Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an operation switch that requires a twisting operation, such as a selector switch that selects a function by a twisting operation or a push-lock turn reset switch that is locked to an ON state by a pressing operation and unlocked by a twisting operation. This relates to a detent structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, various operation switches are configured such that the operation unit main body is inserted into the mounting hole of the mounting panel from its front side so that the flange portion comes into contact with the surface of the mounting panel, and the screw portion of the operation unit main body from the back side of the mounting panel. The lock nut is screwed into and fastened to be attached with the mounting panel sandwiched between the flange portion and the lock nut. Therefore, the mounting hole of the mounting panel through which the cylindrical body portion having the threaded portion formed in the operation portion main body is inserted is necessarily circular. For this reason, when mounting an operation switch that requires a twisting operation, it is necessary to prevent the operation unit body from rotating relative to the mounting panel. As this anti-rotation structure, there is conventionally known a configuration in which a protrusion projecting downward is provided on the back surface of the flange portion, and a fixing hole into which the protrusion is fitted is formed in the mounting panel.
In addition, after mounting the operation switch on the mounting panel, an inscription sticker was provided near the operation switch to display the contents of the operation switch.
[0003]
However, in the above-described anti-rotation structure, since a space for providing the protrusion is required, the shape of the flange portion becomes large, and there is a saving in use and design. Moreover, it is necessary to provide a mounting hole and a fixing hole in the mounting panel, and there is a disadvantage that processing of the mounting panel is troublesome and takes time. Accordingly, a detent structure as shown in FIG. 10 that does not require a protrusion or a fixing hole has been proposed (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-12575).
[0004]
The anti-rotation structure includes two longitudinal grooves 3 (only one is shown) formed along the axial center of the operation unit main body 1 so as to cut the screw portion 2 in the cylindrical operation unit main body 1 and the attachment The panel 7 includes a notch 9 formed at a part of the edge of the circular mounting hole 8 and a washer 10. The washer 10 has a ring shape having a round hole with an inner diameter through which the screw part 2 can be inserted, and has two cut-and-raised portions 11 fitted into the longitudinal groove 3 from the edge of the round hole, and a notch 9. One cut and raised portion 12 to be fitted is projected. The operation switch has an operation unit 14 rotatably mounted at one end of the operation unit main body 1 and a switch unit 13 connected to the other end of the operation unit main body 1.
[0005]
When attaching the operation switch to the attachment panel 7, first, the operation unit main body 1 is attached from the surface side (left side in the figure) of the attachment panel 7 with the switch unit 13 removed and the waterproof packing 17 inserted. Insert the flange 8 into the mounting hole 8 and press the flange 4 against the surface of the mounting panel 7. Next, the washer 10 is positioned so that the two cut-and-raised portions 11 are inserted into the vertical grooves 3 and inserted into the operation unit main body 1 from the back side of the mounting panel 7, and the cut-and-raised portion 12 is cut into the mounting panel 7. The lock nut 18 is screwed into the screw portion 2 and fastened while being fitted in the notch 9 and maintaining the state. As a result, the operation unit main body 1 is integrated with the washer 10 in the direction around the axis center by fitting the cut and raised 11 and the longitudinal groove 3, and the washer 10 is fitted to the cut and raised 12 and the notch 9. Therefore, the operation unit body 1 is restricted from rotating by the mounting panel 7 via the washer 10 and is prevented from rotating.
An inscription sticker 61 is provided near the operation switch provided on the mounting panel 7.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the anti-rotation structure described above has problems in any of the operation function surface, the mounting workability, and the standard surface. That is, in terms of function, when the lock nut 18 is loosened due to vibration or impact, the cut-and-raised part 12 is pulled out from the notch 8, and the detent function is lost. Here, since the washer 10 as a rotation preventing member exists on the back surface side of the mounting panel 7, even if the twisting operation is performed while pulling or pushing the operation portion 14 on the front surface side of the mounting panel, the washer 10 rotates freely. Only. Since the recovery of the rotation preventing function is performed by turning to the back side of the mounting panel 7 and retightening the lock nut 18, it takes too much time. On the other hand, since the loss of the anti-rotation function usually occurs unexpectedly, the operation portion 14 cannot be twisted on the surface side of the mounting panel 7 when the system operation needs to be stopped urgently. Therefore, there is a problem that cannot be dealt with immediately and immediately.
