【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional example has a structure in which the opening constituted by the frame is closed with a flat plate, so that it cannot meet the requirements of a wall structure other than the structure in which the opening is closed. There is also an application restriction that it must be used by engaging between the constituent columns. In addition, since the diagonal member must be attached via a connector, the connector is exposed at the time of completion, and the appearance is impaired.
[0005]
The present invention has been made for the purpose of providing a wall component that can meet the requirements of a wall structure (of a wooden building) other than the structure that closes the opening.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

A frame, a plurality of inclined members inclined upward in the left column direction and a plurality of inclined members inclined upward in the right column direction, and a center portion and both end portions where other inclined members overlap each other in the expected direction. And each of the protruding corners formed by engaging the ends of the inclined members of the lattice frame with the inner surfaces of the column member and the cross member of the main frame. Is fitted in the receiving hole formed in the above.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Drawings show an embodiment of a wall component for wooden buildings according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a front view showing a use state, FIG. 2 is a front view of an inclined material constituting a lattice frame, and FIG. 3 is a lattice frame FIG. 4 is a front view of a short inclined material constituting a lattice frame, FIG. 5 is a partially exploded front view showing a relationship between a lattice frame and a main frame, and FIG. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a mating relationship.
[0008]
The wall component A according to the present invention is composed of a main frame 1 and a lattice frame 2 assembled to each other, and between a base 3 and a horizontal member (beam or girder) 4 (it may be between horizontal members). Of course, the so-called shaft assembly (apparatus) is constructed by interposing the base 3 and the horizontal member 4 together.
[0009]
The main frame 1 is composed of a rectangular frame body having a pair of left and right column members (posts) 5, 5 'on both upper and lower sides of which cross members 6, 6' also serving as reinforcing members are provided, and upper and lower ends of the column members 5, 5 '. Is provided with a tenon 8 which is fitted into a tenon hole 7 provided in the base 3 or the horizontal member 4.
[0010]
In addition, although the column members 5 and 5 ′ are used as tube columns, the wall component A of the embodiment may be applied as through columns. In this case, the column material is longer than that shown in the drawing, and the lattice frame 2 is attached to one or both of the upper and lower sides of the column material.
[0011]
The lattice frame 2 includes a plurality of long and short inclined members 9 and 9 ′ that are inclined upward from the right column member 5 ′ toward the left column member 5, and are inclined upward from the left column member 5 toward the right column member 5 ′. A plurality of other long and short inclined members 9 and 9 'are assembled by engaging a central portion and both ends overlapping each other in an expected direction (front-back direction).
[0012]
The lattice frame 2 of the embodiment is formed by combining the inclined members 9, 9 ′ inclined upward in the left column direction and the inclined members 9, 9 ′ inclined upward in the right column direction to form the lattice frame 2. Using the materials 9 and 9 ', the inclined materials 9 and 9' are turned in the front and rear directions, one of which is inclined upward in the left column direction and the other is the right column direction. In addition, as the inclined members 9 and 9 ′, the manufacturing cost is reduced and the inventory management is facilitated.
[0013]
The long inclined member 9 has an engaging groove 11 having a depth equal to half the thickness of the prismatic main body 10 and a groove width equal to that of the main body 10 at the center in the longitudinal direction of the prismatic main body 10 having a rectangular cross section. A plurality of pieces 12, 12 'are respectively provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the pieces 12, 12' are connected to square thin portions 12a, 12'a and oblique sides to the thin portions 12a, 12'a. And right-angled trapezoidal thick portions 12b, 12'b, and thin portions 12a, 12'a exist between the thick portions 12b, 12'b and the end of the main body 10, and The pieces 12, 12 ′ and the ends of the main body 10 form end side engagement grooves 13, 13 ′, and the engagement grooves 13, 13 ′ are opened on the same surface side as the engagement groove 11 in the center of the main body 10. The thick portions 12b and 12'b are turned to each other to be continuous with the thin portions 12a and 12'a, and the chamfering of the end of the main body 10 is performed. 10a has the same length as the trapezoidal upper side of the thick portions 9b, 9b of the pieces 9, 9 ', and the chamfered edge 10a and the upper side are located on the extension of the diagonal of the square of the thin portions 12a, 12'a. It is arranged in such a manner.
[0014]
The short inclined member 9 'is different from the prismatic main body 10 in that the length of the prismatic main body 10 is shorter (substantially half) than the length of the prismatic main body 10 of the long inclined member 9 and the engagement groove 11 is omitted. As shown by the same reference numerals as those of the long inclined member 9, they have the same shape.
[0015]
Then, a pair of short inclined members 9 ′, 9 ′ (shown as 9 ′ A, 9 ′ A in FIG. 1) are engaged with each other in the engagement grooves 13 ′, 13 ′ and joined, and the free end is engaged. The long inclined member 9 (9A) is joined to the short inclined member 9 '(9'A) by engaging the engagement groove 13' of the long inclined member 9 (shown as 9A in FIG. 1) with the groove 13, and at the same time. The engagement grooves 11, 11 at the center of the long inclined members 9, 9 (9A, 9A) are engaged with each other, and the free ends of the pair of long inclined members 9, 9 (9A, 9A) joined to each other are engaged. Similarly, the engagement groove 13 'of another long inclined member 9 (shown as 9B in FIG. 1) is engaged with the groove 13 so that the central engagement groove 11, 9 (9B, 9B) of the long inclined member 9, 11 are similarly engaged with each other, and the short inclined members 9 'and 9' (shown as 9'B and 9'B in FIG. 1) are fitted into the engagement grooves 13 on the free end side of the long inclined member 9 (9B). By engaging the engagement groove 13 on one end side of the first and the engagement grooves 13 ′ and 13 ′ on the other end side with each other, it is inclined upward from the right column member 5 ′ toward the left column member 5. Each pair of long and short inclined members 9, 9, 9 ', 9' and each other pair of long and short inclined members 9, 9, 9 'inclined upward from the left column member 5 in the direction of the right column member 5'. , 9 ′ are assembled by assembling the central part and both ends overlapping each other in the expected direction, and the engaging part at the end is formed as a square-shaped protruding corner 18,. Can be obtained.
[0016]
In the embodiment, the protruding corners 18,... Of the lattice frame 2 are respectively placed at appropriate places on the opposing inner surfaces of the left and right pillars 5, 5 ′ and the opposing inner surfaces of the upper and lower cross members 6, 6 ′. The wall constituting material A is in a state of being fitted to the formed tenon 19.
[0017]
Incidentally, in the embodiment, after obtaining the lattice frame 2 by combining the long inclined member 6 and the short inclined member 6 ′ in an appropriate order using the engaging groove 11 and one or both of the engaging grooves 13, 13 ′. By assembling the upper and lower cross members 6 and 6 ′ to the lattice frame 2 and assembling the pillar members 5 and 5 ′ to the assembled structure by engaging the protruding corner 18 and the mortise 19. The product A was obtained.
[0018]
The column members 5, 5 'and the horizontal members 6, 6' are joined to each other by so-called tenon joining.
[0019]
The wall component A mass-produced at the factory is used as a frame by assembling it with a base or a horizontal member at the site, and is used as a wall material having gaps (composed of lattice frames) 20,. The lattice frame is used for various purposes such as for hanging objects.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to meet the demand for a wall structure other than the structure that closes the opening, and the wall structure is durable by the function of the inclined material for bracing, and Since it can be obtained at the same time as the work of assembling it to a horizontal member such as a beam, it is possible to shorten the construction period and easily obtain the wall of a wooden building having a novel structure that has never existed before.
