Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to printing press cylinders such as plate cylinders and blanket cylinders.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a notch groove is formed along the axial direction on a plate cylinder or a blanket cylinder in a sheet-fed printing press. The plate cylinder is provided with a mechanism for holding both ends in the circumferential direction of the plate in order to wind the printing plate around the peripheral surface, and the blanket cylinder has a mechanism for holding a blanket to be wound around the peripheral surface. It is provided in a notch groove (see Patent Document 1 below).
[0003]
Since the peripheral surface of the body is partially concave due to the provision of the notch grooves, for example, a body configured to cover the notch grooves 50 with a detachable notch cover 51 as shown in FIG. Exists. Engagement pins 52 project from both ends of the notch cover 51 in the longitudinal direction, and one of the two engagement pins 52 is provided with the notch cover 51 so as to maintain the attached state of the notch cover 51 to the body. A coil spring (not shown) for urging from one end to the other end is mounted. Further, engaging holes 54 penetrating in the axial direction are formed in the bearers 53 provided at both ends in the axial direction of the trunk. Then, the one engaging pin 52 is engaged with the one engaging hole 54 to move the notch cover 51 to one end side against the urging force of the spring, and the other engaging pin 52 is engaged with the other engaging hole. The notch cover 51 is attached to the body by engaging the hole 54.
[0004]
By covering the notch groove 50 with the notch cover 51 in this manner, for example, safety in cleaning the body is ensured. For example, dust or the like adhering to the surface of the blanket is wiped off with a rag. At this time, since the notch groove 50 is covered with the notch cover 51, it is possible to prevent a hand from entering the notch groove 50, thereby providing safety. Is ensured.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-220935
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional configuration, it is not easy for an operator to confirm whether or not the engagement pin 52 is securely engaged in the engagement hole 54. In some cases, subsequent printing or the like may be performed assuming that the data has been inserted. If the body is rotated in a state where the engaging pin 52 is not engaged in the engaging hole 54, the notch cover 51 may be detached from the body and fall during use.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is intended to easily confirm an accurate mounting state of a notch cover for covering a notch groove portion of a body, and to ensure that the notch cover falls from the body. It is an object to prevent it.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a cylinder of a printing press according to the present invention has a notch groove extending in an axial direction, and a notch cover is detachably attached so as to cover the notch groove. And a locking claw that is positioned radially outside the attached notch cover and locks the notch cover.
[0009]
In this configuration, in a state where the detachable notch cover is attached to the trunk, the engaging claw located radially outside the attached notch cover locks the notch cover. In addition, when the notch cover is attached to the body, the locking claw is positioned radially outside the body, so that the locking claw can be visually confirmed from outside the body. That is, when the notch cover is not accurately attached to the body, the notch cover is located radially outside the locking claw, so that the locking claw is invisible to the operator. Conversely, when the notch cover is accurately attached to the body, the operator can visually check the locking claw. Thus, whether or not the notch cover is correctly attached to the body can be determined based on whether or not the locking claw can be visually confirmed.
[0010]
In particular, as the attachment means for detachably attaching the notch cover to the body, engagement protrusions or engagement recesses are respectively provided at both ends of the notch cover, and the engagement protrusion or engagement of the notch cover is provided on the body. An engaging concave portion or an engaging convex portion which engages with the concave portion in the axial direction is formed, and biasing means for biasing the notch cover from one end to the other end is provided. The urging means is provided so as to protrude from a portion of the body facing the notch groove, and to engage the engaging protrusion or the engaging recess at one end of the notch cover with the engaging recess or the engaging protrusion of the body. By moving the notch cover to one end side against the urging force of the tongue, the notch cover is bypassed in the axial direction of the trunk to be located radially inward of the body and the engagement protrusion on the other end side. It is preferable that the portion or the engagement recess can be engaged with the engagement recess or the engagement protrusion of the body. The both ends of the cutout cover are both ends in the direction of the axis of the body when attached to the body.
