Description

【0001】
【0023】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof layer repair method for repairing a waterproof layer formed by fixing a waterproof sheet with an adhesive on the upper surface of a waterproof sheet fixing bracket fixed on the waterproof base, and fixed on the waterproof base. The present invention relates to a waterproof structure in which a waterproof layer is fixed on a waterproof sheet fixing bracket.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a waterproof layer repair method of this type, as shown in FIG. 7, the existing waterproof layer P1 is left as it is, and a new waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 is disposed thereon, and already A waterproofing sheet fixing bracket 3 is fixed to the waterproof base 2 by driving a screw B so as to penetrate a certain waterproof sheet 4, and a new waterproof sheet 9 is fixed to the upper surface of the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 with an adhesive to form a waterproof layer. The method of renovation was taken.
In addition, as described above, the waterproof structure when the waterproof layer is modified among the conventional waterproof structures is such that the waterproof sheet 4 located on the waterproof base 2 side is penetrated to fix the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 with screws. In some cases, a new waterproof sheet 9 is bonded on the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3.
Further, as a waterproof structure in the case of newly installing a waterproof layer among conventional waterproof structures, as shown in FIG. 8, a waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 is fixed on a waterproof base 2, and a waterproof sheet 9 is provided on the upper surface thereof. It was a single layer waterproof structure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the conventional waterproof layer renovation method described above, when a waterproof sheet fixing bracket is newly fixed to a waterproof base, a screw (for example, a hole-in anchor or a concrete nail may be used) is used. However, it is necessary to drill a hole in the waterproof base with a drill etc. (When using a hole-in anchor or a concrete nail, it is necessary to drive it hard with a hammer). In this case, there is a problem that noise is generated. That is, when the waterproof layer is renovated while using a building, the noise tends to give unpleasant feelings to people on the lower floor.
And since fixing materials, such as a waterproof sheet fixing metal fitting and a screw, are needed newly, when the installation effort and the material to be used are considered, there exists a problem which tends to cause the increase in waterproofing layer repair cost.
[0004]
In addition, according to the waterproof structure in the case where the waterproof layer is modified among the conventional waterproof structures described above, the waterproof sheet located on the waterproof base side has a hole due to the penetration of the screw. The sheet cannot be expected to have a waterproof effect, and the waterproof effect of the entire waterproof layer is left only to the new waterproof sheet. Therefore, if a hole is made in a new waterproof sheet, the waterproof effect of the entire waterproof layer is lost, and there is a problem that it is difficult to expect a high safety factor for waterproofing.
In addition, among the conventional waterproof structures described above, the waterproof structure in the case of newly installing a waterproof layer is a one-layer waterproof structure in which a waterproof sheet is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of a waterproof sheet fixing bracket fixed on a waterproof base. In the unlikely event that a hole is formed in the waterproof sheet, the waterproof effect is lost, and there is a problem that it is difficult to expect a higher waterproof safety factor than the waterproof structure in the case where the above-described modification is performed.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof layer repairing method that can solve the above-mentioned problems and can perform waterproofing layer repair work without generating a large noise, and waterproofing that makes it easy to ensure a waterproof safety factor. It is in providing structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The characteristic means of the invention of claim 1 is a waterproof structure in which a waterproof sheet 4 is fixed to an upper surface of a waterproof sheet fixture 3 fixed on a waterproof base 2 with an adhesive as illustrated in FIGS. In the waterproof layer repairing method for repairing the layer P1, the hot melt bonding sheet 8 provided with a heat generating portion 8a that generates heat by electromagnetic heating on the fixing portion of the waterproof sheet 4 to the waterproof sheet fixing bracket is applied to the waterproof sheet. The sheet for hot melt bonding is arranged by laying a repair waterproof sheet 9 for repair on it, and heating the heat generating portion 8a by electromagnetic heating from above the repair waterproof sheet 9 8 is melted and the modified waterproof sheet 9 is bonded onto the waterproof sheet 4 to form a new waterproof layer P2.
[0007]
According to the characteristic means of the invention of claim 1, a hot melt adhesive sheet having a heat generating part that generates heat by electromagnetic heating is disposed on the waterproof sheet, and a repair waterproof sheet for repair is laid thereon. Since the heat generating part is heated by electromagnetic heating from above the repaired waterproof sheet, the hot melt adhesive sheet is melted and the repaired waterproof sheet is bonded onto the waterproof sheet to form a new waterproof layer. The new waterproof layer can be formed by bonding the repaired waterproof sheet to the existing waterproof sheet without newly providing a waterproof sheet fixing metal fitting.
Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare a new waterproof sheet fixing bracket or attach the prepared waterproof sheet to the waterproof base, and it is possible to reduce the material cost and the construction cost.
