【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a dirt-adhesion preventing garment using a fabric containing a photocatalytic titanium oxide.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various fibers exhibiting deodorizing effects and the like have been developed, and efforts have been made to remove malodor with a fiber structure. For example, there is a technique of melt-spinning a fiber raw material containing a deodorant and a polyester resin as main components (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-216751
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since those using a deodorant no longer show a deodorizing effect when the deodorant reaches saturation, the present invention provides a photocatalytic titanium oxide having a photodecomposition catalytic function to maintain the effect. It is an object of the present invention to provide a garment in which not only a deodorizing effect but also an antifouling effect is semi-permanently obtained by using the blended fabric for clothes and the like. More specifically, the present invention provides a dirt-adhesion preventive garment by using the dough as a dirt-producing portion satisfactorily, and provides a method for naturally incorporating the above-mentioned fiber into conventional garments.
In general, clothes worn by humans or animals on the body mainly adhere to dirt secreted from the body and dust from the outside such as in the air. In addition, in the case of a human, the dirt concentrates mainly on the cuffs and the collar when the upper body is used, and concentrates on the crotch part and the hem when the lower body is used. Furthermore, the pocket portion and the like are portions that are commonly soiled in the upper and lower portions.
Further, in the case of animals, since secretions such as bodily fluids emitted from the body and body odor are stronger than humans, it is better to use a fiber containing titanium oxide photocatalyst in a portion where the body touches. Alternatively, it is conceivable that the whole of the clothes is composed of the compound fiber.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the anti-fouling garment according to claim 1 is made by kneading photocatalytic titanium oxide on at least one of the back and / or front surfaces around the cuffs, collar, crotch, pocket, and hem of the garment. The gist is that inlaid fibers are arranged.
[0006]
In addition, the garment according to claim 2 has synthetic fibers in at least one or more of the cuffs, the collar, the crotch, the pocket, and the hem of the garment while maintaining the material distribution of the constituent fibers of the garment. The main point is that the photocatalyst titanium oxide is mixed with this.
[0007]
In addition, the animal clothing according to the third aspect is characterized in that fibers containing photocatalytic titanium oxide are used for the entire clothing or a portion in contact with the body.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The titanium oxide in the present invention uses a photocatalytic titanium oxide. Photocatalytic titanium oxide has semiconductor properties as electrical properties. When light (particularly near-ultraviolet light of about 380 nm) is applied to titanium dioxide, it receives the energy (photons) and acts on oxygen and moisture in the air to generate a substance called active oxygen. This active oxygen has a strong oxidizing power, and has an effect of oxidizing and decomposing various organic compounds attached to the surface of the photocatalytic titanium oxide, that is, substances causing odor and stain, and killing bacteria. Incidentally, it has twice the oxidizing power as compared with other oxidizing agents such as ozone, hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide radical, hypochlorous acid and chlorine.
[0009]
Under ordinary conditions, photocatalytic titanium oxide is insoluble in acids and alkalis and is chemically and physically stable and harmless. Further, even in the photo-chemical reaction, the photocatalytic titanium oxide itself does not change, and can exhibit its function forever.
Active oxygen exists only on the surface of the photocatalytic titanium oxide and is not released into the air. Moreover, there is no harm at all even if the surface of the material containing the photocatalytic titanium oxide is touched.
[0010]
The photocatalytic titanium oxide used in the present invention is obtained by a method of coating a thin apatite (porous calcium phosphate) on the surface of the powdered photocatalytic titanium oxide. By such a method, conventionally, the photocatalytic titanium oxide oxidized and decomposed organic substances by a photo-chemical reaction to overcome the drawback that it could not be kneaded into plastics. Has a function of not destroying the medium even when dispersed.
