BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure in which a waterproof layer is fixed to a surface side of a base via a fixing tool for fixing a waterproof layer, and an end edge of another waterproof sheet main body on an end edge of another waterproof sheet main body The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet provided with a lap-bonding portion that can be freely laid on the top.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of waterproof structure, as shown in FIG. 7, a fixture W composed of a metal washer body 4 is fixed to a concrete base 2, and a waterproof sheet is provided on the upper surface of the washer body 4. In some cases, a waterproof layer S made of 1 is bonded and a waterproof sheet is placed directly on the base so as to be waterproofed (see Patent Document 1).
As shown in FIG. 7, the waterproof sheet used in such a waterproof structure is composed of a waterproof sheet body 1a formed into a single sheet with a predetermined width dimension, and is adjacent to the base 2 In some cases, the waterproof sheet main body 1a is formed so that the edge portions of the waterproof sheet body 1a overlap each other so that the overlapping portions can be bonded to each other (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-168226
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-described conventional waterproof structure and waterproof sheet, since the waterproof sheet is fixed to the base by the fixture, it is not adhered to the entire surface, for example, removed when the waterproof sheet is repaired. It is easy and can absorb the thermal expansion of the base in a wide range of the waterproof sheet, so that stress concentration can be reduced, cracks and the like hardly occur, and durability as a waterproof sheet can be easily improved. Therefore, the waterproof sheet can block the flow of water from the upper space to the ground for a long period of time. However, this water blocking performance not only prevents water from the upper space of the waterproof sheet to the ground, but also blocks the flow of water from the ground to the upper space.
There is a fine gap in the non-bonded part between the base and the waterproof sheet, and this gap is a sealed space covered with a waterproof sheet, so it is generally a very high humidity space. There are many cases. In particular, when the foundation is formed of concrete, the moisture ratio of the gap is high due to the moisture of the absorbed concrete, and further, the temperature rises in the sunlight during the day and the temperature at night. Under the condition of lowering, there is a problem that condensation repeatedly occurs in the gap between the base and the waterproof sheet, which promotes corrosion of the fixture or leads to deterioration of the waterproof sheet from the back side.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure and a waterproof sheet that can easily solve the above problems and can easily improve the environment of the gap between the base and the waterproof sheet.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the waterproof structure in which the waterproof layer is fixed to the surface side of the base via a waterproof layer fixing fixture, a water absorbing layer is interposed between the base and the waterproof layer. It is in the place where it is allowed.
[0007]
According to the characteristic configuration of the first aspect of the invention, since the water absorbing layer is interposed between the base and the waterproof layer, the water absorbing layer absorbs moisture in the sealed space between the waterproof sheet and the base. In addition, since the humidity of the sealed space decreases, it becomes difficult for condensation to occur even in an environment where the temperature fluctuates greatly, and the environment can be improved. As a result, it is possible to maintain an environment in which corrosion of the fixing tool and deterioration of the waterproof sheet hardly occur.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the waterproof layer and the water absorption layer are integrally laminated.
[0009]
According to the characteristic configuration of the invention of the second aspect, in addition to being able to achieve the function and effect of the invention of the first aspect, at the time of each operation such as installation, recovery, removal, etc. of the waterproof layer and the water absorption layer, respectively. Therefore, it is possible to complete the work in one time, and it is possible to improve each work efficiency such as installation, recovery and removal of the waterproof layer and the water absorption layer. In addition, if the waterproof layer and the water absorbing layer are laminated separately, there is a risk that either layer will become a habit, but since it is laminated integrally, there is no concern about it and the package is beautiful In addition to being able to finish the work, it is possible to reduce construction work such as scraping.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the waterproof layer is a waterproof sheet main body, and the water absorbing layer is a water absorbing polymer sheet.
[0011]
According to the characteristic configuration of the invention of claim 3, in addition to being able to achieve the function and effect of the invention of claim 1 or 2, both are made up of sheets, so that, for example, they are wound into a roll shape. It is possible to adopt a simple construction method such as bringing things into the field and laying on the base while unfolding the roll. Therefore, it is possible to improve the construction efficiency, shorten the waterproof construction process, and reduce the cost.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the water absorbing layer is provided in the entire area of the waterproof layer or substantially in the entire area.
