【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、多数の商品の内容情報を掲載している商品情報掲載誌、及び該商品情報掲載誌に対応させて、通信回線を介して相互に接続されている顧客端末とサーバとの間で商品に関連する関連情報を顧客に提供するための商品情報提供方法及び提供システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
多数の商品の内容情報を商品の購入希望者に提供するために、商品情報掲載誌が出版されている。
この商品情報掲載誌は、従来、複数の商品に対応するそれぞれの内容情報が掲載されている情報ページを備える。各情報ページにおいて、掲載した各商品にはその識別のための識別番号が付与され、商品購入希望者はこの識別番号を利用して商品に関する問合せ、購入、そしてアンケート回答等を実行することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、商品を識別するための識別番号に対しては、例えば、１０年を一単位として重複使用を防止するために、例えば１２桁の番号管理を行っていた。この識別番号は、例えば商品の掲載受注を受ける毎に新たに発番される。

また、従来の商品情報掲載誌では、目次ページ（インデックスページ）が設けられている。この目次ページは、掲載商品とその掲載位置（ページ）の対応関係を表す。商品情報掲載誌を利用する顧客は、商品名に対応するページ番号に従って、商品の掲載されている情報ページを容易に特定することができる。しかしながら、情報ページ上には複数の商品に対応する複数の内容情報が掲載されているため、顧客にとっては所望の内容情報を見つけるのは面倒であった。なお、上述の識別番号を目次ページに表記して情報ページ上で商品を特定するための補助情報として利用することが想定されるが、例えばランダムに発番された桁数の多い番号であるため、実用上その利用は困難であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、以上の点を解決するために、次の構成を採用する。
〈構成１〉
本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌は、多数の商品の少なくとも各商品名が表示されている目次ページと、ページ番号が付与されて、複数の商品名にそれぞれ対応させて区分けされた複数の内容情報が掲載されている情報ページとを備える商品情報掲載誌であって、情報ページに、内容情報に対応して、少なくともその区分け位置を示す区分番号が表示され、目次ページに、商品名に対応して、内容情報の掲載されている情報ページのページ番号と該内容情報に対応する区分番号とからなる位置番号が表示されていることを特徴とする。

〈作用〉
本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌では、区分番号は、内容情報の区分け位置を示すために、内容情報に対応して情報ページに表示される。また、この区分番号は情報ページのページ番号と結合され、位置番号として商品名に対応して目次ページに表示される。
従って、商品の購入者が目次ページの位置番号を参照することで、購入したい商品の内容情報の掲載されている情報ページを容易に見つけることができるだけではなく、区分番号によって所望の内容情報の具体的な掲載位置も容易に見つけることができる。従って、商品の内容情報を容易に視認可能な商品情報掲載誌を提供することができる。
また、各商品の位置番号は、商品に対して一対一に対応しているので、例えば出版号に結合するだけで、商品を識別するための識別番号として利用することができる。従って、従来の番号管理が不要となる。
商品名は、商品の品名であってもよく、商品のタイトルであってもよい。

本発明に係る商品情報提供方法は、構成１の本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌に掲載された商品に対応する位置番号に基づいて、該商品に関連する関連情報を顧客に提供するための商品情報提供方法であって、関連情報を位置番号に対応させて記憶するための商品データベースをサーバに設けること、通信回線を介してサーバに接続されている顧客端末から、位置番号データをサーバに送信すること、サーバにより、位置番号データに基づいて、商品データベースから関連情報データを検索し、検索された関連情報データを、通信回線を介して顧客端末に送信することを特徴とする。

本発明に係る商品情報提供方法は、構成１の本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌に掲載された商品に対応する位置番号を利用する構成を備え、この位置番号に商品の関連情報を対応させた商品データベースを設け、顧客端末からの位置番号データに基づいてサーバがこのデータベースを検索し、対応する関連情報データを顧客端末に送信する。従って、本発明の商品情報掲載誌を利用して商品の関連情報を得ることが可能である。

本発明の方法は、出版号の異なる複数の商品情報掲載誌において、同一の位置番号が利用されていても各商品情報掲載誌の商品に対し、確実に関連情報を提供することができる。

本発明に係る商品情報提供システムは、通信回線を介して相互に接続されている顧客端末及びサーバを備え、構成１に記載され且つ情報提供の有効期間に対応する号数の本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌に掲載された商品の位置番号に基づいて、該商品に関連する関連情報を顧客に提供するための商品情報提供システムであって、顧客端末は、号数データ及び位置番号データを入力するための入力部と、入力された号数データ及び位置番号データをサーバに送信するための端末通信部とを有し、サーバは、関連情報を号数及び位置番号に対応させて記憶するための商品データベースと、受信した号数データ及び位置番号データに基づいて、商品データベースを検索して関連情報データを取り出すための検索部と、検索された関連情報データを顧客端末に送信するためのサーバ通信部とを有することを特徴とする。

