Description

The present invention relates to an engagement member that can be engaged with a C-shaped member, and an engagement member set.

Conventionally, for example, building materials such as exterior boards and heat insulating materials are attached to base members such as field edges and trunk edges. As the base member, C-shaped steel (C-shaped member) having a substantially U-shaped cross section is employed, and a pair of lip portions (lip walls) bent inward are formed at the open end of the C-shaped steel. ing. As an engagement member with which such C-shaped steel engages, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. As shown in FIG. 17, the engaging member 101 described in Patent Document 1 has a plate-like trapezoidal portion 102, and the trapezoidal portion 102 is inserted into the C-shaped steel 103 from the upper bottom 102a side. Then, both end portions on the lower base 102b side of the trapezoidal portion 102 constitute a locking claw (lip protrusion) 102c that is locked to a pair of lip portions.
JP 2002-38648 A

In recent years, it has been desired to further improve the coupling force between the C-shaped member and the engaging member engaged with the C-shaped member. In particular, even when the C-shaped member and the engaging member are deformed by an external load, the coupled state is maintained. What is sustainable is needed. Further, in the above engaging member, when the locking claw is inserted into the C-shaped member, the portion that comes into contact with the lip portion is the end face of the plate-shaped trapezoidal portion. There is a possibility that the locking claw may be damaged, and there is a possibility that the coupling state with the C-shaped member cannot be maintained. In addition, even when the material forming the C-shaped member is harder than the material forming the locking claw, the locking claw may be damaged when the locking claw is inserted into the C-shaped member. There is a possibility that the coupled state between the engaging member and the C-shaped member cannot be maintained.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and is an engagement member and an engagement member capable of preventing damage to the lip protrusion and improving the coupling force with the C-shaped member. An object is to provide a combination member set.

An engagement member according to the present invention is an engagement member that can be engaged with a C-shaped member having a substantially U-shaped cross section and having a pair of lip walls bent inward from an open end thereof, And a pair of facing wall portions standing from the plate portion and facing each other, and a top portion of the facing wall portion protrudes in the longitudinal direction of the plate portion and can be engaged with a pair of lip walls. The pair of lip projections is provided with a pair of bent pieces bent inward or outward from both side edges , and the bent pieces are engaged with the C-shaped member. The lip piece of the C-shaped member has a surface capable of surface contact .

The engagement member set according to the present invention includes a C-shaped member having a substantially U-shaped cross section and including a pair of lip walls bent inward from an open end portion thereof, and the engagement member. The pair of lip protrusions are engaged with the pair of lip walls.

When the engagement member and the C-shaped member are coupled using such an engagement member or engagement member set, the lip formed on the top is formed by pushing the top of the engagement member against the C-shaped member. The protrusion is inserted into the C-shaped member, and the lip protrusion of the engaging member is locked to the lip wall of the C-shaped member. Here, in addition to the lip protrusion, the engaging member further includes a bent piece that is bent inward or outward from both side edges of the lip protrusion, so that the bent piece is a lip wall of the C-shaped member. It is arrange | positioned in the position which can engage. For example, when the C-shaped member or the engaging member is deformed by an external load, the bent piece engages with the lip wall, and is less slippery than before, and the engaging member is less likely to come off from the C-shaped member. As a result, it is possible to improve the coupling force between the engaging member and the C-shaped member. In addition, since the bending piece formed by bending from both side edge portions of the lip protrusion is provided, when the lip protrusion is inserted into the C-shaped member, the bending piece pushes the lip wall of the C-shaped member and The power can be distributed. This facilitates coupling of the engaging member to the C-shaped member. If the material constituting the lip wall is harder than the material constituting the lip protrusion and the bent piece, the bending piece is deformed when the lip protrusion is inserted into the C-shaped member, and the force applied at that time is changed. And the engaging member can be coupled to the C-shaped member without damaging the lip protrusion and the bent piece.

Here, as a preferable configuration that exerts the above-described action, the top portion of the facing wall portion has a substantially trapezoidal trapezoidal portion, the lower bottom portion of the trapezoidal portion is disposed on the plate portion side, and the pair of lip protrusions are A configuration in which the bottom portion is included and can be engaged with the lip wall, and the bent piece is bent from the hypotenuse portion of the trapezoidal portion is exemplified. If it carries out like this, the engaging member of a simple structure can be obtained and cost reduction can be achieved.

In addition, when the pair of bent pieces are bent at an obtuse angle, the distal ends of the pair of bent pieces are wider than the width of the lip protrusion, so that when the engagement member is coupled to the C-shaped member, By the springback that is opened again after the bent piece is closed once, the distal end side of the bent piece is wider than the distance between the pair of lip walls, and the bent piece can be more reliably engaged with the lip wall. As a result, the engagement member is further less likely to come off from the C-shaped member.

