Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring system using a wall panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, the wiring system adopted in dwelling units such as apartment houses and detached houses is used for electric wires, switches, outlets, etc. installed in the dwelling units, telephones, intercoms, TV hearing devices, etc. Most of the wires such as communication lines to be connected are laid in a double ceiling or a wall panel.
[0003]
By the way, wiring is performed using a wall panel, such as an electric wire suspended from the ceiling side into the wall panel and an embedded wiring device (for example, a switch, an outlet, etc.) attached to the surface side of the wall panel. There is a wiring system in which a connector device for connecting a connected wiring (appliance side wiring) is arranged on the back of the ceiling near the ceiling side end of the wall panel. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
Alternatively, there is a wall panel in which a connection device is disposed inside a portion relatively close to the ceiling. (For example, see Patent Document 2)

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0014]
(Basic configuration 1 )
FIG. 1 shows an example in which a partition wall is constructed by using a wall panel 1 for wiring facilities. As shown in the figure, a wall panel 1 for a wiring system, a wall panel 2 for partition, and the like are connected on the floor F as shown in the figure. The partition wall is configured by standing so as to be in contact with the indoor ceiling panel (not shown) of the double ceiling.
[0015]
Here, the wall panel 1 is configured by disposing panel plates 4 and 4 on the front and back of a frame body in which frame members 3 are arranged on both sides and upper and lower sides, for example, as shown in FIG. , 4, an internal space 6 is formed, and this internal space 6 is used as a wiring space. An electric wire (power line) wired on the back of the ceiling is suspended in the internal space 6 on the ceiling end side. An opening 7 for introducing an electric wire is provided. Then, below the opening 7 for introducing the electric wire, a predetermined height position of the panel panel 4 on the front side which is the indoor side (a two-height position a from the floor appropriate for the wall switch and a height from the floor F appropriate for the outlet) At the position b), mounting windows 8a and 8b for mounting the embedded wiring apparatus are opened.
[0016]
A mounting frame (not shown) to which the wiring device is detachably attached is attached to the mounting windows 8a and 8b, and the panel plate 4 is clamped by a clamp (not shown), or can be attached detachably. It is designed to be removably attached directly with wood screws. Since this construction method is a well-known method, description thereof is omitted.
[0017]
And the rear part of the wiring appliance attached to the attachment frame is housed in the wall panel 1, and the front part faces the indoor side. Then, the opening of the attachment windows 8a and 8b and the attachment frame are covered by attaching the decorative plate 9 provided with a window for exposing the front part of the wiring device in the center to the front part side of the attachment frame.
[0018]
Now , in this wiring system , as shown in FIG. 1, on the back of the ceiling of the storage room 10 of the double-ceiling electrical equipment so as to correspond to the wiring device 12 consisting of an outlet attached to the wall panel 1 and the wiring device 13 consisting of a switch. The corresponding power lines L1 and L1 ′ are led out from the wiring box 22, and one of the power lines 1 is directly introduced into the internal space 6 from the wire introduction opening 7 of the wall panel 1, and the leading end thereof reaches the vicinity of the mounting window 8b. The interior space 6 is suspended. The other power line L1 ′ is connected to the molding unit 21 arranged behind the ceiling.
[0019]
The molding unit 21 is for connecting the power line L1 ′ to the wiring L2 of the lighting fixture 20 through the wiring fixture 12 made of a switch. From the molding unit 21, a power line L3 connected to the switch side is derived. The power line L5 is introduced into the internal space 6 from the wire insertion inlet 7 of the wall panel 1, and its tip is suspended near the attachment window 8a.
[0020]
Here, the mounting frame for mounting the wiring device 12 made of a switch is mounted on the mounting window 8a as described above, but the device-side wiring L4 connected to the connection terminal (not shown) on the back surface of the wiring device 12. The connector of the connector device 11 is attached in advance to the tip of the connector device 11, and the connector of the connector device 11 attached to the tip of the power line L3 existing in the vicinity is connected.