Furthermore, since the waterproof sheet can be fixed without installing a new waterproof sheet fixing bracket, the fixing work of the fixing bracket that caused noise generation can be omitted, and the waterproof layer repair work can be proceeded quietly. It becomes possible.
[0009]
E Ttomeruto bonding sheet (refer waterproof sheet that is originally installed, hereinafter simply repair the doorstep waterproof sheet) waterproof sheet to the waterproof sheet fixing bracket from is located on the fixed part of the the renovation waterproof sheet The adhesive part with the waterproof sheet before renovation is located on the waterproof sheet fixing bracket, and the lifting force against the modified waterproof sheet is directly and stably supported by the waterproof sheet fixing bracket via the waterproof sheet before repair. It becomes possible to do. That is, when the installation position of the hot-melt adhesive sheet is shifted laterally from directly above the waterproof sheet fixing bracket, the hot-melt adhesive sheet is attached from the modified waterproof sheet to the unmodified waterproof sheet as the lifting force acts. The lifting force acts on the sheet adhesion part, and the waterproof sheet before refurbishment is restricted to a state where it is prevented from lateral movement at another position supported by the waterproof sheet fixing bracket while floating. In the case of the present invention, the action point of the lifting force on the repaired waterproof sheet overlaps with the support point of the repaired waterproof sheet by the waterproof sheet fixing bracket, but it is more efficient. It is possible to prevent the repaired waterproof sheet from being lifted.
[0011]
Compared to the waterproof layer by single tarpaulin, it is possible to exert a stronger waterproof effect. In addition, since each waterproof sheet is fixed to the waterproof base by adhesion without taking a support form using, for example, a fixing bolt or the like, the fixing through-holes that are likely to be weak points are waterproofed. There is no need to form the waterproof sheet, and the waterproof performance of each waterproof sheet itself can be exhibited without waste.
Therefore, it is possible to form a waterproof layer having a higher waterproof effect.
[0012]
In addition, as mentioned above, although the code | symbol was written in order to make contrast with drawing convenient, this invention is not limited to the structure of an accompanying drawing by this entry.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the parts indicated by the same reference numerals as those in the conventional example indicate the same or corresponding parts.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the roof slab 1 of the building before the waterproof layer refurbishing method of the present invention is performed. The slab main body (corresponding to a waterproof base) 2 made of reinforced concrete is provided with a waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3. This shows a situation in which a waterproof layer P1 is formed by adhering a waterproof sheet 4 (corresponding to a first waterproof sheet) before renovation.
[0015]
In the present embodiment, the slab body 2 corresponds to a roof slab as described above. In addition to a slab having a reinforced concrete structure, the slab body 2 includes a slab formed by laying an ALC plate, a deck plate, a metal folded plate, and concrete. Various embodiments, such as a slab formed in combination, or a laminate in which a heat insulating layer is laminated thereon, can be mentioned.
And it is preferable that the slab main body 2 can support the screw | thread B for fixing the said waterproof sheet fixing metal fitting 3 in the retaining state.
[0016]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 is a hot melt made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin that melts polyester resin or the like and exhibits adhesiveness on the upper surface of a stainless steel disc having a diameter of about 50 mm. The washer body 3A is coated with an adhesive layer H.
Further, the washer body 3A is formed with a countersink recess 5A for fixing the screw at the center and a mounting hole 6 for the fixing screw B at the bottom thereof, and the upper surface of the washer body 3A is around the countersink recess 5A. An annular recess 5B is formed at a predetermined width.
The washer body 3A is formed into a undulating shape as shown in the figure by pressing a sheet metal, and is formed as a flat plate by forming the recessed portions 5 such as the countersink recessed portion 5A and the annular recessed portion 5B. The sectional moment of inertia increases, and it is possible to construct a washer body having high strength even if it is a thin plate.
The upper surface of the washer body 3A is configured as an adhesive portion 7 by covering the hot melt adhesive layer H described above.
The washer body 3 </ b> A is disposed on the slab body 2 at respective positions at predetermined intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions, and is screwed through the mounting holes 6.
[0017]
The pre-repair waterproof sheet 4 is constituted by, for example, a PVC sheet, and rolls a long waterproof sheet having a predetermined width at a factory to form a roll body, which is arranged while spreading the roll body in the field. And it can be set as a waterproof sheet of a large area by adhere | attaching the adjacent edge parts of each before-repair waterproof sheet 4 mutually. Of course, it is also possible to form an integral waterproof sheet in advance according to the area to be laid, and in addition to PVC, rubber and TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) may be used. It may be a sheet made of water or a waterproof sheet made of other materials.
[0018]
And the fixing of the waterproof sheet 4 before repair to the slab body 2 is carried out by setting a magnetic heating device above the waterproof sheet 4 part before repair covered on the washer body 3A and magnetically heating the washer body 3A. The hot melt adhesive layer H can be melted to bond the washer body 3A and the waterproof sheet 4 before repair (see FIGS. 1 and 4).