The C-shaped member has a lip groove formed between the lip wall and the side wall, and the bent piece is configured to be engageable with the lip groove. When the C-shaped member or the engaging member is deformed, The bent piece enters deeply into the lip groove. As a result, the engagement member is further less likely to come off from the C-shaped member.

The engagement member according to the present invention has a pair of lip walls having a substantially U-shaped cross section and bent inward from an open end portion thereof, and a lip groove is formed between the lip wall and the side wall. An engagement member that can be engaged with a mold member, and is a flat plate portion extending along a first direction, and extends along a second direction that is erected from the plate portion and orthogonal to the first direction. A pair of facing wall portions facing each other, and an insertion plate that is bent and formed along the third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction from the top of the facing wall portion and inserted into the C-shaped member The insertion plate is bent from both side edges thereof and includes a pair of bent pieces that can be engaged with the pair of lip grooves, and when the bent pieces are engaged with the C-shaped member, The lip piece of the C-shaped member has a surface capable of surface contact .

The engaging member set according to the present invention includes a pair of lip walls having a substantially U-shaped cross section and bent inward from the open end portion, and a lip groove is formed between the lip wall and the side wall. And a pair of bent pieces are engaged with the pair of lip grooves.

When the engagement member and the C-shaped member are coupled using such an engagement member and the engagement member set, the insertion formed at the top by pushing the top of the engagement member into the C-shaped member. The plate is inserted into the C-shaped member. Here, the engaging member is configured such that the bent pieces formed on both side edges of the insertion plate can be engaged with the lip wall of the C-shaped member. For example, the C-shaped member or the engaging member is caused by an external load. Even when is deformed, the bent piece engages with the lip wall and becomes less slippery than before, and the engaging member is less likely to come off from the C-shaped member. As a result, it is possible to improve the coupling force between the engaging member and the C-shaped member. In addition, since the bending piece is formed by bending from both side edges of the insertion plate, when the insertion plate is inserted into the C-shaped member, the bending piece pushes the lip wall of the C-shaped member and The power can be distributed. This facilitates coupling of the engaging member to the C-shaped member. Further, when the material constituting the lip wall is harder than the material constituting the insertion plate and the bending piece, the bending plate is deformed when the insertion plate is inserted into the C-shaped member, and the force applied at that time is changed. And the engaging member can be coupled to the C-shaped member without damaging the insertion plate and the bent piece.

According to the engagement member and the engagement set of the present invention, it is possible to provide an engagement member and an engagement member set capable of preventing damage to the lip protrusion and improving the coupling force with the C-shaped member. be able to.

The distance between the pair of lip pieces 8 in the X-axis direction is set such that a trapezoidal portion (top portion) 13 of the field receiver 3 described later can be inserted. The lip wall 6 is elastically deformed when the trapezoidal portion 13 is inserted, and can lock a lip projection 14 formed on the trapezoidal portion 13 to be described later.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the field edge receiver 3 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and is erected from a flat plate portion 10 extending in the X-axis direction, and both side edges of the plate portion 10. A pair of facing wall portions 11 and 11 facing each other. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a plurality of neck portions 12 extending in the Z-axis direction are arranged in parallel on the facing wall portion 11 in the X-axis direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the width of the neck 12 in the X-axis direction is substantially the same as the length between the pair of lip pieces 8, 8 on the field edge 2. A substantially trapezoidal trapezoidal portion 13 is formed on the distal end side of the neck portion 12. The trapezoidal portion 13 has a lower bottom portion disposed on the neck portion 12 side, and both sides of the lower bottom portion protrude in the X-axis direction and can be engaged with a pair of lip walls 6 and 6 on the field edge 2. 14 and 14 are configured. The lip protrusion 14 is locked to the end portion 8a of the lip piece 8 of the field edge 2 in the Z-axis direction.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the lip protrusion 14 is bent inward (inward) in the Y-axis direction from both side edge portions in the X-axis direction, and is engaged with the pair of lip walls 6, 6. A pair of spring plate portions (bending pieces) 15, 15 that can be joined is provided. Specifically, the spring plate portion 15 is bent at an obtuse angle from the oblique side of the trapezoidal portion 13 and has a spring property. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the angle θ formed by the trapezoidal portion 13 and the spring plate portion 15 is an obtuse angle in plan view. The spring plate portion 15 is disposed at a position where it can be inserted into the lip groove 9. Further, the spring plate portion 15 has a surface that can come into surface contact with the lip piece 8 of the field edge 2 when the field edge receiver 3 is coupled to the field edge 2.

