本発明は、買った人が自分でソフトクリームをコーンカップに抽出し、持ち帰ることができるようにしたソフトクリーム自動販売方法およびその装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、ソフトクリーム市場は対面販売が中心を占めており、販売者はソフトクリームをコーンカップに体裁良く抽出して顧客に売るのが一般的であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そのため、従来においては、買った人が自分でソフトクリームをコーンカップに抽出して持ち帰ることができるソフトクリーム自動販売装置が存在していなかった。しかも、従来のような対面販売の場合においては、コーンカップ内へのソフトクリームの抽出技術にかなりの訓練が必要となり、出来上がりにどうしても個人差が出てしまうのが実情である。また、従来のソフトクリーム製造装置は、定期的に洗浄、殺菌が必要であり、その作業ごとにロスが発生し、コストアップに繋がっていた。さらに、使用前後の清掃に大変な労力が必要となって、衛生管理の面でも問題があった。この他、装置の単価も高額であり、また、人件費もかかってしまうという問題点を有していた。

そこで、本発明は叙上のような従来存した諸事情に鑑み創出されたもので、一人用のソフトクリームをパックセット可能にすることで、買った人が自分でソフトクリームをコーンカップに抽出して持ち帰ることができ、しかも、装置に直接触れることなくソフトクリームを自動的に抽出し、衛生面を確保して保険所の許可も不要となり、装置自体の洗浄も不要で且つ操作上のロスも少なくできるようにした低価格のソフトクリーム自動販売方法およびその装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述した課題を達成するため、本発明に係るソフトクリーム自動販売方法にあっては、コイン投入口にコインを入れ、選択ボタンを押すことでソフトクリームの種類が選択されたセットケースがセットケース販売装置から排出され、冷凍保存されていたセットケースの内部からコーンカップと、ソフトクリームを充填しているソフトクリーム容器をそれぞれ取り出し、ソフトクリーム容器は押出装置の容器挿入口より容器載置台に載せ、コーンカップは押出装置のコーン挿入口よりカップ載置台に載せた後、押出装置の押出部における雄型をソフトクリーム容器の上側から加圧進入させてソフトクリーム容器を圧潰させ、容器内部に充填しているソフトクリームをコーンカップ内に供給することで、上述した課題を解決した。

一方、本発明に係るソフトクリーム自動販売装置にあっては、押出ユニットの加圧動作によりソフトクリーム容器を圧潰させて内部のソフトクリームを下方に押し出すための押出装置と、ソフトクリームを入れるコーンカップ、ソフトクリームを密封状に充填している圧潰可能なソフトクリーム容器のそれぞれを収納したセットケースを販売するセットケース販売装置とを、それぞれ併設して成ることで、同じく上述した課題を解決した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図面を参照して本発明の一実施の形態を説明する。本発明に係るソフトクリーム自動販売装置１は、後述する押出ユニットの加圧動作により、例えば、ブロー成型容器等のソフトクリーム容器Ｒを圧潰させて内部のソフトクリームを下方に押し出すための押出装置２と、ソフトクリームを入れるコーンカップＱ、ソフトクリームを密封状に充填している圧潰可能なソフトクリーム容器Ｒのそれぞれを内部に収納した、例えば、円筒箱状に成形したセットケースＰ（図２参照）を販売するためのセットケース販売装置３とを、それぞれ併設して成る。
