When the lid is displaced in the movable direction of the connection part 131 in the closed state, a locked part 132 of the lid 13 is engaged with a locking part 113 on the case side or released from engagement. The locked part 132 and the locking part 113 are brought into pressure contact with each other and maintained in the locked state by the compressive reaction of the packing 134. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ink sash used for inking work in woodworking or construction, and more particularly to a structure for opening and closing the ink chamber.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The ink brush used by construction workers, etc. is provided with a spool and a ink chamber in the case, and the ink thread wound on the spool passes through the ink chamber filled with the ink penetrating member in which the ink is absorbed, It has a structure in which a sword is attached to the leading end of the inked thread and is attached to the leading end of the inked line at the leading end of the inked line. In the inking operation using the ink brush, first, the karuko is fixed to the starting point of the inking, and then the inking thread is pulled out by moving the case. The inking thread passes through the inking chamber. In the process, since the ink sticks by contact with the ink penetrating member, a straight ink line can be transferred by flicking with a finger toward the surface to be printed, with appropriate tension applied to the thread. it can.
[0003]
In addition, this type of ink bud is configured so that the ink chamber can be opened and closed with a lid in order to replenish the ink ink permeation member and replace the ink ink permeation member. For example, in Patent Document 1 described below, as a typical conventional technique of such an ink bud, a case is provided with a lid in a side-opening manner via a shaft. An ink candy that seals the ink is disclosed.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-262878 (FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this type of ink tub, the lid is hermetically sealed by snap-engaging the engaging irregularities provided on the free end of the lid and one side of the ink chamber opening of the case. In addition, a finger hooking projection for hooking a finger when the lid is opened is provided on the free end portion of the lid so as to protrude from the main body (see FIG. 2 of the above-mentioned patent document, a lead line portion indicated by reference numeral 22). . Therefore, when the ink hook is carried by the finger hooking protrusion, the lid may be opened carelessly and the ink may flow out.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and a technical problem thereof is to have an ink chamber opening / closing structure that is easy to open / close the lid and prevents the lid from being accidentally opened. The purpose is to provide ink sumi.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for effectively solving the technical problem described above, the ink chamber opening and closing structure of the ink brush according to the invention of claim 1 has a spool and a chamber in a case, and the ink hammering thread passes from the spool to the ink brush. In the ink sump led out to the outside through the indoor ink penetrating member, a lid that opens and closes the opening of the ink chamber established in the case seals the gap between the lid and the opening in the case By using a coupling portion coupled so as to be able to reciprocate in a direction substantially orthogonal to the compression direction of the packing, the coupling portion is coupled so as to be capable of circular motion, and the lid is displaced in a movable direction of the coupling portion in a closed state with respect to the opening portion. The locked portion provided on the free end side of the lid is engaged with or released from the locking portion provided on the case side. In this configuration, the locked portion and the locking portion are pressed against each other by the compression reaction force of the packing, and the locked state is maintained.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the ink chamber opening and closing structure of the ink brush, in the configuration according to the first aspect, the coupling portion of the lid is unevenly distributed on the yarn feeding end side of the case, and the locking portion is the bobbin winder in the case. It is unevenly distributed to the side.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a plan view of an ink bud showing a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a bottom view, FIG. 3 is a front view, FIG. 4 is a rear view showing a partial cross section, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VI-VI in FIG. 5. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, the ink brush of this embodiment includes a case 1, a pincushion 2 that is rotatably accommodated in the case 1, and a black ink yarn 3 wound around the pincushion 2. The spring charging unit 4 provided in the spool 2, the ink infiltration member 5 housed in the ink chamber 111 of the case 1, and the karuko 6 connected to the tip of the ink hammering thread 3 are provided.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the case 1 is joined to the case main body 11 having a cylindrical ink chamber forming portion 11A on the front and a pincushion storage portion 11B on the front, and the tip of the ink chamber forming portion 11A. The top member 12, the lid 13 provided on the upper part of the ink chamber forming portion 11A, and the ring lid 14 detachably provided on the upper opening of the dish-winding storage portion 11B.