Next, a method for connecting the field edge 2 and the field edge receiver 3 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (d). First, as shown to Fig.6 (a), it arrange | positions so that the opening part between a pair of lip pieces 8 and 8 of the field edge 2 and the trapezoid part 13 of the field edge receiver 3 may mutually oppose. Next, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the field edge 2 is pressed against the field edge receiver 3, and the trapezoidal portion 13 is inserted between the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8. At this time, the lip piece 8 and the spring plate portion 15 come into contact with each other, and the pair of spring plate portions 15 are elastically deformed in a closing direction so as to approach each other.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6C, when the field edge 2 is further pushed in, the pair of spring plate portions 15 are further elastically deformed and deformed to a position substantially orthogonal to the trapezoidal portion 13 in plan view. The lip piece 8 and the spring plate 15 are in surface contact. Next, as shown in FIG. 6 (d), when the field edge 2 is further pushed in, the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8 are elastically deformed in the opening direction so as to be separated from each other. When the field edge 2 is further pushed in, as shown in FIG. 2, the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8 and the pair of spring plate portions 15 and 15 are restored and returned to their original states. In this state, the pair of lip protrusions 14 are locked to the end portions 8a of the pair of lip pieces 8, and the four spring plate portions 15 are in positions where they can enter the lip groove 9 as shown in FIG. Has been placed.

Here, when the field edge 2 or the field edge receiver 3 is deformed by an external load such as an earthquake or the like, for example, the spring plate part 15 enters the lip groove 9 deeply, The lip piece 8 is firmly engaged, and the field edge 2 is difficult to drop off from the field edge receiver 3. For example, when the facing wall portion 11 of the field edge receiver 3 is deformed so as to fall inward in the Y-axis direction, the spring plate portion 15 enters the lip groove 9 deeply, and the spring plate portion 15 and the lip piece 8 are It will mesh firmly. Similarly, when the pair of facing wall portions 11 and 11 are inclined in the Y-axis direction, when the pair of facing wall portions 11 and 11 are deformed in directions opposite to each other in the Z-axis direction, the pair of facing wall portions 11 and 11 are X Even if the edge 2 is deformed in the opposite direction in the axial direction, the field edge 2 moves in the Z-axis direction, the field edge 2 is twisted, etc., any one of the four spring plate portions 15 is in the lip groove 9. It enters deeply and meshes firmly with the lip piece 8, making it difficult for the field edge 2 to fall off the field edge receiver 3.

In addition, the pair of side walls 5, 5 of the field edge 2 is open and recessed, and the pair of side walls 5, 5 has a pair of inclinations in the X axis direction and the field edge 2 is displaced in the Z axis direction. Of the four spring plate portions 15 with respect to the twist of the field edge 2 with respect to the movement of the pair of side walls 5 and 5 in the Z-axis direction with respect to the movement of the side walls 5 and 5 in the Y-axis direction. However, it deeply enters the lip groove 9 and firmly meshes with the lip piece 8, so that the field edge 2 is difficult to drop off from the field edge receiver 3.

As described above, in this embodiment, when the field edge receiver 3 and the field edge 2 are coupled using the engagement member set 1, the trapezoidal portion 13 of the field edge receiver 3 is pushed into the field edge 2. The lip protrusion 14 formed on the trapezoidal portion 13 can be inserted into the field edge 2 and the lip protrusion 14 can be locked to the lip piece 8 on the field edge 2. Here, the field edge receiver 3 further includes spring plate portions 15 formed on both side edge portions of the lip projection 11 in addition to the lip projection 14, and the lip projection 14 and the spring plate portion 15 are formed on the lip piece 8. Since the engagement is configured, when the field edge 2 or the field edge receiver 3 is deformed, the spring plate portion 15 enters deeply into the lip groove 9 and becomes difficult to slip. It becomes difficult to come off. As a result, it is possible to improve the bonding force between the field edge receiver 3 and the field edge 2. Further, since the spring plate 15 is formed by bending from both side edges of the lip protrusion 14, the spring plate 15 is inserted into the field edge 2 when the lip protrusion 14 is inserted into the field edge 2. By pressing, the force involved can be dispersed. Thereby, it becomes easy to couple the field edge receiver 3 to the field edge 2. Further, when the material constituting the lip piece 8 is harder than the material constituting the lip projection 14 and the spring plate portion 15, the spring plate portion 15 is deformed when the lip projection 14 is inserted into the field edge 2. Thus, it is possible to couple the field edge receiver 3 to the field edge 2 without absorbing the force involved at that time and damaging the lip protrusion 14 and the spring plate part 15. As a result, the material and plate thickness of the field edge 2 and field edge receiver 3 can be freely selected.

