<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper of pants type that requires no fixed procedure, is easy to wear, improves comfort while it is worn, and prevents side leakage from a side part of the hip in a broad range without fail when a user lies on his side. <P>SOLUTION: An absorbent body 10 for the crotch is placed and fixed on a crotch section R between front sections P and back sections Q to make openings S for legs on the both sides of the crotch section R. At the same time, the front sections P and the back sections Q are combined respectively except for left and right hip side sections U that spread over the front sections P and the back sections Q. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、横向きに寝た状態での腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できる使い捨てパンツ型おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、使い捨ておむつと併用する使い捨て補助吸収具として、使い捨ておむつの前腹部または後背部の左右のサイドフラップに別体の補助吸収具をそれぞれ面ファスナーで着脱自在に固定するものがある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

また、使い捨ておむつと共に着用される使い捨て補助吸収具として、中央縦割りの半パンツ状物がある（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

さらに、使い捨てアンダーガーメントとして、股用吸収体が配置された股部の左右に、前腹部と後背部の左半分と右半分がそれぞれ形成されて、左右の前腹部の前端同士と後背部の後端同士とが接合されるとともに、この各半分の前腹部と後背部とに跨ってスリット状の脚穴部がそれぞれ形成されたものがある（例えば、特許文献３参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献１では、展開可能な使い捨ておむつを対象としており、使い捨ておむつを展開状態として、前腹部または後背部の左右のサイドフラップに別体の補助吸収具をそれぞれ正規の位置に固定する必要があるから、着用者や介護者にとって固定作業に手間がかかるという問題がある。

また、ファスニングテープ等で使い捨ておむつを組み立てて着用するから（開閉式テープ型）、着用時の快適性に欠けるという問題がある。

さらに、前腹部または後背部の左右のサイドフラップに補助吸収具を面ファスナーで着脱自在に固定するだけであるから、着用者の寝返り等の動作により外れて、漏れにつながりやすいという問題がある。

特許文献２では、中央縦割りの半パンツ状物である使い捨て補助吸収具を着用した上に使い捨ておむつを重ねて着用する必要があるから、着用者や介護者にとって着用作業に手間がかかるという問題がある。

また、補助吸収具と使い捨ておむつを２重に着用するから、着用時の快適性に欠けるという問題がある。

さらに、補助吸収具は、着用者の左右のいずれか片方しかカバーできないので、例えば下向きとなる左側をカバーした状態で、右側が下向きとなるように着用者が寝返ったような場合には、腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できないという問題がある。

特許文献３では、弾性伸縮性を有する生地で形成され、股部の左右に形成した前腹部と後背部の左半分と右半分とを、前端同士と後端同士とを接合してなる使い捨てアンダーガーメントが開示されているが、各半分の前腹部と後背部とに跨ってスリット状の脚穴部を形成する構成とすることで、半円状の脚穴部を形成することによる生地の無駄を省くようにしたものであり、横向きに寝た状態での腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できるものではない。

本発明は、上記問題を解消するためになされたもので、従来の補助吸収具のような固定作業が無くて着用作業にも手間がかからず、着用時の快適性が向上して、横向きに寝た状態での腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できる使い捨てパンツ型おむつを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の請求項１は、前腹部と後背部との間の股部に股用吸収体が固定配置されて、この股部の両側に脚穴部が形成されるとともに、上記前腹部と後背部とに跨る左右の腰脇部分以外の部分で前腹部と後背部とが接合されてなり、上記腰脇部分に、腰脇用吸収体がそれぞれ固定配置されていることを特徴とする使い捨てパンツ型おむつを提供するものである。

ここで、股部に股用吸収体を固定配置するとは、外面側シートと肌面側シートとを接着して股部と前腹部と後背部とを構成している場合には、股用吸収体を外面側シートと肌面側シートとの間に挟着固定すること、または股用吸収体を肌面側シートの上に接着若しくは交換可能に固定することも含むものである。

本発明の請求項２は、股用吸収体が固定配置された股部の左右に、前腹部と後背部のそれぞれが左半分と右半分とで形成されるとともに、この各半分の前腹部と後背部とに跨って脚穴部がそれぞれ形成されて、左右の前腹部の前端同士と左右の後背部の後端同士とが接合されてなり、上記前腹部と後背部とに跨る左右の腰脇部分に、腰脇用吸収体がそれぞれ固定配置されていることを特徴とする使い捨てパンツ型おむつを提供するものである。