[0011]
The case body 11 is formed of a synthetic resin material, and a black chamber 111 filled with the ink penetrating member 5 is formed in the black chamber forming portion 11A as shown in FIG. The circular hole formed in the partition wall 112 between the ink chamber 111 and the bobbin storage part 11B has a thread insertion tube 15 made of a soft synthetic resin and the bobbin storage part 11B side (hereinafter referred to as the rear). A seal plate 16 made of a rubber material and a pair of metal guide pins 17 (only one is shown in FIG. 5) located behind the rubber plate are fixed. One end of the thread insertion tube 15 protrudes into the ink chamber 111 and has an inner diameter slightly larger than that of the ink strike thread 3. The seal plate 16 is formed with a thin slit (not shown) through which the ink brushing thread 3 can pass, and the pair of guide pins 17 has an appropriate interval through which the ink brushing thread 3 can pass. Are fixed parallel to each other.
[0012]
The top member 12 is formed of an abrasion-resistant resin material, and as shown in FIG. 5, is inserted and fixed to the inner periphery of the tip of the ink chamber forming portion 11A in the case body 11 via a packing 12d. A thread feeding port 12a is formed on the inner periphery. The thread delivery port 12a has an inner end on the ink chamber 111 side formed into a thin circular hole having the same diameter as the ink thread 3, thereby preventing the ink from flowing out of the ink chamber 111. As shown in FIG. 3, the yarn feeding end portion 12b, which is an edge, is formed so as to spread in a flat funnel shape.
[0013]
FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing the opening / closing operation of the lid 13 in stages. As shown also in FIG. 7, the lid 13 opens and closes the opening 111a of the ink chamber 111 that opens in the upper wall surface of the ink chamber forming portion 11A of the case 1, and is formed of a synthetic resin material. Yes.
[0014]
At the end of the lid 13 on the side of the yarn feeding end portion 12b, in a direction (both left and right) substantially orthogonal to the feeding direction (hereinafter referred to as the front-rear direction) of the ink drawing yarn 3 in the ink chamber forming portion 11A of the case 1 A protruding coupling shaft 131 is provided. The coupling shaft 131 corresponds to the coupling portion described in claim 1, and is coupled to a pair of coupling holes 12 c formed in the top member 12 of the case 1. The coupling hole 12c is formed in the shape of an elongated hole extending in the front-rear direction, and the coupling shaft 131 is movable in the longitudinal direction, that is, the front-rear direction in the coupling hole 12c. Therefore, the lid 13 can move circularly around the axis of the coupling shaft 131 in the coupling hole 12c and can reciprocate in the front-rear direction.
[0015]
An end of the lid 13 opposite to the coupling shaft 131, that is, a free end, is used to open and close the locked projection 132 corresponding to the locked portion described in claim 1 and the lid 13 with fingers. The operation end portion 133 is formed. The locked protrusion 132 is formed to face the back of the case 1 when the lid 13 is closed.
[0016]
On the other hand, a locking ring 113 corresponding to the locking portion described in claim 1 is formed at a position unevenly distributed on the bobbin storage portion 11B side on the upper surface of the ink chamber forming portion 11A of the case 1. As shown in FIG. 7 (A), the locking ring 113 is moved as shown in FIG. 7 (A) by moving the lid 13 closing the opening 111a of the ink chamber 111 backward from the state shown in FIG. 7 (B). The locking projection 132 can be inserted and locked, and the lid 13 is fixed in the closed state.
[0017]
A rubber packing 134 is provided around the lower surface of the lid 13 between the coupling shaft 131 and the locked protrusion 132. As shown in FIG. 7 (A), the packing 134 is formed on the opening 111a of the ink chamber 111 when the lid 13 is fixed in a closed state by locking the locked protrusion 132 to the locking ring 113. It is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the outer periphery in a compressed state as appropriate, and prevents leakage of the ink in the ink chamber 111. Further, the compression reaction force of the packing 134 at this time acts as a pressure contact force for maintaining the locked state of the locked protrusion 132 with respect to the locking ring 113.