[0011]
In the case of a configuration in which the notch cover is attached to the body by the engagement projections and the engagement recesses, the attachment / detachment work of the notch cover is easy, but the attachment to the body tends to be inaccurate. Therefore, the operator attaches the notch cover to the torso such that the notch cover is deflected in the axial direction of the trunk and bypasses the locking claw to the inside of the trunk, so that the locking claw is positioned radially outward of the notch cover. The operator can easily recognize that the notch cover has been attached to the torso by confirming the position of the locking pawl, and incorrect attachment can be prevented beforehand. When the notch cover is attached to the body, the locking claw locks the other end of the notch cover. In other words, the locking claw locks the other end of the notch cover, which is a portion that is easily detached from the trunk, so that the notch cover is reliably prevented from dropping from the trunk.
[0012]
In this case, it is preferable that a pair of left and right locking claws are provided so as to lock the cutout cover portions at both left and right positions of the engagement protrusion or the engagement recess at the other end. In this case, since the portions at the left and right sides of the engaging protrusion or the engaging recess in the other end of the notch cover are locked by the locking claws, it is possible to effectively prevent falling from the trunk.
[0013]
Further, it is preferable that a guide portion serving as a guide when the engaging convex portion or the engaging concave portion on the other end portion side of the notch cover is engaged with the concave or convex engaging portion of the body is provided, The guide portion allows the notch cover to be securely attached to the body.
[0014]
Although various configurations of such a guide portion are conceivable, it is particularly preferable that the guide portion guides the engagement convex portion on the other end side of the cutout cover. The engagement protrusion on the other end protruding from the notch cover is guided by the guide portion, so that the engagement protrusion can be securely engaged with the engagement recess.
[0015]
Further, the guide portion is preferably provided on the locking claw, so that a separate guide member is not required.
[0016]
Further, an engagement protrusion is provided on the other end side of the notch cover, and a pair of locking claws are provided so as to lock the portions of the notch cover at both left and right positions of the engagement protrusion, respectively. The engagement recess of the body is located between the left and right engagement claws, and the engagement claw is notched as a guide when the engagement protrusion on the other end side of the notch cover is engaged with the engagement recess. It is preferable to guide the engaging projection of the cover. Since the engaging recess is located between the left and right locking claws, the operator can easily grasp the position of the engaging recess. Moreover, when the engaging projections are engaged with the engaging recesses, the two engaging claws as the guides guide the engaging projecting portions, so that the engaging projections are reliably engaged with the engaging recesses. Can be combined.
[0017]
Further, a bearer is provided at both ends in the axial direction of the trunk, a notch groove is formed between the two bearers, an engagement recess is provided on the inner end face of the bearer facing the notch groove, and the other end of the notch cover is provided. Preferably, a locking member having a locking claw is attached to the inner end surface of the bearer to lock the bearer. By providing the engaging concave portion on the inner end surface of the bearer and attaching the locking member, the body having the locking claw can be configured with a simple structure.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cylinder of a printing press according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.
[0019]
The cylinder shown in FIG. 1 is a blanket cylinder, but the blanket is omitted in FIG. FIG. 2 shows the blanket 1.
The body is formed with one notch groove 2 extending linearly in the axial direction. Bearers 3 (supports) are provided at both ends in the axial direction of the trunk, and a cutout groove 2 is formed between both bearers 3. The notch groove 2 is provided with a holding mechanism for holding the blanket 1. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, clamps 4 that respectively hold both ends 1 a in the circumferential direction of the blanket 1 are provided in the cutout groove 2. When the blanket 1 needs to be replaced due to aging or the like, both ends 1a of the blanket 1 are released from both clamps 4 and replaced. Except for such a blanket 1 exchange, the cutout groove 2 is covered by a detachable cutout cover 5 for ensuring safety.