[0019]
The waterproof layer P1 as described above also needs to be repaired as the endurance year elapses, and FIGS. 1 and 5 are explanatory diagrams showing the implementation status of the waterproof layer repair method of the present invention.
The refurbishment procedure of the waterproof layer P1 is performed by hot-melt bonding provided with a heat generating portion 8a that generates heat by electromagnetic heating on the pre-renovation waterproof sheet 4 (on the fixing portion of the waterproof sheet 4 before remodeling to the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3) By disposing a repair waterproof sheet (corresponding to a second waterproof sheet) 9 for repairing, and heating the heat generating portion 8a by electromagnetic heating from above the repair waterproof sheet 9, The hot-melt adhesive sheet 8 is melted and the modified waterproof sheet 9 is adhered onto the waterproof sheet 4 to form a new waterproof layer P2.
[0020]
Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 5, the hot melt adhesive sheet 8 is formed by laminating a hot melt adhesive layer H on both front and back surfaces of a metal foil corresponding to the heat generating portion 8a. The metal stay is heated by electromagnetic heating from above the modified waterproof sheet 9 in a state of being interposed between the sheet 4 and the modified waterproof sheet 9, and the hot melt adhesive layer H on both the front and back surfaces is melted by the heat. Thus, both waterproof sheets 4 and 9 can be bonded together.
[0021]
In this way, the waterproof layer can be repaired. In addition, the waterproof structure after the repair is a double waterproof layer in which the existing waterproof sheet 4 before the repair is positioned below the repair waterproof sheet 9, and any waterproofing can be fixed to the slab body 2. Since the sheet is also implemented on the upper part of the washer main body 3A by an adhesive means, a waterproof layer can be formed without making a hole in both waterproof sheets, and a more reliable waterproof property can be secured. . In addition, it is possible to form a waterproof layer quietly and quickly without newly installing the washer body 3A at the time of refurbishment and without performing a drilling operation on the waterproof base.
[0022]
Further, with respect to the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3, a fixing rod 3 </ b> B as shown in FIG. 6 can be used for the rising portion of the waterproof sheet.
The fixing rod 3B is formed of a triangular cylinder member, and a fixed screw insertion hole 10 is provided in one of two orthogonal sides of a cross-sectional triangle, and the fixing screw B is inserted into the fixed screw insertion hole 10. It can be inserted and fixed to a waterproof base. In addition, an operation hole 11 is formed on the hypotenuse of the triangular cross section so that the fixing screw B can be inserted into the insertion hole 10 and can be tightened. And the hot-melt-adhesive layer H is provided in the surface of the said oblique side part similarly to the said washer main body 3A, and it can be made to adhere | attach by electromagnetic heating, after covering a waterproof sheet.
[0023]
[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.
[0024]
<1> The waterproof layer repair method and the waterproof structure of the present invention are not limited to the roof slab described in the previous embodiment. For example, the floor slab, the balcony, and the parking lot of the general floor It can be adapted to various parts where waterproof layers are installed, such as floors of swimming pools, swimming pool floors and peripheral walls.
<2> The waterproof sheet fixing bracket is not limited to the one described in the previous embodiment. For example, various shapes other than a disk shape and a rectangular tube shape may be adopted as the shape. it can. Further, the material is not limited to stainless steel, and may be composed of other metals, or may be a PVC steel plate having a surface coated with PVC. As another embodiment, the waterproof sheet fixing bracket main body may be made of, for example, a synthetic resin, and the waterproof sheet fixing bracket may be formed by forming a metal film on the surface of the main body. In addition, when the adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the washer body without using the hot melt adhesive layer for bonding the waterproof sheet fixing bracket 3 and the first waterproof sheet 4, the washer body In addition to metals, synthetic resins and the like can also be employed.
Further, the fixing of the washer main body to the waterproof base is not limited to the screw fixing, and can be fixed by means of an anchor bolt, a nail, an adhesive or the like.
<3> The hot melt adhesive sheet 8 is not limited to the one formed by laminating the hot melt adhesive layer H on both the front and back surfaces of the heat generating portion 8a made of the metal foil described in the previous embodiment. The metal particles are mixed in the hot melt adhesive resin so that the metal particles function as the heat generating portion 8a, or the heat generating portion 8a made of a metal net and the hot melt adhesive resin are laminated. The heat generating portion may be configured by integrating the electromagnetic wave from above the repaired waterproof sheet 9 in a state of being interposed between the waterproof sheet 4 and the repaired waterproof sheet 9 before repair. 8a is heated, and the heat-melt adhesive layer is melted by the heat so that both waterproof sheets 4 and 9 can be bonded together. It is called a sheet.
