Abstract
Description
【0001】

Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described. FIG. 2 is a sequence diagram for explaining the operation of FIG. When the server times out the timer set value, the mobile phone terminal receives an incoming call without ringing according to the incoming call request. The mobile phone terminal detects the mobile phone terminal side difference data. The mobile phone terminal adds the mobile phone-side difference data to the response message when there is a difference, and transmits only the response message without the difference when there is no difference. When the server receives the data and adds the mobile phone terminal difference data, the server updates the data on the server, that is, the data of the mobile phone terminal stored in the server.
[0022]
FIG. 3 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the server in FIG. In FIG. 3, the server automatically transmits a signal for an incoming call request to the mobile phone terminal at regular intervals (step 31: abbreviated as S31, the same applies hereinafter), and a timer is set in advance to perform an incoming call without ringing. Have been. This timer can be freely changed from minutes to days and weeks. After transmitting the incoming call request to the mobile phone terminal (S32), it waits for a response message from the mobile phone terminal (S33). Upon receiving the response message, it is determined whether there is a difference in the received data (S34). If there is no difference in the received data, nothing is performed (S37). If there is a difference in the received data (S35), a response message is received from the mobile phone terminal with the difference data, and the data related to the mobile phone terminal on the server is updated (S36).
[0023]
FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the mobile phone terminal in FIG. In FIG. 4, when the mobile phone terminal receives an incoming call request (S41), it determines whether it is an incoming call request from a server (S42). If it is not an incoming call request from the server, a ringing incoming call is made as usual (S43). In the case of an incoming request from the server, the incoming call is made without ringing, and the mobile phone terminal compares the data stored in its own memory with the data received from the server to detect mobile phone terminal side difference data (S44). ). At this time, a special incoming call method such as a short message may be used instead of a normal incoming call. If there is a difference in the data at S45, the mobile phone terminal adds the mobile phone terminal side difference data and transmits a response message to the server (S46). If there is no difference in the data, a response message is transmitted to the server without the mobile phone terminal side difference data (S47).
[0024]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0025]
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a data backup system according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Although the basic configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, the method of accessing data on the server is further devised. That is, in addition to automatic and regular data update processing due to a timeout, a personal computer (PC), which is a typical information processing terminal, can access a server via the Internet and update data at any time. In FIG. 5, a general PC 7 is added to the end of the

[0027]
FIG. 6 is a sequence diagram for explaining the operation of FIG. When the data is edited by a PC or the like and a difference is generated, the server adds the server-side difference data and transmits an incoming request without ringing to the mobile phone terminal. The mobile phone terminal that has received the incoming call request updates the data in the mobile phone terminal based on the server-side difference data. After updating the data, the mobile phone terminal transmits an update completion response message to the server.
[0028]
FIG. 7 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the server in FIG. In FIG. 7, when the server data is edited by a PC or the like and a difference appears in the data (S71), the server-side difference data is added and an incoming call request is transmitted without ringing to the mobile phone terminal (S72). ), And receives a response message from the mobile phone terminal (S73).
[0029]
FIG. 8 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the mobile phone terminal in FIG. In FIG. 8, when the mobile phone terminal receives an incoming call request (S81), it determines whether it is an incoming call request from a server (S82). If it is not an incoming request from the server, a ringing incoming call is made as usual (S83). In the case of an incoming request from the server, after the incoming call without ringing (S84), the data in the mobile phone terminal is updated based on the added server-side difference data (S85). After the data is updated, a response message indicating that the data has been updated is transmitted to the server (S86).
[0030]
The first effect of the second embodiment is that the server can arbitrarily rewrite the data of the mobile phone terminal. At this time, the message of the incoming call request includes the server-side difference data, and the mobile phone terminal can update the data in the mobile phone terminal based on the server-side difference data. The second effect is that, when the mobile phone terminal is lost, by registering information on data deletion in the mobile phone terminal to the server, all data in the lost mobile phone terminal can be deleted, and Personal information can be prevented from leaking. If the data on the server is not erased even if the data in the mobile phone is erased, the data on the server can be downloaded when the mobile phone is found, so that the data can be returned to the same state as before the loss It is possible.