[0013]
According to the characteristic configuration of the invention of claim 4, in addition to being able to achieve the function and effect of the invention of any one of claims 1 to 3, the entire waterproof layer or almost the entire area is supported by the water absorbing layer. It becomes easy to prevent that a level difference arises in the surface of a waterproof layer by the thickness difference of a water absorption layer.
Further, when the water absorption layer is made of a material having a property of expanding as it absorbs water, for example, there is a risk that water leaks from the portion due to the presence of a small hole or a tear in a part of the waterproof layer. At this time, the water absorption layer in the region expands more than the other part, so that the leaked portion is raised and can be displayed at a glance. Furthermore, even with respect to such a water leak, it is possible to mitigate the water reaching the base directly by the water absorption layer absorbing water.
[0014]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a waterproof sheet in which an overlapping edge portion that can be overlapped on an edge part of another waterproof sheet body is provided on an edge part of the waterproof sheet body. A water absorption layer is formed on the back surface excluding the overlap adhesion portion.
[0015]
According to the characteristic configuration of the invention of claim 5, the connection between adjacent waterproof sheet bodies can be bonded to the state in which both waterproof sheet bodies are in contact with each other by the overlap bonding portion, and a connection structure that can exhibit more reliable waterproof performance. Although it can be provided, the water-absorbing layer is formed on the rear surface of the waterproof sheet excluding the overlapping adhesive portion, whereby the operational effects of any one of claims 1 to 4 can be achieved in a more preferable state.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the parts indicated by the same reference numerals as those in the conventional example indicate the same or corresponding parts.
[0017]
FIG. 1 shows a waterproof structure according to the present invention using a waterproof sheet 1, and a waterproof sheet body 1a is mounted on a rooftop by a waterproof sheet fixing washer (corresponding to a fixture, hereinafter simply referred to as a fixing washer) W. A waterproof base (corresponding to the base) 2 is fixed. The fixing washer W is screwed onto the waterproof base 2 at predetermined positions in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the waterproof sheet body 1a is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the fixing washer W. The waterproof layer S is laid on the waterproof base 2.
In addition, between the waterproof sheet main body 1a and the waterproof base 2, a fixing washer W installation plane part is removed, and a water absorbing layer K composed of the water absorbing polymer sheet 3 is interposed in almost the entire area.
[0018]
In the embodiment, the waterproof base 2 corresponds to a roof slab, a slab having a reinforced concrete structure, a slab formed by laying and arranging ALC plates, a slab formed by combining a deck plate or a metal folded plate and concrete, Furthermore, various embodiments, such as what laminated | stacked the heat insulation layer on them, are mentioned.
And it is preferable that the waterproof base 2 can support the screw B for fixing the fixing washer W in a retaining state.
[0019]
The fixing washer W can be fixed on the waterproof base 2, and, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a polyester resin or the like is melted on the upper surface of a stainless steel disc having a diameter of about 50 mm to provide adhesion. The washer body 4 covered with a hot melt adhesive layer H made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin to be exhibited can be used.
Further, the washer body 4 is formed with a countersink recess 4a for fixing the screw at the center thereof, and a mounting hole 4b for the screw B at the bottom thereof, and the upper surface of the washer body 4 is predetermined around the countersink recess 4a. An annular recess 4c is formed across the width.
The washer body 4 is formed by pressing a sheet metal into a undulating shape as shown in the figure. By forming the countersunk recess 4a and the annular recess 4c, the cross-sectional secondary moment is maintained as a flat plate. Thus, it is possible to construct a washer body having high strength even with a thin plate.
[0020]
The said waterproof sheet main body 1a is comprised by the PVC sheet, for example, winds up the long-sized waterproof sheet of a predetermined width dimension in a factory, forms a roll body, and arrange | positions the roll body, expanding on the spot. As shown in FIG. 4, a waterproof sheet having a large area can be obtained by adhering the side edges of the adjacent waterproof sheet main bodies 1a to each other. The part to be bonded is referred to as the overlap bonding part 5.
Of course, an integral waterproof sheet may be formed in advance according to the area to be laid.
