Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water pipe curing pipe for accommodating a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater for insulation protection from temperature, and a method for constructing the curing pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a curing pipe has been used in which a water pipe is housed so as not to be affected by the temperature and is insulated and protected. In particular, in cold regions, in order to prevent water pipes placed outside the building from freezing, a heater cord of a nichrome wire is wound around the outer periphery of the pipe, and then a curing pipe is constructed on the outside thereof. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the curing tube is made into a two-part split type having substantially the same shape and structure. Each of the pipe members 1 (1a, 1b) has a double structure of a main body 2 and an exterior 3 integrally provided thereon as shown in FIG. A heat insulating material provided with a water pipe storage recess 5 penetrating from one end face to the other end face is used, and a plastic sheet is used for the exterior 3.
[0003]
Then, at the time of construction, the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is stored in the storage recess 5 of the both pipe members 1, and the contact surfaces 4 are joined together to form a pipe, thereby forming a curing pipe. In order to connect the two pipe members 1, for example, sheet-like connecting projections 8 (8a, 8b) each having an adhesive adhered to the inner surface thereof are provided at both ends of the contact surface 4 of one of the tube members 1b, for example.
[0004]
According to a general construction method, such a water pipe uses a metal bracket 11 provided with a mounting portion 9 at one end and a winding portion 10 at the other end at the time of construction. Then, for each bracket 11, the mounting portion 9 is fixed to and attached to an outer wall, a skeleton, or the like of a building near a water pipe arrangement location. Next, the winding part 10 of the bracket 11 is wound around the outer periphery of the water pipe 6 once, and the water pipe 6 is supported by the bracket 11. Thereafter, a step of performing the curing pipe on the water pipe 6 or winding the heater 7 around the water pipe 6 and then performing the construction of the curing pipe is performed. Therefore, at least one of the tube members 1 forming the curing tube, for example, the tube member 1a must be partially cut out to form a bracket installation hole 13 through which the arm portion 12 of the bracket 11 passes. When the curing pipe is not used, the heater 7 is wound around the water pipe 6, and then a heat insulating material sheet is further wound thereon and fastened with a vinyl tape or the like.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the bracket installation hole 13 is provided in the pipe member 1 in this manner, external cold air enters directly through the hole 13 and contacts the water pipe 6, and at the same time, the temperature of the cold air is transmitted to the water pipe 6 via the bracket 11. I do. Therefore, the heat insulating effect by the construction of the curing pipe is easily damaged. In addition, the curing pipe construction becomes complicated, and the construction time tends to be long. Moreover, if a plastic sheet is applied as the exterior 3 of the curing pipe, the exterior 3 is liable to deteriorate in a short period of time, a hole is opened in the exterior 3, and the inside heat insulating material 2 is exposed and the exterior 3 is exposed. Gets worse.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and increases the strength of the exterior to increase the strength of the curing pipe, eliminates the need to drill bracket mounting holes, has excellent heat insulating action, and construction is excellent. An object of the present invention is to provide a water pipe curing pipe that is easy, has a short construction time, hardly deteriorates the exterior, and can maintain its appearance even after a long period of time, and a method for constructing the curing pipe.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a metal exterior curing pipe for a water pipe according to the present invention is provided with an exterior, and a water pipe or a water pipe storage recess with a heater is provided in the center of the contact surface so as to penetrate from one end face to the other end face. Two pipe members made of heat insulating material are used as a pair, and a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater is stored in the storage recess of both pipe members at the time of construction, and the contact surfaces thereof are joined together to form a pipe body. I do. Then, a metal body is used for the exterior.
It is preferable that the metal body is made of aluminum.
Further, it is preferable that the above-mentioned metal body is painted and colored.
[0008]
Further, in the method for constructing a metal exterior curing pipe for a water pipe according to the present invention, a mounting part is provided at one end, and a bracket provided with a winding part at the other end is used, and the mounting part of the bracket is fixed in the vicinity of the location of the water pipe. The wound part is wound around at least a part of the outer circumference of a curing pipe containing a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a construction process of a metal exterior curing pipe for a straight water pipe to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a main part of a bracket used for construction of the metal exterior curing pipe. As shown in FIG. 1, this straight water pipe metal exterior curing pipe is a two-part pipe having a double structure composed of a main body 15 also provided with an exterior 14. However, in order to increase the strength, a metal body such as aluminum or stainless steel, for example, a semi-cylindrical body having a thickness of about 0.1 to 0.2 mm is used for the exterior 14 of each pipe member 16 (16a, 16b). At that time, if a semi-cylindrical body made of aluminum is used, it is relatively soft, so that processing such as cutting is easy and convenient.
