Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A clean packaging bag and a method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be described in detail below according to embodiments.
[0010]
FIG. 2A is a perspective view of the inner layer film (1) used for the clean packaging bag of the present invention, which is tubular and hollow (2). When the inner film (1) is not provided with easy peelability, the resin used depends on the required quality of the contents to be packaged, but it is necessary that the chemical components such as volatile components, low molecular weight components, and metal ions are not eluted. As a packaging material, a low-density polyethylene resin that is thermally stable and has few additives is preferable. In addition, a linear low-density polyethylene resin is preferable as long as it is a packaging material requiring sealing properties and flexibility. Further, a resin to which these additives are added may be used as long as there is a demand for an antistatic effect, a slip property, and the like. However, from the viewpoint of cleanliness, a low-density polyethylene resin to which these various additives are not added is more preferable. When imparting easy peel properties, a co-extruded film is used in which the above resin is placed on the inside and a resin having easy peel properties such as a mixed resin of a polyethylene resin and an ethylene / propylene resin is placed on the outside. The thickness of the inner layer film (1) is 20 to 100 μm.
The condition for forming the inner layer film (1) is to blow clean air in order not to stain the inner surface of the tubular film at the time of forming the film, and to prevent the resin from deteriorating due to heat. Although the residence time is shortened, there is no problem in general conditions for forming a blown film.
[0012]
The easy peel property of the present invention refers to a property in which when heat-sealed over different materials, the interface is not completely heat-sealed, the pseudo-adhesion state is established, the sealing strength is weak, and the material can be easily peeled off. Say.
[0013]
FIG. 2B is a side cross-sectional view of an outer layer film (6) used in the clean packaging bag of the present invention. The outer layer film (6) is bonded to one side of a gas barrier film (3) by a polyurethane adhesive or the like. The heat adhesive film (5) is laminated via the agent layer (4). The gas barrier film (3) may be a single layer or a multilayer. As the single-layer gas barrier film, a biaxially oriented polyester film (PET), a biaxially oriented nylon film (ONy), a biaxially oriented polypropylene film (OPP), or the like is used. Examples of the multi-layer gas barrier film include a film obtained by laminating a gas barrier resin such as a saponified ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVOH) on the above-mentioned single-layer film, a film obtained by evaporating an inorganic compound or the like on the above-described single-layer film, or For example, a single-layer film laminated with aluminum foil is used. When laminating a heat-adhesive film on a multilayer gas-barrier film, it is common to laminate the heat-adhesive film on the gas-barrier resin, inorganic compound, or aluminum foil via an adhesive.
[0014]
The resin used for the heat-adhesive film (5) may be a mixed resin of a polyethylene resin and an ethylene / propylene resin or a mixed resin of a polyethylene resin and a polybutene resin in order to impart easy peelability. When the property is not imparted, a general-purpose polyolefin resin is used. The thickness is set and used in the range of 20 to 100 μm.
[0015]
FIG. 1A is a plan view showing an example of the clean packaging bag (10) of the present invention. The clean packaging bag (10) is a double bag composed of the inner layer film (1) and the outer layer film (6). An opening (11) is provided on one side, and heat sealing portions (12a, 12b, 12c) having a predetermined width are provided on the other three sides, and are cut into designated dimensions.
[0016]
FIG. 1 (b) is a cross-sectional view of the opening (11) of the clean packaging bag (10). The heat-sealed portions (13a, 13b) of the inner films (1) are completely heat-sealed during heat sealing. In this state, the heat seal strength is very strong, and the heat seal portions (14a, 14b) of the inner layer film (1) and the outer layer film (6) are not completely heat-sealed during heat sealing and can be easily peeled off. The state is a pseudo-adhesion state, and the heat seal strength is very weak. 【The invention's effect】
The clean packaging bag of the present invention is one of a tubular flat inner layer film formed by an inflation method and a thermal adhesive film of an outer layer film composed of a laminated material obtained by laminating a thermal adhesive film on one side of a gas barrier film. Or, both are made of a material having an easy peel property, and the outer layer film after removing dust on the surface of the heat adhesive film with a cleaning device is applied to each of the outer surfaces of the inner layer film. For a three-layer laminated body that is stacked so that the surfaces are in contact with each other, a heat seal portion of a predetermined width is provided on the other three sides except for a portion that becomes an opening on one side, and an inner bag made of an inner layer film is provided. And an outer bag made of an outer layer film, and the inner bag has their openings in the outer bag together with the portion to be the opening of the laminate. The heat sealing part between the outer surface of the inner film and the heat-adhesive film of the outer film is easy so that the inner bag is easily released from the storage state by the outer bag. It is heat-sealed in a state that it can be peeled off, so it has excellent quality preservability when filling and storing the contents, and when using it, the outer layer film is easily peeled off in the front room of the clean room, Since it can be carried into the main room of the clean room after being packaged with the inner film alone, there is no contamination by dust and the like.
