Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to an article storage device for taking out an article stored in a container provided in a storage such as a refrigerator so as to be able to be pulled out.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is a refrigerator in which a vegetable container is provided so as to be able to be pulled out forward in a vegetable room, and a tall storage portion for storing a plastic bottle is provided in a front portion of the vegetable container in a width direction (for example, Patent Document 1). reference). The tall storage portion for storing the PET bottles has a bottom portion that is one step lower than other portions, and can store PET bottles that are relatively high storage items. ing.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-304354 (pages 1 to 5, FIGS. 1 to 4).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The tall storage portion for storing a plastic bottle in Patent Document 1 has a bottom portion that is one step lower than other portions, and the storage state of the plastic bottle does not change even when the vegetable container is pulled out. Therefore, a relatively tall PET bottle is easy to take out, but a short bottle and other things are difficult to take out without putting a hand in the bottom of the tall storage portion.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides an article storage device in which an article stored in a container provided in a storage such as a refrigerator can be easily taken out even when the height is short. Another object of the present invention is to provide an article storage device having a configuration that does not hinder the drawer of a container even with a tall article.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the article storage device of the storage according to the present invention, the container with the upper opening is housed in the storage chamber with the front opening so as to be able to be pulled out forward, and the article mounting bottom plate provided in the container rises with the drawing of the container. It is characterized by the following.
[0007]
Thus, it is possible to provide an article storage device in which the articles stored in the container can be easily taken out even when the height is short.
[0008]
Further, in the article storage device of the storage of the present invention, the container with the upper surface opening is housed in the storage room with the front opening so as to be able to be pulled out forward, and a tall article storage portion is provided at the front part in the container. A bottom plate operating mechanism that raises the article placement bottom plate of the tall article storage unit to a maximum rising position during the withdrawal of the container and lowers the article placement bottom plate as the container is further pulled out. And
[0009]
This allows the articles stored in the tall article storage section to rise by pulling out the container halfway, thereby facilitating removal of the articles stored in the tall article storage section even when the height of the article is short. Then, in a state where the container is pulled out greatly, the article placement bottom plate is lowered and the articles stored in the tall article storage section are lowered, so that it is easy to take out the articles stored in the back of the container.
[0010]
Further, in the article storage device of a storage according to the present invention, a tall article having a container having an upper surface opening is removably housed in a storage chamber having a front opening, and a container mounting bottom plate is provided at a front portion in the container. An accommodating member is provided, and an operating member whose middle portion is rotatably supported is provided on the bottom wall of the container, and one end of the operating member is connected to the article mounting bottom plate and the other end is connected to the article mounting bottom plate. On the side, a fitting portion is provided so as to follow a guide groove provided in a bottom wall of the storage room, and the article mounting bottom plate is raised by rotation of the operating member accompanying withdrawal of the container. I do. The guide groove has a curved shape in which the article mounting bottom plate is raised by the rotation of the operating member accompanying the drawing of the container.
[0011]
Therefore, it is possible to provide an article storage device that makes it easy to take out an article stored in a container even when the article is short. Since the operating member rotates along the guide groove, the article mounting bottom plate moves up and down, so that a stable operation can be obtained with little resistance in pulling out and storing the container.
[0012]
In addition, the guide groove of the present invention is configured such that the article mounting bottom plate moves up to a maximum ascending position while the container is being pulled out, and the article mounting bottom plate is lowered as the container is further pulled out. It is characterized in that the member has a curved shape that reciprocates.
[0013]
This allows the articles stored in the tall article storage section to rise by pulling out the container halfway, thereby facilitating removal of the articles stored in the tall article storage section even when the height of the article is short. Then, in a state where the container is pulled out greatly, the article placement bottom plate is lowered and the articles stored in the tall article storage section are lowered, so that it is easy to take out the articles stored in the back of the container. The maximum rising position of the article mounting bottom plate can be determined depending on whether the position of the curved top of the guide groove is in the front-rear center, or near the front or rear, so that it is appropriate according to the shape of the container and the size of the storage room. It becomes easy to determine the maximum ascending position of the article mounting bottom plate at an appropriate position.
[0014]
Further, the guide groove of the present invention has a curved shape such that the article mounting bottom plate is at a maximum rising position in a state where the bottom plate is pulled out to an outer region of the storage room by pulling out the container. Item 5. The article storage device of a storage according to any one of Items 3 and 5.
[0015]
Thus, in addition to the above-described effects, even when the articles stored in the tall article storage section rise, the container can be drawn out without being in contact with the upper edge of the opening of the storage room.
