TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a mattress having excellent air permeability and excellent body pressure dispersibility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, while distributing the body load over a wide range and reducing the load of shear stress to improve sleeping comfort, as a mattress with excellent breathability and dehumidification, for example, through a slit groove from the surface A technique is known in which a plurality of rows of hollow sections having an inverted triangular cross section are formed in the vertical and horizontal cross directions to form a large number of flat block sections on the human body contact surface (for example, see Patent Document 1). The mold block prevents the shearing force, and at the same time improves the air permeability by the space penetrating in the vertical and horizontal directions.
Also, in a mattress in which a plurality of foam layers are laminated, in order to obtain sharpness of air permeability and supporting force, there is also known a technique of providing a hollow portion penetrating in a width direction of the mattress in a foam layer of an intermediate layer. I have. (For example, see Patent Document 2.)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-19139, FIG. 1 [Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-327367 A, FIG. 1
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the case of Patent Document 1, in the middle part in the thickness direction of the mattress, a space portion having a cross-section of an inverted triangular shape in a plurality of rows and columns intersecting in the vertical and horizontal directions is formed. A hollow part penetrating in the horizontal direction is formed in the part, but as a result of the research of the present inventors, if there is a space part penetrating the mattress in the horizontal direction, a space penetrating only in the vertical direction. It became clear that the air permeability and the dehumidifying property were inferior to those in which only the portion was formed.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a mattress having a high body pressure dispersing effect while improving the dehumidifying property by improving the air permeability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mattress in which a vertical groove for ventilation is formed on a lower surface, or a mattress in which a vertical hole for ventilation is formed in an intermediate portion in a thickness direction, or a vertical groove for ventilation is formed on a lower surface. And in a mattress in which a vertical hole for ventilation is formed in the middle part in the thickness direction, the vertical groove for ventilation and the vertical hole for ventilation are communicated from the vertical end face to the other vertical end face, and The end face was not opened.
[0007]
In this way, by penetrating only in the vertical direction of the mattress and not opening in the horizontal direction as the vertical groove for ventilation or the vertical hole for ventilation, the air permeability is further improved, and the dehumidifying property and the like are improved.
Here, the reason for providing a vertical groove for ventilation or a vertical hole for ventilation that penetrates only in the vertical direction of the mattress is that the air permeability and dehumidifying property become better because the air permeability of the mattress is a pumping action at the time of turning over etc. If there is a lateral groove or a horizontal hole that penetrates the mattress in the horizontal direction at the time of turning over, the lateral groove or horizontal hole only at the point where the load was moved by rolling over is locally ventilated. It is thought that, for example, when the patient turns over mainly on the upper body, the ventilation of the entire mattress including the lower body becomes insufficient.
On the other hand, if there is a vertical groove or a vertical hole that penetrates only in the vertical direction, even if the point where the load is moved when turning over is limited to only the upper body and lower body, ventilation is performed in the vertical direction, and ventilation of the entire mattress It seems that the properties are good.
[0008]
Here, the vertical direction of the mattress is a direction connecting the head and the foot of the human body, and the horizontal direction is a direction orthogonal to the direction.
Note that the form of the present mattress is arbitrary, and may have a laminated structure in which a plurality of layers are laminated one above the other, or may have a single-layer structure.
[0009]
In the present invention, the mattress is a laminate made of a plurality of cushioning materials, and among these cushioning materials, at least the uppermost cushioning material is a low resilience foam having an air permeability of 1 to 3 dm 3 / s.
[0010]
In this way, if the uppermost cushioning material is made of a low-rebound resilience foam, the effect of dispersing body pressure is improved, and the air permeability is improved by setting the air permeability to 1 to 3 dm 3 / s.
Here, the low rebound resilience means one having a rebound resilience (ratio to a rebound distance when a steel ball is dropped from a predetermined height) of 20% or less. Further, the number of stacked layers and the like are arbitrary.
The lower cushion material is preferably a foam material having a rebound resilience of about 45% or more and having good air permeability (air permeability of 1.5 dm 3 / s or more), but is not necessarily limited to this.
[0011]
Further, in the present invention, the upper cushion material and the lower cushion material have a plurality of rows of concave ridges and convex ridges extending in the lateral direction on each lamination surface. And the protruding ridges are freely fitted to each other, and when the two are fitted and laminated, between the bottom surface of the concave ridge portion and the top surface of the protruding ridge portion, the venting vertical groove or the venting vertical hole communicates. Gaps are formed.
