【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前記従来技術をさらに改良し、クリップを押圧した場合だけでなく、クリップと本体との間にポケット、紙などの変形自在であって薄い平面素材を挿入した場合にも、自動的に先端における退没が実現し得るような構成による改良型ノック式筆記用具、及びノック式棒状化粧用具の構成を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明の構成は、側部にクリップを有し、後端部にノックを有している筆記用具又は棒状の化粧用具において、外側筒状部内のインクパイプ、又は芯に対する保持具と接続され、押圧スプリングによって後方に付勢され、かつ外側方向への曲げ弾性を有している係止棒を設け、外側筒状部の内、クリップの内側に相当する位置の少なくとも一部に細長孔を設け、クリップの内側面に係止棒の先端と係止し、該係止棒の後退を阻止することによって、インクパイプ、又は芯の先端における突出状態を保持するための内側突起を設け、該係止棒の中途部位において、クリップの内側面と当接し、前記係止状態を開放し得る外側突起を設け、該係止棒の最後端の位置を確保するためのストッパを備えていることに基づくノック式筆記用具、及びノック式棒状化粧用具からなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、図３に示すように、基本的構成態様として、外側筒状部３において、クリップ１の内側に軸方向に沿って細長孔３１を設けると共に、外側筒状部３の内側において前側の押圧バネ７によって後方に付勢され、自ら外側への曲げ弾性を有している係止棒２を設けており、かつ当該係止棒２がインクパイプ、又は芯４の保持具９と接続されていることにおいて、本発明は、従来技術の項において説明した具体例の場合と共通している。
