Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a water pipe curing pipe for accommodating a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater to insulate and protect it from air temperature.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a curing pipe has been used in which a water pipe is housed so as not to be affected by the temperature and is insulated and protected. In particular, in cold regions, in order to prevent water pipes placed outside the building from freezing, a heater cord of a nichrome wire is wound around the outer periphery of the pipe, and then a curing pipe is constructed on the outside thereof. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the curing tube is made into a two-part split type having substantially the same shape and structure. Each of the pipe members 1 (1a, 1b) has a double structure of a main body 2 and an exterior 3 integrally formed thereon. A heat insulating material provided through the place 5 from one end surface to the other end surface is used, and a plastic sheet is used for the exterior 3. Then, the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is stored in the storage recess 5 which is a pair of the two pipe members 1 at the time of construction, and the contact surfaces 4 are joined together to form a pipe, and the curing pipe is formed. Can be formed. In order to connect the two pipe members 1, for example, sheet-like connecting projections 8 (8a, 8b) each having an adhesive adhered to the inner surface thereof are provided at both ends of the contact surface 4 of one of the tube members 1b, for example.
[0003]
When such a curing pipe is installed on a water pipe by a general installation method, a metal bracket 11 provided with an attachment portion 9 at one end and a winding portion 10 at the other end is used. Then, first, for each bracket 11, the mounting portion 9 of the bracket 11 is fixedly mounted on an outer wall, a skeleton, or the like of a building near a water pipe arrangement location. Next, the winding part 10 of the bracket 11 is wound around the outer periphery of the water pipe 6 once, and the water pipe 6 is supported by the bracket 11. Thereafter, a step of performing the curing pipe on the water pipe 6 or winding the heater 7 around the water pipe 6 and then performing the construction of the curing pipe is performed. Therefore, at least one of the tube members 1 constituting the curing tube, for example, the tube member 1a must be partially cut out to form a bracket installation hole 13 through which the arm portion 12 of the bracket 11 passes. When the curing pipe is not used, the heater 7 is wound around the water pipe 6, and then a heat insulating material sheet is further wound thereon and fastened with a vinyl tape or the like.
[0004]
However, when the large bracket installation hole 13 is provided in the pipe member 1 as described above, external cold air directly enters through the hole 13 and contacts the water pipe 6, and at the same time, the temperature of the cold air flows through the bracket 11 to the water pipe 6. introduce. Therefore, the heat insulating effect by the construction of the curing pipe is easily damaged. In addition, the curing pipe construction becomes complicated, and the construction time tends to be long. Moreover, if a plastic sheet is applied as the exterior 3 of the curing pipe, the exterior 3 is liable to deteriorate in a short period of time, a hole is opened in the exterior 3, and the inside heat insulating material 2 is exposed and the exterior 3 is exposed. Gets worse.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a metal exterior curing pipe construction method, at the time of construction, a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater is inserted into the storage recess of the pipe member without being fixed, and is simply stored in the curing pipe after construction. is there. Therefore, it is difficult to perform the work because the pipe member does not sufficiently support the water pipe or the water pipe with a heater, and the support by the curing pipe tends to be insufficient even after the work.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, increases the strength of the curing tube by increasing the strength of the exterior, eliminates the need to open a large bracket installation hole, excellent heat insulation effect, Easy-to-install, short installation time, hardly deteriorated exterior, can be maintained without losing its appearance even after a long period of time, easy to install water pipe, and good water pipe support metal jacket for water pipe The purpose is to provide a curing tube.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a metal exterior curing pipe for a water pipe according to the present invention is provided with a metal exterior, and at least one storage recess for accommodating a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater in the center of a contact surface. Two pipe members made of a heat insulating material penetrated from the end face to the other end face are used to form a pair, and a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater is stored in a storage recess for both pipe members at the time of construction, and both contact surfaces thereof are connected to each other. A water supply pipe curing pipe for forming a pipe body by joining together, wherein one of the pipe members is provided with an attachment portion at one end on the outer periphery and a winding portion at the other end. The water pipe support is disposed at a position in the recess for accommodating the pipe member which coincides with a position of a part of the wound part, and the winding part of the bracket, the pipe member, and the water pipe support are arranged. [0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a construction process of a metal exterior curing pipe for a straight water pipe to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a housing for accommodating a water pipe of one of the pipe members constituting the metal exterior curing pipe or a water pipe with a heater. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a water pipe support provided in the recess, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a bracket used for constructing the metal exterior curing pipe. The metal exterior curing pipe for a straight water pipe is a two-part pipe having a double structure composed of a main body 15 provided with an exterior 14 as shown in FIG. In addition, a metal body such as aluminum or stainless steel, for example, a semi-cylindrical body having a thickness of about 0.1 to 0.2 mm is used for the exterior 14 of each pipe member 16 (16a, 16b) in order to increase strength. At that time, if a semi-cylindrical body made of aluminum is used, it is relatively soft, so that processing such as cutting is easy and convenient.
