Description
【0001】

演算式:y=a1・f1(rl)+a2・f2(r2)+・・・+ai・fi(ri)
【0043】
【0044】

The present invention relates to a rainwater inflow prediction device, and more particularly to a rainwater inflow prediction device for predicting rainwater inflow required for pump operation control and water blocking door opening / closing control during rainfall in a sewerage facility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as the rate of rainwater impermeability increases due to urbanization, the amount of rainwater flowing into rainwater drainage facilities has been increasing year by year, and the time required for rainwater to flow has been decreasing. In addition, guerrilla downpours in urban areas are also increasing, and the danger of urban floods is increasing. It is required to operate rainwater drainage pumps properly to prevent inundation. However, rainwater pumps have various operational restrictions, and it is necessary to predict and predict the inflow of rainwater based on rainfall conditions. Become.
[0003]
Conventionally, the operation of a stormwater drainage pump in a sewage facility is generally performed by setting the relationship between the pump well water level and the number of operating pumps and operating in accordance with the relationship. In this method, control is performed only by the pump well water level. Therefore, it is difficult to follow the sudden inflow of rainwater. In practice, a skilled operator often estimates the amount of inflow from information other than the water level and operates manually. Therefore, in order to efficiently operate the rainwater drainage pump, it is very effective to accurately calculate the amount of rainwater flowing into the sewerage facility.
[0004]
On the other hand, a tank model method, a storage function method, an RRL method, a modified RRL method, and the like have been conventionally proposed as methods for predicting the amount of rainwater flowing into a sewerage facility. In these methods, there are a large number of model parameters to be identified, but the parameters are often determined off-line using past rainfall, water level, actual inflow value, and the like. In this case, since the parameter adjustment is not performed online, there is a problem that accuracy is deteriorated because the parameter does not match the actual condition due to a change in the rainfall condition, the trunk line condition, and the penetration area ratio.
[0005]
In addition, a plurality of models, such as a tank model, an ARMA model, and an RRL model, are used to perform inflow amount prediction calculations in parallel, and a model having the smallest error from the actual inflow amount is adopted as the prediction model. There has been proposed a method of switching models to secure prediction accuracy (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-265513
[0007]
However, even with the method according to
[0008]
In addition, as a method of adjusting parameters online in order to cope with changes in rainfall conditions and the like, a method has been proposed in which an autoregressive model is created and parameters of the autoregressive model are adjusted using online data (for example, Patent Document 1). 2).
[0009]
[Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-32353 A
[0010]
However, parameter identification based on online data according to Patent Document 2 has a problem that accuracy is poor unless a large amount of online data is used, or that there is a delay in parameter identification when rainfall conditions change suddenly. Conceivable.
[0011]
In addition, although a method of predicting inflow using multiple rain gauge measurement values has been proposed, there is no description of a specific method, and it is a clear countermeasure against the guerrilla downpour that has been increasing in urban areas in recent years. No (for example, see Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional technique has a problem that it may not be possible to accurately predict a rainwater inflow amount with respect to a change in an actual rainfall condition or a change in a basin condition.
[0014]
In addition, there has been a problem that it is sometimes difficult to accurately predict the inflow amount during guerrilla heavy rain, which has been increasing in recent years.
[0015]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a rainwater inflow prediction device that performs rainwater inflow prediction according to rainfall conditions and performs accurate rainwater inflow prediction. .
[0016]