[0018]
A cap-shaped elastic sealing body 135 made of a rubber material is closely fitted in a circular hole formed in the center of the lid 13, and a pressing member 136 made of a synthetic resin material is fitted on the inner surface of the elastic sealing body 135. It is attached. When the lid 13 is closed by inserting and locking the locked protrusion 132 into the locking ring 113, the pressing member 136 is positioned directly above the feeding path of the ink strike thread 3 in the ink chamber 111. The pressing member 136 is displaced downward by pressing the elastic sealing body 135 with a finger to cause the ink sealing thread 3 and the ink penetrating member 5 into which the ink penetrate is pressed to force the ink striking thread 3 into the ink stick. Is sufficiently adhered. If the pressing by the finger is released, the pressing member 136 is returned by the restoring force of the elastic sealing body 135. In addition, the circumference | surroundings of the circular hole in the lid | cover 13 become the recessed part 13a, and the elastic sealing body 135 is settled in this recessed part 13a.
[0019]
3 and 6, the lid 13 is a recess formed on the upper surface of the ink chamber forming portion 11A in the case 1 (case body 11) when the opening 111a of the ink chamber 111 is closed. 114 is fitted in, ie, does not protrude to the outside of the case body 11. At this time, the elastic sealing body 135 provided on the lid 13 is also located in a virtual cylindrical surface obtained by extending the outer peripheral surface of the case main body 11.
[0020]
The ring lid 14 rotatably holds the bobbin 2 in the bobbin storage part 11B in the case body 11, and as shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, a hooking part formed at the rear end. 14a, and a pair of snap claws 14b formed at positions corresponding to the left and right sides of the ink chamber forming portion 11A, as shown in FIGS. The ring lid 14 engages the hooking portion 14a with the hooked portion 115 protruding from the rear end of the bobbin storage portion 11B, and forms a pair of snap claws 14b on the outer surface of the bobbin storage portion 11B. The pair of hooked recesses 116 are snapped to be fixed to the upper part of the bobbin storage portion 11B. A packing 11C made of a rubber material is interposed between the abutment surfaces of the bobbin storage portion 11B and the ring lid 14.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 5, the bobbin 2 is housed in a bobbin main body 21 that winds the sacrificial thread 3 around the outer periphery, and a spring case 21 a on the inner periphery of the bobbin main body 21, and one end is fixed to the bobbin main body 21. The other end is fixed to a spring core 41, which will be described later, and a spiral spring 22 that urges the bobbin main body 21 in the winding direction of the inked thread 3 and a ring lid 14 formed on one side in the axial direction of the bobbin main body 21. A winding handle 23 exposed to the outside from the inner periphery of the winding handle 23 is formed. On the outer surface of the winding handle 23, a plurality of finger-hanging recesses 23a for rotating with fingers are formed. These members are formed of a synthetic resin material, and the bobbin 2 can be taken out from the bobbin storage part 11B by removing the ring lid 14 from the bobbin storage part 11B of the case body 11.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 5, the spring charge portion 4 is provided on the lower surface of the bobbin storage portion 11 </ b> B of the case 1 and a spring core 41 that is concentrically and relatively rotatable on the inner periphery of the bobbin body 21 of the bobbin 2. A charge handle 42 arranged concentrically with the spring core 41 and a clutch disc 41a of the spring core 41 while being fixed to the central axis of the charge handle 42 inserted through the shaft hole of the bottom wall of the bobbin storage portion 11B with a screw 43. And a clutch member 44 that engages only in the spring charging direction. As shown in FIG. 2, a finger-hanging recess 42a for rotating with fingers is formed on the outer surface of the charge handle 42. .
[0023]
A locking pin 45 is inserted in one axial direction in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the charge handle 42 so as to be axially movable and prevented from coming off. This locking pin 45 is always immersed by a coil spring 46. It is urged toward the direction, that is, the lower surface of the bobbin storage portion 11B. On the other hand, on the lower surface of the bobbin winding portion 11B, it extends in an arc shape corresponding to the locus of the locking pin 45 when the charge handle 42 is rotated around its central axis, and is opposite to the winding direction of the bobbin 2 A spiral surface (not shown) is formed which gradually becomes deeper toward the end in the direction, in other words, the direction in which the spiral spring 22 is relaxed.
