本発明は、推奨番組に関する情報を送信することを目的とする視聴情報収集システム、視聴情報収集プログラムに関するものである。

他の利用者端末がどういう情報を取得したかといった情報を提供する情報提供システムの一例としては、各々の利用者端末がネットワークを介して接続されており、ある利用者端末が複数の利用者端末を指定してその利用者端末に蓄積されたＷＥＢ参照履歴等の履歴情報を取得し表示するというものがある（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

従来のシステムでは、個々の端末における履歴情報が単に収集されて表示されるにとどまり、端末相互の関連性を考慮して履歴情報を集計することや、対象となる端末全体において履歴情報を集計することといったことは実現されていなかった。

そこで本発明では、対象となる端末相互の関連性を加味して所定の情報の集計をすることができる視聴情報収集システム及び視聴情報収集プログラムを提供することを課題とする。

本発明の視聴情報収集システムは、視聴番組に関する視聴番組情報を取得する対象としての対象端末を特定するための対象端末情報を、推奨番組に関する推奨番組情報を要求する要求端末から受信する指定情報受信手段と、当該受信した対象端末情報に基づいて対象端末を特定する対象端末特定手段と、当該特定された対象端末における視聴番組情報を取得する番組情報取得手段と、対象端末特定手段が特定した対象端末の数と番組情報取得手段が取得した視聴番組情報とに基づいて対象端末における番組の視聴率を算出する視聴率算出手段と、当該算出された視聴率に基づいて推奨番組を特定する番組特定手段と、当該特定された推奨番組を特定するための番組特定情報を含む推奨番組情報を要求端末に送信する推奨情報送信手段とを含む。

本発明の実施形態にかかる視聴情報収集システムについて図面を参照して説明する。本実施形態にかかる視聴情報収集システムは、推奨番組に関する情報を送信する視聴情報収集システムである。

まず、本実施形態にかかる視聴情報収集システムの構成について説明する。図１は、本実施形態にかかる視聴情報収集システムの構成図である。本実施形態にかかる視聴情報収集システム１０は、物理的には、ＣＰＵ（中央処理装置）、メモリ、マウスやキーボードなどの入力装置、ディスプレイなどの表示装置、ハードディスクなどの格納装置などを備えたコンピュータシステムとして構成されている。また、視聴情報収集システム１０は、機能的な構成要素として、図１に示すように、指定情報受信部１０１（指定情報受信手段）と、対象端末特定部１０２（対象端末特定手段）と、番組情報取得部１０３（番組情報取得手段）と、視聴率算出部１０４（視聴率算出手段）と、番組特定部１０５（番組特定手段）と、推奨番組送信部１０６（推奨番組送信手段）と、拒否情報受信部１０７と、端末特定情報格納部１０８と、視聴番組情報格納部１０９とを備えて構成される。また、視聴情報収集システム１０は、ネットワーク３０を通じて、携帯電話機２０１〜２０４（要求端末、対象端末）のそれぞれと情報の送受信が可能なように構成されている。

図５は、本発明の実施形態にかかる記録媒体の構成図である。記録媒体９は、図５に示すように、プログラムを記録するプログラム領域９１を備えている。このプログラム領域９１には、視聴情報収集プログラム９２が記録されている。視聴情報収集プログラム９２は、処理を統括するメインモジュール９２１と、指定情報受信モジュール９２２と、対象端末特定モジュール９２３と、番組情報取得モジュール９２４と、視聴率算出モジュール９２５と、番組特定モジュール９２６、推奨番組送信モジュール９２７と、拒否情報受信モジュール９２８とを備えて構成される。ここで、指定情報受信モジュール９２２、対象端末特定モジュール９２３、番組情報取得モジュール９２４、視聴率算出モジュール９２５、番組特定モジュール９２６、推奨番組送信モジュール９２７、拒否情報受信モジュール９２８のそれぞれを動作させることによって実現する機能は、上記視聴情報収集システム１０の指定情報受信部１０１、対象端末特定部１０２、番組情報取得部１０３、視聴率算出部１０４、番組特定部１０５、推奨番組送信部１０６、拒否情報受信部１０７それぞれの機能と同様である。尚、この場合、上記視聴情報収集システム１０の端末特定情報格納部１０８と視聴番組情報格納部１０９とのそれぞれは、記録媒体９のデータ領域９３に端末特定情報格納部９３２と視聴番組情報格納部９３３として格納されていても良いし、別の記録媒体に格納されていても良い。