[0012]
As described above, the upper and lower cushion members are provided with the concave ridge portion and the convex ridge portion so that they are fitted to each other, and the vertical groove for ventilation or the vertical hole for ventilation is provided between the bottom surface of the concave ridge portion and the top surface of the convex ridge portion. If a gap communicating with the air gap is formed, for example, when the gap is crushed due to turning over or the like, the ventilation is promoted through the vertical groove for ventilation or the vertical hole for ventilation by the pumping action, and the dehumidifying property, the heat dissipating effect, etc. are improved. Can be done.
Here, the convex ridge and the concave ridge may be provided on either side of the upper and lower cushion members, and when the concave ridge is provided on one of the sides, the convex ridge is provided on the other side.
[0013]
Further, in the present invention, the size of the gap in the vertical direction is made different between the head supporting portion, the chest supporting portion, the waist supporting portion, and the foot supporting portion.
[0014]
As described above, by changing the size of the gap in accordance with the body weight pressure for each part, the pumping action is further promoted and the local sinking due to the body pressure is prevented. For this reason, it is advantageous, for example, if the head support part is widened, the foot support part is subsequently widened, and the chest support part and the waist support part are narrower than these.
Also, if the chest support portion and the waist support side portion are made wider than the other portions as the groove width of the concave ridge portion and the protrusion width of the convex ridge portion, the gap area between the waist and the chest portion with a large load spreads horizontally. Thus, the pumping action of the same portion can be made more effective.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Here, FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing a state in which a ventilation mattress having a two-layer structure is covered with a cover, FIG. 2 is an overall view of the ventilation mattress, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the ventilation mattress, and FIG. FIG. 5A is a front view, FIG. 5B is a top view, FIG. 5C is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 5B, and FIG. 5 is a view for explaining an upper layer cushion material. 6, (a) is a side view, (b) is a bottom view, (c) is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of (b), FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC of FIG. 2, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line D, and FIG. 8 is a configuration example of a ventilation mattress having a single-layer structure.

[0017]
Therefore, a configuration example in which the main ventilation mattress has a two-layer structure will be described first with reference to FIGS.

In the case of the embodiment, the lower cushion material 2 is a polyurethane foam having a rebound resilience of about 50% and an air permeability of about 3 dm 3 / s. Further, as shown in FIGS. , A plurality of rows of ventilation vertical grooves 6 penetrating in the vertical direction, and a plurality of rows of ridges 7 extending in the horizontal direction are provided on the upper surface thereof, and the height t of the ridges is The part supporting the head of the human body (the left part in FIG. 4 (c)) is low, the part supporting the feet of the human body (the right part in FIG. 4 (c)) is next low, and then the part supporting the breast of the human body. At the end, and finally the part supporting the waist of the human body (the central part in FIG. 4C) is the highest.
Also, the height t of the protruding ridge portion 7 is set to a value smaller than the depth d of the groove of the concave ridge portion 8 of the cushioning material 3 of the upper layer, which will be described later, even at the highest portion supporting the waist.
[0019]
In addition, the protruding width h of the protruding ridge portion 7 is set so that a portion supporting the chest and a portion supporting the waist are slightly wider than a portion supporting the head of the human body and a portion supporting the feet. .
[0020]
Then, after an upper cushion material 3 described below is fitted and laminated on the upper part of the lower cushion material 2, the air permeability is low (about 1 dm 3 / s) and hard on both sides of the laminate. Side cushion member 4 made of polyurethane foam is adhered, and air leaks laterally from a gap e described later formed between the lower cushion material 2 and the upper cushion material 3. I try not to.
[0021]
The upper cushioning material 3 is a low-resilience polyurethane foam having an air permeability of about 1.5 dm 3 / s and a rebound resilience of about 1%. As shown in FIG. On the lower surface, a plurality of rows of vertical grooves 10 penetrating in the vertical direction and a plurality of rows of concave ridges 8 extending in the horizontal direction intersect with each other. The depth g of the groove of the vertical groove 10 is deeper than the depth d of the groove of the concave streak portion 8, and the groove width i of the concave streak portion 8 is corresponding to the corresponding convex streak portion of the lower cushion material 2. 7 is the same as the protrusion width h, so that the concave ridge 8 and the convex ridge 7 can be fitted.