[0021]
In addition, the mounting frame to which the wiring device 13 made of an outlet is mounted is attached to the mounting window 8b as described above, but the appliance side wiring L5 connected to the connection terminal (not shown) on the back surface of the wiring device 13 is also provided. The connector of the connector device 11 is attached in advance to the tip, and the connector of the connector device 11 attached to the tip of the power line L1 existing in the vicinity is connected.
[0022]
Thus, in the construction, the mounting window is attached to the connection of the power lines L3 and L1 hanging down in the vicinity of the mounting windows 8a and 8b with the mounting frames and the wiring devices 12 and 13 removed from the mounting windows 8a and 8b, respectively. The connected devices of the appliance side wirings L4 and L5 are connected via 8a and 8b to electrically connect the power lines L1 and L3 and the appliance side wirings L4 and L5.
[0023]
And after this connection, if each attachment frame which has attached the wiring devices 12 and 13 is attached to the corresponding attachment windows 8a and 8b, and the decorative plate 9 is attached to the attachment frame, the installation and wiring of the wiring devices 12 and 13 Is completed.
[0024]
Now, as described above, according to the extension regulations prescribed by the electric power company and the electrical equipment technical standards, it is necessary to provide an inspection window at the arrangement position of the connector device that connects the electric wire and the wiring on the appliance side. In the present wiring system , since the connector device 11 is positioned in the vicinity of the mounting windows 8a and 8b, the connector device 11 can be inspected from the mounting windows 8a and 8b by removing the wiring devices 12 and 13 together with the mounting frame. . That is, it is possible to construct a wiring system using the wall panel 1 that also serves as the installation windows 8a and 8b of the wiring appliances 12 and 13 as inspection windows that can satisfy the extension regulations of the electric power company and electrical equipment technical standards.
[0025]
The wall panel 1 used in the present wiring system has a standardized dimension together with the other partition wall panel 2, and when the standard width dimension (for example, 900 mm) of the partition wall panel 2 is used as a unit dimension, / 3 (300mm), 2/3 (600mm), etc., with a size of 1 / integer multiple, or an integral multiple of that size, and the appropriate horizontal width depending on the size of the room. It has come to be.
[0026]
(Basic configuration 2)
In the wiring system described in the basic configuration 1, the installation windows 8 a and 8 b for mounting the appliances directly are opened on the wall panel 1. However, as shown in FIG. 3, the wiring windows 8 a and 8 b are opened. The boards 14a and 14b may be used so that the wiring boards 14a and 14b are fitted into the openings 40 (see FIG. 4) formed in the panel plate 4 of the wall panel 1.
[0027]
In other words, the wiring board 14a (or 14b) is connected to the back surface of the wiring board 14a (or 14b) adjacent to the opening position of the mounting window 8a (or 8b) as shown in FIGS. The joint box 15 is arranged, the ends of the power lines L1 and L3 suspended as described above in the internal space 6 of the wall panel 1 are connected to the joint box 15, and the connection device of the connector device 11 is provided in the joint box 15. The to-be-connected tool of the connector apparatus 11 of the apparatus side wirings L4 and L5 from the wiring apparatuses 12 and 13 is connected.
[0028]
In the case of this wiring system , the wiring fixtures 12 and 13 are previously mounted on the mounting windows 8a and 8b on the wiring boards 14a and 14b side using the mounting frame in the same manner as described above, and the power lines L1 and , L3, and the connected devices of the connector device 11 of the device-side wirings L4 and L5 of the wiring devices 12 and 13 are connected to the connector of the connector device 11 on the joint box 15 side. After completion of the connection, the wiring boards 14a and 14b are screwed to the corresponding openings 40 of the panel plate 4 to complete the construction.
[0029]
Now, as described above, according to the extension regulations prescribed by the electric power company and the electrical equipment technical standards, it is necessary to provide an inspection window at the arrangement position of the connector device that connects the electric wire and the wiring on the appliance side. Also in this wiring system , since the connector device 11 of the joint box 15 is located in the vicinity of the mounting windows 8a and 8b, the mounting windows 8a and 8b can be removed by removing the wiring devices 12 and 13 from the mounting windows 8a and 8b. 8b, the connector device 11 can be inspected. That is, the mounting windows 8a and 8b of the wiring boards 14a and 14b also serve as inspection windows that can satisfy the power company extension regulations and electrical equipment technical standards.