[0016]

[0021]
An embodiment for a vegetable container 13 will be described below as a preferred embodiment of the article storage device of the present invention. Vegetable container 13 which is one of the containers according to the present invention forms a rectangular container having an opening on the upper surface, and is planned by a vegetable storage room 33 and a partition wall 34 at the rear in the front of vegetable container 13. A tall article storage section 32 is provided. An article placement bottom plate 31 which is moved up and down by a bottom plate operating mechanism 30 is disposed at the bottom of the tall article storage section 32, and the tall article storage section 32 has a back like a plastic bottle or a vertically long paper pack beverage. Are arranged in a row in the width direction of the vegetable container 13 on the article mounting bottom plate 31 so as to be stored.
[0022]
The article storage device of the storage according to the present invention is configured such that the article placement bottom plate 31 provided in the vegetable container 13 rises as the vegetable container 13 is pulled out, and as one embodiment of the bottom plate operating mechanism 30 for that purpose. On the bottom wall 37 of the vegetable container 13, an operating member 35 whose middle portion is rotatably supported by a shaft support 36 is provided in the front-rear direction along the lower surface of the bottom wall 37. The front end, which is one end of the operating member 35, is connected to the article mounting bottom plate 31 via a connecting member 38, and the rear end, which is the other end, is provided on the bottom wall 39 of the vegetable compartment 6. The fitting portion 41 is provided so as to follow the guide groove 40.
[0023]
The connecting member 38 is composed of a first connecting member 43 and a second connecting member 44 rotatably connected by a shaft supporting portion 42, and the first connecting member 43 is rotated by the shaft supporting portion 49 to the article mounting bottom plate 31. It is movably connected. The second connecting member 44 has an elongated hole 46 into which a guide pin 45 attached to the front end of the operating member 35 is slidably fitted. The connection between the operating member 35 and the second connecting member 44 may be configured such that a guide pin 45 is provided on the second connecting member 44 and a long hole 46 is formed in the operating member 35.
[0024]
The left and right sides of the article placement bottom plate 31 are supported by movable support members 49 and 50 rotatably attached to the bottom wall 39 of the vegetable compartment 6 by shaft supports 47 and 48, respectively. The connection portions with the movable support members 49 and 50 are rotatably connected by shaft support portions 51 and 52, respectively.
[0025]
In the guide groove 40 and the fitting portion 41 following the guide groove 40, a roller 53 rotatably mounted on a shaft extending downward from the operating member 35 is loosely fitted in the guide groove 40. As will be described later, when the roller 53 moves along the guide groove 40 in accordance with the operation of pulling out and storing the vegetable container 13 forward, the roller 53 contacts the side wall of the guide groove 40 and rotates. In this configuration, the contact resistance in the fitting portion 41 is reduced.
[0026]
First, referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the operation of the article storage device of the present invention will be described below. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the guide groove 40 has a curved shape that is curved in an arc shape or an arc shape. When the vegetable container 13 is stored in the vegetable compartment 6 and the drawer-type door 14 is closed, the roller 53 is located at the rear end of the guide groove 40, and the operating member 35 is in the state of 35A shown in FIG. This state is an initial position, and the article placing bottom plate 31 is in a lowered state, is located below the tall article storage unit 32, and is a tall article P placed on the article placing bottom plate 31. Are kept so as not to protrude from the vegetable container 13.
[0027]
In this state, when the handle of the door 14 is grasped and the door 14 is pulled forward, the vegetable container 13 is pulled out together with the door 14 by the support of the rail or roller device 28. As the vegetable container 13 is pulled out, the roller 53 is guided along the guide groove 40, whereby the operating member 35 rotates about the shaft support 36. With the rotation of the operating member 35, the article placing bottom plate 31 is pulled to the left in FIG. 4 and to the right in FIG. 3 via the connecting member 38, and the article placing bottom plate 31 is moved by the movable support member. It rises with the rotation of 49 and 50.
[0028]
With this pull-out operation, the article mounting bottom plate 31 gradually rises toward the maximum rising position. When the roller 42 reaches the curved top portion 40A of the guide groove 40, the article mounting bottom plate 31 is at the maximum raised position. The state of the operating member 35 that has reached the maximum raised position is indicated by 35B in FIG. The tall article P also rises as the article placement bottom plate 31 rises to the maximum elevation position, but the tall article P is pulled out of the vegetable container 13 to the front opening upper edge 6A of the vegetable compartment 6 while the vegetable container 13 is being pulled out. The shape of the guide groove 40 is formed so as not to abut. The guide groove 40 is pulled out of the vegetable container 13 so that the tall article storage portion 32 is pulled out to the outside area of the vegetable compartment 6, that is, the article placement bottom plate 31 is pulled out to the outside area of the vegetable compartment 6. In this state, a curved shape is formed in which the top portion 40A is determined so as to reach the maximum ascending position. The tall articles P that have reached the maximum ascending position protrude above the vegetable container 13 and thus can be easily taken out.
