Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bay window which is attached to a window already attached to a predetermined portion of a building frame from outside, and a method of attaching the bay window.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are various bay windows attached to a frame of a building, and each has a different purpose.
As one of such purposes, for example, as described in Patent Document 1 below, obtaining a bay window having soundproofing properties is mentioned.
[0003]
Another object is to increase the air permeability by making opening and closing operations easy, as described in Patent Document 2, for example.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-5-187169 "Window structure"
[0005]
[Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-193476, "Window"
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, in order to improve the soundproofing of the bay window, it is necessary to use a member having a soundproofing effect or to design such that the sealing performance can be ensured.
[0007]
Similarly, by easily performing the opening and closing operation of the bay window, even when obtaining good air permeability, it is necessary to devise a mechanism for easily performing the above opening and closing operation. It has to be complicated to some extent.
As a result, in any of these cases, there is a problem that the manufacturing process of the bay window becomes somewhat complicated.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bay window that can be manufactured by a simple process while maintaining soundproofing.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a double window that can be easily opened and closed and can be manufactured by a simple process.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following configuration in order to solve the above problems.
That is, according to one aspect of the present invention, the bay window of the present invention is configured to be attached to the frame of a building or attached from the outside corresponding to the attached window.
[0010]
Here, since the soundproofing can be ensured by the window, the bay window attached to the window from the outside can be attached by a simple configuration without considering the soundproofing, the sealing property, and the like.
In addition, you may make it attach a bay window and a window in parallel to the predetermined part of the frame of a building. In the double window having the window and the bay window obtained in this way, a member having good air permeability between members (upper, lower, and connecting members) constituting the bay window may be included. For example, the space between the bay window and the window always has good ventilation, so that the opening and closing of the window allows ventilation of the room, compared to opening or closing any member of the bay window. Opening and closing operations can be easily performed.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1A and 1B show a front view and a rear view of a bay window according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein FIG. 1A is a front view, and FIG. 1B is a rear view. 2A and 2B are views showing a cross section viewed from above and below, wherein FIG. 2A is a top view, FIG. 2B is a bottom view, and FIG. 2C is a cross section between the top and bottom surfaces. FIG. 3 is a view showing a vertical section viewed from the left and right directions. FIG. 3 (a) is a right side view, FIG. 3 (b) is a left side view, and FIG. 3 (c) is an arrow A in FIG. It is a figure which shows the longitudinal section in any point between B, respectively.
[0012]
The bay window 10 includes an upper member 11, a lower member 12, and connecting members 13a, 13b, 14a, and 14b connecting the upper member 11 and the lower member 12. The space between the upper member 11, the lower member 12, and the connecting members 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b is constituted by a plate 15 having light transmissivity and mesh plates 16a, 16b. It is desirable that the bay window 10 be made of a material such as a stainless steel plate from which rust hardly appears.
[0013]
In the present embodiment, a window 20 (see FIG. 5) is provided in advance in a predetermined portion of the building frame, and a bay window is attached to the predetermined portion of the window 20 from outside.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing a process of attaching the bay window 10.
In FIG. 4, in step S1, the dimensions of the window 20 provided in a predetermined portion of the building frame are measured in advance, and based on the dimensions of the window 20, each member (the upper member 11) , The lower member 12, and the connecting members 13a, 13b, 14a, and 14b), and the respective members are processed based on the determined dimensions to obtain the respective members.
[0014]
Subsequently, in step S2, the upper member 11 and the lower member 12 are joined by welding or the like via the connecting members 13a, 13b, 14a, and 14b, and thereafter, the upper member 11 and the lower member 12 are made of a material such as transparent plastic having optical transparency. The bay window 10 is obtained by attaching the plate 15 and mesh plates 16a and 16b made of a predetermined material from the inside. Then, in step S3, the holes 11-1 and 12-1 provided in the upper member 11 and the lower member 12 of the bay window 10 (see FIGS. 1A and 1B) and the corresponding positions of the building frame. By attaching the bay window 10 to a predetermined portion of the building frame where the window 20 is provided from the outside by using a fixing tool such as a screw through the provided holes 11-2 and 12-2 (see FIG. 5). Then, the attaching process of the bay window 10 is completed. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the bay window 10 attached from the outside to a predetermined portion of the building frame where the window 20 is provided.
[0015]
Here, since the mesh-like plates 16a and 16b have good air permeability, in the space between the window 20 and the bay window 10, good air permeability is obtained, for example, for placing bonsai, houseplants and the like. It becomes a suitable space. Further, regarding soundproofing and sealing properties, since the windows 20 are provided between the inside and the outside of the building, soundproofing measures can be taken by closing the windows 20. As a result, the bay window 10 can be manufactured by a simple process without much consideration of the soundproofing property and the sealing property (for example, without using a material having a soundproofing effect). In addition, since the room is ventilated by opening and closing the window, the opening and closing operation can be easily performed as compared with the conventional case in which any member of the bay window is opened and closed to perform ventilation. As a material of the mesh plates 16a and 16b, for example, an expanded metal (punched plate) is desirable.
[0016]
In the above description, the bay window 10 is attached to the window 20 provided in advance in a predetermined portion of the building frame, but the bay window 10 and the window 20 are attached to the building frame. You may make it attach to a predetermined part in parallel. Also in this case, it is not necessary to consider the above-mentioned soundproofing and sealing performance so much about the good ventilation of the space between the window 20 and the exit window 10 and the portion of the exit window 10. The advantages, such as being able to be manufactured by a simple process, similarly hold.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a bay window that can be manufactured by a simple process while maintaining soundproofing. If such a bay window is used, the bay window can be simply and inexpensively realized especially at the time of renovation.
[0018]
Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a double window which can be easily opened and closed and can be manufactured by a simple process.
[Brief description of the drawings]
1A and 1B are a front view and a rear view of a bay window according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein FIG. 1A is a front view and FIG. 1B is a rear view.
FIGS. 2A and 2B are cross-sectional views of a bay window according to an embodiment of the present invention, as viewed from above and below, where FIG. 2A is a top view, FIG. 2B is a bottom view, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a cross section taken along with a rear view.
