Description

【0001】

[0031]
(Embodiment 3)
In each of the first and second embodiments, as a method of attaching the attachment frame to which the wiring devices 12 and 13 are attached to the attachment windows 8a and 8b, a clip metal or a wood screw is used. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. By using a simple holding frame 30 and a mounting frame 40 as shown in FIG. 8, mounting of the mounting frame 40 to the mounting windows 8a and 8b is facilitated.
[0032]
First, the mounting frame 40 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0033]
In the mounting frame 40 shown in FIG. 8, engaging protrusions 410 and 420 having outward claws 410a and 420a at the ends for holding the mounting frame 40 on the holding frame 30 described later are erected on the rear side, respectively. Left and right sides respectively formed with upper and lower portions 41 and 42 and a plurality of locking holes (not shown) for mounting a maximum of three so-called one-module-sized wiring devices. 43 and the right side part 44 are formed in a frame shape integrally.
[0034]
Similarly, in the upper part 41 and the lower part 42, oval-shaped screw insertion holes 211 and 221 for screwing to a metal fitting or the like at the back of the mounting hole of the wall are respectively formed as engaging projections. In addition to being formed near 410 and 420, mounting holes (see FIG. 5) for mounting the decorative plate 9 are formed on both sides of the screw insertion holes 211 and 221.
[0035]
In short, the mounting frame 40 is, for example, a conventional resin mounting frame except that the engaging projections 410, 420 having the claws 410a, 420a are respectively provided on the rear sides of the upper portion 41 and the lower portion 42. Since the configuration is the same, a more detailed description is omitted.
[0036]
Next, the holding frame 30 will be described with reference to FIG. The holding frame 30 is attached to the panel plate 4 at the position of the attachment window 8 formed in the panel plate 4 of the wall panel 1 as shown in FIG. The holding frame 40 for mounting the device 13 is held, and bending points 331 and 341 for bending both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 to the rear side are formed on the left part 33 and the right part 34 by resin. Each is formed in a frame shape. In the first embodiment, the holding frame 30 is made of a flexible resin, and is formed with triangular cutouts 332 and 342 that are respectively opened on the back side in the center of the left part 33 and the right part 34. The apexes of the notches 332 and 342 are the bending points 331 and 341 respectively.
[0037]
The upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are respectively provided with flange parts 310 and 320 that abut (close to) the rear surface of the panel plate 4 in the vertical direction from the rear side. On the other hand, on the upper and lower ends of the left side portion 33 and the right side portion 34, flange portions 330 and 340 which abut (approach) the front surface of the panel plate 4 from the front side in the left-right direction are provided upright.
[0038]
Further, the upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32 are provided with engaging portions 311 and 321 respectively engaging with the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 of the mounting frame 40. The engaging portions 311 and 321 are formed in a tapered shape in which the height increases toward the front side (the right side in FIG. 7B) of the inner peripheral surface and the rear side (the left side in FIG. Then, the claws 410a, 420a at the tips of the engaging projections 410, 420 are made to go over the tapered portion, and the claws 410a, 420a are locked to the step surfaces 311a, 321a, respectively.
[0039]
The upper part 31, the upper part 32, the left part 33, and the right part 34 are formed with fitting spring parts 313, 323, 333, and 343, respectively, for tightly fitting with the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4. I have. Of these, the fitting spring portions 313 and 323 are in a state of being erected from the flange portions 310 and 320 while being inclined outward toward the front side. On the other hand, each of the fitting spring portions 333 and 343 is notched at its periphery, and is in a state of being erected from the rear side to the front side while being inclined outward.
[0040]
Further, fixing claws 334 and 344 for fixing the holding frame 30 to the panel plate 4 are formed on the left side 33 and the right side 34 on both sides of the cutouts 332 and 342 on the back side. The fixing claws 334 and 344 are formed in a tapered shape in which the height increases toward the front side and a step occurs at the end thereof, and the tapered portion climbs over the thickness portion of the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4 so that the stepped portion is formed. The surfaces 334a and 344a are configured to be locked to the back surface of the panel plate 4, respectively.