[0020]
The notch cover 5 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view that is long along the axial direction of the body, and has engagement pins 6 and 7 at both ends 5a and 5b, respectively.
The cutout cover 5 is located at the center in the width direction (circumferential direction) of the cutout groove 2 as shown in FIGS. The notch cover 5 has an area that covers most of the notch groove 2 as shown in FIG. 1, but is preferably configured to cover the radial outer sides of both clamps 4 as shown in FIG. 2. The notch cover 5 is formed to be curved in accordance with the curvature of the trunk as shown in FIG. 2, and is made of, for example, a sheet metal. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the cutout cover 5 is located slightly inward in the radial direction as compared with the peripheral surface of the bearer 3 and the outer surface of the blanket 1 in a state of being attached to the trunk.
[0021]
On the other hand, the engagement pins 6 and 7 are provided as attachment means for attaching the notch cover 5 to the body, and the body has engagement holes into which the engagement pins 6 and 7 are engaged. 8 and 9 are formed on both bearers 3. The engagement pins 6 and 7 are provided at both ends 5a and 5b of the notch cover 5 as described above, and in detail, are provided substantially at the centers of both ends 5a and 5b in the width direction. More specifically, two notches are provided at both ends 5a and 5b of the notch cover 5 in parallel in the width direction, and a total of four notches are provided. Therefore, two engagement holes 8 and 9 formed in both bearers 3 are also formed in total of four. The engaging holes 8 and 9 are also formed along the axial direction, and penetrate the bearer 3 in the present embodiment. However, if the opening is formed on the inner end face 3 a of the bearer 3 facing the cutout groove 2, the bearer 3 It does not need to penetrate through.
[0022]
The engaging pins 6 and 7 each extend along the longitudinal direction of the notch cover 5 and substantially coincide with the axial direction of the trunk when mounted on the trunk. The engagement pins 6 and 7 are fixed to the back surface of the notch cover 5 via an L-shaped bracket 10 as shown in FIG. Specifically, an L-shaped bracket 10 is welded to the back surface of the notch cover 5, and is engaged with the bracket 10 so that the engagement pins 6, 7 protrude from the notch cover 5 by a predetermined length in the axial direction of the body. Pins 6 and 7 are screwed. Therefore, in the state of attachment to the trunk, the engagement pins 6 and 7 are located radially inward of the notch cover 5.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 3, most of the engagement pin 7 on the other end 5b side of the notch cover 5 is formed to have a larger diameter than the engagement hole 9, and only the tip 7a has a smaller diameter. The distal end 7 a is engaged with the engagement hole 9. Since the tip 7a of the engagement pin 7 on the other end 5b side of the notch cover 5 is formed in a tapered shape, the tip 7a is partially engaged with the engagement hole 9. This is because the work of attaching and detaching the notch cover 5 is facilitated by reducing the engagement length.
On the other hand, the engagement pin 6 on the one end 5a side of the notch cover 5 has a straight portion having substantially the same diameter as the engagement hole 8 on the tip end side thereof, and the straight portion serves as urging means. Is mounted. When the cutout cover 5 is attached to the body, the coil spring 11 urges the cutout cover 5 from one end 5a side to the other end 5b side, that is, from left to right in FIGS. 1 and 3. .
[0024]
The length from the tip of the engagement pin 6 on the one end 5a side to the tip of the engagement pin 7 on the other end 5b side is longer than the separation distance between the bearers 3, that is, the entire length of the notch groove 2. Therefore, when attaching the notch cover 5, the engagement pin 6 on the one end 5 a side on which the coil spring 11 is mounted is engaged with the engagement hole 8 of one of the bearers 3, and then engaged with the engagement hole 8. The notch cover 5 is moved toward the one end 5a against the urging force of the coil spring 11 so as to increase the engagement length of the mating pin 6. As a result, the other end 5b of the notch cover 5 bypasses the later-described locking claw 12 in the axial direction, and the engaging pin 7 on the other end 5b is positioned axially inward of the bearer 3 to form the engaging hole. 9 can be engaged. As described above, the notch cover 5 is always mounted at a fixed position by the engagement pins 6 and 7 and the engagement holes 8 and 9. In this embodiment, the portions of the engaging pins 6 and 7 protruding from both ends 5a and 5b of the notch cover 5 correspond to the engaging convex portions, and the engaging holes 8 and 9 of the bearer 3 correspond to the engaging concave portions, respectively. I do.
