Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lens mounting device for detachably mounting a lens on a main body of various cameras such as a video camera, and in particular, a camera used in an environment subject to vibration such as an inspection camera or a monitoring camera in a manufacturing process. The present invention relates to a lens mounting device which is preferably applied to the present invention.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As an attachment device for attaching a replacement lens to a main body of a video camera of this type, a device employing a bayonet mount and a mount ring is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the lens mounting device employing the bayonet mount and the mount ring is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bayonet mount with the bayonet claw formed at the base end of the lens interposed between the bayonet mount and the mount ring. Since the lens is attached by tightening the screw and the screw formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mount ring, there is a problem that if the fastening force is weak, the lens is loosened by vibration or the like, and the lens is not held firmly. In particular, this problem is remarkable when the camera is used in an environment where it is subject to vibration.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a camera lens mounting device capable of firmly mounting a lens on a camera body.
(1) According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting device for mounting a lens on a camera body, wherein the mounting device is provided on a mounting portion of the camera, and covers a bayonet mount outside the bayonet mount. And an outer peripheral surface that is rotatably screwed to the bayonet mount with respect to the bayonet mount at least between a first position where the lens can be attached and detached and a second position where the lens can be locked. A mount ring formed with a plurality of sawtooth-shaped ratchet grooves along an axial direction; and a rotatably provided on the camera body in a state where the mount ring is elastically biased in a tightening direction of the mount ring. When turned, the claw at the tip rotates against the ratchet groove against the elasticity and tightens the mount ring. Only when the direction is rotated in a direction opposite to a lens mounting apparatus of a camera and a ratchet pawl pawl tip engages the ratchet grooves in accordance with the elasticity is provided.
[0005]
In this case, although not particularly limited, it is more preferable that the ratchet pawl is provided with a lever for rotating the ratchet pawl against the elasticity.
[0006]
In the camera lens mounting device of the present invention, when the mount ring is rotated in the tightening direction with respect to the bayonet mount with the base end portion of the lens being sandwiched between the bayonet mount and the mount ring, the lens is rotated around the camera body. The movably provided ratchet pawl pivots past a serrated ratchet groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mount ring, but once the mount ring is tightened tightly, the mount ring is reversed (ie, loosened). Direction), the ratchet pawl engages with the serrated ratchet groove to prevent the mount ring from loosening. Thereby, even if vibration or the like is applied to the camera body or the lens, loosening of the bayonet mount and the mount ring is prevented, and the lens can be firmly held.
[0007]
In addition, if a ratchet pawl is provided with a lever that rotates the ratchet pawl against elasticity, and the lever is operated to loosen the mount ring in a state where the ratchet pawl and the serrated ratchet groove are disengaged, The lens can be easily removed from the camera body.
(2) According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting device for mounting a lens on a camera main body, wherein the mounting device is provided on a mounting portion of the camera, and covers a bayonet mount outside the bayonet mount. A mount ring provided and rotatably screwed to the bayonet mount with respect to the bayonet mount at least between a first position at which the lens can be attached and detached and a second position at which the lens can be locked. A block that is provided near the mount ring of the camera body and forms a wedge-shaped gap between the outer peripheral surface of the mount ring and the mount ring that becomes sharp in a direction opposite to a tightening direction; A wedge-shaped member, which is rotatably provided on the camera body and has an elasticity and engages with the wedge-shaped gap, is connected to the camera body. Said wedge member is engaged with the wedge-shaped gap, said wedge-shaped member and is rotated in the other operating lever which is withdrawn from the wedge-shaped gap, the camera lens mounting device provided with a provided with.
[0008]
In the camera lens mounting device of the present invention, after the base end of the lens is sandwiched between the bayonet mount and the mount ring, the mount ring is rotated in the tightening direction with respect to the bayonet mount, and then tightly tightened. If the wedge-shaped member is engaged with the wedge-shaped gap by using the operation lever, the wedge-shaped member will bite into the wedge-shaped gap even if the mount ring is rotated in the loosening direction. it can. Thereby, even if vibration or the like is applied to the camera body or the lens, loosening of the bayonet mount and the mount ring is prevented, and the lens can be firmly held.
[0009]
If the mount ring is loosened after the wedge-shaped member is pulled out from the wedge-shaped gap using the operation lever, the lens can be easily removed from the camera body.
(3) According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting device for mounting a lens on a camera body, wherein the mounting device is provided on a mounting portion of the camera, and is provided so as to cover the outside of the bayonet mount. The bayonet mount is screwed to the bayonet mount so as to be rotatable at least between a first position at which the lens can be attached and detached and a second position at which the lens can be locked. A mount ring having a rotation lever; and a locking panel fixed to the camera body and formed with a long hole through which the rotation lever can pass in a rotation range of the mount ring. Has a shaft portion fixed to the mount ring, and a tip portion screwed to the shaft portion and pressed against the locking panel. Lens mounting apparatus is provided for camera.
[0010]
