Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sublimation transfer printing fiber product in which sublimation transfer printing is performed on the entire front surface and / or the back surface of a textile product such as a woven fabric or a knitted fabric woven with synthetic fibers, and particularly to a synthetic material constituting the textile product. The present invention relates to a sublimation transfer printing fiber product characterized by a fiber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of towel, a polyester fiber (long fiber) yarn is formed on a flat surface only on a part of the toweling surface, and 100% of the cotton yarn is exposed on the back surface, and a sublimation print is formed on the flat surface. (See, for example, JP-A-2000-178886 and Utility Model Registration No. 3059950). As described above, the flat surface made of polyester filament yarn is formed only on a part of the toweling surface, and the back surface corresponding to this flat surface and the portion other than the flat surface of the toweling surface are made of 100% cotton yarn. This is to ensure water absorption, which is one of the most important functions. In other words, ordinary polyester filaments have extremely low water absorption because they do not have ridges or grooves on the peripheral surface, and in order to ensure water absorption, the part subjected to sublimation transfer printing is hardly used for toweling. At present, it is formed in a narrow band shape near the end.
However, in the above-described conventional example, the pattern forming portion is also limited to the end portion of the towel, and there is a problem that the portion that appeals to the sight is small and the aesthetic appearance is not exhibited.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the inventor of the present application formed a flat surface on the entire surface of the toweling using synthetic fibers, performed sublimation transfer printing on the flat surface, and made the entire surface of the other surface so that 100% of the cotton yarn was exposed. Developed a sublimation transfer print towel that exhibits an aesthetic appearance while securing the important water absorption function of a towel, and applied for a patent.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the sublimation transfer print towel filed by the inventor of the present application has a configuration in which sublimation transfer printing is performed only on the entire front surface of the towel cloth, and the back surface has a configuration in which 100% cotton is exposed to ensure water absorption. It was not possible to use it as a hand wipe requiring water absorption just by watching and enjoying it, and only the back side was used as a hand wipe.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and improves a material (fiber) itself constituting a textile product such as a towel to secure high water absorption and flexibility of the textile product, and to improve the surface of the textile product. It is another object of the present invention to provide a sublimation transfer printing fiber product capable of forming a multicolor and fine pattern on the back surface.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a fiber product constituted by using synthetic fibers provided with a plurality of ridges along a length direction in order to enhance water absorption. Characterized in that sublimation transfer printing is performed on the surface of the substrate.
The invention according to claim 2 is a groove formed between the ridges of the synthetic fiber, in which a plurality of ridges are provided along the length direction in a radial cross section in order to enhance water absorption. The sublimation transfer printing is performed on the front surface and / or the back surface of a fiber product composed of a composite yarn in which a synthetic fiber having a shape corresponding to the above is disposed.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a sublimation transfer print towel, and FIG. 2 is a back view. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the toweling fabric 1 is formed by processing a synthetic fiber having a plurality of ridges provided along a length direction into a bulky processed yarn, and using this bulked processed yarn, a pile is formed on both sides of the front and back sides. High density. For example, the toweling 1 is woven so that the pile 2 comes out on the front surface and / or the back surface side using 35th AQUASTELLS (trade name of Vertex Co., Ltd.) made of polyester yarn having a Y-shaped cross section. Sublimation transfer printing is performed on the surface of the toweling cloth 1. In the sublimation transfer printing, first, a color pattern is printed on a transfer paper by using a disperse dye by gravure printing, offset printing, or ink-jet printing, and the printed transfer paper is stuck on the surface of the toweling cloth 1 and then 200 seconds for 30 seconds. After pressing while applying heat of ° C., the transfer paper is peeled off from the surface of the towel 1 and a desired pattern is provided on the surface of the towel 1 by sublimation transfer printing. Since the towel cloth 1 is woven at a high density with a polyester yarn having a Y-shaped cross section, the surface is flat compared to a towel cloth made of ordinary cotton yarn, and the pattern printed on the transfer paper is clear. Can be reproduced. In addition, since the toweling 1 is woven using Aquasters (trade name of Vertex Co., Ltd.), water penetrates between the fibers by capillary action along the length direction of the fibers, resulting in high water absorption and quick drying. And does not impair the essential functionality of the towel.
In the first embodiment, the case of sublimation transfer to one side of a towel woven using Aquasters (trade name of Vertec Co., Ltd.) has been described as an example. The present invention includes not only towels woven with woven fabrics but also all towels using superabsorbent synthetic fibers having ridges on the peripheral surface in the length direction.
[0006]
Embodiment 2
Second Embodiment A second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The towel cloth 3 is made of a composite yarn consisting of a nylon yarn provided with a plurality of ridges radially in cross section along the length direction, and a polyester yarn provided in a groove formed between the ridges. It is woven so that the pile comes out. As the toweling 3, cosmos (trade name of Kanebo Synthetic Co., Ltd.) woven using Berima X (trade name of Kanebo Synthetic Co., Ltd.) is used. Transfer paper having an ink output of 360 dPi and an ink output of 60% is individually brought into contact with the front surface and the back surface of the towel cloth 3 by inkjet. Next, pressing is performed while applying heat of about 180 ° C. for 40 seconds. In order to stably dispose the towel and maintain a temperature of 180 ° C., a metal plate having good thermal conductivity, for example, a copper plate having a thickness of about 4 mm is superposed on a rubber plate, and transfer paper is placed on the copper plate. Place. The towel 3 is polymerized on the transfer paper, another transfer paper is placed on the towel 3, and the aluminum plate is further polymerized. After the aluminum plate is heated and pressurized, the transfer paper is peeled off from the front and back surfaces of the towel cloth 3, respectively, and patterns by sublimation transfer printing are provided on the front and back surfaces of the towel cloth 3, respectively. Verima X (a product name of Kanebo Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd.) is a composite yarn of 85% polyester and 15% nylon 6, and the heating temperature at the time of pressing is 180 ° C. because the softening point of nylon 6 is 180 ° C. Shrinkage due to heating of the toweling 3 is prevented. A lace 4 for decorative decoration is sewn on the entire periphery of the toweling 3.
The towel fabric 3 is made of 0.1 denier composite yarn, and more than 2 million loop-shaped piles per square inch are densely formed on the front and back surfaces. Can be clearly reproduced on the front and back surfaces of the toweling 3.
Berima X (trade name of Kanebo Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd.) has a large surface area, water penetrates the narrow gap between nylon and polyester fibers by capillary action, and nylon itself has hydrophilicity. It has more than twice the water absorption and water absorption speed, and improves the water absorption function of the towel.
The sublimation transfer print towels of Example 2 were tested for light resistance, washing resistance, chemical resistance (acid / alkali resistance), and rub resistance. The test results exceeded all the passing criteria set by ISO.
In the second embodiment, the case where a pattern is applied to cosmos (trade name of Kanebo Synthetic Co., Ltd.) by sublimation transfer printing has been described as an example. Fabrics having a pattern formed by sublimation transfer printing on the front and / or back surface of a woven fabric such as a woven fabric or a knitted fabric such as a knitted fabric or a gartered fabric are also included in the present invention.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the fiber product is made of synthetic fiber, there is an effect that a desired clear design can be applied to each of the front surface and the back surface of each surface.
In addition, since a textile product made of ultra-fine synthetic fibers having enhanced hydrophilicity and water absorbency is printed, it is suitable for personal belongings that require functions such as flexibility and water absorbency. .