[0021]
The water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 is composed of, for example, a water-absorbing polymer made of high-quality acrylic acid (for example, Aqua Pearl (trade name), Sumika Gel (trade name)), and the like. Similarly, a long water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 having a predetermined width is wound up in a factory to form a roll body, and the roll body is arranged while being spread on the site, and the adjacent water-absorbing polymer sheets 3 are mutually connected. It is installed in a state where the end edges meet each other. And the part corresponding to the installation location of the said washer main body 4 does not inhibit adhesion | attachment with the washer main body 4 and the waterproof sheet main body 1a by cutting out this water absorbing polymer sheet 3. FIG.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the thickness dimension of the water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 is set to a value that is the same as or close to the height dimension of the washer body 4, so that the support height of the waterproof sheet body 1a is It is almost the same between the washer main body 4 and the water-absorbing polymer sheet 3, and it is possible to finish the surface of the waterproof sheet main body 1a so that there is no level difference.
By providing the water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 between the waterproof base 2 and the waterproof sheet main body 1a, water can be absorbed in the space V between the waterproof base 2 and the waterproof sheet main body 1a. V prevents excessively high humidity.
The space V becomes hot during the daytime when it receives solar radiation due to heat from the waterproof sheet body 1a that has been heated by solar heat, while at night, the space V becomes low because it is not exposed to solar radiation and the atmospheric temperature decreases. . Therefore, if the space V is high humidity, dew condensation at night is inevitable, and in particular, it tends to cause condensation on the surface of the washer body 4, the surface of the waterproof base 2, the back surface of the waterproof sheet body 1a, etc. It becomes easy to corrode.
In that respect, as in the present embodiment, the provision of the water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 makes it possible to prevent condensation in the space V and to improve the environment. Corrosion of the sheet body 1a can be suppressed.
[0022]
The installation procedure of the waterproof sheet 1 in the embodiment will be briefly described.
[1] Each washer body 3 is screwed onto the waterproof base 2 (see FIG. 4A).
[2] The water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 is disposed on the waterproof base 2. However, the water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 is cut out from the portion covering the washer body 3.
[3] The waterproof sheet body 1a is disposed so as to cover the washer body 4 and the water-absorbing polymer sheet 3 (see FIG. 4B).
[4] When the electromagnetic induction heating tool A is applied to the position of each washer body 4 from the top of the waterproof sheet body 1a and energized, the washer body 4 is heated and the hot melt adhesive layer H is melted to waterproof the washer body 4. The sheet body 1a can be bonded (see FIG. 1).
Incidentally, the electromagnetic induction heating tool A is provided with a high frequency induction coil therein, and the induction coil is excited by an alternating current, and an eddy current is generated in the washer body 4 by the electromagnetic induction action of the generated magnetic field. For this reason, the washer body 4 generates heat due to eddy current loss, and the hot-melt adhesive layer H on the upper surface is melted so that the waterproof sheet 1 can be bonded (see FIG. 4B).

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.
[0024]
<1> As described in the previous embodiment, the washer body 3 is a hot-melt adhesive made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin that melts polyester resin or the like and exhibits adhesiveness on the upper surface of a stainless steel disk having a diameter of about 50 mm. For example, various shapes such as a square plate and a band plate shape can be adopted in addition to the circular plate. Further, the material is not limited to stainless steel, and may be composed of other metals. Furthermore, in the case where the adhesive is applied while applying the adhesive to the upper surface of the washer body without using the hot melt adhesive layer, a synthetic resin or the like may be employed as the washer body in addition to the metal. Is possible. Therefore, the adhesive portion does not need to be formed over the entire upper surface of the washer main body 3. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the concave portions 4a and 4c may be configured without an adhesive layer.
On the other hand, the manufacturing method of the washer body 3 is not limited to the press described in the previous embodiment, even if the material is made of metal, and can be formed by, for example, casting or cutting.
Further, the fixing of the washer body 3 to the waterproof base 2 is not limited to screw fixing, and can be fixed by means such as an anchor bolt, a nail or an adhesive.
<2> The waterproof layer S is not limited to a sheet made of PVC as described in the previous embodiment, but is formed of another synthetic resin sheet or the like. There may be.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, you may comprise with the waterproof sheet 1 which integrated the water absorbing polymer sheet 3 on the back surface side. In this case, the overlapping adhesive portion 5 of the waterproof sheet main body 1a and the portion corresponding to the adhesive portion to the washer main body are configured so that the water-absorbing polymer sheet can be removed in advance or removed during installation. It is preferable to keep it.
<3> The water-absorbing layer K is not limited to one provided in the entire region of the back surface of the waterproof sheet main body 1a or substantially the entire region as described in the previous embodiment. It may be provided on a part of the back side.