[0030]
In addition , the wall panel 1 used for this wiring system is also prepared with a standardized horizontal width as in the wiring system described in the basic configuration.
[0031]
(Embodiment 1)
In any of the wiring systems described in the basic configurations 1 and 2 described above, pinching metal fittings and wood screws are used as a method of attaching the attachment frame to which the wiring devices 12 and 13 are attached to the attachment windows 8a and 8b. Then, by using the holding frame 30 as shown in FIG. 7 and the attachment frame 40 as shown in FIG. 8, the attachment frame 40 can be easily attached to the attachment windows 8a and 8b.
[0032]
First, the mounting frame 40 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0033]
In the mounting frame 40 shown in FIG. 8, engagement protrusions 410 and 420 having outward claws 410 a and 420 a at their tips for holding the mounting frame 40 on a holding frame 30 described later are provided on the back side. Left and right side portions formed with a plurality of locking holes (not shown) for attaching a maximum of three so-called one-module wiring devices. 43 and the right side part 44 are formed in the frame shape which has integrally.
[0034]
Further, in the same manner as in the prior art, oval screw insertion holes 211 and 221 for screwing to a metal fitting or the like on the back side of the wall mounting hole are respectively formed on the upper side portion 41 and the lower side portion 42. In addition to being formed in the vicinity of 410 and 420, attachment holes (see FIG. 5) for attaching the decorative plate 9 are formed on both sides of the screw insertion holes 211 and 221.
[0035]
In short, the mounting frame 40 is, for example, a conventional resin mounting frame except that the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 having the claws 410a and 420a are erected on the back side of the upper portion 41 and the lower portion 42, respectively. Since the configuration is the same, a more detailed description is omitted.
[0036]
Next, the holding frame 30 will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the holding frame 30 is attached to the panel plate 4 at the position of the mounting window 8 formed on the panel plate 4 of the wall panel 1, and is wired such as an outlet embedded in the mounting window 8. An attachment frame 40 for attaching the instrument 13 is held, and bending points 331 and 341 for bending both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 to the back side are formed on the left part 33 and the right part 34 by resin. Each has a frame shape. In the wiring system described in the basic configuration , the holding frame 30 is made of a flexible resin, and triangular cutout portions 332 and 342 that open to the back side are formed in the central portions of the left side portion 33 and the right side portion 34, respectively. The apex sides of the notches 332 and 342 are the bending points 331 and 341, respectively.
[0037]
The upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32 are respectively provided with flange portions 310 and 320 that come into contact with (be close to) the back surface of the panel plate 4 in the vertical direction from the back surface side. On the other hand, on the upper and lower end sides of the left side portion 33 and the right side portion 34, flange portions 330 and 340 are provided so as to abut (adjacent) the front surface of the panel plate 4 in the left-right direction from the front side.
[0038]
The upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32 are provided with engaging portions 311 and 321 that engage with the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 of the mounting frame 40, respectively. These engagement portions 311 and 321 are formed in a tapered shape on the front side (right side in FIG. 7B) of the inner peripheral surface, and the height increases on the back side (left side in the same figure), and a step is formed at the end. Then, the claw portions 410a and 420a at the tips of the engagement protrusions 410 and 420 are moved over the tapered portions, and the claw portions 410a and 420a are engaged with the step surfaces 311a and 321a, respectively.
[0039]
Further, on the upper part 31, the upper part 32, the left part 33 and the right part 34, fitting spring parts 313, 323, 333, and 343 are formed to be strongly fitted by the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4, respectively. Yes. Among these, the fitting spring portions 313 and 323 are in a standing state while being inclined outward from the flange portions 310 and 320 toward the front side, respectively. On the other hand, each of the fitting spring portions 333 and 343 is notched and is erected while being inclined outward from the back side toward the front side.
[0040]
Furthermore, fixing claws 334 and 344 for fixing the holding frame 30 to the panel plate 4 are formed on both sides of the notch portions 332 and 342 on the back side, respectively, on the left side portion 33 and the right side portion 34. These fixing claws 334 and 344 are formed in a tapered shape in which the height increases toward the front side and a step is formed at the end thereof, and the tapered portion climbs over the thickness portion of the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4, and the level difference therebetween. The surfaces 334a and 344a are structured to be engaged with the back surface of the panel plate 4, respectively.