[0025]
The notch cover 5 can move toward the one end 5a along the axial direction of the body against the urging force of the coil spring 11, so that the tip 7a of the engagement pin 7 on the other end 5b engages. There is a possibility that the hole 9 may be kept in contact with the inner end surface 3a of the bearer 3 without being engaged. That is, if the body is rotated while the notch cover 5 is not securely attached to the body, the notch cover 5 may fall off the body due to centrifugal force.
[0026]
In order to prevent the notch cover 5 from dropping, a locking member 13 having a locking claw 12 for locking the notch cover 5 from the outside in the radial direction is attached to the body. The locking member 13 is attached to the inner end face 3a of the bearer 3, and its specific configuration is as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the locking member 13 is formed in a substantially U-shape as a whole by cutting off a substantially central portion of an upper end portion of the locking member 13 and has a mounting hole 14 for screwing to the bearer 3. A flat plate portion 15 having a flat plate shape, and a pair of left and right locking claws 12 each extending in the normal direction of the flat plate portion 15 from the tip of a pair of left and right arms 16 extending upward in the flat plate portion 15. I have. The locking claws 12 are formed substantially parallel to each other.
[0027]
The locking member 13 is arranged such that the locking claw 12 is radially outward with respect to the flat plate portion 15 as shown in FIG. The other end 5b is fixed to the inner end face 3a of the bearer 3 by a screw 17. The locking claw 12 protrudes from the bearer 3 in the axial direction of the trunk as shown in FIG. 3, and is located radially outward from the engagement hole 9. When the notch cover 5 is attached to the body, the locking claw 12 is positioned radially outside the notch cover 5 and locks the other end 5b. More specifically, the pair of left and right locking claws 12 respectively lock portions of the other end 5 b of the notch cover 5 located on both left and right sides of the engagement pin 7.
[0028]
Next, a method of attaching the notch cover 5 to the body to which the locking member 13 is attached will be described.
First, as described above, the notch cover 5 is moved toward the one end 5a against the urging force of the coil spring 11 with the engagement pin 6 on the one end 5a engaged with the engagement hole 8. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5A, the other end 5b of the notch cover 5 avoids the locking claw 12 in the axial direction of the body. In this state, the other end 5b of the notch cover 5 is moved radially inward. At this time, as shown in FIGS. The mating pin 7 passes. When the engagement pin 7 reaches the position of the engagement hole 9, the notch cover 5 is moved toward the other end 5 b by using the urging force of the coil spring 11 at that position, and the engagement pin 7 is engaged. The hole 9 is engaged. Thereby, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5B, the locking claw 12 is located on the radially outer side of the notch cover 5 to lock the notch cover 5 from the radially outer side. . That is, by moving the notch cover 5 toward the one end 5a in the axial direction of the body against the urging force of the coil spring 11 in a state where the engagement pin 6 on the one end 5a side is engaged with the engagement hole 8, The notch cover 5 bypasses the locking claw 12 protruding in the axial direction from the inner end face 3a of the bearer 3 toward the notch groove portion 2 and is located radially inward of the locking claw 12 in the axial direction.