In addition, since the pair of spring plate portions 15 and 15 are bent at an obtuse angle, the distal ends of the pair of spring plate portions 15 and 15 are wider than the width of the lip protrusion 14, so When coupled to the edge 2, the spring back that reopens after the pair of spring plate portions 15, 15 are closed once, and the tip end side of the spring plate portion 15 expands larger than the interval between the pair of lip pieces 8, 8, and more reliably. The spring plate portion 15 can be engaged with the lip piece 8. As a result, the field edge receiver 3 is less likely to be detached from the field edge 2.

The top of the facing wall portion 11 has a substantially trapezoidal trapezoidal portion 13, the lower bottom portion of the trapezoidal portion 13 is disposed on the plate portion 10 side, and the pair of lip protrusions 14 are configured by the lower bottom portion, The spring plate portion 15 is bent from the oblique side portion of the trapezoidal portion 13. For this reason, the field receiver 3 with a simple structure can be obtained, and cost reduction is achieved.

Next, an engaging member set 21 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an engaging member set according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the engagement member set 21 of the second embodiment and the engagement member set 1 of the first embodiment is that, in the X-axis direction, instead of the field edge 2 coupled to one trapezoidal portion 13, the X-axis direction In this case, the edge 22 is connected to the two adjacent trapezoidal portions 13 and 13. Specifically, in the field edge 22, the base plate 24 is elongated in the X-axis direction, the distance between the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8 is increased, and the opposite side of the adjacent trapezoidal portions 13 and 13 (outside in the X-axis direction). ) Of the lip protrusion 14). Even if comprised in this way, there exists an effect | action and effect similar to the engaging member set 1 of 1st Embodiment.

Next, a field edge receiver 33 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a field receiver according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The field edge receiver 33 of the third embodiment is different from the field edge receiver 3 of the first embodiment in that the trapezoidal portion 13 is replaced with a pair of spring plate portions 15 and 15 bent at an obtuse angle from the trapezoidal portion 13. The point is provided with a spring plate part 35 bent at a substantially right angle. You may comprise in this way. In addition, since the field edge receiver 3 of the first embodiment including the spring plate portion 15 bent at an obtuse angle can obtain a stronger spring back, the field edge 2 and the field edge receiver 3 are firmly coupled. can do.

Next, an engagement member set 41 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 9 is a perspective view showing an engaging member set according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a front view of the field receiver in FIG. 9, and FIG. 11 is a plan view of the field receiver shown in FIG. FIG. The engagement member set 41 of the fourth embodiment is different from the engagement member set 1 of the first embodiment in that a pair of spring plate portions bent at an obtuse angle inward (inward) in the Y-axis direction. Instead of the field edge receiver 3 having 15 and 15, a field edge receiver 43 having a pair of spring plate portions 45 and 45 bent at an obtuse angle outward (outward) in the Y-axis direction is provided. . Even if comprised in this way, there exists an effect | action and effect similar to the engaging member set 1 of 1st Embodiment.

Next, an engagement member set 51 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an engaging member set according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the engagement member set 51 of the fifth embodiment and the engagement member set 41 of the fourth embodiment is that, in the X-axis direction, instead of the field edge 2 coupled to one trapezoidal portion 13, the X-axis direction In this case, the edge 22 is connected to the two adjacent trapezoidal portions 13 and 13. Even if comprised in this way, there exists an effect | action and effect similar to the engaging member set 41 of 5th Embodiment.

Next, a field edge receiver 63 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 13: is a top view which shows the field receiver based on 6th Embodiment of this invention. The field edge receiver 63 of the sixth embodiment is different from the field edge receiver 43 of the fourth embodiment in that the trapezoidal portion 13 is replaced with a pair of spring plate portions 45, 45 bent at an obtuse angle from the trapezoidal portion 13. The point is provided with a spring plate portion 65 bent at a substantially right angle. You may comprise in this way. Note that the field edge receiver 43 of the fourth embodiment including the spring plate portion 45 bent at an obtuse angle can obtain a stronger spring back, so that the field edge 2 and the field edge receiver 43 are firmly coupled. can do.
it can.

In the first to sixth embodiments, the pair of bent spring plate portions are bent inward or outward, but the pair of spring plate portions formed in the trapezoidal portion 13 facing each other. Of these, one may be bent inward and the other outward, and the angle is not limited. In short, it is only necessary that the spring plate 15 bent from both side edges of the lip protrusion 14 can be engaged with the lip wall 6.