本発明に係る商品情報提供記録媒体は、構成１の本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌に掲載された商品に対応する位置番号に基づいて、該商品に関連する関連情報を顧客に提供するために、関連情報を位置番号に対応させて記憶するための商品データベースをサーバに設けること、通信回線を介してサーバに接続されている顧客端末から、位置番号データをサーバに送信すること、サーバにより、位置番号データに基づいて、商品データベースから関連情報データを検索し、検索された関連情報データを、通信回線を介して顧客端末に送信することを実行させるための商品情報提供プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体である。

本発明に係る商品情報提供記録媒体は、請求項１に記載され且つ情報提供の有効期間に対応する号数の本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌に掲載された商品の位置番号に基づいて、該商品に関連する関連情報を顧客に提供するために、関連情報を号数と位置番号とに対応させて記憶する商品データベースをサーバに設けること、通信回線を介してサーバに接続されている顧客端末から、号数データ及び位置番号データをサーバに送信すること、サーバにより、号数データが有効期間を示すと、該号数データ及び位置番号データに基づいて、商品データベースから関連情報データを検索し、検索された関連情報データを、通信回線を介して顧客端末に送信することを実行させるための商品情報提供プログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を、図面を参照して説明する。
〈実施例１〉
図１は、本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌の目次ページを示す説明図である。
図２は、本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌の情報ページを示す説明図である。
本発明に係る商品情報掲載誌１０は、旅行ツアーを商品として掲載している月刊ツアー掲載誌であり、図１に示されたインデックス（目次ページ）１１と、図２に示された情報ページ１２とを備えている。

目次ページ１１には、旅行ツアーのタイトルを示すためのツアータイトル欄１３が設けられ、該ツアータイトル欄１３には、各旅行ツアーのタイトルが商品名として表示されている。例えばこの欄の１０行目１４には、「豪華！ベラッジオ／ベネチアン片道リムジン送迎＆トロリー券５枚付き」のツアータイトル１５が表示されている。

各ツアータイトル１５には、旅行ツアーの内容情報の掲載ページを示すページ番号と、例えばページ内の情報掲載位置を示すページ内番号（区分番号）とから成る位置番号（以下、ＡＢコードと称す）１６が設定されている。例えば１０行目１４のツアータイトル１５には、「７７７−０１」で示すＡＢコード１６が表示されている。
このＡＢコード１６は、ツアータイトル１５の内容情報が７７７ページの０１位置（例えばページ内の最上位）に示されていることを意味している。

上記したような目次ページ１１及び情報ページ１２を備える商品情報掲載誌１０において、顧客は希望する旅行ツアーを選択するために目次ページ１１を見る。続いて、例えば旅行ツアー１５を選択した場合、具体的な内容情報を見るために、ＡＢコード「７７７−０１」を参照し、７７７ページの情報ページ１２を開く。この開いた情報ページにおいて、ＡＢコードの区分番号「−０１」が最上の掲載位置を示しているので、顧客は対応する内容情報の掲載されている区分領域１９を瞬時に知ることができる。

次に、上記商品情報掲載誌に連係させた本発明に係る商品情報提供システムについて詳細に説明する。
〈実施例２〉
図３は、本発明に係る商品情報提供システムの構成を示すブロック図である。
本実施例において、このシステムは、２号分の商品情報掲載誌に関し運用される。即ち、前号と今号の２つの商品情報掲載誌に関し運用される。例えば、システム運用時が１０月の場合、前号である９月号に対応する情報と今号である１０月号に対応する情報がシステムに登録され、そして運用される。
本発明に係るシステム２０は、通信回線２１を介して相互に接続されている複数の顧客端末２２とサーバ２３とを備えている。

顧客端末２２は、顧客にデータを入力させるための例えばキーボードからなる入力部２４と、各データを表示するための例えばディスプレイからなる表示部２５と、サーバ２３との通信を行うための端末通信部２６と、データを記憶するための端末記憶部２７と、これら入力部２４、表示部２５、端末通信部２６及び端末記憶部２７を制御するための端末制御部２８とを備えている。

制御部３６には、上記した検索部３３、サーバ記憶部３４及びサーバ通信部３５に検索取出機能、記憶機能及び通信機能等を実行させるために、本発明に係る商品情報提供プログラム３７が設けられている。

