Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to an electronic device case (hereinafter simply referred to as a case) such as a booster, a converter, or a mixer connected to an antenna. More specifically, the present invention relates to two types of mounting: an antenna mast and a housing wall. The present invention relates to the structure of a case that allows attachment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a case 1 of this type, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a mast mounting member 5 that can be mounted on a mast and a wall mounting member 7 that can be mounted on a wall of a house are provided on the rear surface 11 side of the main body. Since both mounting members are provided, the case 1 can be mounted on either the mast or the wall surface, as is well known.
The mast mounting member 5 is provided substantially at the center of the main body 2 and is affixed to the rear surface 11 of the main body 2 and abuts against the mast or wall surface, a U-shaped bolt 23 for mounting to the mast, and a holding member 24. , And a member such as a tightening screw 25. The member is provided on the mast mounting member 5, and the member can be held in the storage portion 40 provided at the lower edge of the main body 2, and the members such as the presser 24 are stretched from the rear surface 11 of the main body. The projecting dimension is set to be the same as or smaller than the projecting dimension of the abutment seat 16 of the antenna mounting portion 5, so that the packing condition at the time of shipment from the manufacturer is reduced, and the U-shaped It is configured to prevent forgetting to pack components such as the mold bolt 23, the presser 24, and the tightening screw 25.
[0003]
Further, two wall mounting members 7 to be mounted on the wall surface of the house are provided at two locations near both ends below the main body, and a fastening screw 37 provided on the wall mounting member 7 is screwed toward the wall to advance the wall surface. Attach to.
The wall mounting member 7 is formed such that the size of the projection from the back surface 11 of the main body is the same height as the size of the projection of the abutment seat 16, so that the abutment seat 16 pushes the case 1 against the wall surface. It had a reinforcing effect to support the applied force.
More specifically, once the case 1 has been mounted, a cable (a well-known coaxial cable or feeder) is connected to a connection terminal provided on the internal high-frequency circuit board in that state. In this case, even if the screwing operation is performed while the screw for connection is pressed by the screwdriver in the direction of the wall surface with a large force, the abutment seat 16 in contact with the wall surface supports the large force. Thus, the wall mounting member 7 is prevented from being damaged.

[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Patent No. 2572981 [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, high-frequency circuits such as distributors and boosters that use the intermediate frequency band of BS digital broadcasting and 110 ° CS digital broadcasting use the band from about 1 GHz to 2.6 GHz, and the signals are digitally modulated. Therefore, a high-frequency device using an F-type connector as a connection terminal is provided, in which a board incorporating the high-frequency circuit is accommodated in a metal case so that an interfering wave does not enter the high-frequency circuit to cause interference in a received image. As a result, it has become necessary to stabilize characteristics and improve immunity of the high-frequency circuit.
[0005]
The high-frequency device thus formed is housed in the case so that it can be installed outdoors. However, since this high-frequency device uses an F-type connector as a connector for connecting to a high-frequency circuit, a cable with an F-type plug attached to the tip is attached with a fingertip in order to draw the cable from the antenna or the house. Finally, it is necessary to securely connect with the appropriate torque by using a tool.
At this time, while maintaining the external dimensions of the conventional case, in order to cope with the expansion of the input / output terminals due to the addition of the above-described amplifier circuit for receiving satellite broadcasting, an additional cable insertion hole (for example, Is changed from four through holes to five). As a result, the fastening screw provided on the wall-mounting member and the position of the F-type connector are arranged close to each other, and when connecting the F-type plug to the F-type connector, (1) Temporarily fasten the F-type plug to the F-type connector with your fingertips. (2) Tighten the F-type plug with a tool to an appropriate torque. In such a work procedure, there was a problem that the fixing screw was in the way and the mounting property was poor.
Therefore, the present application has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art,
An object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a case for housing a high-frequency device.
Another object is to provide a case structure in which a lid can be freely opened and closed so that adjustment and the like of a high-frequency device can be easily performed.
