Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article having a back sheet on which characters, symbols, or patterns (hereinafter, also referred to as patterns, etc.) are represented, and more particularly, to an absorbent article whose pattern, etc., changes before and after urination.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
As a related art related to an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper in which the presence or absence of urination can be visually recognized from the outside, for example, a disposable diaper in which a pattern composed of a part discolored by urine and a colored part unchanged by urine is provided on a back sheet Is known (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
Generally, the surface of the back sheet is not sufficiently smooth microscopically and has fine irregularities. Therefore, when a coloring layer made of a water-soluble ink is provided directly on the surface of the back sheet, when the coloring layer is dissolved by urine, the ink is hardly accumulated in the recesses on the back sheet surface and hardly flows out. Less likely to occur. In particular, when the back sheet is formed of a porous sheet having moisture permeability, the ink is less likely to enter the pores and flow out. Normally, the printing pressure is lowered so that the ink does not enter the pores, but in this case, there is a problem that the printing surface is blurred.
[0004]
Also, a disposable diaper has been proposed in which a colored layer of a water-insoluble ink that does not discolor even when wet with water is provided on a back sheet, and a layer containing a water-soluble ink is provided thereon (see Patent Document 2). However, in this diaper, when a colored layer of the water-insoluble ink is provided on the back sheet, mixing occurs at the interface between the water-insoluble ink and the water-soluble ink, and there is a disadvantage that the water-soluble ink is hardly dissolved by urine or the like. . In particular, in the case of continuous application, since the lower ink layer is semi-dry, the above-mentioned inconvenience is remarkable.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-59-24704 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-59-88405 [0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article in which the change in color before and after urination is large and the presence or absence of urination can be easily visually recognized.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a water-soluble transparent resin layer formed directly on a surface of a liquid-impermeable back sheet facing an absorber, and a water-soluble transparent resin layer formed directly on the transparent resin layer in a region where the transparent resin layer is formed. The above object has been attained by providing an absorbent article having a water-soluble ink layer, wherein predetermined characters, symbols or patterns are represented by the water-soluble ink layer.

The water-soluble transparent resin layer may be transparent, and preferably has a light transmittance of 70% or more.
[0038]
Further, in the above embodiment, each layer is formed by flexographic printing or the like, but instead of this printing, each layer may be formed by a lamination method such as application of a hot melt agent or co-extrusion.
[0039]
Each of the embodiments described above is an example in which the present invention is applied to a pants-type disposable diaper. However, the present invention also applies to other absorbent articles, such as a deployable disposable diaper, an incontinence pad, a sanitary napkin, and the like. The same applies.
[0040]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment.
[0041]
[Example 1]
Using a porous stretched film containing calcium carbonate as a back sheet, a water-soluble transparent resin layer and a blue water-soluble ink layer were printed in this order on one surface of the sheet to form a predetermined pattern. A flexographic printing machine was used for printing, and the printing speed was 200 m / min. The drying of each layer was performed at 50 ° C., and the layers were applied in a semi-dry state. The resin layer was formed from a modified cellulose resin, and the ink layer was formed from the modified cellulose resin and a blue pigment. The moisture permeability and the total light transmittance of the back sheet are as shown in Table 1. Using this sheet and a known material, a disposable diaper shown in FIG. 1 was produced.
[0042]
[Example 2]
A disposable diaper was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a porous stretched film having a draw ratio lower than that of the porous stretched film used in Example 1 was used as a back sheet.
[0043]
[Comparative Examples 1 and 2]
Disposable diapers were produced in the same manner as in Examples 1 and 2, except that the water-soluble transparent resin layer was not formed in Examples 1 and 2.
[0044]
(Degree of disappearance of picture after injection of saline)
For the diapers obtained in the examples and comparative examples, 30 g of physiological saline was injected from the top sheet side, and the degree of the disappearance of the picture was evaluated based on the following three criteria. Table 1 shows the results.
The change in color before and after the injection of physiological saline is very clearly recognized.
The color change before and after the injection of physiological saline is almost clearly recognized.
×: Incomplete disappearance of the picture after injection of physiological saline.
[0045]
[Table 1]
[0046]
As is clear from the results shown in Table 1, in the diaper of the example (the product of the present invention), the ink constituting the pattern elutes due to the injection of the physiological saline, and the pattern disappears. On the other hand, in the diaper of the comparative example, it can be seen that the eluted ink stays and the picture has not completely disappeared.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the absorbent article of the present invention, the color change before and after urination is large, and the viewer can strongly recognize a change in a pattern or the like, and the presence or absence of urination can be easily visually recognized. .