本発明の請求項３は、股部と前腹部と後背部のそれぞれが左半分と右半分とで形成されるとともに、この各半分の前腹部と後背部とに跨って脚穴部がそれぞれ形成されて、左右の前腹部の前端同士と左右の後背部の後端同士と左右の股部同士が接合されてなり、上記左右の股部に股用吸収体がそれぞれ固定配置されるとともに、上記前腹部と後背部との間の左右の腰脇部分に、腰脇用吸収体がそれぞれ固定配置されていることを特徴とする使い捨てパンツ型おむつを提供するものである。

上記前腹部と後背部の上側にウエスト用弾性糸が添設され、その下側にボディフィット用弾性糸が添設され、上記脚穴部にレッグ用弾性糸が添設されている構成が好ましい（請求項４）。

【発明の作用および効果】
請求項１の発明は、前腹部と後背部とに跨る左右の腰脇部分以外の部分で前腹部と後背部とを接合するタイプのパンツ形状に適用するものである。例えば、前腹部を股部とほぼ同幅にするとともに、後背部の両側を広幅にして、この広幅の両側部を前腹部側に廻し込んで接合することにより、前腹部と後背部とに跨る左右の腰脇部分に接合部分を無くすることができる。

そして、この接合部分の無い左右の腰脇部分に、腰脇用吸収体をそれぞれ固定配置することにより、着用者の腰脇部分全体を腰脇用吸収体で広範囲にカバーできるから、特許文献１と対比して、前腹部または後背部の左右のサイドフラップに補助吸収具を面ファスナーで着脱自在に固定するのでは無いので、着用者の寝返り等の動作により外れないため、漏れを確実に防止できる。特許文献２と対比して、腰脇用吸収体は、着用者の左右の両方をカバーできるので、例えば下向きとなる左側をカバーした状態で、右側が下向きとなるように着用者が寝返ったような場合でも、腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できるようになる。

また、パンツ型おむつとして、腰脇用吸収体を固定配置したから、特許文献１と対比して、展開状態の使い捨ておむつの前腹部または後背部の左右のサイドフラップに別体の補助吸収具をそれぞれ正規の位置に固定する必要がない。特許文献２と対比して、中央縦割りの半パンツ状物である使い捨て補助吸収具を着用した上に使い捨ておむつを重ねて着用する必要がないことから、着用者や介護者にとって固定作業や着用作業に手間がかからなくなる。

さらに、パンツ型おむつとして、腰脇用吸収体を固定配置したから、特許文献１と対比して、ファスニングテープ等で使い捨ておむつを組み立てて着用する必要が無い。特許文献２と対比して、補助吸収具と使い捨ておむつを２重に着用する必要が無いことから、着用時の快適性が向上するようになる。

請求項２の発明は、前腹部と後背部の左半分と右半分とを、前端同士と後端同士とを接合するタイプのパンツ形状（例えば特許文献３）に適用するものである。かかるタイプのパンツ形状でも、請求項１の発明と同様に、従来の補助吸収具のような固定作業が無くて着用作業にも手間がかからず、着用時の快適性が向上して、横向きに寝た状態での腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できるという効果を奏することができる。

請求項３の発明は、例えば特許文献３のパンツ形状に加えて、股部も左半分と右半分に形成して、股部同士も接合するとともに、左右の股部に股用吸収体をそれぞれ固定配置したものである。請求項１の発明と同様に、従来の補助吸収具のような固定作業が無くて着用作業にも手間がかからず、着用時の快適性が向上して、横向きに寝た状態での腰脇部分からの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できるという効果を奏することができる。

加えて、前腹部と後背部の左半分と右半分との折り返し部分となる股部の中心部分に股用吸収体が存在しないから、折り返しても股部が堅くならないので、着用時の快適性がより向上するとともに、見映えも良好になる。

請求項４のように、ウエスト用弾性糸とボディフィット用弾性糸とレッグ用弾性糸を添設すると、使い捨てパンツ型おむつ全体が着用者の身体にフィットして、着用時の快適性がより向上するようになる。

請求項７のように、腰脇用吸収体の前後部を左右の脚穴部に沿うよう略Ｃ字形状に形成すると、股用吸収体を左右の脚穴部に沿うよう略Ｘ字形状に形成する（請求項６）ことと相俟って、腰脇用吸収体と股用吸収体とが脚穴部周りのほぼ全周を取り囲むようになるので、脚穴部周りからの横漏れをより確実に防止できるようになる。

請求項９のように、脚穴部を前後方向の楕円形状抜き穴に形成して、この脚穴部の周囲にほぼ沿ってレッグ用弾性糸を添設すると、脚穴が大きいので着用者の脚の出し入れがスムーズになるとともに、レッグ用弾性糸の収縮力によって、脚穴部周りからの横漏れをより確実に防止できるようになる。

