In this manner, it is attached to the bottom frame 1 and the side frame 2a in an upright posture and only the other one side frame 2b is removed. Both ends are placed and supported independently. At this time, when the stored item 7 is placed, the received item 7 is placed and supported in order from the receiving member 3 positioned on the lower side and the rear side to the receiving member 3 positioned on the upper side and the near side. When the stored item 7 is placed on the receiving member 3 located on the lower side and the rear side, the receiving member 3 on the upper side and the near side is raised to a substantially vertical posture along the side frame 2. The stored items 7 can be supported by the receiving members 3 on the lower side and the rear side that are horizontally inclined without being obstructed by the other receiving members 3. As described above, when the end portion of the stored item 7 is placed on the receiving member 3, the end portion of the stored item 7 is put into the band 10 in a state where the rubber band 10 is pulled and extended. The stored item 7 placed on the receiving member 3 by the band 10 is held elastically. Here, the stored item 7 prevents the displacement in the width direction and the longitudinal direction by the width direction displacement prevention piece 31 and the longitudinal direction displacement prevention piece 32, respectively.
[0033]
In this way, the stored items 7 are placed independently on the plurality of receiving members 3 from the lower side and the rear side in order from the upper side to the near side, and when the storage is completed, the removed side frame 2b is set as described above. In this state, it is attached to the bottom frame 1 and the side frame 2a, transported to the site, the side frame 2b is removed at the site, and the stored items stored in the receiving member 3 in the reverse order, that is, the upper side and the near side. 7 from the receiving member 3 on the lower side and the back side in order, and the receiving member 3 from which the stored item 7 has been taken out is raised to a substantially vertical posture along the side frame 2. Thus, the stored items 7 supported by the lower and rear receiving members 3 can be easily taken out without being obstructed by the upper and rear receiving members 3.
[0034]
Here, an example in which only one side frame 2b is removed will be described. For example, when there are three rows of receiving members 3 on the heel, middle, and front side, three rows in a row, the lower tier → middle tier → upper tier. The stored items 7 are stored, and then the stored items 7 are stored in the order of the lower center of the middle → the middle → the upper, and then the stored items are stored in the order of the lower side on the near side → the middle → the upper. In some cases, they are taken out in the reverse order.
[0035]
Since the stored items 7 are stored independently in the receiving members 3 as described above, there is no need to store the stored items 7 by directly stacking them. For this reason, the stored items 7 are packed with cardboard as in the conventional case. Therefore, since no corrugated cardboard as a packaging material is used, it is possible to prevent the generation of dust and save resources.
[0036]
When the transport packaging apparatus A is not used, the other side frame 2b not provided with the receiving member 3 is removed, and the side frame is placed in a substantially vertical posture along the side frame 2a. 2a is tilted and stacked on the upper surface side of the bottom frame 1, and then the removed side plate 2b is folded in two and folded on the side plate 2a that is tilted as shown in the figure to form a compact state with low bulk. It can be stored and transported in a state.
[0037]
By the way, the vertical frame 11 is provided with a plurality of types having different sizes of the receiving member 3, the number of mounting of the receiving members 3, and the mounting positions corresponding to the types and sizes of the stored items 7. The vertical frame 11 having the optimum receiving member 3 is selected according to the type, size, etc. of the object 7 and attached to the side frame 2a. It can be stored so that it does not become.
[0038]
Further, when the vertical frame 11 is removed from the side frame 2a, the stored item 7 can be stored in the transport packaging apparatus A in the same manner as in the past without the receiving member 3.
[0039]
In the above-described embodiment, the side frame 2 is erected along the four sides of the rectangular bottom frame 1. However, the receiving member 3 is disposed along only a pair of opposite sides of the bottom frame 1. The provided side frame 2 may be erected and the side frame 2 along the other pair of sides may not be provided.
[0040]
Although not shown, a lid frame may be detachably attached to the upper opening of the transport packaging apparatus A to protect the stored items 7 stored therein.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the side frame is erected along at least a pair of sides of the bottom frame, and a plurality of receiving members are rotatably attached to the vertical frame. The vertical frames are detachably attached to the side frames, and a rotatable receiving member is disposed on the opposing surfaces of the pair of side frames so as to select a horizontal posture and a substantially vertical posture along the side frames. Since the horizontal posture holding means for holding the member in the horizontal posture is provided, when the receiving member becomes an obstacle when storing the stored item, the receiving member is stored in a substantially vertical posture along the side frame. When storing the object and placing the stored object on the receiving member, the receiving member is placed in a horizontal position and the stored object is mounted on the receiving member in a state where the horizontal attitude is held by the horizontal attitude holding means. Can be stored in the lower position of the receiving member. The stored items placed on the receiving member can be stored so as not to come into direct contact with each other, and when taking out the stored items, after removing the stored items placed on the receiving member, The receiving member is set to a substantially vertical posture, and then the lower storage item is taken out, so that the upper storage item is not removed while rubbing the lower storage item, and a plurality of storage items are stored. The objects can be stored so that the objects do not overlap with each other with a simple configuration, and can be stored and taken out easily. In addition, since the storage items do not directly overlap each other as described above, it is not necessary to pack the storage items by corrugated cardboard as in the case where the storage items directly overlap each other. Since there is no use of corrugated cardboard, it is beneficial in terms of waste collection, environment, and resource protection, and it is possible to reduce costs because there is no need to individually pack and unpack the stored items with corrugated cardboard. In addition, since a plurality of receiving members are attached to the vertical frame and the vertical frame is detachable from the side frame, the vertical frame can be easily attached to a transport packaging device without a receiving member to carry the receiving member. In addition, when a receiving member is not required, the vertical frame is removed from the side frame, so that the conveying packing device without the receiving member can be obtained.