[0022]
Further, as described above, since the depth d of the groove of the concave ridge portion 8 is made deeper than the height t of the highest convex ridge portion 7, the concave ridge portion 8 and the convex ridge portion 7 are fitted. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a gap e extending in the lateral direction is formed as a band-shaped row between the top surface of the convex ridge 7 and the bottom surface of the concave ridge 8. The gap e is such that the portion supporting the head (left portion in FIG. 6) is wide in the vertical direction, the portion supporting the feet (right portion in FIG. 6) is wide, and the portion supporting the chest is wide. Finally, the part supporting the waist (the central part in FIG. 6) is formed to be the narrowest.
Further, since the depth g of the groove of the vertical groove 10 is deeper than the depth d of the groove of the concave ridge 8, when the concave ridge 8 and the convex ridge 7 are fitted, as shown in FIG. The vertical groove 10 forms a vertical ventilation hole 11 that penetrates in the vertical direction and opens at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The gap e communicates with the vertical ventilation hole 11.
[0023]
Since the left and right end portions of the gap e are closed by the side cushion material 4, for example, when turning over on the mattress 1, when the gap e where the load moves is crushed, the inside of the gap e is formed by the pumping action. All of the air flows through the vertical holes 11 for ventilation, and does not flow out from the lateral direction.
[0024]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 1, both ends of the cover 5 in the longitudinal direction are formed of a mesh member m so that the air permeability formed through the vertical hole 11 for ventilation is not hindered. In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a fastener that can be freely opened and closed.
[0025]
In the mattress 1 as described above, for example, when turning over or when moving only a part of the head or shoulder, the air permeability is promoted by the air-permeable vertical holes 11 and the air-permeable vertical grooves 6 due to the pumping action. You. In addition, since the cushion material 2 on the upper surface is made of a low resilience polyurethane foam, the body pressure dispersibility is good, and there is an effect of improving sleeping comfort.
Further, since the size of the gap e is different depending on the body weight pressure for each part, the pumping action is more effectively performed.
Of course, the vertical hole 11 for ventilation and the vertical groove 6 for ventilation may be provided with either one without using both.
[0026]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 7, the present mattress is also applicable to a mattress 1 having a single-layer structure, and may be provided with a vertical hole 13 for ventilation which penetrates in a vertical direction at an intermediate portion in a thickness direction. A vertical groove for ventilation (not shown) may be formed on the lower surface of the mattress 1.
[0027]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Those having substantially the same configuration as those described in the claims of the present invention and exhibiting the same functions and effects belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the mattress 1 can be of a foldable type.
Further, the number of cushion materials is not limited to two layers, but may be three or more layers.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention relates to a mattress in which a vertical groove for ventilation is formed on the lower surface, or a mattress in which a vertical hole for ventilation is formed in the middle part in the thickness direction, or a vertical groove for ventilation formed in the lower surface and has a thickness. In a mattress in which a vertical hole for ventilation is formed in the middle part of the direction, as a vertical groove for ventilation or a vertical hole for ventilation, it penetrates only in the vertical direction and does not open in the horizontal direction. Properties can be improved.
At this time, if the mattress is a laminated body composed of a plurality of cushioning materials, and at least the uppermost cushioning material is a low-rebound resilience foam having an air permeability of 1 to 3 dm 3 / s, the body pressure dispersion effect is improved, and Good air permeability is also obtained.
In addition, a concave ridge and a convex ridge are formed in the upper cushion material and the lower cushion material, and the concave ridge and the convex ridge are freely fitted to each other, and both are fitted and laminated. At this time, if a gap communicating with the vertical groove for ventilation or the vertical hole for ventilation is formed between the bottom surface of the concave portion and the top surface of the convex portion, the pumping action can be more effectively utilized, Ventilation can be promoted.
If the size of the gap in the vertical direction is made different according to the body weight pressure for each region, the pumping action can be made more effective, and as the groove width of the concave ridge portion and the protrusion width of the convex ridge portion, If the waist support side portion is made wider than the other portions, the horizontal area of the gap in the waist portion is increased, and the pumping action can be made more effective.