[0029]
When the notch cover 5 is attached to the body in this manner, the locking claw 12 is located radially outside of the notch cover 5, and the operator visually checks the tip of the locking claw 12 from outside. be able to. That is, when the tip of the locking claw 12 is visible, the notch cover 5 is located radially inside the locking claw 12, so that the notch cover 5 is attached to the body, and conversely. When the tip of the locking claw 12 is not visible, the notch cover 5 is located radially outside of the locking claw 12, so that the notch cover 5 is not yet securely attached to the body. Become. Therefore, whether or not the notch cover 5 is normally mounted, that is, whether or not the notch cover 5 is attached so as not to drop from the body, can be determined from the outside based on whether or not the tip of the locking claw 12 is visible. Since the locking claw 12 locks the notch cover 5 from the outside in the radial direction, the notch cover 5 does not fall off the torso due to centrifugal force caused by rotation of the torso. Further, since the left and right sides of the engaging pin 7 are locked by the pair of locking claws 12, a portion closest to the engaging pin 7 is locked, and the position of the engaging pin 7 from the engaging hole 9 is reduced. Inadvertent detachment is reliably prevented.
Even if the engagement pin 7 on the other end 5b side is not engaged with the engagement hole 9, the notch cover 5 is not removed as long as the tip of the locking claw 12 is visible from the outside. The notch cover 5 is located radially inward of the locking claw 12, and the notch cover 5 falls from the body due to centrifugal force, in combination with the fact that the coil spring 11 urges the notch cover 5 toward the other end 5b. Absent.
However, when the tip of the locking claw 12 is visible from the outside, the state where the engaging pin 7 on the other end 5b side is not engaged in the engaging hole 9 is compared to the state where it is engaged. As a result, the length of the locking claw 12 overlapping the radially outer side of the notch cover 5 is reduced. That is, compared to a state where the notch cover 5 is attached to a regular position, the overlapping portion of the notch cover 5 and the locking claw 12 in the axial direction is small. Therefore, the worker can grasp from the outside whether or not the engagement pin 7 is engaged with the engagement hole 9 by grasping the difference in the state. Incidentally, a mark for more accurately grasping the difference in the state may be provided. For example, a line serving as a mark is provided on the outer surface of the locking claw 12, and if the other end 5 b of the notch cover 5 is located radially inward of the line, the engaging pin 7 engages with the engaging hole 9. It can also be in the state where it is.
[0030]
On the other hand, when the notch cover 5 is attached, as described above, the notch cover 5 bypasses the locking claw 12 in the axial direction of the body and is located radially inward thereof. The engagement pin 7 is guided, so that the engagement pin 7 can be securely engaged with the engagement hole 9. That is, it is generally difficult for an operator to accurately grasp the position of the engagement hole 9 formed in the bearer 3 when attaching the notch cover 5. Since it is located, the position of the engagement hole 9 can be easily and accurately grasped by using the locking claw 12 as a guide. In addition, since the engaging pin 7 passes between the two locking claws 12, the inner side surface of the locking claw 12 functions as a guide for the engaging pin 7. Therefore, the engagement pin 7 is securely engaged in the engagement hole 9 without being displaced in the circumferential direction of the body.
[0031]
In the present embodiment, two engaging pins are provided at both ends 5a and 5b, but two engaging pins may be provided instead of a plurality. The number, shape, and the like of the locking claws 12 and the locking members 13 can be appropriately changed in design.
In the present embodiment, a blanket cylinder has been described as an example, but a cylinder of another printing machine such as a plate cylinder may be used. Further, a body in which the cutout groove 2 is formed at a plurality of locations may be used.
In addition, although the notch cover 5 is provided with the engaging protrusion and the body is provided with the engaging recess, the notch cover 5 may be provided with the engaging recess and the body may be provided with the engaging protrusion. Alternatively, the configuration may be such that one of the two end portions of the notch cover 5 is an engagement projection.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, it is possible to confirm whether or not the notch cover is correctly attached by checking whether or not the locking claw is visible from the outside of the body, so that incorrect mounting of the notch cover is prevented beforehand, and the locking claw is prevented. By locking the notch cover from the outside in the radial direction, falling of the notch cover from the trunk is reliably prevented.
