Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of brightly and clearly projecting the wavering feeling of a water surface in spite of its compact size.
SOLUTION: In the illumination device, a nozzle 6 connected to a pump 5 is arranged so as to turn upward while setting a light source 4 above a receiving tray 1. Run-down water is pooled in the tray 1 and sucked into the pump 5 and discharged again from the nozzle 6 so as to circular again, by arranging a translucent umbrella body 2 making the water discharged from the nozzle 6 diffuse around the light source and run down, and a translucent cover 3 made to cover the outside of the umbrella body 2, forming a sealed space together with the tray 1. Since the light from the light source 4 is transmitted by the water running-down around the light source 4 through the umbrella body 2 and irradiated directly outside without being reflected from a mirror surface or the water surface, the illumination device can brightly and clearly project the wavering feeling of the water surface by efficiently utilizing the light from the light source 4 in spite of its compact size.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-5-225804 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-6-215601 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned reflection type lighting fixture, it is necessary to increase the outer dimensions in order to secure the area of the mirror surface or the water surface that reflects the light of the light source, and the illumination light from the light source is still effectively used. There was a problem that the ripples on the water surface that could be projected were dark.
[0006]
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting device that is compact and can project a sense of fluctuation of a water surface brightly and clearly.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a lighting apparatus according to the present invention includes a light source installed above a receiving tray, a nozzle connected to a pump provided upward, a light-transmitting cover placed over the outside of the light source, and a cover and a receiving tray. To form a closed space, and to diffuse the water discharged from the nozzle around the light source inside the cover and let it flow down, store the dropped water in a saucer, suck it into the pump and circulate it again to discharge from the nozzle It was.
[0008]
With this configuration, since the light from the light source passes through the water and the cover flowing down around the light source and is directly radiated to the outside, it is not necessary to secure a large outer dimension for reflection, and the light from the light source is not required. By effectively utilizing, it is possible to project the fluctuation of the water surface brightly and clearly.
[0009]
An umbrella may be provided between the light source and the cover, and the water discharged from the nozzle may be received by the umbrella and diffused around the light source to flow down.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, this lighting apparatus includes a saucer 1, an umbrella body 2, and a cover 3 as constituent members, a light source 4 is installed above the saucer 1, and a pump installed on a bottom wall of the saucer 1. A nozzle 6 is connected to 5 upward.
[0012]
The umbrella body 2 and the cover 3 are formed of a transparent or milky translucent plastic molded body, and the saucer 1 is also translucent. The light source 4 and the pump 5 are of a waterproof type, and these switches 7 are provided outside the saucer 1.
[0013]
A gap 1b is formed in the support frame 1a protruding inward from the upper edge of the tray 1, and a packing 8 is fitted along the inner peripheral surface of the tray 1. A concave portion 2a is provided at the top of the umbrella body 2, and an insertion hole 2b with packing is formed at the bottom.
[0014]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the umbrella body 2 is covered by the light source 4 so that the tip of the nozzle 6 protrudes from the insertion hole 2b, and is supported by the inside of the support frame 1a. Further, the cover 3 is put on the outside of the umbrella body 2 and is supported by the outside of the support frame 1 a, and the outer periphery of the lower edge is in close contact with the packing 8 to form a closed space together with the tray 1.
[0015]
In the lighting device, when the light source 4 is turned on and the pump 5 is driven, water discharged from the tip of the nozzle 6 is received by the umbrella body 2, accumulates in the depression 2 a, overflows, and diffuses around the light source 4. It flows down along the surface of the umbrella body 2 and the inner surface of the cover 3. Then, the water that has flowed down through the gap 1b accumulates in the tray 1, is sucked into the pump 5, and circulates so as to be discharged again from the nozzle 6.
[0016]
With this configuration, the light from the light source 4 passes through the water and the cover 3 flowing down through the umbrella body 2 and is directly radiated to the outside without being reflected on the mirror surface or the water surface. Nevertheless, the light of the light source can be effectively used to project the fluctuation of the water surface brightly and clearly, and the sound of flowing water can also be enjoyed.
[0017]
If the umbrella body 2 is formed as a small-diameter flange provided on the outer periphery of the nozzle 6, the umbrella body 2 does not necessarily need to have a light-transmitting property. Also, it need not be translucent.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the lighting fixture according to the present invention, light from the light source passes through the water and the cover flowing down therearound and is directly radiated to the outside. In addition to being able to project the sensation of fluctuations on the water surface brightly and clearly, you can also enjoy the sound of flowing water. Further, the umbrella body 2 may be omitted.
