Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an opening cover used for joining segments arranged along a circumferential direction and for closing an opening of a joint fitting provided at a joint end of the segment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method for constructing a tunnel, a so-called shield method is generally used, in which a segment (mainly made of concrete or steel) is assembled on the inner surface side of a borehole to construct a cylindrical wall. As the segments used in this shield method, those having a rectangular shape in a plan view and an arc plate shape are mainly used, and these segments are joined to each other.
Here, as a method for joining the segments, as shown in Patent Document 1, for example, a plurality of PC steel bars are embedded inside the segments along an arc surface, and lip grooves are provided at both ends of the PC steel bars. A cotter fitting having a slot in the mold is connected. Then, in a state where the segments are butted against each other and the cotter fittings are opposed to each other, a cotter having an H-shaped cross section is inserted from the inner surface of the segment in the thickness direction of the segment into the slot of the cotter fitting at the joint end face. are doing. By inserting the cotter into the slots of the cotter fitting in this way, the cotter fittings are drawn together to join the segments. Thereafter, a filler such as mortar is filled in the receiving notch of the cotter and the cotter is closed.
[0003]
It is also known that a cotter receiving notch is closed by attaching an opening cover to the cotter receiving notch, thereby preventing the cotter from falling even if the cotter comes off from the cotter receiving object.
As shown in FIG. 8, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the opening cover main body 111 for closing the receiving notch and the opening cover main body 111 are erected on one surface of the opening cover main body 111 so as to be separated from each other. And a pair of projections 112, 112 inserted into the receiving notch and engaging with the peripheral edge of the receiving notch. The opening lid 11 is attached by fitting the two projections 112 and 112 to the peripheral edge of the receiving notch.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the opening cover described above, the two projections are fitted and attached by being elastically deformed to the peripheral portion of the opening, and the cotter comes off from the cotter receiving object, and the opening is formed in both projections. It is generally said that even if a force is applied that pushes inward, it will not easily come out of the opening and come off. It is desirable to ensure.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an opening cover that can more reliably prevent a fall from an opening.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention of claim 1 is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 7 (a) to (e), a joining end of a segment 2 used for lining a tunnel 1. At the portion (joining end face 2a), a joining metal fitting (cotter metal fitting 3) is provided, and the joining metal fitting is formed with an opening 43 that opens to the inner surface 2a side of the segment so that the joining metal fittings face each other. After the segments are butted and joined to each other, the opening lid 10 provided in the opening to close the opening,
An opening lid main body 101 for closing the opening of the both joining metal fittings;
A pair of protruding portions 102, 102 which are erected on one surface of the opening cover main body so as to be spaced apart from each other, are inserted into the opening, and engage with a peripheral portion of the opening of the joint fitting;
A telescopic part 103 that is stretchable and stretchable between the protrusions;
And holding means for holding the stretchable portion in a state of being substantially equal to the distance between the protrusions or extending to a length equal to or longer than the distance between the protrusions.
[0008]
According to the invention of claim 1, the opening lid body closes the openings of both the joints, the pair of projections is inserted into the opening and engages with the peripheral edge of the opening, Since it is held in a state of being extended to a length substantially equal to or longer than the length between the projections by the holding means, unlike the conventional case, for example, even if the cotter falls out from the cotter receiving fitting and falls, the extended elastic portion holds the cotter. Because of the support, no pressing force is applied to both projections toward the inside of the opening. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the lid for opening from coming off from the opening and coming off.
In particular, when the elastic portion is held in a state where the elastic portion is extended to a length equal to or longer than the distance between the projecting portions, each projecting portion is pressed toward the peripheral edge of the opening by the elastic force of the elastic portion. Therefore, the lid for the opening can be firmly attached to the opening.
Further, since the opening is closed by the opening lid main body, the inside of the opening is not visible from the outside, and a finish excellent in appearance can be obtained.
[0009]
According to the invention of claim 2, for example, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) to 7 (e), in the lid for opening according to claim 1,
The expansion and contraction portion includes two bar-shaped members 103a and 103b, and one end of each of the two bar-shaped members is rotatably engaged with the opposing surfaces of the protrusions, and the other end is formed. Both are joined rotatably in one direction, and can be contracted by bending toward the opening lid body side,
The holding means includes a screw 104a that is screwed to the lid body for the opening to adjust the amount of protrusion from the lid body for the opening to the expansion / contraction section side. By pressing the expansion and contraction portion by projecting the expansion and contraction portion, the expansion and contraction portion is held in an extended state that is substantially linear.
[0010]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the expansion and contraction portion is pushed by projecting the screw from the opening body toward the expansion and contraction portion, and is held in a substantially linearly extended state. Accordingly, the configuration is such that a force for pressing the projections toward the inside of the opening is not applied to the projections, and it is possible to reliably prevent the opening cover from coming off from the opening and coming off.
In addition, since the elastic portion can be contracted by bending to the opening lid body side, the protrusion and the elastic portion can be easily inserted into the opening in a state where the elastic portion is contracted. Work becomes easy.
Further, the screw can be screwed into the opening body so that the expansion and contraction portion can be maintained in an extended state in which the expansion and contraction is substantially linear, so that the configuration is simple and the operation is easy.
[0011]

The expansion / contraction part 103 engages with the projections 33, 33 of the openings 43, 43, and the screw 104a protrudes toward the expansion / contraction part 103 side, and pushes the expansion / contraction part 103. Since the cotter 5 is held in an extended state that is substantially parallel to the cotter 5, for example, even when the cotter 5 falls out of the cotter receiving member 3, the extended elastic portion 103 supports the cotter 5. No force is applied to push the openings 43, 43 toward the inside. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the opening lid 10 from coming out of the openings 43 and 43 and coming off.
Further, since the elastic portion 103 is made contractible by bending to the side of the opening lid main body 101, the projecting portions 102, 102 can be easily inserted into the openings 43, 43 with the elastic portion 103 contracted. In addition, the expansion and contraction portion 103 can be inserted, and the mounting operation becomes easy.
Further, the structure is simple and the operation is simple, and in addition, the opening 43, 43 is closed by the opening lid main body 101, so that a finish excellent in appearance can be obtained.
[0034]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be appropriately modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the present embodiment, the elastic portion 103 is held by the screw 104a in a state of being extended to a length substantially equal to that between the protrusions 102, 102. You may make it hold | maintain in the expanded state. As a result, the projecting portions 102, 102 are pressed toward the projecting portions 33, 33 of the openings 43, 43 by the stretching force of the expandable portion 103, and the opening lid 10 is firmly attached to the openings 43, 43. It becomes possible.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, no force is applied to both of the projections to push the projection toward the inside of the opening. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the lid for opening from coming off from the opening and coming off.
In addition, since the elastic portion is made contractible by bending toward the opening lid body side, the protrusion and the elastic portion can be easily inserted into the opening in a state where the elastic portion is contracted, Mounting work becomes easy.
Furthermore, the structure is simple and the operation is simple, and in addition, the finish with excellent appearance can be obtained by closing the opening with the opening lid body.