[0031]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Although the basic configuration is as shown in FIG. 1 described above, the device is further devised by additionally utilizing the position information management function of the mobile phone terminal. The operation in the present embodiment is the same as that in FIG. 2, and replaces the data in the mobile phone terminal with the position information data of the mobile phone terminal. When the server times out, the mobile phone terminal receives an incoming call without ringing according to the incoming call request. The mobile phone terminal detects a difference between the position information data. When there is a difference, the mobile phone terminal adds the difference of the position information data to the response message, and when there is no difference, transmits only the response message without the difference. The server receives it and updates the data on the server when the difference of the location information data is added.
[0032]
The first effect of the third embodiment is that the server automatically and periodically manages the movement of the mobile phone terminal, so that the current position of a truck for a company, a courier service, a taxi, a bus, etc. , You can grasp the route that has passed. The second effect is that the location information data is stored on the server, and the past route and data such as the required time of the route can be referred to, so that the optimal route can be searched at the time of route planning. Can be. A third effect is that the current position of the mobile phone terminal can be known when the mobile phone terminal is lost by performing location management. Even when the radio wave does not reach outside the service area, since the data at the point where the radio wave reached has been uploaded to the server, it can be an approximate indication of what route the mobile phone terminal has been lost.
[0033]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0034]
In this embodiment, the operation of the above-described second and third embodiments is always performed when the mobile phone terminal changes from a state where radio waves do not reach, such as out of service area or power-off, to a state where radio waves reach the mobile phone terminal. Add a function to perform location registration, and the mobile phone network activates the server and performs location registration.
[0035]
FIG. 9 is a sequence diagram illustrating the operation of the present embodiment. The mobile phone terminal always registers its location in the mobile phone network when radio waves reach from out of service area or power off state such as when radio waves do not reach, and the mobile phone network switching center (not shown) Start the server and perform location registration. The server registers the deletion information or edits the data using a PC or the like, and if there is server-side difference data, adds the detected server-side difference data, and receives a call to the mobile phone terminal without ringing upon receiving a call request. Have the phone terminal download the erasure information and data. Even if there is no server-side difference data, the incoming request is transmitted. If there is server side difference data, the mobile phone terminal updates the data in the mobile phone terminal.
[0036]
Next, the mobile phone terminal difference data which has not been transmitted to the server in the mobile phone terminal is detected, and if there is the mobile phone terminal difference data, the mobile phone terminal difference data is added and a response message is transmitted to the server. I do. The server receives it and updates the data on the server. If no difference is detected, only the response message without the difference is sent to the server, and the server only receives the response message and does nothing.
[0037]
FIG. 10 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the server in FIG. In FIG. 10, the server receives the activation position registration from the mobile phone terminal (S101). If there is no untransmitted server-side difference data in the server in S102, an incoming call request is transmitted without sound (S103). If there is server-side difference data in S102, the server-side difference data is added and an incoming call request is transmitted without sound (S104). The subsequent operation is the same as the operation after S34 in FIG.
[0038]
FIG. 11 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of the mobile phone terminal in FIG. 11, a series of operations are the same as those in FIG. 4, but some operations are added after S42 in FIG. First, the mobile phone terminal receives a call without ringing (S114), and if it is determined in S115 that the server-side difference data is added, the data in the mobile phone terminal is updated based on the server-side difference data. (S116). After updating the data, the mobile phone terminal detects the mobile phone terminal side difference data that has not been transmitted to the server (S118). The subsequent operation is the same as that after S44 in FIG.
[0039]
The first effect of the fourth embodiment is that the server uploads the difference data on the mobile phone terminal side, and the mobile phone terminal downloads the difference data on the server side. It is possible to always synchronize both data at the time when the radio wave reaches from the state where there is no radio wave. Also, as a second effect, even when the erasure information is registered in the data on the server or a difference occurs and an incoming call request is transmitted to the mobile phone terminal, but the mobile phone terminal cannot receive the incoming call request, the server does not receive the incoming request. The information is retained, and when the mobile phone terminal registers with the server, the data in the mobile phone terminal can be deleted or rewritten as difference data. Data editing can be performed from a PC or the like without the need.
[0040]
The above-described data backup of the mobile phone terminal may be applied to all mobile phone terminals or to a mobile phone terminal selected in advance.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the server automatically and periodically receives a call without ringing to the mobile phone terminal without the intervention of the operator, the operation on the mobile phone terminal side is unnecessary, and the update is performed. The data difference can be uploaded without forgetting and the data can be backed up. Further, since the call is received without ringing, the data can be backed up without worrying about the ringing time, without the hassle of ringing.