[0007]
Further, in terms of mounting workability, after the operation unit body 1 is inserted into the mounting hole 8 from the front surface side of the mounting panel 7, the washer 10 and the lock nut 18 are tightened from the back surface side of the mounting panel 7. Since the back side of the mounting panel 7 is generally narrow and cramped with many wires, workability is poor. In addition, the washer 10 is cut and raised on the back side of the mounting panel 7 having poor workability, and the cut and raised 11 is inserted into the operation unit main body 1 along the vertical groove 3 in a state where the washer 12 is positioned upward. It is necessary to carry out a difficult operation of positioning and fitting the cut-and-raised portion 12 into the notch 8 of the panel 7 while rotating the 10 integrally with the operation unit main body 1. In addition, prior to the insertion of the washer 10 into the operation unit main body 1, it is necessary to confirm whether or not the operation unit main body 1 is in a proper orientation on both front and back sides of the mounting panel 7. Further, since the washer 10 is not inserted temporarily into the operation unit main body 1, it is not temporarily fixed. Therefore, before the lock nut 18 is fastened, the cut-and-raised 12 is removed from the notch 9 and the operation unit main body 1 is displaced. In this case, the cut-and-raised part 12 must be aligned with the notch 9 and reinserted. As described above, the operation switch provided with the above-described detent structure has extremely poor workability.
[0008]
Further, when the member is fixed, the friction means alone is not sufficient, and it is requested to be stopped by a mechanical configuration. It is difficult to say that the function is sufficient because the detent functions by being fixed and depending on the fixing of the washer.
[0009]
Further, in the operation switch, after the operation switch is mounted on the mounting panel, an inscription sticker indicating the contents of the operation switch is often provided in the vicinity of the operation switch, and the operation is troublesome due to redoing due to a display error or the like.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention can easily recover the anti-rotation function even when the lock nut is loosened, eliminates difficult mounting means on the back side of the mounting panel, and greatly improves mounting workability. It is an object of the present invention to provide an anti-rotation structure for an operation switch that can provide a non-rotating function mechanically without relying only on it, and can simplify the work of disposing a seal.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an anti- rotation structure for an operation switch according to the present invention comprises an operation portion for twisting operation, and an operation switch provided with a flange portion and a screw portion provided continuously from the operation portion toward the back side. The operation unit main body is inserted into the circular mounting hole of the mounting panel from the front surface side, and a lock nut is screwed onto the screw portion from the rear surface side of the mounting panel to be fastened. An operation switch rotation prevention structure that is mounted by sandwiching the mounting panel from both front and back surfaces with a nut, and in the operation section main body, a longitudinal groove extending in an axial direction by cutting off the screw section is formed, and the mounting A notch is formed in the hole edge portion of the hole, and the screw portion is inserted into the insertion hole, and a ring-shaped detent member interposed between the flange portion and the surface side of the mounting panel is provided, Detent A member protruding inward from a hole edge of the insertion hole and fitting into the vertical groove; a locking protrusion protruding laterally from the hole edge of the insertion hole and fitting into the notch; , that provides a waterproof seal member which is pressed against at least the mounting panel provided integrally along the periphery of the該回Ri stop member.
[0012]
In this anti-rotation structure of the operation switch, the anti-rotation member is attached to the screw portion of the operation portion main body with the locking projections inserted into the vertical grooves, and the operation portion main body is attached to the attachment hole from the surface side of the attachment panel. When the locking projection is inserted into the notch, the operation portion main body is prevented from being rotated by the mounting panel via the rotation preventing member. From the back surface of the mounting panel, it is only necessary to screw and fasten a lock nut. Therefore, the mounting workability is greatly improved. On the functional side, even if the lock nut is loosened and the engaging projection is pulled out of the notch, if the operating projection is pushed to the rear side on the surface side of the mounting panel and the locking projection is inserted into the notch, The anti-rotation function is restored, and it is possible to respond quickly by performing a twisting operation while the operation unit is pressed. As described above, the fixing of the anti-rotation member does not depend only on the lock nut, and the anti-rotation function mechanically by pressing the operation portion against the back side.
[0013]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an annular groove is formed along the peripheral edge of the rotation preventing member, and the seal member is formed by any one of fitting, insert molding, sticking, or application. Thus, the seal member can be easily and surely integrated with the anti-rotation member.
[0014]
Furthermore, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the seal member is joined to both surfaces of the anti-rotation member and is provided integrally with the peripheral portion, whereby the anti-rotation member and the flange portion are provided. There is no need to intervene existing waterproof packing, and the mounting height of the operation unit from the mounting panel can be lowered accordingly.