[0010]
A heat insulating material, such as polyurethane, is provided in the main body 15 such that a recess 18 for accommodating the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is penetrated from one end face to the other end face on the contact surface 17 similar to the conventional one. Use plastic foam insulation such as. When the exterior 14 is applied to the main body 15 in the manufacturing process of each tube member 16, the number of bonded portions is reduced in preparation for recycling, and the two are easily separated.
[0011]
For the construction of such a metal exterior curing tube, a T-shaped fitting 19 and a ring-shaped fitting 20 as shown in FIG. 2 are combined, and two set screws (not shown) and two sets of bolts and nuts are omitted. Is used. Then, a rectangular plate 23 provided with two long holes 22 of the T-shaped fitting 19 is used as an arm of the bracket 21. In addition, a rectangular plate 25 having two round holes 24 connected to one end of the plate 23 is used as a mounting portion of the bracket 21.
[0012]
Further, a plate-shaped circular ring portion 27 provided with a hinge 26 at the center of the ring-shaped bracket 20 is used as a winding portion of the bracket 21. A long rectangular plate body 29 having two round holes 28 protruded from one end of the winding portion 27 and a short rectangular plate body 31 having one round hole 30 protruded from the other end. The two plate bodies 29 and 31 are arranged on both sides of the arm 23, and serve as joints with the arm 23. Note that a band-shaped elastic member 32 made of synthetic rubber or the like is provided in the center of the inner surface of the winding portion 27 along the ring.
[0013]
At the time of construction, when attaching a water pipe outside a building, a skeleton, etc., a necessary number of brackets 21 are prepared, and the brackets 21 are sequentially arranged and attached along the outer wall of the building, the location of the water pipe, such as the skeleton. . At this time, for each bracket 21, first, the mounting portion 25 of the T-shaped bracket 19 is fixed to the outer wall, the building, or the like of the building by fitting the screws 33 into the both round holes 24. Then, when the mounting portion 25 is fixed to, for example, a vertical portion such as an outer wall or a frame of a building, the main surface of the arm portion 23 can be made horizontal.
[0014]
Next, the ring-shaped fitting 20 is attached and fixed to the T-shaped fitting 19. At this time, the long connecting portion 29 of the ring-shaped fitting 20 is connected to the arm 23 of the T-shaped fitting 19, but only the distal end side of the long connecting portion 29 and the base end of the arm 23 correspond to the corresponding round holes. A bolt 34 is fitted into the elongated hole 28 and the elongated hole 22, and the bolt 34 is fastened with a nut 35 for connection. Then, the lower half of the semicircular shape divided by the hinge 26 of the winding portion 27 of the ring-shaped metal fitting 20 becomes the receiving portion, and the upper half of the semicircular shape can be opened and closed by the hinge 26.
[0015]
Therefore, one of the pipe members 16a is first inserted into the lower half of the winding portion 27 of each bracket 21 by using a plurality of brackets 21 arranged in the horizontal direction along the water pipe arrangement location. Next, the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is stored in the storage recess 18 of the pipe member 16a, and the other pipe member 16b is put in the lower half of the winding portion 27 of each bracket 21. Next, the contact surfaces 17 of the two pipe members 16 are joined together, and both joints are closed with a metal tape such as aluminum having an adhesive stuck on one side, and the two pipe members 16 are joined.
[0016]
Then, a tube can be formed, and the main body of the curing tube is completed. Therefore, end caps 36 made of metal such as aluminum as shown in FIG. 3 are provided on both ends of the main body. Then, a curing tube in which the cut surfaces at both ends of the main body are hidden by the caps 36 and trimmed is completed. Reference numeral 37 denotes an insertion hole through which the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 passes.