請求項１０のように、脚穴部を前後方向のスリットに形成し、このスリットの左右にほぼ沿って、前腹部の前端と後背部の後端に亘ってレッグ用弾性糸を添設すると、脚穴部のくり抜きが不要でコスト安になるとともに、レッグ用弾性糸の収縮力によって、脚穴部周りからの横漏れをより確実に防止できるようになる。また、レッグ用弾性糸は、前腹部と後背部のボディフィット用弾性糸の下側と股用吸収体の前後端部との間の部分にも位置するようになるので、この部分のレッグ用弾性糸の収縮力によって、股用吸収体の前後端部からの漏れをより確実に防止できるようになる。さらに、レッグ用弾性糸は、前腹部の前端と後背部の後端に亘って連続的に添設されているので、レッグ用弾性糸の添設工程が容易になる。

請求項１１のように、外面側シートと肌面側シートとを接着して股部と前腹部と後背部とを構成して、腰脇用吸収体を外面側シートと肌面側シートとの間に挟着固定すると、腰脇用吸収体を製造段階で正規の位置に固定することができる。

請求項１２のように、外面側シートと肌面側シートとを接着して股部と前腹部と後背部とを構成して、腰脇用吸収体を肌面側シートの上に接着固定すると、腰脇用吸収体を製造段階で正規の位置に固定できるとともに、必要に応じて後付けも可能になる。なお、交換可能に固定することも可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図１および図２は、第１実施形態の使い捨てパンツ型おむつ１Ａであり、図１は展開状態の平面図、図２は組み立て状態の斜視図である。

図１８の分解斜視図、図１９（ａ）の断面図、図２０（ａ）の断面図を参照すると、使い捨てパンツ型おむつ１Ａは、外面側シート２と肌面側シート３とを備え、両シート２，３は、２枚重ねでホットメルト接着剤、熱接着、超音波接着等により接着固定されて、パンツ型おむつ本体４を構成するようになる。

上記外面側シート２は、後述する股用吸収体１０や腰脇用吸収体１１で吸収した排泄物が外側にしみ出すのを防ぐために、撥水性若しくは不透液性のシート材料が好ましい。より好ましくは、通常使い捨ておむつに用いられる撥水性不織布材料（スパンボンド不織布、メルトブロー不織布、ＳＭＳ不織布等）、通気性若しくは非通気性のプラスチックフィルム、これらの複合材料等が好適に用いられる。

上記肌面側シート３は、着用者からの排泄物を素早く捕捉し、股用吸収体１０や腰脇用吸収体１１に移行させる必要があるため、透液性のシート材料が好ましい。より好ましくは、通常使い捨ておむつに用いられる親水性繊維（セルロース、レーヨン、コットン等）を用いた不織布材料、あるいは疎水性繊維（ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、ナイロン等）の表面を界面活性剤により処理して透液性とした不織布材料、または開孔を有するプラスチックフィルム等が好適に用いられる。

このパンツ型おむつ本体４は、図１および図１８の展開状態において、長さ方向Ｂの中央部分に股部Ｒが形成されるとともに、この股部Ｒの左右に、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑのそれぞれが左半分と右半分とで一体形成されている。また、この各半分の前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとに跨って、幅方向Ａ（着用時には前後方向）の楕円形状抜き穴である脚穴部Ｓがそれぞれ形成されている。

そして、左右の前腹部Ｐの前端４ａ同士と左右の後背部Ｑの後端４ｂ同士とを、それぞれ外方に折り曲げて〔図２１（ａ）参照〕ヒートシール等で接合することにより、図２の組み立て状態に組み立てられて、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑの上端部分に胴回り開口部Ｔが形成されるようになる。

このように、左右の前腹部Ｐの前端４ａ同士と後背部Ｑの後端４ｂ同士とを接合することにより、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとに跨る左右の腰脇部分Ｕに接合部分を無くすることができる。

上記外面側シート２と肌面側シート３との間には、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑの上側に幅方向Ａに伸張状態で複数本のウエスト用弾性糸６が添設されるとともに、その下側に幅方向Ａに伸張状態で複数本のボディフィット用弾性糸７が添設されている。また、楕円形状抜き穴に形成された脚穴部Ｓの周囲にほぼ沿って、円周方向に伸張状態で複数本のレッグ用弾性糸８が添設されている。このように、ウエスト用弾性糸６とボディフィット用弾性糸７とレッグ用弾性糸８を添設すると、使い捨てパンツ型おむつ１Ａ全体が着用者の身体にフィットして、着用時の快適性がより向上するようになる。上記各弾性糸６〜８と後述するフラップ用弾性糸９は、ポリウレタン、ポリウレタンフィルム、天然ゴム等を用いるのが好ましい。