[0015]
Furthermore, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a name plate attaching portion is integrally formed on a peripheral portion of the detent member, a name plate disposing recess is formed on a base of the name plate attaching portion, A name plate locking portion is formed on a pair of opposing side walls of the recess, and a pressing piece for pressing the name plate toward the front side is formed on the bottom surface of the recess. Since the mounting portion is formed, the detent member is disposed on the operation switch, and at the same time the nameplate is disposed, so that the disposing operation can be easily performed.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded side view showing a main part of an operation switch having a detent structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this figure, the same or substantially the same as in FIG. 7 is given the same reference numerals for the sake of simplifying the explanation and facilitating the understanding. Will be described.
[0017]
As is clear from the arrangement of FIG. 1, the rotation preventing member 20 is attached to the operation unit main body 1 on the front surface side (left side in the drawing) of the mounting panel 7 and engages with the mounting panel 7. 2A to 2C respectively show a front portion, a side view, and a rear view of the rotation preventing member 20. FIG. 3 shows a front view of the mounting panel 7. The mounting panel 7 has a circular mounting hole 8 having an inner diameter through which the screw portion 2 of the operation unit body 1 can be inserted, and a hole edge portion of the mounting hole 8. And a notch 9 formed at a predetermined portion. The anti-rotation member 20 has a ring shape including a circular insertion hole 21 having an inner diameter through which the screw portion 2 can be inserted, and is formed from two hole edge portions facing the radial direction of the insertion hole 21. A pair of locking projections 22 and 23 projecting inward, a locking projection 24 projecting laterally from one locking projection 22, and the peripheral surface on the surface of the mounting panel 7. An annular groove 27 is provided. Both the locking projections 22 and 23 have a shape that can be fitted into the longitudinal groove 3 of the operation unit main body 1. The locking protrusion 24 has a shape that can be fitted into the notch 8 of the mounting panel 7. A waterproof seal member 28 is provided inside the annular groove 27.
[0018]
4 is a plan view of the operation switch attached to the attachment panel 7. FIG. 5 is an enlarged vertical sectional view showing a structure for preventing rotation of the operation switch. In FIG. 4, the switch unit 13 is omitted. Next, a procedure for mounting the operation switch having the above-described detent structure to the mounting panel 7 will be described. First, the waterproof packing 17 and the rotation preventing member 20 are attached to the operation unit main body 1. The anti-rotation member 20 is attached by inserting the screw portion 2 of the operation portion main body 1 while positioning and fitting both the locking protrusions 22 and 23 in the vertical groove 2. Since the work of attaching the anti-rotation member 20 to the operation unit main body 1 is performed on the surface side of the mounting panel 7, it can be easily positioned.
[0019]
Subsequently, the operation unit main body 1 to which the waterproof packing 17 and the anti-rotation member 20 are attached is inserted into the attachment hole 8 of the attachment panel 7, and the locking projection 24 is inserted into the notch 9 of the attachment panel 7. The positioning of the locking projection 24 in the notch 9 can be easily performed on the surface side of the mounting panel 7. If the lock nut 18 is screwed and fastened to the screw portion 2 from the back side of the mounting panel 7 in a state where the flange portion 4 is in contact with the surface of the mounting panel 7, the operation unit body 1 can be attached to the mounting panel 7. Complete. As described above, since the work performed on the back side of the mounting panel 7 with poor workability is only the tightening of the lock nut 18, the mounting workability is remarkably improved as compared with the conventional detent structure.
[0020]
In the above attachment state, when the lock nut 18 is loosened by vibration or impact, the locking projection 24 may be removed from the notch 9. Here, when it is necessary to stop the system urgently, if the locking projection 24 is positioned in the notch 9 and the operation unit 14 is pushed to the back side, the rotation preventing function is recovered and the state is maintained. The operation unit 14 can be twisted . The positioning of the engaging protrusion 24 to the notch 9 is easy because it is performed on the surface side of the mounting panel 7, and even if it is temporary, the anti-rotation function can be recovered immediately to respond quickly to an emergency situation. it can. That is, the fixing of the anti-rotation member 20 does not depend only on the lock nut 18, and the anti-rotation function mechanically by pressing the operating portion 14. The lock nut 18 may be retightened thereafter.