図４は、本発明に係る検索専用データベースの構成図である。
図に示された検索専用データベース１００は、前号検索専用データベース２９と今号検索専用データベース３０を概念的に合成した構成を示している。検索専用データベース１００は、号数項目１０１、ＡＢコード項目１０２、抽出条件項目１０３、商品コード項目１０４、販売開始日項目１０５、販売終了日項目１０６、掲載ステータス項目１０７を備えている。号数項目１０１は、商品情報掲載誌の発行号数（例えば西暦＋月：２００２０９）を記憶する項目である。ＡＢコード項目１０２は、商品を特定することができるＡＢコードを記憶する項目である。抽出条件項目１０３は、商品の代替案を検索する際に参照される抽出条件を記憶する項目である。抽出条件は、例えば商品が旅行ツアーである場合、行き先データ（ａ）、期間データ（ｂ）、ホテルデータ（ｃ）、航空会社データ（ｄ）、そして旅行会社データ（ｅ）を挙げられる。これらの抽出条件は、後に説明する前号及び今号内容参照データベース３１及び３２の所定の項目に対応付けられる。商品コード項目１０４は、Ｗｅｂサイト上で商品（旅行ツアー）を特定するために付与される商品コードを記憶する項目である。販売開始日項目１０５は、商品の販売開始日を記憶する項目である。販売終了日項目１０６は、商品の販売終了日を記憶する項目である。掲載ステータス項目１０７は、Ｗｅｂサイト上で商品を公開するか否かを指示するステータス情報を記憶する項目である。公開可能な場合（公開中）は内容「ＯＫ」を示し、公開を中止する場合は内容「ＳＴＯＰ」を示し、公開不可能な場合（公開対象情報無し）は内容「Ｘ」を示す。

前号内容参照データベース３１には、ＡＢコード項目４６、行き先項目４７、期間項目４８、ツアータイトル項目４９、ホテル項目５０、予定人数項目５１、航空会社項目５２、そして補足項目群５３を備えている。尚、補足項目群５３は、食事項目、ツアー特徴項目、そして価格項目を備えている。この他、例えば旅行会社項目等を設けることができる。予定人数項目５１は、ツアー定員若しくは決行最低人数を表す。
行き先項目４７は、抽出条件項目１０３の行き先データ（ａ）に対応付けられる。期間項目４８は、抽出条件項目１０３の期間データ（ｂ）に対応付けられる。ホテル項目５０は、抽出条件項目１０３のホテルデータ（ｃ）に対応付けられる。航空会社項目５２は、抽出条件項目１０３の航空会社データ（ｄ）に対応付けられる。そして抽出条件項目１０３の旅行会社データ（ｅ）は、前号内容参照データベース３１上の、図示されない旅行会社項目に対応付けられる。

これらの項目は、レコード（図中左端）単位で管理される。例えば、第１０レコードには、ＡＢコード「７７７−０１」に対応して行き先データ「ラスベガス」、期間データ「５」、ツアータイトルデータ「豪華！ベラッジオ／ベネチアン片道リムジン送迎＆トロリー券５枚付き」、ホテルデータ「ベラッジォ、ベネチアン」、予定人数データ「５０」、そして航空会社データ「ＡＡ、ＮＷ」が記憶されている。
尚、今号内容参照データベース３２も同一構成を有している。

尚、本実施例では、各号数の商品情報掲載誌毎に内容参照データベースと検索専用データベースとを対応させているが、両商品情報掲載誌の全ての関連情報を一つのデータベースに記憶させても良い。
この場合、一つのデータベースに号数項目を設け、該データベースに、有効期間内の各商品情報掲載誌に対応する全てのデータを記憶させても良い。

次に、本発明に係る商品情報提供システム２０の動作を、フローチャートに沿って、本発明に係る商品情報提供方法と共に説明する。
図６は、本発明に係る商品情報提供システムの動作を示すフローチャートである。
顧客端末２２が端末通信部２６によってサーバ２３に接続すると、端末制御部２８は、表示部２５を制御して、図１に示されている入力画面４５を表示させる（ステップ１）。

入力画面４５が表示されると、顧客は入力部２４を操作して例えば、商品情報掲載誌１０の号数９及びＡＢコード「７７７−０１」を入力する（ステップ２）。
端末制御部２８は、端末通信部２６を制御して、入力された号数データ「９」に西暦情報を付加し、この西暦情報付き号数データ及びＡＢコード「７７７−０１」をサーバ２３に送信する（ステップ３）。