[0014]
In addition, for example, a heat insulating material provided in the main body 15 with a recess 18 for accommodating the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 in the center of the contact surface 17 similar to the conventional one, penetrating from one end face to the other end face, For example, a plastic foam insulation material such as polyurethane is used. When the exterior 14 is applied to the main body 15 in the manufacturing process of each pipe member 16, both edges of the exterior 14 facing the contact surface 17 of the main body 15 are slightly bent, and inserted into the contact surface 17, respectively. However, in order to recycle, the number of bonding portions between the exterior 14 and the main body 15 is reduced so that the two can be easily separated.
[0015]
In order to support the water pipe 6 or a part of the water pipe 6 with the heater 7, the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is provided in the recess 18 for storing the water pipe 6 or the heater 7 with the heater 7. For example, a tubular spring body 19 as shown in FIG. 2 is used as the water pipe support. The tubular spring body 19 is provided with a water pipe insertion opening 20 in a wall portion, and a cylindrical spring 22 having a storage section 21 for storing a part of the water pipe 6 or a part of the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 as a main body. A nut-shaped receiving portion 23 is provided at the outer center. Since the tubular spring 22 is used for the main body, when a force is applied to both sides so as to open the water pipe insertion opening 20, an urging force naturally acts in a direction to close the insertion opening 20 from both sides. .
[0016]
In addition, a bracket 24 as shown in FIG. 3 is used for construction of a metal exterior curing pipe. The bracket 24 has a rectangular plate as an arm 25, an attachment 26 at one end, and a wrap 27 at the other end. A rectangular plate is used as the attachment portion 26 and the arm portion 25 is joined to the arm portion 25 in a T-shape, and round holes 28 are provided on both sides of the attachment portion 26 that is almost equally divided by the arm portion 25. . In addition, a plate-shaped circular ring 30 having a hinge 29 in the center is used for the winding portion 27, and short rectangular plates are protruded at both ends thereof to form a joint portion. Are provided respectively. Then, the other end of the arm 25 and the connecting portion at one end of the winding portion 27 are formed as a continuous body, and a round hole 32 is further provided near the center of the semicircular ring on the arm side. Further, a band-shaped elastic member 33 made of synthetic rubber or the like is disposed in the center of the inner surface of the circular ring 30 of the winding portion 27 along the ring. In addition, a hole is naturally formed in the elastic member 33 at a position corresponding to the round hole 32.
[0017]
At the time of construction, when a water pipe is attached to the outside of a building, a frame, or the like, a required number of brackets 24 are prepared, and a round hole 34 as shown in FIG. Is opened using an electric drill or the like. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the tube member 16a, the tubular spring body 19, and the winding portion 27 of the bracket 24 can be integrally connected. At that time, a base-side semi-circular ring on the arm side of the wrapping portion 27 of the bracket 24 is wound around the outer periphery of the metal sheath 14 of the tube member 16a, and a tube corresponding to the position of the base-side semi-circular ring is provided. The tubular spring body 19 is arranged at a position inside the storage recess 18 of the member 16a, and for example, a bolt 35 is used as a coupling member, and the bolt 35 is inserted through the round holes 32 and 34 to receive the tubular spring body 19. It is screwed into the part 23 and connected.