Another object is to provide a case structure that can be attached to either a mast or a wall.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a case structure that can be mounted as close as possible to a wall surface when mounted on a wall surface.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a case which can be mounted on a wall surface in a state in which a U-shaped bolt, a retainer, a tightening screw and the like are stored.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a structure of a case having good mounting properties when connecting an F-type plug.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a case structure in which a step is provided on the back surface of the main body so that the main body has at least two or more flat surfaces.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 comprises a main body having an open front surface capable of storing a high-frequency device, and a lid covering an open portion of the main body. In an electronic device case provided with both a mast mounting member and a wall mounting member, the overhang dimension of the mast mounting member is determined by using the back surface on which the mast mounting member is formed as a reference plane. It is formed so as to be the same as or smaller than the projection size, and the same height is set so that the height of the back surface on which the mast mounting member is formed is different from the height of the back surface on which the wall surface mounting member is formed. It is configured to have a step on the surface.

The tightening screw 25 is screwed to a screw portion of the take-out portion 27, and is prevented from falling off by a retaining ring 30 (for example, made of soft vinyl chloride) attached to the free end portion 27.
[0012]
Next, the wall mounting member 7 includes a fastening screw 37 and a seat 34 for mounting the wall. The seat 34 is formed integrally with the overhanging piece 13 into a cylindrical shape. A fixing screw 37 is attached.
The overhanging piece 13 is formed as a part of the back plate 11 and is formed on a plane different from the back plate 11. That is, the rear surface 11 of the case 1 and the projecting piece 13 are formed in a shape having a step.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 6, the length of the seat 34 is defined as an overhang dimension L1 using the plane formed by the back plate 11 as a reference plane and the overhang of the abutment seat 16 integrally formed on the back plate 11. The case 1 is formed so as to have the same size as the dimension L2, and the thickness is formed so as to achieve a stable attachment state of the case 1 to the wall surface 45. Further, as described above, on the back surface 11 of the case 1, the back plate 11 forming a plane as a reference plane and the back surface 13 formed by the overhanging pieces 13 are formed on different planes. When the conventional case 1 is attached to the wall, the dimension of the fixing screw 37 is set to be smaller than that of the conventional fixing screw 37 while maintaining the screwing dimension of the fixing screw 37 with the wall surface, which the conventional case 1 had when mounting the wall. (L2-L3 in FIG. 6), the material cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, since the projecting piece 13 is formed with a step relative to the back plate 11 as described above, the projecting piece 13 is formed integrally with the bottom plate 12, and is inserted into the cable insertion hole 12a having a double cylindrical portion. The distance between the fixing screw 37 and the fixing screw 37 can be made wider than before, and the ease of attachment when connecting the F-type plug of the cable to the F-type connector 4a of the high-frequency device 4 housed in the case 1 is further improved. It will be excellent.
[0014]
Next, in the holding portion 8, 40 is formed on the overhanging piece 13, and a part of the holding member 24 is made to penetrate to a position where the holding member 24 overlaps the bottom plate 12, and the holding member 24 from the back surface of the back plate 11 in the main body 2 is moved. This is a storage portion formed so that the protrusion dimension L4 can be made equal to or smaller than the protrusion dimension of the seat 34. Reference numeral 41 denotes a recess integrally formed with the overhanging piece 13 and the back plate 11, and the bottom 41 a of the recess 41 is formed so as to be flush with the back plate 11. The recessed side plate portions 41b, 41b connecting the back plate 11 and the overhanging piece 13 are oriented in the direction of the back surface 11 so that the inner surface side of the holding bracket 24, which is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, can be accommodated. It is formed so as to protrude, and the presser 24 and the storage section 40 are superposed and held. The distance between the side plate portions 41b and 41b on the inner surface side of the concave portion 41 is such that when the U-shaped bolt 23 is stored along the back plate 11, the U-shaped bolt 23 It is formed so as to have an interval that allows positioning without blurring.