[0024]
The inked thread 3 fed from the bobbin main body 21 of the bobbin 2 passes through a slit (not shown) formed in the seal plate 16 and the thread insertion tube 15 from between the pair of guide pins 17, and the ink in the ink chamber 111. The ink is attached by contact with the penetrating member 5, and is led out of the case 1 from the yarn feeding port 12 a of the top member 12. The ink penetrating member 5 in the ink chamber 111 is composed of ink cotton in which cotton or felt is wrapped with a protective sheet capable of penetrating ink, or a sponge disposed on the ink cotton. Further, the thread insertion tube 15 and the seal plate 16 have an action of preventing the ink that has been squeezed into the ink penetrating member 5 in the ink chamber 111 from flowing out into the bobbin storage portion 11B.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, the karuko 6 has a handle 61 molded from a synthetic resin material, and a metal piercing that has a base fixed to the handle 61 in an embedded state by insert molding. It consists of a needle 62 and a protective material 63 made of synthetic resin surrounding the outer periphery of the puncture needle 62. The handle 61 is formed in a flat shape, and the end portion on the side of the puncture needle 62 and the protective material 63 are funnel-shaped of the top member 12 in a state where the inked thread 3 is completely wound around the spool body 21. It is latched in the state inserted in the thread | yarn delivery port 12a. Further, only the pointed end of the puncture needle 62 protrudes from the tip of the protective material 63.
[0026]
Reference numeral 7 in FIG. 2 is a threading tool. This threading tool 7 is used to tie the end of the inked thread 3 wound around the bobbin main body 21 by the urging force of the spiral spring 22 to the karuko 6 again when the inked thread 3 is cut, for example. The guide pin 17 is used to be led out of the case 1 through the slit of the seal plate 16, the thread insertion tube 15, the ink chamber 111, and the thread feeding port 12 a, and is formed in an elongated shape. . A locking groove 117 is formed on the lower surface of the bobbin storage portion 11B of the case body 11 so as to be located on the outer peripheral side of the charge handle 42 and extend in an arc shape. The threading device 7 is disposed in the locking groove 117. The groove 117 is locked in a curved state following the groove 117.
[0027]
When performing the inking operation using the ink brush having the above-described configuration, first, the piercing needle 62 of the karuko 6 is inserted at one of the starting points of the inking on the inking target surface (not shown). Then, by moving the case 1 toward the other starting point, the inked thread 3 wound around the bobbin main body 21 of the bobbin 2 is fed out by the moving distance of the case 1. Ink is attached to the ink thread 3 by coming into contact with the ink penetrating member 5 soaked with ink in the process of being drawn out through the ink chamber 111. Here, since the spring charging unit 4 constitutes a kind of one-way clutch, the spool body 21 is rotated in the feeding direction of the inking thread 3 as the inking thread 3 is fed out. The rotation of the spring core 41 in the same direction is prevented, and the spiral spring 22 is wound around the spring core 41 and charged (accumulated).
[0028]
When the case 1 is moved to the other starting point of the inking, the inking thread 3 is held at the yarn feeding end portion 12b of the top member 12 of the case 1 so that the inking line 3 is separated from the squeaker 6 To stretch. Then, an appropriate tension is applied to the stretched inking line 3, and the ink is applied to the surface to be inked by flicking it with a finger, whereby a linear inked line can be transferred.
[0029]
After completion of the inking operation, if the karuko 6 is pulled out from the surface to be inked, the spool 2 is rotated in the winding direction by the spiral spring 22 charged in the drawing process of the inked yarn 3, so that the inked yarn No. 3 is automatically wound around the bobbin main body 21 until the karuko 6 is locked in the semi-contained state at the yarn feeding port 12 a of the top member 12.