[0018]
After the necessary number of brackets 24 and the tubular spring bodies 19 are provided on the pipe member 16a in this manner, the brackets 24 are sequentially arranged and attached along the water pipe arrangement locations such as the outer wall of the building and the skeleton. . At this time, a screw 36 is fitted into each round hole 28 of the mounting portion 26 of each bracket 24 and fixed. Then, when the mounting portion 26 is fixed to, for example, a vertical portion of an outer wall of a building, a skeleton, or the like, the main surface of the arm portion 25 is made horizontal, and the pipe member 16a is connected to the semicircular ring on the base end side following the arm portion 25. As a result, the storage recess 18 of the pipe member 16a and the water pipe insertion opening 20 of the tubular spring body 19 can be directed right above, respectively. In addition, the semicircular ring on the tip side is rotatable around the hinge 29.
[0019]
Then, the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is stored in the storage recess 18 of the pipe member 16a. At this time, a part of the water pipe 6 is inserted through the opening 20 of the cylindrical spring body 19 provided inside the storage recess 18 and pushed into the storage portion 21. Then, a part of the water pipe 6 is sandwiched from both sides by the spring body 22 and fixed by applying a spring force to the water pipe 6 and can be favorably supported. Therefore, since the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 can be fixed in the storage recess 18 of the pipe member 16a, the water pipe 6 and the like are not displaced at the time of construction, thereby facilitating the construction. Moreover, even if a part of the water pipe 6 is once mounted on the tubular spring body 19 and fixed, the insertion opening 20 can be easily opened and removed by applying a force against the spring force applied from both sides. it can. Therefore, a part of the water pipe 6 and the like can be attached to and detached from the tubular spring body 19 with one touch, and the supporting position can be easily changed, so that the construction can be easily performed. After the heater 7 is provided by being wound around the water pipe 6 or the like, the heater 7 is inserted into the opening 20 of the tubular spring body 19, or after the water pipe 6 is inserted into the opening 20 of the tubular spring body 19, 6 may be wound.
[0020]
Next, another pair of tube members 16b is placed on the tube member 16a, the contact surfaces 17 of the two tube members 16 are joined together, and a metal tape made of aluminum or the like having both joints bonded to one side with an adhesive is applied. And the both pipe members 16 are connected. Then, a tubular body can be formed and the main body of the curing tube is completed. Therefore, metal end caps 37 made of aluminum or the like as shown in FIG. 6 are respectively applied to both ends of the main body. Then, the curing pipes in which the cut surfaces at both ends of the main body are hidden by the caps 37 and completed are completed. Reference numeral 38 denotes an insertion hole through which the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 passes.
[0021]
Next, the distal end side semi-circular rings of the winding portion 27 are put on the curing tubes supported by the base side semi-circular ring of the winding portion 27 of the bracket 24, respectively. Thereafter, the joining portions at both ends of the winding portion 27 are overlapped, bolts are inserted into the round holes 31, and the nuts are joined by fastening with nuts. Then, the winding part 27 of the bracket 24 is wrapped around the entire outer periphery of the curing pipe in which the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is stored, and the curing pipe can be arranged in a horizontal direction, and thus can be favorably supported. Therefore, the supporting state of the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 by the curing pipe or the like after the construction is improved.
[0022]
In this manner, when the metal body is applied to the exterior 14 and the strength is increased to increase the strength of the curing pipe, and the winding portion 27 of the bracket 24 is wound around the outer periphery of the pipe, the bracket is installed on the curing pipe to support the water pipe 6. There is no need to make large holes. Therefore, an excellent heat insulating effect can be exhibited without impairing the heat insulating effect of the curing pipe. Also, since it is not necessary to make a large bracket installation hole in the curing pipe, the construction is easy and the construction time can be shortened. Further, if a metal body is applied to the exterior 14 of the curing tube, the exterior 14 is hardly deteriorated even after a long period of time, and can be maintained without deteriorating the external appearance.