[0041]
The procedure for assembling the holding frame 30 and the mounting frame 40 having such a structure will be described. First, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 of the holding frame 30 are attached. It bends to the back side, and in this state, the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are inserted deep into the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4 as shown in FIG.
[0042]
Subsequently, while pressing the bending points 331 and 341 sides of the holding frame 30, as shown in FIGS. 9D and 9E, the flange portions 310 and 320 are sunk into the back side of the panel plate 4. The fixing claws 334 and 344 are pushed in until the step surfaces 334a and 344a of the fixing claws 334 and 344 are locked to the rear surface of the panel plate 4, respectively, so that the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 bent to the rear side are returned to the original state. return. Thus, the attachment of the holding frame 30 to the panel plate 4 is completed.
[0043]
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 10A to 10D, the mounting frame 40 to which the wired wiring device 13 is mounted is installed in the holding frame 30 mounted on the panel plate 4 at the position of the mounting window 8. The engaging projections 410 and 420 are inserted so as to be accommodated in predetermined positions. At this time, the claws 410a and 420a of the engaging projections 410 and 420 pass over the engaging portions 311 and 321 of the holding frame 30, and are locked to the step surfaces 311a and 321a. Thereby, the attachment frame 40 is held by the holding frame 30 attached to the panel plate 4 (FIG. 3). Then, as shown in FIGS. 10E to 10F, the decorative plate 9 is attached to the mounting frame 40 in the same manner as in the related art.
[0044]
By the way, since the holding frame 30 has a shape that is symmetrical in the vertical and horizontal directions, it is needless to say that the upper frame 31 and the upper frame 32 can be used in exactly the same manner even when the upper frame 32 is reversed.
[0045]
According to the holding frame 30 described above, it is possible to shorten the construction time, reduce the construction cost, improve the mounting accuracy and strength of the wiring equipment, and omit the work of relocating / extending the wiring equipment.
[0046]
Specifically, the holding frame 30 is formed in a frame shape having bending points 331 and 341 for bending both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 to the rear side in the left part 33 and the right part 34, respectively. In a state where both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are bent to the rear side, the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are inserted into the back of the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4, and the upper part 31 bent to the rear side By returning the upper portion 32 to the original state, the holding frame 30 can be mounted on the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4 extremely easily without using a tool. The upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are provided with upright flange parts 310 and 320, respectively, which come into contact with the back surface of the panel plate 4 in the vertical direction from the back side, and the left part 33 and the right part 34 respectively have the front side. Since the flange portions 330 and 340 that abut on the front surface of the panel plate 4 are provided upright in the left-right direction, the flange portions 310 and 320 prevent the front panel from falling off, and prevent the mounting window 8 from falling behind. This can be prevented by the flange portions 330 and 340. Further, it is also possible to remove the holding frame 30 from the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4 in a procedure reverse to the above.
[0047]
The holding frame 30 has tapered engagement portions 311 and 321 formed on the front side of the inner peripheral surfaces of the upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32. On the other hand, the mounting frame 40 is provided with engaging projections 410, 420 erected on the back side and having outwardly extending claws 410 a, 420 a at the ends so as to correspond to the engaging portions 311, 321. By inserting the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 of the mounting frame 40 into the holding frame 30 mounted on the panel plate 4 at the position of the mounting window 8, the claws of the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 are inserted. Since the engagement portions 410a and 420a move over the engagement portions 311 and 321 of the holding frame 30 and are locked to the step surfaces 311a and 321a, a transient load is applied to the engagement protrusions 410 and 420 without using a tool. Extremely simple The mounting frame 40 can be held by the holding frame 30.
[0048]
With this configuration, attachment of the attachment frame 40 is facilitated. Note that other configurations may employ the configuration of the first or second embodiment, and thus description and illustration are omitted.
[0049]