[0021]
Further, although the anti-rotation member 20 is attached to the surface side of the mounting panel 7, since the anti-rotation member 20 itself is integrally provided with the seal member 28, there is no problem even on the waterproof surface. The anti-rotation member 20 is preferably formed of a material having a hardness capable of obtaining an anti-rotation function, such as a polyamide resin. On the other hand, as the seal member 28, it is preferable to use a curable resin (for example, elastomer) or rubber having flexibility, that is, waterproofness. When the seal member 28 is integrated with the anti-rotation member 20, a ring-shaped seal is used. The member 28 is fitted into the annular groove 27 of the anti-rotation member 20, the seal member 28 is insert-molded into the anti-rotation member 20, the seal member 28 is adhered to the anti-rotation member 20, or a sealing agent is applied to the annular groove 27 Any means such as injection and curing can be used.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, if the seal member 29 is attached so as to cover the peripheral end of the anti-rotation member 20 and is joined to both surfaces of the peripheral portion of the anti-rotation member 20, the existing waterproof packing 17 becomes unnecessary. In that case, the mounting height of the operation unit 14 from the mounting panel 7 can be lowered by the amount excluding the waterproof packing 17.
[0023]
FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the anti-rotation member 20a has a ring shape including a circular insertion hole 21a having an inner diameter through which the screw portion 2 can be inserted, and the insertion hole 21a. A pair of locking projections 22a and 23a (not shown) projecting inwardly from two hole edge portions facing each other in the radial direction are provided. The attachment part 50 is integrally formed. On the base 51 of the nameplate mounting portion 50, a nameplate placement recess 52 is formed, and nameplate locking grooves 54, 54 are formed on a pair of opposing side walls of the recess 52. In addition, pressing pieces 56 and 56 for pressing the name plate toward the front side are formed on the bottom surface portion 53 of the recess 52.
[0024]
The nameplate 60 is inserted and locked once in one nameplate locking groove 54 of the recess 52 of the nameplate mounting portion 50, and is bent slightly and the other end is inserted in the other nameplate locking groove 54. Locked and provided in the recess 52. The inscription plate 60 is placed on the front side by the pressing pieces 56, 56 of the recess 52 of the inscription plate mounting portion 50, and both ends are engaged with the engagement pieces 55a, 55b. Since the pressing pieces 56 and 56 have elasticity, the thickness of the nameplate can be adjusted. In other words, the thickness of the nameplate can be adjusted by positioning it on the front side if it is thin, and positioning it on the bottom side if it is thick.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the detent structure of the operation switch of the present invention, detent member having a locking protrusion fitted into the notch of the locking projection and the mounting panel fitted into the longitudinal groove of the operation portion main body Is inserted between the flange portion of the operation unit body and the surface side of the mounting panel, so the operation unit body with the anti-rotation member attached in advance is inserted into the mounting panel mounting hole from the surface side of the mounting panel. Thus, the operation unit main body can be prevented from rotating, and from the back surface of the mounting panel, it is only necessary to screw and fasten the lock nut. In addition, even if the lock nut is loosened and the locking projection is removed from the notch, the anti-rotation function is immediately provided by pressing the operating part to the back side and inserting the locking projection into the notch on the front side of the mounting panel. Since it recovers, it becomes possible to perform a twisting operation quickly and to obtain a remarkable effect in terms of function. Furthermore, the fixing of the anti-rotation member does not depend only on the lock nut, and the anti-rotation function functions mechanically by pressing the operating portion against the back side, so that a function relating to the fixing of the member can be sufficiently obtained.
[0026]
In addition, if the seal member is integrally provided by any means of fitting, insert molding, sticking, or coating in the annular groove formed along the peripheral edge of the rotation preventing member, the seal member can be easily and It can be reliably integrated with the detent member. Furthermore, if the sealing member is joined to both surfaces of the anti-rotation member and is provided integrally with the peripheral portion, there is no need to provide an existing waterproof packing between the anti-rotation member and the flange portion, and accordingly Only the mounting height of the operation unit from the mounting panel can be reduced. However, if a waterproof packing is interposed, the waterproof effect can be made more reliable.
[0027]
In addition, since the nameplate mounting part is integrally formed on the periphery of the rotation stopper member, the nameplate can be provided at the same time as the rotation stopper member by providing the nameplate on the nameplate mounting part. In addition, since the nameplate mounting portion can replace the nameplate, the nameplate replacement work in the case of a display error can be easily performed, and the effect of improving the nameplate placement work is achieved.