[0030]
When the amount of the ink infiltrated and held in the ink penetrating member 5 in the ink chamber 111 is reduced to some extent by repeating the ink-making operation, the hand holding the case 1 when the ink-making yarn 3 is fed out If the elastic sealing body 135 is pressed with a finger, the pressing member 136 coupled to the elastic sealing body 135 is displaced downward to forcibly press the ink thread 3 and the ink penetrating member 5 passing through the ink chamber 111. For this reason, the ink can be sufficiently adhered to the ink-striking thread 3. However, if a sufficient amount of ink sticking to the ink strike thread 3 can no longer be obtained in this way, the lid 13 is opened and the ink penetrating member 5 in the ink chamber 111 is replenished with ink.
[0031]
In order to open the lid 13, first, from the closed state shown in FIG. 7A, the operation end 133 formed at the free end of the lid 13 is moved in the compression direction of the packing 134 with the fingers (usually the thumb). If it is pushed forward while pressing toward the case body 11 side, as shown in FIG. 7 (B), the lid 13 moves forward until the coupling shaft 131 reaches the front end position of the coupling hole 12c. The protrusion 132 comes out of the locking ring 113 on the case body 11 side, and the locked state is released. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7C, the lid 13 can be opened by circular movement about the coupling shaft 131 in the coupling hole 12c as a fulcrum.
[0032]
When the ink penetrating member 5 in the ink chamber 111 has been replenished with ink, the lid 13 is circularly moved from the open state shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7 (B), it is closed, and then with the fingers (usually the thumb), the operation end 133 of the lid 13 is pressed backward in the compression direction of the packing 134, that is, toward the case body 11 side. When retracted, as shown in FIG. 7 (A), the locked protrusion 132 is inserted into the locking ring 113 in the process in which the lid 13 moves backward until the coupling shaft 131 reaches the rear end position of the coupling hole 12c. Is done. When the finger is released from the operation end 133, the engagement protrusion 132 is pressed against the engagement ring 113 by the compression reaction force of the packing 134. The ink chamber 111 is fixed in a sealed state.
[0033]
The above-described opening / closing operation of the lid 13 can be performed with one hand and does not need to be changed. In addition, the ink brush is usually used with the yarn feeding end portion 12b facing forward, and the operation end portion 133 of the lid 13 faces rearward (the bobbin storage portion 11B side). It can be opened and closed easily and quickly with just the finger of the hand holding it.
[0034]
The operation end 133 of the lid 13 may have any shape that allows the lid 13 to slide back and forth while being pressed toward the case body 11 with fingers, and can be hooked or picked with fingers. It is not necessary to have a protruding shape. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the lid 13 from being inadvertently opened due to the operation end 133 interfering with other tools or the like in a tool bag (so-called nail bag) worn by a construction worker on the waist. .
[0035]
In the above-described embodiment, the ink-jet chamber opening / closing structure of the present invention is applied to the automatic winding type ink bud with a spiral spring, but the present invention also applies to the manual winding-type ink bud. It can be implemented similarly. In addition, a packing 134 that seals the opening 111a of the ink chamber 111 in the closed state of the ink chamber 111 and applies an engaging force between the locked protrusion 132 and the locking ring 113 may be provided on the outer periphery of the opening 111a. good.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
According to the ink chamber opening and closing structure of the ink brush according to the invention of claim 1, the lid that opens and closes the opening of the ink chamber opened in the case is displaced in one direction of movement of the coupling portion in the closed state, Because it is fixed in the closed state using the reaction force of the packing that seals between the openings, and is released by displacing in the opposite direction, the opening and closing operation can be easily performed with one hand, Moreover, since it is not necessary to form a protrusion for hooking or picking with a finger, it is possible to prevent the lid from being inadvertently opened.
[0037]
According to the ink chamber opening and closing structure of the ink brush according to the invention of claim 2, the coupling portion of the lid described in claim 1 is unevenly distributed on the yarn feeding end portion side of the case, and the locking portion is on the spool side of the case. Since it is unevenly distributed, the lid can be opened and closed with only the hand holding the case, and the usability can be further improved.