[0015]
Furthermore, the U-shaped bolt is held by the retaining piece 46 integrally formed with the back plate 11 of the main body while holding the presser 24, so that the U-shaped bolt is prevented from dropping downward and rises from the back plate 11. It is blocked by the holding tool 24 in the holding state.
[0016]
When the case 1 having the above configuration is shipped from a manufacturer, the fastener 17 of the mast mounting member 5 is in a state of being along the back plate 11 of the main body 2 as shown in FIG. When such a case is mounted on the mast 44 as shown in FIG. 9, the fastener 17 of the mast mounting member 5 is raised so that the take-out portion 27 gets over the bulging portion 21. Then, as is well known, the mast 44 is sandwiched between the abutment seat 16 and the holding member 24 from both sides, and the fastening screw 25 is tightened to fix the mast 44 to the mast 44.
[0017]
On the other hand, when the case 1 used in the mast mounting state is mounted on the wall surface 45 as shown in FIG. 8, the fastening screw 37 is screwed toward the wall using a tool such as a screwdriver. Install.
In this embodiment, the U-shaped bolt 23, the holding member 24, the tightening screw 25 and the like may be detached from the abutment seat 16 and mounted on the wall surface, or the member may be housed in the storage portion 40 of the main body 2. May be attached to the wall.
[0018]
When the mounting is completed as described above, in this state, the F-type plug 48 of the coaxial cable 47 is connected to the F-type connector 4a of the high-frequency device 4 housed in the main body 2 as shown in FIG. As this work procedure, first, the F-type plug 47 is connected to the F-type connector 4a by holding it with a fingertip. Next, the F-type plug 48 is tightened to an appropriate torque using a tool such as a monkey spanner.
At this time, the wall mounting member 7 is constituted by a fastening screw 37 and a seat 34 for mounting the wall, and the seat 34 is formed integrally with the overhanging piece 13. The overhanging piece 13 is formed as a part of the back plate 11 and is formed on a plane different from the back plate 11. That is, since the rear surface 11 of the case 1 and the overhanging piece 13 are formed in a shape having a step, when the case 1 is mounted on a wall, the conventional case 1 has when the wall is mounted. According to this, the dimension of the fastening screw 37 can be made shorter than that of the conventional fastening screw 37 while maintaining the screwing dimension of the fastening screw 37 with respect to the wall surface, so that the material cost is reduced.
[0019]
Furthermore, since the projecting piece 13 is formed with a step relative to the back plate 11 as described above, the projecting piece 13 is formed integrally with the bottom plate 12, and is inserted into the cable insertion hole 12a having a double cylindrical portion. Since the separation distance from the fastening screw 37 can be made wider than before, the ease of installation when connecting the F-type plug of the cable to the F-type connector 4a of the high-frequency device 4 housed in the case 1 is improved. It will be even better.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention comprises a main body having an open front surface capable of accommodating a high-frequency device, and a lid covering an open portion of the main body. In an electronic device case having both mounting members of a wall mounting member, the overhang dimension of the mast mounting member is the same as the overhang dimension of the wall mounting member with the back surface on which the mast mounting member is formed as a reference plane. The height of the rear surface on which the mast mounting member is formed and the height of the rear surface on which the wall surface mounting member is formed are different from each other. When connecting the F-type plug attached to the end of the cable to the F-type connector of the high-frequency equipment stored in the case even when the mast is attached, the wall mounting member is provided with Because the mounting operation can without being obstructed by the fastening screw has, can be provided good workability case.
Furthermore, when the case of the present invention is used for mounting on a wall surface, the dimensions of the fastening screw provided on the wall surface mounting member in the case of the conventional case are the same as those of the fastening screw with the same wall size. Since the step difference can be shortened, it is possible to provide a case having utility such as a reduction in cost of the case.