[0017]
Next, the upper half of the winding part 27 is put on the curing pipe supported by the lower half of the winding part 27 of the bracket 21, respectively. Thereafter, the base end side of the long connecting portion 29, the distal end side of the arm portion 23, and the short connecting portion 31 are overlapped, bolts are fitted into the corresponding round holes 28, 30, and the long hole 23, and tightened with a nut to be connected. Then, the winding part 27 of the bracket 21 is wound around the entire outer periphery of the water pipe 6 or the curing pipe containing the water pipe 6 with the heater 7, and these are arranged in the horizontal direction, so that they can be favorably supported.
[0018]
In this way, when the metal body is applied to the exterior 14 and the strength is increased to increase the strength of the curing pipe, and the winding portion 27 of the bracket 21 is wound around the outer periphery thereof, the bracket is installed to support the water pipe 6 on the curing pipe. There is no need to make holes. Therefore, an excellent heat insulating effect can be exhibited without impairing the heat insulating effect of the curing pipe. Further, when the curing pipe and the water pipe 6 housed in the curing pipe or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 are constructed at one time, there is no need to drill a bracket installation hole in the curing pipe, so the construction is easy and the construction time is reduced. Can be shortened. In addition, if a metal body is applied to the exterior 14 of the curing tube, the exterior 14 is hardly deteriorated even after a long period of time, and the appearance can be maintained.
[0019]
In addition, when a color is applied to the metal body which is the exterior 14 of such a curing pipe by painting, the strength of the exterior 14 is further increased by the coating, and the exterior 14 is hardly deteriorated. Matching color selection becomes possible, and it is possible to maintain the appearance of buildings, frames, and the like without impairing them. When the curing tube is discarded, the metal body serving as the exterior 14 and the heat insulating material serving as the main body 15 can be easily separated from each other by reducing the number of adhesion points and facilitating separation. Therefore, when the metal body such as aluminum as the exterior 14 is recycled and the remaining heat insulating material as the main body 15 is discarded, the amount of waste can be reduced.
[0020]
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the winding portion 27 of the bracket 21 is wound around the entire outer periphery of the curing tube has been described. However, if the curing tube can be supported by the bracket, the winding portion of the bracket may be limited to only a part of the outer periphery of the curing tube. It may be wound and constructed.
[0021]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the curing pipe is straight is described in order to store the straight water pipe. However, in order to store the L-shaped bent water pipe, a pair as shown in FIG. An L-shaped curing pipe is formed using the L-shaped pipe member 38 (38a, 38b). In addition, 39 is a metal body as an exterior, 40 is a heat insulating material as a main body, and 41 is a storage recess provided in the heat insulating material 40.
In addition, in order to store a water pipe connected in a T shape, a T-shaped curing pipe is formed by using a pair of T-shaped pipe members 42 (42a, 42b) as shown in FIG. In addition, 43 is a metal body as an exterior, 44 is a heat insulator as a main body, and 45 is a storage recess provided in the heat insulator 44.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the outer periphery can be directly supported by the bracket by increasing the strength of the outer casing by applying a metal body to the outer casing and increasing the strength of the curing tube. Therefore, it is not necessary to make a bracket installation hole for supporting the water pipe in the curing pipe, and the heat insulating effect of the curing pipe is not impaired, so that an excellent heat insulating effect can be exhibited.
[0023]
Further, the curing pipe and the water pipe housed therein or the water pipe with a heater can be constructed at once, and it is not necessary to make a bracket installation hole in the curing pipe, so that the construction is easy and the construction time can be shortened. Further, if a metal body is provided as an exterior of the curing tube, the exterior is hardly deteriorated, and can be maintained without deterioration even after a long period of time.
[0024]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the metal body as the exterior is made of aluminum, the aluminum is relatively soft and the processing such as cutting is easy, which is convenient for construction.
[0025]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, by applying a color to a metal body as an exterior by applying a coating, the strength of the exterior can be further increased, and the exterior can be further hardly deteriorated. In addition, the color of the curing tube can be selected so as to match the color of the outer wall of the building, the skeleton, and the like, and the appearance of the building, the skeleton, and the like can be maintained without impairing the appearance.
[0026]
Further, in the invention according to claim 4, the mounting portion of the bracket is fixed in the vicinity of the location of the water pipe, and the wrapped portion is wound around at least a part of the outer periphery of the curing pipe, thereby performing the curing pipe and the inside thereof. The water pipe or the water pipe with heater can be easily installed at a time, and there is no need to make a bracket installation hole in the curing pipe.
