Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0026】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hook-and-loop type hook-and-loop fastener female material piece.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a tape fastener using an adhesive has been used as a tape fastener for attaching an open-type disposable diaper to a wearer and locking the wearer. Tape fasteners using an adhesive have the disadvantage that the adhesive is attached to the wearer, and the dirt on the hands of the handler is transferred to the adhesive surface, resulting in a decrease in adhesive strength. For this reason, there is a trend to switch to a mechanical type fastener which can be freely attached and detached by engagement between a male material and a female material.
[0003]
As the female material used for the mechanical fastener, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, and a nonwoven fabric having a loop pile include Patent Document 1 (Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-70810) and Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-31321). Is known in US Pat.
[0004]
Patent Document 1 (Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-70810) discloses a stable knitting structure that prevents the loop pile from coming off or slipping and has a small stretchability. Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-50062) discloses a diaper. In order to prevent the transmission of the adhesive applied when attaching the female material of the hook-and-loop fastener, and to prevent the shrinkage of the woven fabric during use in Patent Document 4 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 10-1273111), a synthetic resin or the like is laminated on the non-fastener surface. A hook and loop fastener female material is disclosed. Patent Literature 5 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-506427) and Patent Document 6 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-510374) disclose a surface fastener female material in which a base material and a woven fabric are joined. The basis weight of the woven fabric is specified in order to improve the property, and the amount of the adhesive is specified in Patent Document 6 in order to prevent the exudation of the adhesive used for bonding.
[0005]
On the other hand, when a mechanical fastener is used for an absorbent article, especially for a disposable diaper, it is necessary to consider the engagement characteristics between the female and male materials, particularly the performance of the female material. This is because a normal disposable diaper has a pair of left and right male members fixed to both sides on the back side of the wearer and a pair of left and right female members fixed to the front abdomen. If the difference between the engaging force when the materials are closed together, that is, the difference between the left peeling force and the right peeling force is large, the wearer can securely wear the fastener by the fastener. You will feel anxious about the fixed function.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a female member of a mechanical surface fastener excellent in durability that can be reliably fixed on an engagement surface regardless of the direction of attachment and detachment, regardless of operation, and is obtained without impairing the attachment / detachment operability. Aim.
[0008]
A further object of the present invention is to provide a female fastener material which is lightweight and low in bulk, and which is backed with a base material capable of printing a position index of an engagement surface with a male material, a character design and the like.
[0009]
Another specific object of the present invention is to provide a mechanical surface fastener female material suitable for an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a hook-and-loop type surface fastener female material having a structure in which a warp knitted fabric is joined to a base material surface through a warp knitted fabric having a loop for receiving a hook. A swing structure, a loop pile knitting structure in which the direction of the loop pile adjacent to the knitting direction is alternately formed in the left and right sides, and a swing structure with a thread reed through the front reed. A hook-and-loop type hook-and-loop type hook-and-loop fastener female material piece which is constituted by warp knitted fabrics each knitted with a ground structure engaged with a loop pile forming structure.
[0011]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0012]
As shown schematically in FIG. 1, the hook and loop type hook-and-loop type female fastener piece (1) of the present invention includes a loop (1a) for receiving the hook (2a) of the male hook-and-loop fastener piece (2). This is a laminated structure in which a warp-knitted fabric piece (1b) on the surface is lined with a base material (2c). Here, the substrate (1c) is, for example, a polyester resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, or polyethylene terephthalate; a synthetic resin film such as a polyamide resin or a polyurethane resin; a laminated film of these resin films; Can be If necessary, a position index of an engagement surface with the male material, a character design, and the like may be printed on the base material surface.
[0013]
The warp knitted fabric piece (2b) according to the present invention having a loop for receiving a hook formed on the surface thereof is a filament in which a ground knitting structure, a connecting knitting structure and a loop knitting structure are knitted with a reed using a tricot machine or a Russell machine. It is a warp knitted fabric with yarn.
[0014]
Examples of the material of the filament yarn include polypropylene, polyester, polyamide fiber and natural fiber. The fineness of the filament yarn is 20 to 220 dtex, but the fineness of the yarn is not particularly limited. In addition, the warp knitted fabric may be dyed wholly or partially, if necessary.