[0041]
The assembly procedure of the holding frame 30 and the mounting frame 40 having such a structure will be described. First, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 of the holding frame 30 are attached. Bending toward the back side, in this state, as shown in FIG. 9C, the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are inserted into the back of the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4.
[0042]
Subsequently, while pressing the bending points 331 and 341 of the holding frame 30, as shown in FIGS. 9D and 9E, the flange portions 310 and 320 are inserted into the back side of the panel plate 4. The fixed claws 334 and 344 are pushed in until the step surfaces 334a and 344a of the fixed claws 334 and 344 are respectively engaged with the back surface of the panel plate 4, and the upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32 bent to the back side are returned to the original state. return. Thereby, the attachment of the holding frame 30 to the panel board 4 is completed.
[0043]
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 10A to 10D, the mounting frame 40 in which the wired wiring device 13 is attached in the holding frame 30 attached to the panel plate 4 at the position of the attachment window 8. The engaging protrusions 410 and 420 are inserted so as to be in a predetermined position. At this time, the claws 410a and 420a of the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 get over the engaging portions 311 and 321 of the holding frame 30, respectively, and are locked to the step surfaces 311a and 321a. Thereby, the attachment frame 40 is hold | maintained at the holding frame 30 attached to the panel board 4 (FIG. 3). After that, as shown in FIGS. 10E to 10F, the decorative plate 9 is attached to the mounting frame 40 in the same manner as in the prior art.
[0044]
Incidentally, since the holding frame 30 has a vertically and horizontally symmetrical shape, it goes without saying that even if the upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32 are reversed, they can be used in the same manner as described above.
[0045]
According to the holding frame 30 described above, it is possible to shorten the construction time, reduce the construction cost, improve the wiring equipment mounting accuracy and strength, and omit the wiring equipment relocation / expansion work.
[0046]
Specifically, the holding frame 30 is formed in a frame shape having bending points 331 and 341 for bending both the upper side portion 31 and the upper side portion 32 to the back side on the left side portion 33 and the right side portion 34, respectively. In a state where both the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 are bent to the back side, the upper part 31 and the upper part 32 side are inserted into the back of the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4, and the upper part 31 bent to the back side and By returning the upper part 32 to the original state, the holding frame 30 can be attached to the attachment window 8 of the panel plate 4 very easily without using a tool. The upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32 are respectively provided with flange portions 310 and 320 which are in contact with the back surface of the panel plate 4 in the vertical direction from the back surface side, and the left side portion 33 and the right side portion 34 are respectively provided on the front side. Since the flange portions 330 and 340 that are in contact with the front surface of the panel plate 4 in the left-right direction are erected, the flange portions 310 and 320 prevent the front portion from falling off, and the mounting window 8 is prevented from falling to the back side. This can be prevented by the flange portions 330 and 340. It is also possible to remove the holding frame 30 from the mounting window 8 of the panel plate 4 by the reverse procedure to the above.
[0047]
Further, the holding frame 30 is formed with tapered engaging portions 311 and 321 which are higher on the back side and have a step at the end thereof, on the front side of the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion 31 and the upper portion 32. On the other hand, the mounting frame 40 is provided with engaging protrusions 410 and 420 that are erected on the back side and have outward claws 410a and 420a at the tips so as to correspond to the engaging portions 311 and 321. By inserting the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 of the attachment frame 40 into the holding frame 30 attached to the panel plate 4 at the position of the attachment window 8, the claws of the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 are inserted. Since 410a and 420a get over the engaging portions 311 and 321 of the holding frame 30 and are locked to the step surfaces 311a and 321a, a transient load is applied to the engaging protrusions 410 and 420 without using a tool. It is very easy without affecting The mounting frame 40 can be held by the holding frame 30.
[0048]
With this configuration, the attachment frame 40 can be easily attached. In addition, since the other structure should just employ | adopt the structure of the wiring system demonstrated by the basic structures 1 and 2 , description and illustration are abbreviate | omitted.
[0049]