上記外面側シート２と肌面側シート３との間の股部Ｒには、股用吸収体１０が固定配置されている。この股用吸収体１０は、股部Ｒの中心部分に位置して、その前部１０ａと後部１０ｂは、前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑの方向にそれぞれ延長されて、レッグ用弾性糸８に重ならない外側位置において、左右の脚穴部Ｓに沿うよう略Ｘ字形状に形成されている。

上記外面側シート２と肌面側シート３との間の前腹部Ｐと後背部Ｑとに跨る左右の腰脇部分には、腰脇用吸収体１１がそれぞれ固定配置されている。この腰脇用吸収体１１は、幅方向Ａに長い長方形状に形成されて、ボディフィット用弾性糸７に重なるようになる。上記腰脇用吸収体１１は、着用者の左右の腰脇部分に位置して、着用者が左右いずれの向きで横向きに寝たような場合でも、一方の腰脇用吸収体１１が着用者の下に位置するようになる。

上記股用吸収体１０および腰脇用吸収体１１は、粉砕したパルプ繊維やセルロース繊維等の親水性繊維集合層に粒状の高分子吸収体を混合した吸収コアをティッシュペーパー等の紙シートあるいは透液性不織布シートで包んで所定形状に成形したものである。また、着用者が歩いたり、寝返りを打ったりしても形状を保持できるように、親水性繊維集合体やシートに形状保持手段（ホットメルト接着剤の塗布や合成繊維の混合）を施しても良い。さらに、上記繊維や高分子吸収体をシート状に成形したシート状吸収体（エアレイド不織布、ポリマーシート等）を所定形状に成形しても良い。

上記股用吸収体１０の左右位置には、図１９（ａ）に示したように、立ち上がりフラップ１２がそれぞれ設けられている。この立ち上がりフラップ１２は、基端部１２ａが肌面側シート３にホットメルト接着剤等で接着されるとともに、上端部１２ｂは内側に曲げられ、その下端は立ち上がりフラップ１２に接合されて立ち上がり封止部１２ｃが形成され〔図２１（ｂ）参照〕、この立ち上がり封止部１２ｃ内には、幅方向Ａに伸張状態で複数本のフラップ用弾性糸９が添設されている。この立ち上がりフラップ１２は、上記外面側シート２と同様のシート材料であるのが好ましい。

このような立ち上がりフラップ１２を設けると、股用吸収体１０からの横漏れをより確実に防止できるようになる。

図１９（ａ）は、股用吸収体１０を外面側シート２と肌面側シート３との間に挟着固定したものであって、このようにすれば、股用吸収体１０を製造段階で正規の位置に固定することができる。

また、図１９（ｂ）に示すように、股用吸収体１０を別体として、肌面側シート３に接着固定することも可能である。この場合には、透液性の表面シート１０ｃと不透液性の裏面シート１０ｄとの間に吸収コア１０ｅを挟着固定するとともに、この股用吸収体１０の両側部に立ち上がりフラップ１２を一体に設ければ良い。このようにすれば、股用吸収体１０は必要に応じて後付けも可能になるし、交換可能に固定することも可能である。

図２０（ａ）は、腰脇用吸収体１１を外面側シート２と肌面側シート３との間に挟着固定したものであって、このようにすれば、股用吸収体１０を製造段階で正規の位置に固定することができる。

そして、この接合部分の無い左右の腰脇部分Ｕに、腰脇用吸収体１１をそれぞれ固定配置したから、着用者の腰脇部分全体を腰脇用吸収体１１で広範囲にカバーできるとともに、腰脇用吸収体１１が寝返り動作等で外れないので、腰脇部分Ｕからの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できる。また、腰脇用吸収体１１は、着用者の左右の両方をカバーできるので、例えば下向きとなる左側をカバーした状態で、右側が下向きとなるように着用者が寝返ったような場合でも、腰脇部分Ｕからの横漏れを広範囲で確実に防止できるようになる。

また、パンツ型おむつとして、腰脇用吸収体１１を固定配置したから、着用者や介護者にとって固定作業や着用作業に手間がかからなくなるとともに、着用時の快適性が向上するようになる。

第１実施形態の使い捨てパンツ型おむつ１Ａと相違する構成は、腰脇吸収体１１を固定配置する腰脇部分Ｕのボディフィット用弾性糸７の収縮力を小さく設定したことである。この収縮力を小さく設定する方法としては、例えばヒートエンボスを用いてボディフィット用弾性糸７を溶融する方法やギャザーカッターを用いてボディフィット用弾性糸７をカットする方法がある。

このように構成すると、ボディフィット用弾性糸７の収縮に伴う腰脇用吸収体１１の撚れを防止できるから、着用者の腰脇に対する腰脇用吸収体１１の密着性が向上して、腰脇部分Ｕからの横漏れをより確実に防止できるようになる。