[0015]
The ground structure is knitted by chain-knitting the front reed in which the filament yarn is reeded in a half set by wrapping of 1-0 / 0-1. In the connection structure, a reed is knitted with a wrapping of 0-0 / 3-3 after a reed of a filament yarn is passed through a half set. Thus, a ground structure having both knitted fabric strength and shape retention is formed. The knitting of the yarn by the wrapping described above has an advantage that the floating height of the loop with respect to the ground structure surface can be increased in addition to the thinning of the knitted fabric.
[0016]
The loop for receiving the hook is formed by a loop knitting structure in which the yarn is reeded in a half set through a middle reed and knitted by wrapping of 1-0 / 2-1 / 2-3 / 1-2. Thus, a loop is formed along the direction of each wale by a knitting structure that is formed to float on the knitted ground evenly on the left and right sides. Since the loop knitting structure is knitted by the wrapping described above, the needle loop of the loop forming yarn entangled with the warp knitting the ground structure is knitted at the closed stitch, and the knitting of the knitted fabric is smoothly performed, so that the stability is uniform and uniform. A knitted fabric in which floating loops are formed concentrated on one side of the knitted fabric with the adjusted shape is obtained.
[0017]
In knitting the warp knitted fabric, after knitting the loop forming yarn, the legs of the loop formed by knitting the chain stitch are tightened, and the size and direction of the loop pile can be stabilized.
[0018]
In bonding the woven fabric and the substrate, conventionally known methods such as dry lamination, extrusion lamination, wet lamination, heat lamination, and ultrasonic waves can be used. Urethane, EVA, acrylic, vinyl acetate etc. can be used for dry laminating adhesive, starch, casein, vinyl acetate, polyacrylate etc. can be used for wet laminating adhesive. A resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or modified polyolefin can be used as appropriate. However, it is not limited to these adhesives and resins.
[0019]
When the female surface fastener of the present invention is used as a fastening member for a disposable diaper, the fixing means to the disposable diaper includes, for example, gluing, heat sealing, bonding by ultrasonic processing, integral molding, sewing, mechanical fixing by a stapler, and the like. Can be raised. In fixing with a glue, known adhesives such as rubbers such as SIS and SBS, acrylics, silicones, and EVAs are appropriately selected as necessary, but are not limited to these resins.
[0020]
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the warp knitted fabric has a basis weight of 10 to 100 g per square meter. If it is less than 10 g, it is difficult to maintain the form as a knitted fabric at the time of knitting, and if it is more than 100 g, the rigidity is increased so that the flexibility of the portion is impaired when attached to a disposable diaper. When a design is applied on top, the visibility is impaired.
[0021]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
[0022]
(Example)
A warp knitted fabric having a surface for receiving a hook having a knitting structure shown in FIG. 2 formed on the surface was knitted under the following conditions using a tricot machine equipped with three reeds. The knitting order was knitting in the order of a bobbin thread, a loop thread, and a stitch thread.
[0023]
After knitting, the obtained greige fabric was adhered to a biaxially oriented polypropylene film having a thickness of 12 μm using a polyurethane adhesive to prepare a female material fabric. The engaging force (N / m) of the female material piece according to the engaging force test method is 133 N, which is an engaging (peeling) force from right to left 133 N, and an engaging (peeling) force from left to right 113 N. At 20N, it was determined that there was almost no difference in the engaging force in the left-right direction.
[0024]
The obtained tape-shaped female piece was fixed on a belt around the waist of the abdomen around the front of the disposable diaper, and the male tape was fixed on the waist side, and the engagement was evaluated by a sensory test. The mechanical surface tape could be firmly engaged without any sense of incongruity from either the left or right direction, and it was not felt that there was a difference in the peeling force between the left and right directions at the time of peeling.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention provides a reliable fixed joint in surface engagement regardless of the direction of engagement and operation, and can be realized without impairing the attachment / detachment operation. It is a female material.
[0026]
The female surface fastener material of the present invention is a mechanical surface fastener female material suitable for absorbent articles such as disposable diapers.