[0029]
When the vegetable container 13 is further pulled out from the state where the article mounting bottom plate 31 has been raised to the maximum raised position, the roller 53 moves along the curve of the guide groove 40, and the operating member 35 rotates in the return direction. The article mounting bottom plate 31 is lowered, and the operating member 35 reaches the state of 35C in FIG. This is the final state in which the vegetable container 13 is pulled out, and the article mounting bottom plate 31 is in the same position as the state where the vegetable container 13 is stored in the vegetable room 6 and the drawer type door 14 is closed. For this reason, the tall articles P descend and do not hinder the removal of the food stored in the vegetable storage chamber 33 on the back side of the tall article storage section 32, and the food stored in the deep section of the vegetable storage chamber 33 is removed. Easy to take out. T1 shown in FIG. 3 indicates a linear distance drawn from the state in which the drawer-type door 14 is closed to the maximum ascending position, and T2 indicates a linear distance from the maximum ascending position to the end of the extraction of the vegetable container 13.
[0030]
By pushing the drawer-type door 14 backward from the state where the drawer of the vegetable container 13 has been pulled out and storing the vegetable container 13 in the vegetable room 6, the roller 53 moves along the curve of the guide groove 40, and the above-described outward movement is performed. The operation member 35 is rotated by an operation reverse to the above, and the article placing bottom plate 31 once rises to the maximum rising position, and then returns to the initial position when the drawer type door 14 is closed.
[0031]
As described above, since the article P stored in the tall article storage section 32 rises by pulling out the vegetable container 13 halfway, the tall article P stored in the tall article storage section 32, as well as the tall article P, It is easy to take it out even in the case of an article having a low value. Then, in a state where the vegetable container 13 is largely pulled out, the article placement bottom plate 31 is lowered and the articles P stored in the tall article storage section 32 are lowered, so that the articles stored in the back of the vegetable container 13 can be taken out. It will be easier.
[0032]
In order to maintain stability so that the article P stored in the tall article storage section 32 does not descend at the maximum ascending position, the article placing bottom plate 31 becomes the maximum ascending position slightly before the final pull-out position of the vegetable container 13, It is desirable to keep that state until the vegetable container 13 is finally pulled out. For this reason, it is sufficient to form a straight portion 40B along the drawing direction of the vegetable container 13 at the terminal end of the guide groove 40 as shown in FIG.
[0033]
In FIG. 5, the form of the guide groove 40 is different from that described above. That is, the guide groove 40 has a curved shape from the initial position to the maximum rising position, and the guide groove 40 has a linear shape along the drawing direction of the vegetable container 13 from the maximum rising position to the final drawing position of the vegetable container 13. 53A is an initial position of the roller 53, 53B is a position of the roller 53 at a maximum ascending position where the article mounting bottom plate 31 first reaches, and 53C is a position of the roller 53 at a final position where the vegetable container 13 is pulled out. . With this configuration, the article mounting bottom plate 31 gradually rises while the roller 53 moves from the position 53A to the position 53B as the vegetable container 13 is pulled out, reaches the maximum rising position at the position 53B, and the roller 53 moves to the position 53B. To 53C, it remains at the maximum raised position.
[0034]
In the form of FIG. 5, the operation from the initial position to the intermediate position of the drawer of the vegetable container 13 is the same as that of FIGS. Since the bottom plate 31 remains at the maximum raised position and the articles P stored in the tall article storage section 32 are kept at the raised position when the vegetable container 13 is pulled out halfway, there is an effect that it can be easily taken out at any time.
[0035]
By pushing the drawer-type door 14 backward from the state in which the drawer of the vegetable container 13 has been pulled out and storing the vegetable container 13 in the vegetable room 6, the straight line of the guide groove 40 is obtained by the operation reverse to the above-mentioned operation in the forward direction Y1. The roller 53 moves along the portion, and the operating member 35 rotates from a position past the linear portion, and the article mounting bottom plate 31 gradually descends from the maximum rising position. Then, when the drawer type door 14 is closed, it returns to the initial position. Y1 indicates a forward path, and Y2 indicates a return path.
[0036]
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the guide groove 40. In this case, the guide groove 40 is linear along the drawing direction of the vegetable container 13 from the initial position to the middle of the drawing of the vegetable container 13, and thereafter the guide groove 40 has a curved shape to the drawing position of the vegetable container 13. is there. 53A is an initial position of the roller 53, 53B is a position where the article mounting bottom plate 31 starts to rise, and 53C is a position of the roller 53 at a final position where the vegetable container 13 is pulled out. With this configuration, the article mounting bottom plate 31 does not move up while the roller 53 moves from the position of 53A to 53B as the vegetable container 13 is pulled out, and the article mounting bottom plate 31 moves when the roller 53 moves from 53B to 53C. The placing bottom plate 31 gradually rises, and reaches the maximum rising position at the position of 53C.