[0011]
As a pattern applied to clothing, the method of using fibers containing photocatalytic titanium oxide in strong cuffs, collars, hem, crotch and the like of dirt, or if mixed with natural fibers, synthetic fiber content, especially For example, a method in which a photocatalytic titanium oxide is further spun into a highly contaminated portion is considered. In the case where sewing is performed on a highly stained portion with a different fabric, a photocatalyst titanium oxide blended fabric may be used only on the back side, or a photocatalyst titanium oxide blended fabric may be integrally used for the front and back of the portion.
[0012]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[Example 1]
As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a fabric in which photocatalytic titanium oxide is blended in cuffs (2), around collars (1), around hem (4), crotch (3), pocket mouths (5), etc. Is used.
When a fabric mixed with photocatalytic titanium oxide is used in such a portion, various effects are exhibited by the following properties of the photocatalytic titanium oxide.
1) The dirty air and the like are also purified by the purifying effect of water and air, so that the dirt on the neck and cuffs is significantly reduced.
2) The antifouling effect (the effect of oxidative decomposition on oil stains, etc.) prevents the adhesion of stains on cuffs, around collars, around hem, and the like.
3) Since it has an antibacterial and antifungal effect (due to oxidative decomposition), it is possible to prevent the growth of bacteria after adhering to dirt, and to prevent deterioration and spread of dirt.
4) Decomposes harmful substances (such as bad smells), so that attached dirt is decomposed. Since the oxidative decomposition is continued as long as the ultraviolet rays are applied, even a strong odor can be reduced to zero someday.
5) Because of the antistatic effect (dust protection), the degree of dirt on clothes is extremely reduced.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a graph showing the decay rate of dirt for the photocatalytic titanium oxide product and products such as activated carbon and chitosan. As is clear from this figure, activated carbon and chitosan can remove only a certain amount of dirt, whereas photocatalytic titanium oxide can be reduced to zero over time.
It should be noted that the cloth such as the cuffs may be disposed on both sides, or may be disposed only on the back side, that is, only on the portion in contact with the skin.
Experiments with a cutter shirt revealed that the cutter shirt that does not use the photocatalytic titanium oxide blended fabric needed to be replaced every day. There is no need to bring a change of clothes on a business trip of 2-3 days without any noticeable sweat odor.
[0014]
[Example 2]
The present invention shows an example in the case of Example 1 in which a photocatalytic titanium oxide blended fabric is used without any discomfort from the fabric of the main body.
Suppose that the fabric of the cutter shirt is a blend of 50% polyester and 50% cotton. In such a case, it is preferable that the cuffs and the neck have the same comfort when mixed with 50% cotton. Therefore, in this case, for example, the polyester is changed from 50% to 35% polyester and 15% photocatalytic titanium oxide fiber. As a whole, the fiber is 35% polyester, 15% photocatalytic titanium oxide fiber, and 50% cotton and is strongly stained. Used for parts.
With such a garment, there is little difference in the feeling of use between the portion using the photocatalytic titanium oxide fiber and the portion not using the photocatalyst titanium oxide fiber, and the garment is a preferable garment with no difference in wearing feeling for the wearer.
[0015]
[Example 3]
The present invention is an embodiment in which a photocatalytic titanium oxide fiber is used for animal clothes. In particular, animals have more body odors and body fluids than humans and have a strong odor, so fibers containing photocatalytic titanium oxide are arranged on the parts that come into contact with animals. 3, the inner portion (6) is made of the photocatalytic titanium oxide fiber of the present invention. When such a torso is used, the smell peculiar to the pet is eliminated, so that the buyer can live comfortably, and the pet itself prevents the occurrence of ticks and the like, so that itching of the skin does not occur and the pet can be spent comfortably.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the photocatalytic titanium oxide used in the present invention has various oxidative decomposition functions, a purification function, an antifouling function, and the like. It has many effects in the direction of disassembly, such as anti-adhesion, on the dirt of clothes, and these effects are doubled by using it on particularly dirty parts of the clothes. A remarkable effect is seen as compared with the case of finishing.
Further, when the photocatalytic titanium oxide fiber is used for the clothes of animals, a more remarkable effect is recognized, and an environment in which a pet can be more easily purchased is provided.