[0023]
In addition, when a color is applied to the metal body which is the exterior 14 of such a curing pipe by painting, the strength of the exterior 14 is further increased by the coating, and the exterior 14 is hardly deteriorated. Matching color selection becomes possible, and it is possible to maintain the appearance of buildings, frames, and the like without impairing them. When the curing tube is discarded, the metal body serving as the exterior 14 and the heat insulating material serving as the main body 15 can be easily separated from each other by reducing the number of adhesion points and facilitating separation. Therefore, when the metal body such as aluminum as the exterior 14 is recycled and the remaining heat insulating material as the main body 15 is discarded, the amount of waste can be reduced.
[0024]
In the above embodiment, the base-side semicircular ring of the winding portion 27 of the bracket 24 is wound around the outer periphery of the metal sheath 14 of the tube member 16a, and the tube member 16a for storing the tube member 16a coincides with the position of the base-side semicircle ring. The case where the tubular spring body 19 is disposed and provided at a position in the recess 18 has been described. However, the tubular spring body is provided first at an appropriate position in the recess for accommodating the tube member, and the metal of the tube member is provided. The base end side semicircular ring of the winding portion of the bracket may be wound around an appropriate position on the outer periphery of the exterior.
[0025]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the winding portion 27 of the bracket 24 is wound around the entire outer periphery of the curing tube has been described. However, if the curing tube can be supported by the bracket, the winding portion of the bracket may be only a part of the outer periphery of the curing tube. It may be wound around and constructed.
[0026]
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the curing pipe is straight is described in order to store the straight water pipe. However, in order to store the water pipe which is bent in an L-shape, the L-shaped storage pipe is provided on the contact surface. An L-shaped curing tube is formed by using two pairs of L-shaped tube members provided with a recess for use. In addition, in order to store a water pipe connected in a T-shape, a T-shaped curing pipe is provided by using two pairs of T-shaped pipe members provided with a T-shaped storage recess on the contact surface. To form
[0027]
Further, in the above embodiment, the metal exterior 14 is provided, and a storage recess 18 for storing the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 is provided at the center of the contact surface 17, penetrating from one end face to the other end face. Water pipe support for supporting a part of the water pipe 6 or the water pipe 6 with the heater 7 in the storage recess 18 of one of the pipe members 16a made of the heat insulating material 15 and paired. At the time of construction, the water pipe 6 and the like are stored in the storage recesses 18 of the two pipe members 16, and a part of the water pipe 6 is supported by the support 19, and the two contact surfaces 17 are connected to each other. Are combined to form a round tubular body, and the winding portion 27 of the bracket 24 is wound around the outer periphery of the metal exterior curing tube. However, the metal exterior is applied, and the water pipe is provided at the center of the contact surface. Or multiple recesses for storing water pipes with heater For example, two pipe members made of a heat insulating material provided through one end surface to the other end surface of each of the two pipe members are paired, and a water pipe or a water pipe with a heater is placed in each storage recess of one of the pipe members. Water pipe supports for supporting the water pipes, and water pipes or water pipes with heaters are respectively stored in the storage recesses that form a pair of both pipe members at the time of construction. Can be supported, and their contact surfaces can be joined together to form, for example, a rectangular tube, and the winding portion of the bracket can be wound around the outer periphery of the metal exterior curing tube. In addition, a metal exterior curing pipe formed by applying a metal exterior and forming a pipe body is paired by using two pipe members made of a heat insulating material provided with two storage recesses such as a water pipe in the center of the contact surface. Particularly, it is suitable for storing two water pipes for hot water and ordinary (cold water).
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, a part of the wrapping portion of the bracket and the water pipe support are connected to the inside and outside of one of the pipe members constituting the curing pipe by using a connecting member. By fixing the bracket mounting part near the location of the water pipe, the curing pipe with the water pipe support can be easily installed in the storage recess, and the bracket is installed on the curing pipe. There is no need to make large holes.
[0029]