[0037]
The drawer-type door 14 is pushed backward from the state where the drawer of the vegetable container 13 has been pulled out, and the vegetable container 13 is stored in the vegetable room 6. The roller 53 moves along, the operating member 35 rotates, and the article mounting bottom plate 31 gradually descends from the maximum raised position, and returns to the initial position when the drawer type door 14 is closed. Y1 indicates a forward path, and Y2 indicates a return path.
[0038]
In the embodiment of FIG. 6, since the article placing bottom plate 31 does not rise from the initial position to the middle position of the drawer of the vegetable container 13, the tall articles P are also located at lower positions in the tall article storage section 32 in this range. , And does not come into contact with the upper edge of the front opening of the vegetable compartment 6 while the vegetable container 13 is being pulled out. Then, by further pulling out the vegetable container 13, the article placing bottom plate 31 gradually rises toward the final position, and the article placing bottom plate 31 becomes the maximum rising position at the final drawing position of the vegetable container 13. .
[0039]
In order to maintain stability such that the articles P stored in the tall article storage section 32 do not drop at the maximum ascending position, the article mounting bottom plate 31 becomes the maximum ascending position slightly before the final withdrawal position of the vegetable container 13. It is desirable to maintain that state until the vegetable container 13 is finally pulled out. For this reason, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 6, a straight line portion 40B is formed at the end of the guide groove 40 along the drawing direction of the vegetable container 13, and when the roller 53 is positioned on the straight line portion 40B (see the dotted line 53C). Position) may be set as the final withdrawal position of the vegetable container 13.
[0040]
FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment of the guide groove 40. In this case, the operation of the outward path Y1 from the initial position to the final position of extracting the vegetable container 13 is the same as that shown in FIGS. That is, the form of the forward path Y1 of the guide groove 40 is the same as that shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, but a straight return path Y2 along the drawing direction of the vegetable container 13 is separately formed in parallel with the forward path Y1. New in that. In the guide groove 40, the outward path Y1 and the return path Y2 are continuous at both ends and have a substantially D-shaped shape as a whole. Then, the roller 53 moves on the outward path Y1 with the withdrawal of the vegetable container 13 from the initial position 53A, the article mounting bottom plate 31 becomes the maximum ascending position at the position of 53B, and 53C at the final withdrawal position of the vegetable container 13. Position, and the article mounting bottom plate 31 is at the lowered position.
[0041]
The final position 53C is the start end of the return path Y2. When the drawer-type door 14 is pushed rearward from the state where the drawing of the vegetable container 13 is completed, the vegetable container 13 is stored in the vegetable room 6, and the roller 53 is guided by the guide groove. The roller 53 returns to the initial position 53A when it moves along the return path Y2 of 40 and the drawer type door 14 is closed. This initial position 53A is the start position of the forward path Y1 because the next drawing is performed smoothly.
[0042]
In the state where the extraction of the vegetable container 13 has been completed, the article mounting bottom plate 31 is at the lowered position, so that the article mounting bottom plate 31 keeps the lowered position on the return path Y2. For this reason, the articles P stored in the tall article storage section 32 do not come into contact with the upper edge 6A of the front opening of the vegetable compartment 6 during the storing operation of pushing the vegetable container 13.
[0043]
As described above, since the height and height of the bottom of the article placement bottom plate 31 can be set by the shape of the guide groove 40, the size of the vegetable compartment 6, the size of the vegetable container 13, and the article placement by the bottom plate operation mechanism 30. Various forms may be set according to the degree of elevation of the bottom plate 31 and the like.
[0044]
In addition, on the left and right sides of the article mounting bottom plate 31, the gap between the left and right side walls of the tall article storage unit 32 becomes large at the position where the article mounting bottom plate 31 is lowered and the position where it is raised. There is a possibility that another object may be fitted and hinder the operation of the article mounting bottom plate 31. As a countermeasure for this, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, an article placing floating plate 60 longer in the left-right direction than the article placing bottom plate 31 is attached to the article placing bottom plate 31. The clearance is covered by the floating plate 60 for placing articles. The left and right ends of the article placing floating plate 60 are loosely fitted in the guide portions 61 on the left and right side walls of the tall article storage section 32, and the article P stored in the tall article storage section 32 is It is mounted on the mounting floating plate 60. As a result, when the article mounting bottom plate 31 moves up and down by the pulling operation involving the rotation of the movable support members 49 and 50 via the connecting member 38 as described above, the article mounting floating plate 60 is moved to the guide portion 61.