Next, an engagement member set 71 according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 14 is a perspective view showing an engaging member set according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 15 is a sectional view of the engaging member set shown in FIG. 14 viewed from the Y-axis direction, and FIG. It is a side view of the inside field receiver. As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the engagement member set 71 includes a field edge 2 having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, and a field edge receiver (engagement member) 73 coupled to the field edge 2. The field edge 2 and field edge receiver 73 extend in directions orthogonal to each other.

As shown in FIGS. 14 to 16, the field edge receiver 73 has a substantially U-shaped cross section and extends in the X-axis direction (first direction), and a flat plate portion 80 and both sides of the plate portion 80. And a pair of facing wall portions 81 and 81 which are provided upright from the edge portion and extend in the Z-axis direction (second direction) and face each other. A plurality of neck portions 82 extending in the Z-axis direction are provided in parallel on the facing wall portion 81 in the X-axis direction. The width of the neck portion 82 in the X-axis direction is substantially the same as the length between the end portions 8 a and 8 a of the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8 on the field edge 2. An insertion plate 83 that is bent substantially at right angles to the outside in the Y-axis direction (third direction) and can be inserted into the field edge 2 is formed on the distal end side (top portion) of the neck portion 82.

The insertion plate 83 has a rectangular shape, and its width in the X-axis direction is slightly longer than the length between the end portions 8a, 8a of the pair of lip pieces 8, 8. Thus, when the insertion plate 83 is inserted into the field edge 2, it is locked by the end portions 8 a and 8 a of the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8. Here, the insertion plate 83 includes a pair of spring plate portions 85 and 85 that are bent from both side edge portions in the X-axis direction and can be engaged with the pair of lip grooves 9 and 9.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, the spring plate portion 85 is bent at an obtuse angle toward the neck portion 82 in the Z-axis direction. That is, the angle θ formed by the insertion plate 83 and the spring plate portion 85 is an obtuse angle. The spring plate portion 85 has a substantially rectangular shape, and is formed so as to be in surface contact with the lip piece 8 of the field edge 2 when the insertion plate 83 is inserted into the field edge 2. The spring plate 85 enters the lip groove 9 and is engaged with the lip piece 8.

When the field edge 2 and the field edge receiver 73 are coupled to each other, first, the opening between the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8 of the field edge 2 and the insertion plate 83 of the field edge receiver 73 face each other. Arrange as follows. Next, the field edge 2 is pressed against the field edge receiver 73, and the insertion plate 83 is inserted between the pair of lip pieces 8 and 8. At this time, the lip piece 8 and the spring plate portion 85 are brought into surface contact, and the pair of spring plate portions 85, 85 are elastically deformed in a direction in which they approach (close) each other, and the pair of lip pieces 8 are separated from each other (open). ) Elastically deforms in the direction. Further, when the field edge 2 is further pushed in, the pair of spring plate portions 85 gets over the end portions 8a of the pair of lip pieces 8, and each restores to its original state. In this state, the pair of spring plate portions 85, 85 are locked to the pair of lip pieces 8, 8.

According to such an engaging member set 71, the field edge receiver 73 further includes spring plates 85 formed on both side edges of the insertion plate 83 in addition to the insertion plate 83. Since the spring plate portion 85 is engaged with the lip piece 8, when the field edge 2 or the field edge receiver 73 is deformed, the spring plate portion 85 deeply enters the lip groove 9, and the field edge receiver 73 is 2 becomes difficult to come off. As a result, it is possible to improve the coupling force between the field edge receiver 73 and the field edge 2. Further, since the spring plate portion 85 is bent from both side edges of the insertion plate 83, the spring plate portion 85 is inserted into the field edge 2 when the insertion plate 83 is inserted into the field edge 2. Can be brought into surface contact with each other and the force involved can be dispersed. Thereby, it becomes easy to couple the field edge receiver 73 to the field edge 2. In addition, since the spring plate portion 85 and the lip piece 8 are brought into surface contact with each other, the insertion is performed even when the material constituting the lip piece 8 is harder than the material constituting the insertion plate 83 and the spring plate portion 85. The field edge receiver 73 can be coupled to the field edge 2 without damaging the plate 83 and the spring plate part 85.

As mentioned above, although this invention was concretely demonstrated based on the embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment. In the above embodiment, the engagement member is coupled to the C-shaped member having the lip piece 8 bent in the Z-axis direction, but the engagement member is coupled to the C-shaped member not having the lip piece 8. It is good also as composition to do. In this case, the lip protrusion 14 and the spring plate portions 15, 35, 45, 65 can be engaged with the flange portion 7.
